The food was not good; the rice was dry and hard. The broccoli was hard, not cooked just washed. I ask for gravy on the rice, got nothing. Thank you but no thank you.

My son ordered food chicken, shrimp, fried rice, and spring rolls for delivery. The container the came in was dirty with red spots and black spots on it and it wasn’t stapled and the plastic bag was not sealed. I didn’t like how the food looked inside the container. I will not allow my son to order from them again.. I do not feel comfortable allowing him to eat the food from a dirty soiled container that the food was sent in. I am very, very disappointed with their delivery service because they don’t take any precautions and care for their customers.

Poor service. They charged me extra for black pepper steak which I did not order. The food was very salty.

Had chicken with broccoli at one point it tasted like fish . It was giving cross contamination from utensils. I don’t practice religion but this could be a big no for a customer that does while also bring germs (obviously) and no salt or jsut no flavor . I wanted to look in the kitchen but I naturally looked away cause Ignorance is bliss I didn’t want to believe it that’s what I was thinking when I was ordering. But after tasting it the food symbolized the worst of humanity in a way for me because I gave benefit of doubt and look where it got me . If I just looked and actually left and not given benefit of doubt you would have had a higher rating

They are more focused on online orders than in store visits. Spend your money somewhere else with more attentive staff.

I ordered here tonight off uber eats like I Always do I got one plate of double orange chicken and the other orange chicken & teriyaki chicken when I tell you guys the teriyaki chicken stink so bad so bad I always order from panda it’s one of my favorites but the teriyaki stand so bad it has a bad smell it lit up my whole apartment it smell so bad I couldn’t even eat it

Got all the way home after a hour drive to only have 1 meat and no teriyaki chicken on my plate, I call the store guy answers soon as I asked for manager act like couldn’t hear me and hung up

Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff This place really needs improvement. The employees are not friendly or helpful, and the management doesn’t seem to care about customer service. You have to wait a long time in line every time, and hygiene is not maintained at all — tables and the dining area are often dirty. Very disappointing experience overall.

Every visit means standing in line for a long time, and the staff seems careless and disorganized. Hygiene is not maintained — tables and counters are often dirty. The employees and management both need serious improvement; they don’t seem to care about customers or cleanliness.

The chowmein is like WIRE I got 3 tiny piece of meat in my beef & broccoli The rice is tasteless and hard Don’t order from this location, it’s the worst .. The manager lady is not nice , rude to employees.. This was my second time getting garbage food there .. spent $27 . Had to throw it in the garbage 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

EDIT 06/21/24: Their service now is even worse than before. They ended up forgetting FOUR menu items from my order from yesterday. I was picking up my sister's mobile order and my own. They forgot 3 of her items and 1 of mine. I noticed that my fried rice was missing as I was leaving and went back and got it, but I didn't know what my sister had ordered at that time so I didn't realize she was missing THREE things until we got home. The employees here are allergic to reading and comprehending. It's actually sad. I never had a bad experience with any Panda Express locations until coming to this one in particular. ORIGINAL: Their food is good, but their customer service is awful. I placed a mobile order on December 20th, 2023 and waited for my food for 30 minutes. No apologies or anything. When I first arrived, 5 minutes after placing my mobile order, they said they didn't receive my order so they were waiting for it to come in. I already thought it was weird because 5 minutes is plenty of time for a mobile order to come in, but hey, what do I know? I took a seat and continued to wait and after about 10 minutes someone asked for my name again and looked in their system and was like, "let's wait for it to come in" as if that wasn't what I was already doing. Then, they ignored me for about another 15 minutes as I sat directly in front of their register. They just continued to help other customers that were walking in and just pretended like I didn't exist until a new employee walked in and asked me what I was waiting for and searched for my order again in their system, couldn't find it, and then proceeded to open their printing component to dislodge a paper jam. Finally, my order printed out. So the other employees there didn't know that a paper jam could have been the cause of the problem and just didn't bother helping or asking anyone who might have known the issue? Who knows how long I would've been waiting there. Then, after printing out my order they ignored me again and began helping the people who had JUST ARRIVED to the restaurant. I had to wait another 5 minutes before they actually packed my order. And finally, I asked for Chilli Sauce too and they didn't give me any :)

I spent over $45 here on Jamaica Ave for my family to eat. The food was ok, the establishment would not provided my family with plates to sit and eat. They gave us food covers with holes in the bottom. Unsanitary and unacceptable! I will never be eating here again and I'd hope no one else visit this location either. I love panda expresssl. From west coast to east coast I love you panda express. I will NEVER return to Jamaica Ave panda express! Blessings!
