I've been coming here ever since I was about 5 years old and I always order the same thing, cheese enchilada plate. Their beans taste amazing. Sometimes the cheese on top of the enchiladas is a little burnt bit it still taste great. The staff is always nice to is probably because everyone there knows all my family since we go there every other week.

To the people recently commeting on why they aren't open, after hurricane beryl they were open. The place caught fire and they are rebuilding. Apparently they are going to reopen in a month from now. Food is good they have one of my favorite enchiladas, the cheese dosent give me headaches and the sauce dosent taste like anywhere I've been.

The service was good but could be better. The food was different than I expected but still good, mostly. The seasoning was almost non-existent and the salsa was like water. The beans were damn good though. The atmosphere was plain and not fancy but clean and comfortable. The prices are the biggest selling point. Great price for the portions. Overall I would recommend a try.

I had just finished shopping at Value Dollar when I did a Google search for Mexican restaurants in the Denver Harbor area. This restaurant, two blocks away, popped up. It's a small unimposing cantina-style neighborhood restaurant. I really like the two large murals that take up two walls (see photo). I ordered the beef enchilada combination dinner. The food was good and served piping hot. I received good service and the meal was very affordable

This place is open till midnight. If you are looking for a late night spot to get some filling in your stomach I can suggest this as an option. I wouldn’t get my hopes up on perfection but it is definitely still worth the price you pay. The food was pretty decent, however this did over cook my friend’s steak severely. The staff also doesn’t speak English so keep that in mind if you do not know Spanish.

My parents love the food here and we go very often, but this time ordered food to go, tacos and a burrito..if u call this a burrito. Tried to pick it up and came apart. This is not a burrito I was very disappointed and mad

I had the menudo and barbacoa taco. Not bad but I've had better.

Been coming here for about 40 years. Always good food & service. My favorite is the cheese enchiladas. They were shut down for a while & just reopened. I must say, I was very disappointed. The place wasn't full but it took 20 minutes for someone to get our drink order. We were there for over an hour before we got our food. We asked for no cheese on the tostadas & they had cheese. They forgot one order entirely. To top things off, we had to eat our food with flimsy plastic forks & 1 tiny napkin each. We asked for tortillas to go & never got them. We reminded the waitress & had to wait another 15 minutes for them. Idk what has changed but I don't think I'll be back nor will the other 5 ppl I was with. It's unfortunate bc this was always our go to Mexican restaurant. It's actually sad bc we couldn't wait for them to reopen & were so looking forward to our visit.

Very unorganized services is bad they take for every to being the drinks and food takes almost a hour

The place was a mess, tables were not cleaned, only 2 waitresses and wasnt that busy either and the lady that is always there. Was sitting watching TV didnt even bother to help and the phone was ringing and not taking orders. The food was not hot like usual. Ive been going for many years and couldn't believe how the place was....Even video the place....

I had a very disappointing experience. There was no greeting, no “good morning,” and I wasn’t offered a menu while waiting to order. The staff seemed untrained and unfamiliar with the system, which took the forever just to assist people. It took about 20 minutes just for someone to attempt to take my order didn't even get to order because I walked away because they walked away from the register at one point, another customer had to walk up to the counter themselves just to pay because no one was assisting them. Same employee that told me to wait so she can take my order walked away from the register, then stopped to gossip with another worker instead of trying to help anyone else out. It felt like they were avoiding taking orders altogether. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disorganized. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re prepared to waste your time.

I ordered 3 tacos, was given 2, they overcharged me ($26), the owner suddenly wasn't available to return me my money even though they overcharged nor did they want to give me food at the value that they overcharged. I called a few times and they were hanging up on me on purpose until I went in person but suddenly the supervisor and owner weren't there and weren't going to be able to help me because they didn't have receipts tracker of food placed just 3 days ago. The tacos weren't even good to make it worse..will be filing a complaint. This restaurant looks filthy. First time going and will never be eating there again.

I also received a receipt with a number plus tax. Went in today to order 6 tacos and almost payed $30 only to come home to find out my order was wrong. My husband and I went back to fix our order. We were told we had to pay extra because they did not charge us, so I asked if I could just have my money back and the older lady which I think was the owner told me she could not give me my money back because the chips and dip were not in the bag which was free. I went ahead and took the tacos the fajita was so hard I hurt my tooth. The young man who took my order was nice and polite.
