I love this Starbs location. Easy to access from East Henrietta or Calkins Rd. Store is clean and well maintained, and staff is incredibly friendly. Today's visit was a drive-thru visit - I have had a difficult few weeks and just needed a pick me up. The lady at the drve-thru window was incredibly nice and I told her I appreciated her kindness. My Frappucino was delicious, and my cookie was perfect. I don't go to Starbucks often due to the cost, but I like stopping here for a treat.

By far my favorite Starbucks. It’s been a long week of working doubles and the woman who took my order and cashed me out this morning (2/12/21)was the absolute sweetest!! Definitely made my whole week. My only regret is that I didn’t have cash on me to leave her a tip. I will continue to frequent this location bc the staff there is the friendliest and my order is always perfectly made.

They are always fantastic at this location. Yesterday we visited the drive thru and my daughter was undecided. The batista was very patient and suggested the white mocha, iced with whipped cream. She loved it. We're curious to see which side of the tip jar is winning, MOMS or DADS.

For some Reason when I order my drinks they seems to be a intimate moment. Customer service always great. Usually busy but dealing with polite employees I wouldn't change it.

As far as Starbucks go this is my favorite. Obviously in these days of covid-19 we don't chat with people outside our bubble much. . . Which is why I look forward to grabbing my coffee when I'm in the area, all the staff I've come across at this location are super friendly and great conversationalists, and I look forward to the chat while waiting for my order. 10/10 customer service here.

This appears to be a somewhat newer Starbuck as it has an open and airy look to it provided by walls of glass. I was only there for my usual decaf Americano and it was perfectly prepared as it always is at any Starbucks. It also is conveniently located on Calkins Road in Henrietta so it's convenient for getting to major shopping destinations. The staff is as always helpful and on the ball. Recommed.

The employees here always have a smile on their face, it makes it so great to walk in to. Large open space with plenty of seating; and mostly windows for great natural light. Outdoor patio seating as well.

Nice new Starbucks. Nice outdoor seating. Staff was friendly, though still learning on the first day of opening. Traffic flow through the store is easy on foot or through the drivethru.

Stopped in for a beverage and took a break. It's the same franchise as the rest across the country. Clean and open atmosphere.

I can't think of a "fast" Starbucks experience, but this location is really good. Drive thru has the reverse screen so you can see the person making your drinks (a little weird). Orders were right.

Every time I go to this Starbucks my drink taste Terrible. I work in Penfield so I usually go to the Penfield Starbucks during the week but on the weekend I would like to be able to go to the Henrietta store but for some reason it's never right. My order is a bit difficult but I do pay seven dollars for a beverage and the staff is very nice when I go in to have it remade But I just don't understand why it could never be made right the first time I'm in a hurry today so can't go back in and desperately need my coffee. I order a Venti ice Americano With extra cream six pumps of vanilla and caramel drizzle, It's essentially like a macchiato but I don't want all the milk but there's never any vanilla in my drink caramel drizzle and I had to start ordering extra because there was barely any when I started ordering it.

I got a Carmel ribbon crunch extra crunch the girl at the counter noticed it wasn’t on scene asked a manager and she said put it down as something else cookie something I assume I was still getting drink I asked for because nobody asked me anything no I got the Carmel drink with Oreos horrible customer service skills u can’t just add what u want to people drink what if I was allergic to chocolate in the drink it tasted horrible plus they put extra omg do better !

First time going to this location and the worst thing is to have a team that doesn’t know what they’re doing. When the drive-through cashier went to ring me out, I told her she was doing it wrong and I did NOT have time to be there all day. She continues to do it her way and as expected I’m stuck, at her window, for 30 minutes (I had to be to work so yes my time was important). The guy that came to help was more argumentative than someone who knew how to deescalate a situation. This location does NOT put the satisfaction of their customers first. I was ok with paying therefore it’s not about Free goods, but a gesture of accountability would have lead to a different outcome. I am disappointed and will not be back or recommend.

The drinks they make are fine if you are willing to wait for them. I have been there several times in the recent past and recently I just spent 15 minutes in a line of cars that did not even move. Then I tried going inside on another day, and I stood at the counter with no one else in line, and no one even greeted me for several minutes. So I walked out. There are many Starbucks in the area so I’ve just kind of been deciding to go to different ones even though this one is located more conveniently. I don’t know what’s happening if they are understaffed? Or just everybody is too new? I’m not sure but if you are in a hurry, you better skip this one.

My drink was fine but when I was in the bathroom someone walked in on me on the toilet and when I thought for some reason I didn't lock it, I locked it again, and while washing my hands, another person walked in on me! I'm just glad I had pants on the second time. Please fix your locks or change them. I'm never using the bathroom there again out of sheer embarrassment.

The coffee is fine and the staff are polite enough. However, the store policy of deliberately inconveniencing drive thru customers needs to change. I tried to pay with a credit card, and instead of the clerk simply taking my card and running it, I was awkwardly handed a screen with a short wire attached to it, that I couldn't read in the sunlight. I tried to adjust the angle of the screen to see it better but the clerk stated I couldn't because "it might break". She refused to take my card the normal way "because COVID". The whole exercise seems focused on getting tips in a drive thru, which is fine, but not if you're going to deliberately inconvenience customers to do it. There are a lot of places to get coffee, and nobody else does this.

Ordered a pick up order for 2 drinks and 2 pastries. My Strawberry Acai Refresher had black flakes within the bottom on the cup by the time I already drank half. Picked up a bagel with cream and cheese and left the store before realizing they didn’t put it in the bag. Just a plain, toasted bagel with nothing. Usually Starbucks is good but the one time I go here and the experience wasn’t great. Only good thing was that my order was ready within 10 minutes, granted the lobby and drive thru were empty.

Asked for a Chocolate Java Chip, received a Chocolate Mint frap and to top it off they never called my name to let me know it was ready. They weren't even busy only about 6 people inside. Quite possibly because i was the only Mexican in the building. Yes I'm pulling the race card due to the face that the employees were glaring at me.

Looked at scheduled hours. Said open till 8pm Arrived at 7:10pm and doors were locked and closed and lights were off. Posting accurate hours online and on the app would be a great start to a successful business.

Staff is clearly not taking precautions to stop the spread of covid. My drink was given to the car in front of me, when I got to the window she tried handing me this drink and I asked that it be remade because it was in someone else’s possession. She takes it away then comes back less than a minute later with a “new” drink but with the original sticker on it. They didn’t give me the cake pops I ordered so I had to go inside and they tried handing me my drink that was being remade, which obviously shows that they hadn’t remade it originally when I asked. Then the employee starts arguing that they had gave me the new one and she stated that “the store is a mess”. I won’t be frequenting this location if they don’t take my health seriously.

Last time I was here the girl at the window was super rude. I had to ask her to give me some napkins and I shouldn't have to ask. I also had to ask her to give me my receipt the whole time she had an attitude. I will not be coming here again very bad customer service.

Right from the start at the Drive thru window the older Caucasian women was being rude and short not even allowing me to complete my order then she continued to be rude and short at the window when inquired about half price drinks on the app every Thursday and how to use the coupon to the point another representative came and complete my order she was rushing as if it was morning rush hour and it's only two cars in the Drive thru at 3:30 pm this has to be the worst customer service experience out of all Starbucks locations

I went thru the drive thru and ordered one drink, the staff person was having problems with the credit card machines. I noted on my bank app that she charged me for 2 drinks. I went to the store and spoke with a manager , he said they don’t deal with these issues at the store and that I had to call the 1800starbuck # so I did and they said they don’t handle these problems and I had to call and talk to my bank. So after a visit and 3 phone calls later, my bank filed a dispute claim. Starbucks has the highest prices and the worst customer service in the world!

The older woman, I believe her name is Joanne, will NOT let me order my drink how I want it. Every time she insists it'll be right without putting in the modifications and it's wrong every time. This location is fantastic as long as she isn't there. She ruins my day every single time.

Management needs to be fired or retrained! We were all told to leave the lobby because someone called in! They interrupted people on zoom calls and people who were working on there laptops! I didn’t know we needed to be babysat or needed additional service to be in the lobby! Great way to lose customers who buy $8 coffees! You pissed all of us off!

I stop in this store everyday Love the place I love the pike place to go options in the single serve when I need a coffee at work. This store has been out of them , hoping we can get them back. I was in tonight The only customer in the place, clearly 6 foot apart from anyone as I pulled down my mast so the cashier could understand my request I was reprimanded by an associate from the other side of the establishment . I understand the mask rules as I too own a business. This guy needs to figure it out.

Staff not really all that friendly or attentive. I bring my own mug to save our planet from garbage....they fill a cup, dump in my mug and toss the cup (i have been here a few times and happens each time). I told staff there is NO toilet paper. They did nothing (I am watching). No one comes out to tidy. Pike Place roast tastes burnt...unlike other locations, I always get this. Maybe the machine needs cleaning? Don't know but not coming back here.

Very displeased with how an employee treated me. He was young and his name was Nick. He was just very short with me and rude while taking my order. When he handed me my drink he rolled his eyes at me and handed it with so much force the cup bent a little and my drink almost spilled. Do you enjoy Starbuck's overly sweet, high calorie, unhealthy, overpriced drinks enough to occasionally splurge on one and haven't had the motivation to finally quit going to Starbucks? Well, let me tell you, this location might be the one to visit to help you with that curse! I can't help myself so I occasionally go get a Frappuccino but this location specifically didn't just make the worst Frappuccino I've had from there, they made the worst tasting consumable I have ever had from anywhere at any time in my entire life. It tasted like they put Tylenol, Aspirin or some kind of pill into the blender with ice and milk and did not add any other flavoring and then served that to me. That is not an exaggeration, that is literally what it tasted like; milk and medicine. Whole Frappuccino, right in the trash. It took a stick of Extra Sweet Watermelon gum and a Monster Energy Drink to get that taste off my tongue. Though I'm happy to finally have the motivation to never return to Starbucks again (which I understand won't make a single dent in their financials so they don't care), they should still truly be ashamed of themselves. Oh, and all Starbucks do this, but listen to names better! My name is foreign, but I don't have an accent. My name is three letters (3!) and when I spell it for the confused staff, it's always amazing how they still write a 4, 5, 6 + letter name that sounds NOTHING like mine!

Their supervisor is not someone who should be in that position. I went through the drive-through tonight, and the way they were speaking was very rude and disrespectful. It was not the appropriate way to talk to customers.

This was the worst experience and starbucks I have ever had. Not only were they dedicating all their attention to the drive thru but they had no grande cups but then there was a woman who may have been keyholder on duty she was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT WAS DRESSED INAPPROPRIATELY FOR WORK. Her stomach and back were constantly exposed and she had no sense of urgency. The woman who cashed me out for my pink drink was amazing and so was the young man who actually tried to communicate that it was coming. People that came in after me were getting their drinks. It wasn't right and the UNPROFESSIONAL person couldn't be bothered. I don't think I will be back to starbucks again.

I ordered a matcha latte at the drive through. They made a hot one instead of a cold one (which I wanted) the guy at the window was nice and told me they’ll just make an iced one, however when I got it, it tasted like it was made with tap water. Literally. They clearly were upset that they had to do their job. This is horrible, $6 for a latte made with water is ridiculous. And yes I know bzc I left that store and went to the one in West Henrietta and ordered the same latter and it was completely different. This is absolute BS.
