Avis sur Cloud 10 Creamery Houston
Incredible and very unique. We loved it and visited twice during our visit to Houston. The Earl grey lemon flavor tastes like key lime pie and their Gingersnap is awesome!
First time customer and I must say sooooo awesome....the manager was unbelievably sweet and had a great personality...the ambiance was so modern and comfy and the ice cream was the best. I loved that the ice cream flavors were non traditional and they had a great variety....Cloud 10 gets a 10 star from me.
They only had a few dairy free options, sorbets, but the gentleman who waited on us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We'll go again for the customer service, even if they don't have many dairy free flavors!
Delicious ice cream made by hand. The flavors are interesting. Things like Coconut milk sorbet with roasted pineapple, nutella with marshmallows, earl grey tea with lemon. Highly recommend treating yourself to a cone. You will not be disappointed.
This was our first time trying this place and the ice cream flavors were definitely unique. My favorite ones were the earl grey lemon, lavender & milk chocolate, and the PB & J. We will definitely come back again.
I forgot to take a picture of my banana split but it was delicious. The staff was so fun and helpful and the flavors were explosive. I will definitely visit Cloud 10 Creamery in the future.
My favorite ice cream place in town!
Love the positive energy from the dude behind the counter! I've never had a bad experience at Cloud 10 and the flavors are always delicious. My usual go to is the Cafe Sua Da, but I notified the Pandan flavor. No it's not green, but the flavor is accurate with a kick or coconut. Try this if you're a fan of Vietnamese desserts.
I love creamery 10. The one in the heights has been my fav until this one showed up in midtown. The one in midtown is just a hair better for one reason: the guy behind the counter will throw your ice cream ball high up in the air then catch it with the cup before handing it to you. It make the ice cream taste just a hair more special. Also when the ice cream doesn’t make it to the cup, you wonder “does the 3sec rule apply?!” Happy eating.
This place truly has the most delicious strawberry ice cream and I’m always coming back for more.
They are the best! They aren’t your typical ice cream shop, they have a wide variety of different combinations that will blow your socks off! The staff is also super sweet and will let you sample any flavors! This was our first visit but definitely won’t be our last!
This is a cute place to get your ice cream fix. They had a good variety of flavors and treats. Miguel was awesome and I loved the atmosphere. The mango sorbet was so good I had to get the pint!! Definitely will be returning!
Came in after lunch on tuesday, we were allowed to try some flavors, only people in the shop. The earl grey lemon turned out to be a favorite of mine! Guy serving us was friendly and welcoming, area was nice and clean too!
Cloud 10 Creamery is a perfect stop for that 80 degree, sunny weather day where you want to have a nice cold treat. They have different flavors from your average grocery store ice cream and I think that’s what helps set them apart, plus the cute ambiance. I tried the lemon &mint sorbet and let me tell you it was a shockingly subtle mix between the right amount of sweet and tart, something fresh! We will definitely be back :)
Heard this place was opening a new location on Heights and just had to come in! Love their flavors - they're all so different. They have lots of options for people with various allergies and their staff - super friendly and attentive - are super happy to help you find the right flavor. Crissy was great! Oh, and not to mention they have a giant ramp which makes them super accessible for people with disabilities. All in all, really awesome spot. I will be back!
The ice cream flavors are really fun and creative, so there is something for everyone. We love Cloud 10 and often bring home a pint when we stop by for a scoop or two!
As always, Cloud 10 produced the most delectable ice creams on this planet!
About 20 flavors, reasonably priced for the two scoops in a cup. The ice cream itself is very delicious, the flavors are good quality. Unlimited samples. Has a great texture, very smooth, of the kind that sticks to the spoon, really amazing! The brown sugar cookies and cream is a safe bet, almost guaranteed to please. Dried rose is hit or miss (miss for me, another in the group loved it). Fresh mint chocolate chip is VERY refreshing. No cash, only card. They make their own waffle cones, I thought that was cool. Would recommend and come back to try more flavors.
Tasty ice cream with lots of fun flavors, friendly staff! Cloud 10 has some of the best ice cream around, my husband and I stopped by after dinner last night and got our ice cream to go. They are not allowing tastings, which is definitely in line with COVID protocols...so if you come in expecting to try every flavor, just know that. However, the staff is super knowledgeable about flavors and recommendations, so just ask them! They’ll be honest about which flavors are a hit. Highly recommend the strawberry with strawberry jam and the coconut sorbet with bits of grilled pineapple, so decadent!
I like the unique flavors they had. I didn’t have any problems with my party of 7. The looks great love the different type of seating they had. I like the location right next to Gen Korean BBQ some ice cream after bbq hits the spot.
The ice cream is pretty good. It has that kind of texture where its soft almost as if it is partially melted. I ordered the Gingersnap single scoop and it tastes awesome. The two dudes in the front were super friendly and just gave it an overall relaxed vibe.
The staff were pretty friendly and fast. It was really neat and clean! The prices are like any other creamery but they had unique flavors. My favorite was the “Nutella with marshmallows”! I would definitely come back again.
Interesting flavors and the guy behind the counter was so patient and kind. He recommended combinations for us to try and I ended up purchasing a combination with coffee (I think) and rice ice cream that I would NEVER have otherwise thought twice about. The ice cream was smooth and creamy. Definitely worth a trip back!
The cutest place! The walls look like melting Neapolitan ice cream, they have floating cloud lighting and a neon sign to brighten up the place even more. An Instagram moment if you will. I got a scoop of vanilla and marzipan. Ohhhhh my God I never knew how good marzipan ice cream was. I’m so glad I tried it! I’m actually surprised I liked it because I HATE cherries and cherry flavored anything but I guess because it wasn’t overpowering and there was also a hint of an almond taste that’s what made it taste great! If you’re like me and dislike cherry flavored stuff, the marzipan might wow you. Just trust me!!! It was also nice to see one of the employees sanitizing tables and chairs as people were leaving with everything that’s going on right now. Definitely 10/10 and I’ll be getting a whole bucket of that marzipan ice cream next time.🤣🤣🤣
We decided to go someplace for dessert after a nice dinner up the street. We just found Cloud 10 by chance while looking online, and I'm so glad we did! Parking was easy. Since we were going to a business in the complex, we were able to park in the garage at no charge. When we got inside, we were met by two really sweet ladies working there who offered samples of whatever ice cream they had, which was a LOT. They had flavors that I'd have never dreamed of and which looked so good. I didn't even have to sample. Once I saw marzipan and toasted rice, I already knew what scoops I wanted! The other three in our party did sample, and the ladies there encouraged them to sample as much as they wanted in order to find the perfect flavors. They did! We all truly enjoyed our visit and our ice cream. While most Midtown businesses are notorious for dishing out attitude, this is NOT one of those places. Also, prices are reasonable for the quality of the product. Keep in mind that this is a cashless business, so you'll need a credit or debit card. I never carry cash, so for me that is just fine. On the way out, we were wished a "blessed day" by one of the really sweet ladies working there.
We visited Cloud 10 Creamery while in town for a conference. The ice cream flavors were unique and delicious! I got a double scoop in a waffle cone and have to recommend the Toasted Rice and Brown Sugar Cookies & Cream flavors. 🤤🍦
Came by last week after dinner and this place hit the spot. The ice cream was super creamy and full of flavor. I tried the strawberry balsamic and brown butter both were amazing and not too sweet. The staff was friendly and let me sample a few before deciding. Easily one of the best ice cream spots in Houston.
Found a little bit of gem, in the heart of midtown. Soo many interesting varieties of ice cream at this place. Definitely worth trying them. We tried the goat cheese icecream and it was delicious. For the overall experience we give it a 5/5. There is free parking in the parking building right next to it and it’s free for midtown area shoppers.
We got a brownie sundae with the banana cake ice cream. Was expecting the brownie to be warm but it’s brownie pieces at the bottom and top with whipped cream, marshmallows, glazed nuts. And you know what, it was amazing. I feel like the person who was making it really put some TLC in. The ice cream flavors are delicious. Super flavorful.
Creamy and not too sweet. This earl grey lemon flavor tastes like a lemon loaf, just like the lady at the counter said it would. It has a lovely tartness and rich texture. There's no actual loaf in there but somehow, even the texture kind of reminded me of a loaf. I do wish there were more floral notes from the Earl grey.

After having dinner next door with some friends we decided to go into cloud 10 to get something sweet. And We were not disappointed. Walking in, the place was very clean and “cool” looking! I think the place was about to close in 10-15 minutes but that was no problem for the guy serving. All the ice creams were still on the line and he was really nice giving us samples to try. I ended up choosing strawberry and It was really good. We Will definitely be back!
Came to Cloud 10 Creamery on a recommendation from a friend, definitely gonna be coming back! Around 20 or so fantastic flavors (got the Brown Butter in a waffle cup, definitely recommend!!) Brandon was great, gave us a ton of samples and recommended an Earl Gray tea flavor for my wife. Prices are great for midtown, 5/5 stars for sure!!
Nice change along the boulevard. Good flavors but ice cream is not the creamest (more ice than cream). Servers are polite but you guys and not very engaging, so don't expect super service. Front patio and yard are a nice change and ecologically friendly.
This is a great little place for a sweet treat in Midtown. Easy to get to with a free....FREE parking structure attached. The ice creams are different....unique and tasty:) They are happy to let you try as much as you like offers suggestion or 2. Get by the scoop in a cup or a cone....have a sunday or an ice cream sandwich. They have a very clean and cozy atmosphere with plenty of indoor seating.
Cute little ice cream shop with a variety of flavors. Most of the flavors were unique like cheddar cheese and grape jelly which was definitely interesting! The young lady behind the counter was friendly and helped us. We were able to try a few flavors before making our final decision.
Nice place for ice cream in midtown. Parking can be a hassle late night. The menu is limited but the sundaes are yummy. We tried the banana spit and chocolate fudge and they both the spot. Again, not a vast variety of flavors but most of them were good.
I usually like them, but I got melted ice cream the last time I went, and it tasted like a dirty scooper was used. However! They are typically so good that I will absolutely be trying again, just not that new location. If you are going and are more like me and just like the fruity flavors, you GADDA try their mango sorbet! It's fresh and delicious!
This is a cute little ice cream place with very creative flavors. Definitely go here if you're looking for something different - do not expect the standard flavors. My daughter loves strawberry ice cream but was happy when she decided on mango sorbet. Even their chocolate option of a dark chocolate (it's very good), and they don't have vanilla. But, marzipan ice cream? They got you covered there. The space is in one of the Heights' cute little old houses, and there is plenty save inside to enjoy your order, plus picnic benches out front. The ramp is around the back, which is a little strange but they share the ramp with their neighbors immediately next to them. A bigger issue is that the back door sticks really bad. So they're technically wheelchair/stroller accessible, but not wheelchair/stroller friendly. The prices seem a bit high compared to the local ice cream competition, but you're also getting something unique. My family enjoyed it and will probably be coming back, but it won't be our go-to ice cream spot.
First time trying this ice cream shop. Nice laid back atmosphere, but the wait in line was long. There was a wide variety of custom flavors, but with only 3 sample bites per person it was hard to find one I liked. So, my daughter and I shared each one so there was our work around. The Earl Grey with lemon was nice but had more lemon flavor than I like. The Marzipan was very almondy and authentic tasting. The Toasted Rice was just like sweet Rice Krispies but no crunch. The Maple Butter Pecan was good with a slight maple taste. Each flavor was very strong but not unnaturally flavored. I opted for the Strawberry with strawberry jam and it was wonderful!
Prices are same as any other typical competitive ice cream shop, many interesting flavors, service was okay as they only had one lady serving on a late Friday night, not enough seating inside. They have delicious vegan sorbet options. Try the coconut milk with cherries and sour apple. I love the variety of flavors they offer. THEY DON'T TAKE CASH. CARD ONLY
Best mango ice cream ever! I just couldn't find the location easily. It was really confusing because according to Google maps, the store was on Louisiana Street, but the entrance is actually around the corner on Elgin street. Google maps made me go to the back of the building and I was already giving up, when I finally found it.
I decided to try this location after Dolce Delights closed down. It’s a cute space since they could only do so much remodeling within a concrete/cinder block building. I tried samples of the various flavors offered and nothing really stood out as a “wow” flavor of perfection. Most of the flavors are either an upgraded version of an old favorite or some odd and unique combination that really didn’t make any sense i.e. goat cheese (really strong) with milk chocolate. Probably an acquired taste that is subjective to one’s palate (not for me). The staff were exceptionally friendly and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions about the flavor profiles of the products: I just hope they are still employed there since nobody else was there except I on a Wednesday afternoon. Gotta have customers to pay the bills and wages.
My fiancee an I went In mid week on a cloudy day during the daytime an had great service the gentleman who assisted us was very helpful. An all the ice cream we sampled an purchased was delicious ice cream. Although our experience was ruined as a second employee walked in who had drove up in a blue SUV who seemed to be delivering more product at which point the gentleman whom had helped us went out to assist her bring in the delicious dessert from the vehicle . An as we had just finished an left the establishment walking past this vehicle which smelled of marijuana an we realized wow ! This is right across the street from a children's park an that didn't sit well with us that a employee would knowingly get high in a vehicle an make deliveries to a great family friendly place an above all around children an parents who could possibly smell this as well . She actually got in her vehicle after all the containers were removed an left . Almost getting in a fender bender going to fast leaving the parking lot . We will most likely not go back, not to that location anytime soon. That brazen display is unacceptable to us as future parents.
pricey ice cream. great customer service. thank you Nicole.
They do not accept cash at this location, only card or apple/google pay. The ice cream was average, marble slab is a bit better, and is around the same cost as competitors. The shop itself is cute and was clean, but there was no music or background noise so it made the environment feel off...you could hear spoons scraping against the paper cups. There was no appeal to stay there.
The staff was helpful and offered to switch my friends ice cream for free when he did not like his flavor (black sesame). I had the Nutella ice cream which tasted nothing like Nutella and was definitely disappointing. But I would give this place another try since they do have plenty of other flavors.
This ice cream shop was different. They didn’t have regular chocolate but had dark chocolate. No cookies and cream, no sprinkles and no regular vanilla but vanilla bean. The vanilla bean lacked in flavor and they tried to mask it with the chocolate syrup but it didn’t help. It was ok but I will definitely stick to my main stream ice cream. Give it a try you might like it but it’s a no for me. Also the outside scenery is very misleading.
I dont think the ice creams were good. Lady had good customer service the male not so much.
Went here after dinner last night. We parked in the garage upstairs. To get down to the creamery was very nasty, it smelled like pee there was ash-buds and cigarettes all over the elevator, and there was towels on the floor where you can see homeless people slept and beer bottles. However I tried to look past that, when we got to the creamery they were very low stock on most of the ice cream. There was no one at the front to greet us until after a few minutes & the chocolate ice cream was running very low so the person basically had to put their whole arm into the bucket to scoop some out 🤢 We couldn’t eat inside so it was uncomfortable and just had to just with out ice cream back though the whole nasty elevator to eat the ice cream on our way home. I was so disappointed.
Went to this place yesterday evening and the ice cream itself was the only reason it got 2 stars. Customer service was 0/5. We walked in and it’s like they were playing Not It with the customer. No one said anything. We stood there for a solid 2 minutes before asking for what we wanted bc no one had spoken to us yet. All 3 employees were looking down or trying to look busy while playing with some ice cream cups. After I finally voiced what I wanted, one employee gave me my ice cream and continued to fiddle around with a cup not even bothering to ask the person I was with if he was going to get something, again we stood there feeling completely unimportant to them until we voiced what we wanted and then we were served. Customer service was ZERO stars.
No cash accepted. Only cards. They have some “different” flavors but say they can’t do samples because of covid. I went with my favorite Blue Bell flavor, Mint Chocolate Chip, and was underwhelmed. Daughter ordered a waffle cone and as she took it from the employee the cone cracked into pieces with some falling on the counter. I asked for help and the just stood there not knowing what to do. I asked for a cup, which the gave us. They still charged extra for a cone.
The staff wasn't wearing a mask although it says it's required and they were very rude about serving my friends and I. The parking is decent, when it's not busy and the restaurants around it are good. I would suggest going somewhere else for dessert. Their ice cream is more ice than cream but they do have flavors you might not find elsewhere. Thats about the only plus. (This was at 3201 Louisiana St #100, Houston, TX 77006 in the evening on 12/29/2021)
No this review is solely on the customer service, which is minimal, at least today. One person behind the counter, not very friendly. It seemed like my family and I ordering were an inconvenience to her… I’m sure there’s another ice cream spot with an adult behind the counter that can manage to be friendly, because after all, getting ice cream out is an experience not just a transaction.
Went to this location for the first time on 10/18, 15 mins before the store closed and got 2 scoops of ice with a waffle cone. The flavors are different and My personal favorite was the matcha coconut and vanilla bean coconut. Initially I wanted to give this place a 5 stars but I had a major issue because my original total was $8.66 and I checked my account 2 days later and saw 2 charges ($8.66 & $11.66) when I called to see why I was charged twice I was told that it looked like my original transaction was edited to add a $3 tip. That’s Fraud! I understand the worker wanting a tip but waiting for me to leave the store and charging a tip to my card is unacceptable. Because of this I won’t be back.
I got a simple, basic single scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, and it was good, but my problem lies with an employee. When I came in a nice young lady welcomed me and said Hi to me, but I also was being stared at by the male employee who was just on the phone behind the ice cream stand, but of course I ignored it. I’m looking through the ice cream flavors and then I finally decide my flavor and I tell the man the flavor I’d like and with the sample spoon he scoops up a good size of ice cream into his mouth and tells me okay. At this point I’m like this man does not have any decency or cares about his job. It made me feel uncomfortable in the sense of I don’t know how this ice cream is being handled… in the moment I just couldn’t believe what I saw but anyways I get checked out by the lovely lady who did welcome me in and she told me to have a great day while the other man was just giving me mean mugging stare. And I was there 12/7 around 6:30pm. Please inform your employee not to be eating the ice cream you’re selling in front of them.
Poor customer service! We live in the area and always drive past. Finally came in for the first time. The lady working Sunday afternoon didn’t say a word kinda rude not friendly service at all. We spoke when we walked in saying hi how are you, no response. We had to let her know we’ve never been in before to start convo. It’s not hard to say welcome in smile or hello..
My date and I ordered sundaes with chocolate syrup and paid. About 10 minutes later the guy came out with what I guess they were calling sundaes with some sort of undetermined topping and said he actually couldn't make it chocolate without adding a dollar. The sundae had no description on the menu and without that I would have thought even without asking it would have had chocolate syrup. And why did he make something other than what we asked for instead of telling us it would be a dollar extra which we would have paid. We had a few bites, it was disgusting. We left it on the counter so they could see we didn't eat it and left.
Came in at 9:30 and was told they aren’t doing samples as they are closing soon. My friend ordered something it was okay but I chose to save my money as I had zero idea what anything tasted like. 30 mins before close and can’t give samples… nice.
The worker that was taking our order was rude and yelling for people to order. He didn’t ask how many scoops me or my family wanted and called me a “plain Jane” because I wanted vanilla ice cream (i don’t know if that’s the name of the ice cream). I felt rush the whole time, there wasn’t even a line and he was rude to kids that had to go to the bathroom. (There was a code to the bathroom).
Yesterday afternoon, I ordered two of the “bottle floats” which is where they make you a float from a glass bottle of soda that they had in a fridge behind the counter. So you get the float and you still have half a bottle of soda left so you can drink it later right? Well even tho there were cold bottles in the fridge... she made our floats with warm sodas, not the cold ones in the fridge!!! Why would you make an ice cream float with warm soda??? All it did was melt the ice cream faster and the ice cream never made the soda cold so my float was half cold and half warm and extremely disappointing. I even asked for a cup of ice for the leftover soda and she told me they don’t even have ice. So if you don’t have ice, why wouldn’t you give me a cold soda??? I should have said something at the time and asked for new floats with cold sodas but I kept my mouth shut because I also work in customer service and I didn’t want to be “that lady” .... but it was really disappointing, the warm soda made the float all warm and the ice cream melted too fast and it was not not good. The girl who helped us was very nice, but it really doesn’t take much common sense to figure out that when pouring a beverage over ice cream, you should make sure that beverage is cold and don’t skimp out on something like that just because you don’t want to have to restock the refrigerator.
One of the worst ice cream cakes I have ever tasted. It had a strong artificial banana flavored ice cream layer at the top that took over the whole cake. It was advertised as a dark chocolate cake so I'm not sure why they would ruin the flavor with banana. I cannot believe this was $50. I bought this for my partner’s birthday and she declined to eat it after trying a few bites.
Took my 2-year old here for ice cream, first time trying this location. Had been at the Heights location and I don’t recall the service was this bad. The fella attending at 4pm on 11/11/22 did not know what he was doing. The customers ahead of us ordered sundaes and he could not dish them out efficiently. We must have waited at least 10 minutes, then I pleaded if I could just get a 2-scoop and he said no. Never again.
2 months ago they had quite a few reviews and averaged 3.6 stars. Looks like they deleted them and started over. Now they only have 3 reviews with 5 stars. Here is my very honest review. Elderly and handicapped not welcome! Can not believe the ramp is on the opposite side of the building from the handicapped parking. So you have to go all the way around building up the ramp to the back of the store tontuen around and go all the way back to the front of the store to order. Makes total sense right? Prices were high which were expected but felt cheated. It was my first time there and the girl helping me knew that. After making a 3 scoop (smallest scoops I have ever seen) for me and a 3 scoop for my mom that had to wait outside, the girl asked if I wanted toppings and the way she asked made it sound like they were included. Remember I told the girl it was my first time. I picked 2 toppings and she used less than half of the little spoon used to eat the ice cream to sprinkle on top. So I was shocked when I was getting charged for 4 toppings at the register! The entire experience sucked. It's super busy and I'm in line trying to call my elderly mother from inside to tell her all the flavors and find out what she wants while in line being rushed by employees and people behind me that are pissed off that I'm on my phone. But you can't see the damn flavors without being in line. They are not understanding I'm also on the phone because this place had no care in the world about how people with disabilities or the elderly would get in thier store. Just baffling! The scoops were so small I just can't believe it. I would never go back.... waited for so long for them to open. Beyond disappointing and will continue going going to the other homegrown creamery in the Heights where none of this is an issue!!!!! Now let's see how long before this review gets deleted.
Bad inept service. I asked for a waffle ice cream and she gave me some other pink garbage in a cup. I tasted it and gave it back immediately. She didn’t offer to fix her mess up. Cannot recommend
Although the state of the establishment seems welcoming and friendly upon further approach the facade of the place falls right apart. It was my first time visiting and as soon as I entered I see a customer waiting to be checked out. The customer appeared to be a homeless man and was attempting to purchase his ice cream with cash. The employees seemed to just be standing there not acknowledging the man and seemed almost disgusted. They could have simply told the man that they do not accept cash instead of ignoring him and hoping he would just walk away. I have never seen a place access a situation so poorly. The man is still a valid paying customer. He was not asking for a free ice cream. He had his money to purchase his item and should have been treated with respect and kindness like any other customer. At this point the line is being held up by the employees for neglecting the man instead of accessing the situation. Another customer then goes and purchase the mans ice cream as he didn’t have another payment option. It is then my turn to place my order. A woman takes our order very coldly with very few words and we are then waiting to order one more item. Then I see the other employee completely skip over a woman waiting behind me to help another family. Overall, the employees were unfriendly and the situation with the homeless man was upright disgusting. I do not wish to support a business who allows their employees to completely humiliate and discriminate against customers based on their economic status.
I sincerely hate writing poor reviews, however, I could not let this go unnoticed. I’ve been to this establishment a few times and have always enjoyed it. However, while visiting there was a customer who happened to be homeless. He was simply trying to get an ice cream, the employees looked as if they were disgusted by him so I paid for him and let the man keep his cash, also when the ice cream was given to him the employee rudely slid it across the counter. No one deserves to be discriminated against or be treated this way. Not only that but the woman behind me was completely skipped over by the employees.
1st timer and last timer. Location is inconvenient to start with. I come in, and no one is up at the counter. Young lady comes out and just looks. As I observe the menu I decided on a waffle cone, the flavors were bland. Can’t try anything due to “COVID” 06/23/2021. It was 2:00PM and about 40% of the options were already gone. I didn’t take any chances to try a new flavor so I settled for plain chocolate. One scoop is $4 & I found last minute that the waffle cone alone was $1.50. So you end up paying $5.95 for the waffle cone and one scoop. Would rather go to a small hole in the wall or the refresquerias where there are more than 15 flavors, walk out with a medium bowl with two flavors for the same $5.95
If you’re looking for over priced ice cream with poor flavoring, this is your place! Customer service was poor, and $3.79 for this cup? I was waiting for some one to pop out and say I was on a game show. Hopefully this place closes soon and makes room for something of value in such a beautiful area.
FOOD: Mediocre at best. I left wishing I had just gotten a gallon from the grocery store. Prices were high as they typically are in any ice cream shoppe. SERVICE: Was eating in the area and decided to get ice cream afterwards, was quickly disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm by the guy at the counter. He didn't say Hello, Welcome In, Can I Help You... NOTHING. I wanted to walk out then! Any establishment where I don't feel welcomed, doesn't deserve my hard earned coins. ATMOSPHERE: It was really just meh.... No vibe, No ambiance, No scenery. #MEH I won't be returning.
