Minuti Coffee on Gray St is a great spot for coffee lovers! The Italian-inspired drinks, like the Dark Chocolate Creamicino and Creamacino, are rich and flavorful. The indoor and outdoor seating make it a comfortable place to relax, and the sidewalk patio is perfect for enjoying the vibe of Midtown Houston. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.
First coffee in Houston and I love it!! ♥️ My order was a black coffee and danish cheese bake, both were great. Nice atmosphere. Super kind and friendly staff and reasonable prices 👌🏾 Thanks and keep up.
While getting my car washed, I decided to get a cup of coffee. I stopped in to try this new location I had never been to before. The associates Alejandro and Delvimar were so inviting and helped me to decide on the right flavor. The location was nice and clean and had pastries and other options
I love the coffee here. Dark chocolate creamicino is the best. The first sip of coffee and chocolate flavoured drink is heavenly. I don’t remember ever ordering a short size here.
This place blew my expectations out of the water! Staff were friendly and super kind, drinks were absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was clean and fun. Would highly recommend this place to anybody.
Great coffee, superb service, and delicious treats! Food options range from breakfast tacos to bakery items. Indoor dining tables, as well as a fantastic sidewalk patio for an enjoyable al fresco dining experience.

Great hospitality the staff especially D went the extra mile as I’m in crutches he opened the door was thoughtful to get a stopper for my coffee so it didn’t spill on my way to the car! My flat white coffee haven in Midtown
A Luxurious Coffee Experience You Don’t Want to Miss Minuti Coffee Shop is an absolute gem! You can truly taste the authentic Italian coffee in every sip. I ordered a latte with caramel and a caramel macchiato, and both were incredibly rich, smooth, and delicious. The service was excellent—the barista was warm, gracious, and even spoke Italian, which made the experience feel extra special and authentic. I loved the thoughtful touch of offering different flavored biscotti to enjoy with your coffee. In addition to Italian-style drinks, they also offer Vietnamese coffee, Frappuccino-esque blended drinks, and tea, so there’s something for everyone. Best of all, the prices are very affordable for such a high-end, luxurious experience. If you’re looking for a coffee spot that feels indulgent yet welcoming, Minuti is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back! ☕✨

Got the shakerato giganti sugar free caramel syrup with oat milk. I think it’s worth the price for the gigantic size! I would return to try other things. I know it’s a franchise, but I did like it.
Coffe was good. Not great but good in my opinion. Cheese Danish was not it though. Will try something else next time. The place itself is pretty cool and staff was friendly. Didn't struggle at all to find parking since I went early morning but In the weekends I believe it does get hard to find parking.
Really good service! Comfortable seating, both indoors and outside, though there's not much seating inside. The outside seating is covered, and it's comfortable even during summer. Good quality drinks and snacks like you would expect at any Minuti location. The only thing that needs improvement is keeping the bathroom stocked; when customers tell you the bathroom is out of paper towels, it would be nice if it took less than 20 minutes to restock them.
I would rate this location five star with one glaring exception. There is only one outlet plug in a laptop. If you’re going to be a coffee shop, do you need more than one outlet. The coffee is great. The location is tremendous. The food selection is OK.

For being busy the drinks were quickly made and done very well. The chai latte was a little sweet for what I prefer but still really good. Chocolate chunks in the cookies are phenomenal.

I got a matcha latte. It was too sweet for me but the flavor was decent! Cute small cafe! Only saw one outlet so if you're looking to study be mindful of that!
*5 star review but filled a little more than halfway* Decided to go to somewhere other than Starbucks for once. First time ordering from Minuti Coffee. I ordered a Grandi Shakerato Caramel Latte for myself and a Giganti Vietnamese Iced Coffee for my wife. The coffee is really good and only took a couple minutes to prepare. Maybe I’m crazy, but when I pay for a larger cup, I expect the extra volume to be filled with equally extra beverage. The attached picture is my Grandi next to my wife’s Giganti. We were short on time so we just took the L.

3/26/25 - a new review I recently started getting coffee from here again. I ordered 2 vanilla shaker this is what u received . Very disappointed . Use to be my favorite coffee place . Unfortunately I ordered it through UBER eats so I can’t get a refund I use to come in everyday , my schedule changed . I love Minuti coffee . However the past couple times I’ve order through DoorDash or Uber eats . I have received clumpy coffee or my coffee filled half way.

The staff was very unpleasant when i walked in. I don’t know if it was a language barrier, but i had to repeat my self serval times to the order taker in which they had to call to the front serval times. I ordered a creamiciono in which i stated i did want whipped cream (they gave it to me without it) the order taker looked at the lady making the drinks and said “too sweet” and started laughing. I had an horrible experience, and I’ll make sure to never enter into another shop. Oh and i was the only customer they had.

I was trying to order a Vietnamese Coffee, which was on the menu, and they were out of that. So then I tried to order vanilla, out of that too, then tried to order another flavor and guess what.. out of that one too!
I’ve been a loyal customer of all the Minuti coffee shops in Houston for eight years. Recently, I had the opportunity to interact with the owner at the Gray Street location, and my experience was disappointing. I often recommend Minuti to my guests for its coffee and service. However, the owner’s attitude towards me and his predominantly female staff was troubling. It seemed he took advantage of their status as they all are international employees , and it was disheartening to witness. You would expect someone in his position to show gratitude for loyal customers and employees and treat them with respect. Here’s what happened today: I usually order a drink made with two shots of espresso and ice cream, but due to my doctor’s orders, I’ve been requesting only one shot. A single shot of espresso costs $2.76 with tax. When the drinks are made, there’s often a small overage that gets discarded. I asked if I could keep the overage instead of letting it go to waste. At first, things were going well until the owner intervened, telling the staff not to accommodate my request without offering any alternatives, despite me paying for two shots. I then suggested giving the extra shot to my fiancé, who regularly pays for two shots himself. So, we are effectively paying for four shots daily but only receiving three. The owner’s attitude towards me was dismissive until my fiancé arrived, at which point he changed his tone, interesting right? This speaks volumes about how some men perceive women. While I won’t call it discriminatory, it’s hard to ignore that it’s only one people of color employees in the three locations I visit. I felt undervalued, especially when all I asked for was a small accommodation that still fell short of what I was paying for. When I requested the corporate office number to voice my concerns about his attitude, the owner arrogantly informed me that I would be speaking to him and that there was no one higher for me to address my complaint with, adding that no one could discipline his disrespect. If more people knew about the behavior of certain owners, many businesses could face scrutiny. It’s unfortunate that the owner's arrogance overshadowed my experience. A special shout-out to Veronica from the downtown store(now closed) —your service was fantastic! And to the employees at Gray Street, you’re doing an amazing job. The universe sees you and your integrity . Just sit back and watch❤️
