The man that is working the drive through rn and most nights needs a raise and deserves a part ownership in the whole company. Actually that man needs to take ceo now. The energy the positivity is unreal. 10/10 give this man a raise ASAP always smiling always happy I love going here.

I have to say I had a great experience with the gentleman taking orders at the drive thru true customer service most of the time you feel rushed and not polite at all and now days we need more service like this! I been there several time.. and most of time I get my order wrong, or they are just on the go, but today the staff was really nice!!! Keep it up!!

I have teens so I have to go here regularly - they are fast food so while I am not a fan of fast food this one is the best for protein for athletes - but I like this Taco Bell, the staff works really hard and when you order from the app it’s great to walk in, grab your order and go. They never get our order wrong and they seam to work as a team. I have not seen it dirty and disgusting in the lobby, it’s always clean when we go there. And if you order regularly either through drive through or in lobby, they are super patient and informative.

The NY Ave. Taco Bell is the best Taco Bell location. Their food is always well made and the food orders are always accurate. Their drive up window is also the best. The workers are great at this location! They always take good care of you.

I came into the store and one of the cashiers helpfully demonstrated the new ordering system that's available for all customers. It makes it easier to quickly order and receive your food. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Went here for lunch during the week. Staff was super friendly, and attentive! Food came out fast, hot and fresh. The inside dining was super clean, I did not feel I was in a typical dirty fast food place. I recommend picking this Tacobell if you are in the area!

I’m so confused by these reviews as I have been coming here for years, at different times, and for pretty much the same items but occasionally I get something different. Sometimes I’ll eat here once or twice a month, other times I may go like two months without eating the bell. Nonetheless.. the drive thru attendants are always so kind and the food is ALWAYS hot/fresh. I’ve only ever been missing an item twice in the last couple of years and it’s been an easy fix. I don’t ever go inside so I can’t speak to that unfortunately! The items I order each time vary but always come from the following list; quesadillas, chalupa supremes, tacos, Cinnabon delights, bean burritos, fries when they have them, and the Mexican pizza. I never ever have any issues!

Used the drive-thru last night, and as we pulled away, we saw that part of our order was missing. I'm not sure if it was a cashier or manager inside, but he and the food prepping staff were very quick to right the wrong. He was very polite, it was much appreciated; and the new food was nice and fresh when it was served to us! PS try the bell sauce with the new chicken nuggets, amazing!

My partner and I are avid Taco Bell fans. We get Taco Bell when we are traveling out of town or need a quick bite. This is one of the best ones I have been to. We ordered on the app and picked up on the drive thru. They were quick and efficient. Our order was made perfectly with modifications and the food tasted so fresh compared to what I've had at other locations. I had the cravings box; the chalupa was crispy and the cinnamon twists were delicious (some locations don't change the oil enough and they taste burnt). The chicken quesadilla had a good amount of chicken in it and it was properly melted. This is our favorite Taco Bell on long island!

I spent the week observing people making the food at taco Bell when we were working on making printers for their point of sale system. It's taco Bell. It was good, check it out if you in the area. Hunting station is not that dangerous. Don't listen to the media. If you have a craving for Taco Bell get it! The thing I like about this Taco Bell is they're fast no delays on a late night. Cars could be lined up around the place and you'll breeze right through.

Perhaps the store was short-staffed, but this was the slowest experience I have ever had at a drive-thru restaurant. It literally took about 30 minutes to get to the window, and no apology or explanation from the staff for the wait.

Presentation of the food is dissatisfying to say the least especially at night. It also seems they don’t like to answer their phone at night despite being open ‘till 3 am. I don’t have the option on Uber eats to not have ice in my drink which is unfortunate so I like to call to tell them light on the ice or no ice.

It was clean & quiet. The cashier wasn't too pleasant. The look on her face was as if she didn't want to work...ever. Had an man who appeared to be mentally disabled walking in & out. He appeared to have food but still it was quite uncomfortable. I kept my eye on him & immediately after eating, I left.

As expected with taco bell but if you want food late at night expect long drive through times. Make sure you check your bags before leaving because they consistently forget things. For example i ordered a meal with 3 tacos and only got 2.

This taco bell location has fine food for fast food, but it's staff and lack of speed hurts the experience. My biggest problem is that a large portion of the staff don't speak great English leading to messed up orders and usually a terrible drive through experience. On top of that 9/10 times I go there the order takes 5 or more minutes when it's something like 5 tacos. Overall the food is fine, but the experience is lackluster.

I love coming to this taco bell. Great employees who listen to your order and keep the place clean... However... They can never get our orders right. Its happened countless numbers of times. We get things that have extra charges such as pico de gallo, spicy ranch, creamy jalapeno and it doesnt even make it on. Dont even bother calling the place because they never pick up. Something i highly recommend for this place, eat there, if possible. So you can tell them if they didnt put something on. And, if youre taking your food out, ALWAYS check to make sure they gave you everything. We have had items missing before.

Like the food. I like that I could customize my Mexican pizza with extra beef etc. Wish they served seltzer. I don't like being forced to use the self-service ordering system. Also, the dining room is always cold.

I hate how Taco Bell does not allow you to place an order with an employee anymore. Now you have to do it yourself on the digital pad they have. I can understand if they had it similar to McDonald's, where you had the option to do it that way, but the only way for me to place an order is on that pad, rather than a human being, in my opinion that is a bunch of BS. I'm just making it a little easier on them because I'm doing what the employees get paid to do except I'm not getting paid for it.

Place was clean and nicely decorated. What baffles me about Taco bell is their inconsistency with their food. I’ll go to one Taco Bell and their chipotle burrito from value menu is normal sized and then you’ll go to another TB and its either bland with barely any sauce or tiny with the tortilla overpowering the food content so its like you’re chewing a plain flour tortilla. This particular TB the portion was very laughable that I had to snap a pic. Iced coffee at Taco Bell is highly NOT recommended. Never has a good iced coffee at a Taco Bell. Has a smoky, perfumy type of taste 🤢. *hint taco bell, look into Mcdonald’s coffee’s, stellar to say the least. So this particular taco bell gets a thumbs down for their food, workers were very nice.

After long wait Mexican pizza is back in the menu. As a die hard fan, went their and had my pizza. It mouthwatering delicious, same taste. But now you can add more ingredients like guacamole, potatoes and other sauces. Only complaint is they messed up my order, I ordered 1 veg Mexican pizza, but they gave us with beef. Secondly I paid extra for the guacamole, they didn't put in. Management has to look this issues. 14oct22.update. very slow service, messed up my order again, burned my stack.

I haven't eaten in a taco bell in @ 3 years. I had remembered their tacos as yummy. Well now they have a new select your choice of ingredients menu, that's on a touch screen. Once again new = down grade & more expensive. They should have an ORIGINAL section where you can order tacos the drippy tastey way that they used to make them.

4 stars for because my kids loved eating there. But, I saw a rat running to the drive thru before my car, so I made a U-turn out of there! I'm petrified of rodents, yes sitting in my car, too. It was such a turn off that I never been back since. That's NO stars for me, so that's my difference in rating Taco Bell. We only go to Chipotle, now and we really enjoy their food better.

Came here twice middle of the night as I was hungry and needed some food in my system around 3-4am, both times they were closed via drive-thru, I called both times and no response. They post it on their website and google maps which is a reputable source, that they are open and yet they are not!!! I understand COVID-19 is still here, but still have the courtesy of at least picking up the phone! It takes me about 20 mins to reach here and most of the time I enjoy their food, but recently not at all!

There are too many times when they are understaffed during rushes. There are way too many mistakes made on orders. I am sitting in the dining area and there is not one clean table. Management here is non-existent.

I got a $5 combo box. Everything was lukewarm. Fries were stale and thus kind of hard to chew through, and they also replaced the burrito for a soft taco (half the price of burrito) because they ran out of burritos. Disappointing experience. :(

I ordered a regular chalupa box expecting to be the chalupa with a taco, burrito and the cinnamon twist and I got a toasted cheddar chalupa and 2 tacos and I have told them I want the regular box but the employees don’t listen well.

It's a combined business of taco bell, and pizza hut. Every time I go there I try to order pizza hut and they are either always out of pizza or only have one left, not even one of each kind of pizza. If you are looking to enjoy a nice pizza from here I would advise you to think twice and not to waste your money or time going there.

Constant errors on drive thru orders. Missing items wrong orders etc. Today cinnamon twists that must be a week old. I tried to call to talk to someone but noone answers the phone. It gets worse everyday. We constantly go and pick up food only to get home and find missing items. Just a dissapointment overall.

I ordered online. I waited for my order for 30 minutes. And then a girl saw be walk back and forth looking at names of other orders from pick up station. They didn't start making my food after 30 minute wait I was acknowledged. Then they don't have my drink they didn't have my sauces... if a manager was there he would not allow that to happen. So I just walked away and the girl kept my food without refund.

35 minutes in the drive through for them to hand me a random assortment of items which were all not what I ordered at all. And then when one item was missing altogether the employee gave me an attitude and tried to tell me it was in my bag when it wasn't, then had to wait ten minutes for them to make my missing item only for that to have the wrong ingredients as well. While it's not the best taco out there, sometimes it's late or you are in a rush and you just want to grab a quick taco. I'd love to say that you can get a quick taco here, but not when the drive-thru takes an incredibly long amount of time at 9:00 or 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. at night. They prevent you from using the app on your phone to order food 45 minutes to an hour before they close to order 2 basic tacos??? The app is glitchy and often won't let you purchase food. I thought it might have just been my phone but apparently more than 10 of my co-workers said the same thing and don't even use the app anymore and don't go to Taco Bell often anymore because the phone app doesn't work properly and won't let you put an order in. Taco Bell, you're losing quite a bit of business because your app doesn't work properly. If more than 10 people in my own company alone stopped going to Taco Bell because they can't put an order in, I could only imagine how many others this is happening to.

There was a lady named Leticia and at no where she started to said in Spanish to her colleagues Hurry up this one is mad it’s looking at us with the look that she wants to eat us when I didn’t even say anything to this lady I just looked at her and I thought I’m not gonna put myself to her level because she looks trash with a ring in her nose so disgusting I don’t understand.
