Excellent restaurant, with excellent burgers, some of the best we ate on the trip

Had a girl’s night out this weekend and absolutely loved our waitress, Annabelle! Helped us so quickly when we messed up on the table padlet splitting our checks. Will be back for next month’s marg of the month for sure!

Our server Cat was unreal - she gave the most exceptional service. She was so fun and funny to chat with. The food was good but service made it even better! IF you come to this Chilis you MUST ask for Cat as your server 🫶🏼

Quick, easy, great food for not a crazy price. It was calm and not too loud and the Diet Coke was flowing which is all I needed! Annabelle was so lovely and helpful!

I got fired from Chili’s a few years ago but I still love the food. Our waitress Riley was super nice and helpful. I got druunk last night and this was my hangover meal. The only thing I don’t like is the AI responses to the reviews on here. A chilihead should respond instead. I’ll still come back though

I haven't been to Chili's in many years. I went on a whim while in town and was pleasantly surprised by how great our meals were. We ordered the lunch 3 For Me menu specials. We got the trio sampler and a grilled chicken Santa Fe salad. The service and the food was all amazing and very budget friendly. We will be going to our local Chili's after this fantastic experience

It seems like this place underwent an entire overhaul of staff between Veteran's Day and now, or at the very least, they were re-trained well! Bravo! On Vets Day, I got some of the worst service of my entire life. It took us over an hour to get food, and the service was terrible. When I went with my best friend a couple of days ago, everything was phenomenal. Food was hot and fresh, waitstaff were VERY attentive and polite, and service was quick! Chicken crispers were great, giant mozzerella sticks were great, and the dip trio with tortilla chips is a classic. I will absolutely be returning... and the peanut butter pie is to die for 🤤

Annabelle was our server and should be commended for something we seldom get any more and that's great customer service, with a smile! The 3 for me is honestly the best deal in town, unlimited chips and salsa, a drink and a burger fills you up on a budget. Our server cat is a local favorite and we’re always in for a fun experience when we get her. One of our favorite spots!!!

Friday nights at the bar for a game are a treat worth having often. Consistently a fun spot to watch and unwind.

It was my first time ever at chili’s right after I had my heart broken. Our waiter was so kind and the other staff made sure we had everything we ordered. I had the shrimp tacos which were nice and my friends loved the chips that they got as their appetizer. I would definitely come back, since it filled me up for a nice price.

My partner and I frequently visit the Ithaca Chili’s. We visit just about once a week as the food is very consistent, service is great, and it’s a great option when we’re feeling hungry. Anyways, today we visited and had Anita as our server. She was not only one of the most personable servers we’ve ever had, but she was extremely attentive and helpful. Anita made our night great and just to top it off, the food was an easy 11/10. On our next visit we will definitely be looking forward to hopefully having her again!!

Amazing service, great food, Wonderful vibes! Definitely would come back! We ordered the 3 for me, the triple dipper, and the Alex Santa Fe which were all super cheap in comparison to what you were actually getting. The 3 for me came with a choice of soup, chips or salad for the first part. We chose the chips and they were so big! The salsa was a little watery, but very good. The 3 for me also came with drink, and a whole meal from 10.99 to 16.99. You really get a bang for your buck at chili's!! The pink lemonade wasn't the best, but it was still very good and we were even given a refil! I thought it was amazing that you could get refills on all sodas, and that really goes to show how great the deals are here. I got a cup of hot water for free, since I brought my own coffee in my bag, and they were even nice enough to bring me some sugar! Everyone here was so nice, coming to check on us from time to time and making sure we were having fun. The cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks so was great, and not only was it amazingly seasoned but so were the fries. The molten lava cake was soo good as well! The ice cream paired so great with the softness of the cake, it was like a reward for my taste buds. The interior was nice and chill, the lighting was so inviting and the presentation of both the food and the tables was amazing. Definitely would come back!!

Drove a 30 min ride to eat here... One side of the restaurant was very loud. I had to ask to not be by a speaker or the TVs as I wear hearing aids and like to conversate with the family. The accommodated this without issues. The waiter was on point and friendly. The food came out hot and flavorful. We all left so full and satisfied.

Great spot for a casual dinner. We had the fastest service we could ever remember having in a restaurant!!!!! It just seemed like we got our beers, and our food appeared. Food was hot and delicious

Our server was great, and most people in our party had good food. I ordered a triple app dish just the way it came in the picture. At first, it wasn't brought out, and when it was, it was cold, and instead of three distant sauces, it had three cups of ranch. Everyone else had a good meal, so hopefully, this was a fluke. My husband said his Alex burger was delicious! Our server was great, though, so we'll be back again.

Deals are great and the quality for its spot on. My son's and I go there for our special night out and it's always a good time. Chain restaurant. You get exactly what you expect, which is why you go there. The staff training is excellent. Consistently friendly and helpful. The food is tasty. Filling. Probably high calorie, high fat. You want a Chili's meal? Go to Chili's. You want healthy vegan food? Ithaca has lots of other places for that. Some of the specials are a very good value. The old 3-for-$10 special is gone; it's now $11 and has a limited choice of entrees. It's still a good value, and the hamburger may be the best in Ithaca. Consider what's on the TV screens before you sit, and ask to sit facing something you want to see. Otherwise (perish the thought) you'll have to make conversation with your tablemates...unless you brought a smartphone.

This was our first experience with child's and we were blow away with the great tasting food and service. We had the chicken bacon ranch Quesadillas and the chil Philly with Mac and cheese. The Philly was amazing.

I seriously doubt I’ll ever go back to this place or any other chili’s but I doesn’t mean that other should follow. We all have individual taste preferences and mine don’t agree with their recipe. I ordered what was supposed to be be their local favorite and was served rare beef steak which was literally raw and almost bleeding in hot plate. I was so nauseated that couldn’t even take pictures 😀. But other items were really good and our server tried her best to make it up to us. Lava cake was DELICIOUS and among the best I’ve ever tasted. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone who has no issues with steak cooked rare or medium rare.

It's a Chili's what can you really say. The staff was nice and responsive.

It was too loud, too busy. The baby back ribs were dry and unappealing. We saw our waitress twice and no refills on drinks were offered. There were also 2 young women sitting in a booth, laughing it up and acting surprised when asked to help us out with a couple things that didn't arrive at the table (ketchup, extra napkins). Basically just put them on the table, continuing their laughing conversation. We've been to this Chili's several times in the last 3 years & it's really deteriorated. Wouldn't be surprised if it's one of the first on the chopping block. Check to make sure it's still there if you go!

My food has never come out hot or correct. I don't understand what the issue is. This is a chain restaurant. It's simple to follow the same recipe over and over. I'm a chef. I know how to cook food and get it out of the kitchen still hot. But yet it does not happen here. I ordered a salad this time. The quesadilla salad came out with no quesadilla or anything else but lettuce and a dime guacamole filling in the middle of it. I had to get the attention of the waitress to tell her I thought something was wrong. Yup wrong salad. She takes it away, so while my friend gets to eat I get to watch. Five minutes or so later I get my salad back and it's still missing stuff but I am starving so I ate it. Nothing is worse than your table not eating together because the kitchen staff can't work together on a salad. The only part that needs to be cooked is the chick and that was could but cooked. So why take so long.

It’s an alright atmosphere but the lights are rather dull and don’t add much flair. In terms of the food I ordered the Bacon Burger for 17 dollars and for the price it could be better. The burger was very oily and the amount of fries you get with it is small. It is also high in calories as much of the food here is. The prices here are a bit high for the quality of food but it is passable at least. Good for a quick meal with friends but beyond that you could choose something better.

A typical Chile’s. Too greasy for my liking and water tasted peculiar. Never been much of a fan. Service has always been good tho.

They forgot my Mac and cheese with my to go order. I called them and went back to get it as I live close. The portion was so small, it wasn’t worth the trip. I ordered a steak dinner and had to pay an extra 50 cents for the Mac and cheese. Happy with the steak and broccoli but not the Mac and cheese portion. Service and wait staff were great, kitchen not so much ,Ordered a just bacon burger with literally just bacon and lettuce ,first time came with mayo, sent it back, second time came back bacon was raw not to happy cause I was there with 5 others who had already by this point just about finished their meal, but wait staff was great and helped get it situated.

Unfortunately, every time we do curbside our order is incomplete. Today my child’s grilled cheese wasn’t even edible. Check your orders before you leave!

The food was consistent with what you expect when you order Chili’s, however, our server was very aloof and left me without a drink for my entire meal. She didn’t come back once until we were finished eating. I wish I asked the manager who ran out our food for a drink. I had to drink from my mom’s cup since our server was so inattentive.

Where do we start? Walking in, there was a wait of 25 mins which shouldn't have been a thing because there were many open tables. The real reason? You had 4 hosts/waitresses on their phones the entire time we were standing and waiting. When finally sat, Theresa warned us the kitchen was backed up. She was nice but was definitely flustered by the happenings of the evening and it showed. She did try but we saw periods of a not so great attitude. Our appetizer took 20-25 minutes and the mozzarella sticks were cold. Why didn't we say something there? Cause we could tell the atmosphere was not good and were hungry so we took it as a sign to just get our food and get out as quickly as possible. Our food was mediocre at best. The young man who corrected a mistake by Theresa, was quick, attentive and was the best part of the night. He should be considered for a management position because he corrected the mistakes and even said himself "the kitchen needs to do better." This place needs a serious overhaul behind the scenes. We didn't see a manager walking around checking on tables, we barely saw our waitress, and there was some seriously inebriated guys at the bar right behind us that almost stumbled right into my fiancée. We understand it's a bar, we understand it was margarita night but there really was no excuse for this service. As we left, we overheard a host tell a bigger party it was a 50 minute wait. Half the restaurant was empty. We all laughed as we left. All the while, hostesses were on their phones still.

My group went to this restaurant. The host was over whelmed and was then taken away with the manager. They were trying to seat people but I am assuming he was over whelmed then yelled at the people that tried to help seat people because there were reservations, and then walk in standing at the door way.He stated that when asked if he wanted any help. He said I just want everyone to leave me alone in from of us and other customers. A lot of confusion of if we were to wait 30 minutes or move forward. Our waitress was okay. When asking for a decaf refill she said that we don't offer decaf. That was clearly stated that there was 1 decaf and a regular decaf. She state she must have not heard that ordered. When asking for creamer and sugar when she came back to our table she acted annoyed. Just seemed like all but 2 people waitering where not overwhelmed. The food was so so. Due to the service from start to finish we will not be attending the Ithaca, NY establishment.

Came in for my veterans meal. I was by myself and was place at a table near the bar. 3 people came in after me and sat in the table in front of me. We order cajun chicken pasta dish with clam chowder. The pasta was cold. The clam chowder was almost thrown on table. If it was hot the cheese would have melted. As you can see from picture it was not melted.

Disappointed. 1 star is actually for our waitress, who was very nice. Barmaid was not very friendly and slammed drinks on the table as she passed through. We ordered nachos and quesadillas. Nachos are actually 12 very salty overtoasted single nacho chips with topping. You get a melon ball sized portion of sour cream and dry salsa along with some lettuce for them. Quessadillas were equally disappointing . They were salty and greasy with the same miniature toppings. There was a little dish of still unidentified white sauce on the side which was tasted and left alone. Will not choose to eat there again. Should have declined order.

I had to adjust my review. I went there yesterday 11/20/25. My wife and I got cold fries, so we said something, so the waitress (who was also behind the bar alot) went back to get new fries. She cane back 30 seconds later with 2 new orders. They were cold as well. I told her they were still cold. She says to me and I quote " i saw them pull them out of the greese I can assure you they are fresh" to which i said no they aren't but whatever. I didnt eat them either. We didn't get any drink refills, even though my drink had been empty for about 10 min. They forgot my wife's ranch so I gave her mine, I did tell her I needed another ranch b/c they forgot my wife's. That never came out. You would have thought they would have adjusted the price of our meal. BUT NOPE. I still paid $67 for cold food, no drink refills and forgotten sauces and terrible service. I probably won't be back until they can figure out how to treat there customers, and send out fresh food. I couldn’t tip b/c the service was atrocious. Get it together chilli's your going down hill so fast.

We are so sad about this, honestly. The first time we went there the food was OUT of this world amazing, including the service and the server. This time we did not only got "meh" service (to the point that we debated wether we wanted to tip or not. And we are very good tippers, so this was definitely bad for us), we got subpar food. So bad my husband feels he got food poisoning. This was our perfect place for a date, but I guess we shall be researching other places to go.
