Great food at a great price! We had the Mongolian chicken, Mongolian shrimp, sesame chicken and orange chicken. The mall was packed and busy, but the service was still quick and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!
Cozy, quick and healthy lunch/dinner option. Food is made fresh and Jose (Manager) always provides service with a smile.
Went to charge the car and stopped to get food here. Got a 3 item combo with bourbon chicken, Kung pao chicken and Mongolian steak. Everything was hot, tasted pretty good and the portions were pretty big. The employees were really nice also.
One of the good Chinese food places in town, located in the Avenues mall food court. The food is always fresh, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and very affordable prices. The service is very fast.
Great mail food court option.

Just stopped in the Avenues Mall and decided on a late lunch. Out of 8 possible choices we chose Mandarin Express to share a 3 selection lunch. I took the mixed vegetables with noodles, orange chicken, shrimp ($1.29 upcharge) and Beef with Broccoli and a small egg roll. Overall ok but a bit to sweet and sticky for the chicken and shrimp and the beef a bit to tough. Service was good but overall it's ok just not a want to go out of my way to come back.
Formerly Mandarin Express, everything looked the same. I’ve tried their Mongolian chicken and Bourbon chicken and so far my favorites. Will to try something else next time. Two entrees with a side for $10.
Wife had the Teriyaki Chicken with Fried Rice & Lo Mein. She ate it all, very tasty. Reasonable. Mall court food.

The bourbon chicken was flavorful but tough to chew. The green beans were good. I felt it was a bit pricy which is turning me back on to Sabarro.

The bourbon chicken was good The fried rice had no flavor. The wonton were stale and the egg roll were not cooked all the way. Wasted $30.00 for 2. Had to buy a Philly steak sandwich at another eatery at the mmall
They tend to scoop up from the bottom of their tray to ensure you get mostly the oil and greasy sauce and little amount of meat . Not a good value for the money.

Update 10/9/2023 they still do not rotate so we asked for the food on top......Did not get photos but I watched the guy bring fresh food from the back and poor it on top of the old food instead of rotating. So you could end up with some bad food that would make you sick Oh and when I opened my tea cup it was CLOUDY gross
Went with my family to get dinner we sit down in food court and I open my food and start eating and I found a roach in my rice! She didn’t want to give me a refund! Instead she offered me another plate but at that point why would I want another plate with a side of roaches 😭😭😭

The young kids that work there act as if there scared to plate the container.Ordered the shrimp that tasted like it was old, the so called steak was rubbery. By time you chewed it all you could do it spit it out. Rice was bland.I had to make a second trip back to get a refund. I'm finished with this restaurant and all at this food court. Don't waste your money. It's not up to the standards they had before covid.
Well ordered through door dash and seeming door dash won't handle the situation ill leave a review. Orange chicken and sesame chicken were just one big blob of mystery meat and then next was the sirloin being still raw. Horrible experience. Order panda express instead.
Got Kung Pao today. Horrible. Greasy, not white meat chicken as it use to be when they had their own location. Chicken was dark meat with skin and fat particles. Rice looked pretty dry and old. Got immediate reaction in my mouth. Blister showed up. Definitely not going back, and will let my friends know about this experience.
Rude as hell. I bring my wife here and after we order our food, the 2 Asian girls acted as if they didn't hear when my wife asked for one more entry. She goes to the other girl serving the food to ask her what we ordered as if they didn't know what she ordered. Then she puts the food in the bag and our bag ripped. Rude ass customers service , first time eating there, food was so bad, fake Chinese food. Do not eat here, please no joke, no lie. Seriously rude! Didn't even smile, etc. You want our money or not? Nasty nasty nasty! Food
FOOD POISONING WARNING!! DO NOT EAT THERE! My husband and I ate there while shopping in the mall. About 4 hours later (after not eating anything else) we both became violently ill and threw up from 5pm to 5am the next morning. Thank goodness we got our child Chick Fil A instead. On top of that as a nursing mom, being sick killed my supply. We are reporting them and will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. Don't risk it. It was the worst sickness we've ever experienced.
Idk what they serving there but very low quality taste of food. I cant describe it the rice was horrible it was bland and taste weird. I got orange chicken it was horrible never had it taste like that before it was gummy and bland also along with the Mongolian chicken never eating there again.
Could I give it zero stars? Some Pei Wei locations offer gluten free options. Called ahead and was told they do have gf options. Got there and they do not. Asked what they were near in the mall, person answering phone could not answer Dillard's just food court. Thanks for wasting our travel time and we had a very nice gf meal at Olive Garden across the street.
