We came here for lunch and sat at the bar where Michael served us. My husband loves the fiesta lime chicken and it came out perfect. I ordered their classic combo. Michael came back to bring it and informed us the quesadillas were burnt and he had them re-fire new ones. We definitely appreciated that he made sure everything came out perfect. It was good. Michael was so fun to talk to and very tentative. It’s been a few years since I ate an Applebee’s, but this location was so great and we will definitely be back!

Went here with my boyfriend and my daughter tonight and man did it change the way I looked at Applebees. The one off marsh ruined me ever wanting to go to another one until tonight. I was hesitant but glad I did. My server was decent but the fact you could change the jukebox to play what you wanted was what really made the night. The two guy servers working tonight danced to every song I put on and just MADE EVERYTHING FUN. I wish I would’ve gotten their names but boy are they entertaining, best servers I’ve seen in a long time. We’ll be back!

Our server Daniel went above and beyond for our table especially with our rowdy 1 year old. He greeted us with a very outgoing/positive attitude, was very efficient with his communication and we will definitely be back. Our food was great, fingers crossed we can have him as our server again!!

The Really Big Meal Deal!!! The New Bangin Burger is awesome, especially if you love jalapenos and bacon. 10 bucks! Better then any drive thru. It's June and all month kids meals are $3.99. Amazing place for hangout with friends. Open till late and it's very light on your wallet. They have specials going on and you can find margaritas for just $2. Very few options for vegetarian main course but if you are there for just snacking then they have bunch of appetizers and desserts.

We much enjoyed our dinner this evening. Michael was an attentive, respectful and friendly server. Our food was delicious. We had the 2 for $37 deal. The Honey Glazed ribs were great and the Burbon Chicken and Shrimp were delectable! I highly recommend. We loved the fact that the music and tvs were not too loud to enjoy conversation. The manager was extremely nice and our waitress was great I wish I could remember her name. The bathroom was very clean and smelled clean. Everyone there seemed to be enjoying the atmosphere. The food was great and affordable.

Taylor is the BEST! We met her before our trip to Hawaii, and decided to go back once we returned home. She remembered us, asked for pictures, and even got us shots on the house to celebrate our engagement! On top of that, the food was delicious (highly recommend the bourbon shrimp and chicken). It has been about 15 years since we ate at Applebee's because the food was nasty with horrible service. We ate at Applebee's this week because of convenience and was pleasantly surprised. We had the two for $25.00 and chose onion rings for the appetizer and the double cheese hamburger which came with tomato basil soup and fries. They also have for $1.00 a small piece of brownie with ice cream, it was the perfect size. Mike the bartender was our waiter, he was friendly, attentive and made recommendations on what to order. He suggested to add blackened seasoning and jalapeños to the burger, which was a nice spicey addition. We will definitely be back.

The reason for my 5 stars is for how the bartender hustling around the whole restaurant to make sure customers were satisfied! Wow for Maya! Great worker that needs more teammates to join her in the great work! We have been here a few times and we Yelp reviewed about two years ago and gave you five stars. Today, when we got here, there seemed to be plenty of staff and we even saw Jamie, the shift manager. Maya was behind the bar and took our order. After we ordered, more people came to the bar and Maya was all over the place, she was getting the to go order for the customers, taking orders outside and making drinks and serving customers at the bar. Wow, she hustle! With all of the customers coming in and waiting, we have not seen Jamie since. (We did ask and she is still on site, but she was helping in the kitchen) The rest of the staff needs to be more supportive and help around...Team work is what we need more.

Every Friday we try something new place and food. We didn’t like the food of Applebees. Food was okay. It was little funny that they serve the food on basic plates and prices were not cheap they were same as other places that we go. The food it self was alright. I asked for a medium well sirloin and got a well done one. The seasoned broccoli was hardly seasoned in my opinion. The macaroni and cheese outer parts were cooler than the center.Despite that the sirloin and macaroni still tasted good. Perhaps the best part of it all was the waiter Daniel. Very attentive and good mannered. Ask for him if he's available since he was very welcoming.

Had a great waiter. Attentive, but not overbearing. They messed up the salad I ordered. They kind of made up for it. That would be my only complaint. As for the steak and everything else, it was delicious and on par. Sat outside for a couple of hours enjoying the blissful night.

I hadn’t been to Applebees is quite a while, but overall, it was an okay place. The atmosphere is very dull and the food is always “meh”, HOWEVER, out waitress was amazing! I believe her name was Savannah. She was absolutely pleasant and had a fun personality. Honestly, she could make more money somewhere else! I’ll be back for the cheap drinks and fried bar food, but give that girl a raise or promotion because she deserves it!

Ordered one of the new “dirty” sodas (ones with cream) that I was excited for and was willing to pay almost $4 for it! But when I arrived I was first handed just a Mountain Dew soda bottle! And not even the same kind as the type for my special drink! So I told the employee and he tried to argue against me even though I showed him my email receipt. So he went back and another employee also tried to argue with me. And I saw that on their receipt it also said the drink I ordered (though in mostly abbreviations), and she also tried to argue against me saying I would have to pay for what I did want (but did already pay for) and tried to blame me for not ordering correctly! When I showed her my email receipt which clearly showed the “dirty fountain sodas passion blue dew” a few minutes later the manager came back with my correct drink and apologized for the mix up. So I appreciate that, but those other employees need to listen to the customers more especially when we show our literal receipts without the abbreviations…

I called in a order and picked it up pretty late after a long day in the car we needed some good food . My husband loved his order but for some reason after eating my salad I got really sick like instantly and I stayed that way for 3 days. It had to be the ceaser dressing because my husband didn't get sick and we shared everything else but he didn't eat any of the dressing he used ranch on his part of the salad. I couldn't eat my dessert because I was sick but my husband had no problems with his food just me and the cheese sticks were amazing. I really like Applebee's but Im convinced the dressing wasn't refrigerated properly or old to give me food poisoning symtoms. Avoid the ceaser dressing at all costs unless you want to end up hugging a toliet for 3 days.

We had a blast there last night and wanted to come there again but I don't know if i want to. Took daughter out for her birthday dinner. Got there around 7 and the place was pretty quiet on a Monday night. We had wonton tacos, queso dip, spinach dip and chips for appetizers. Two of us ate the sirloin steak dinner and my son ate the grilled chicken Asian salad. Everything was tasty but it did seem to take a long time to get the orders out to the table. The food had dropped temperature by the time it got to the table, but we still ate everything regardless. Our server was attentive to a point, but seems like he would have been better since he only had three active tables in his section. Do not play any games on the table top device they place on each table because they charge 2.99 per game, and we didn't even start it because the food came to the table. Asked for it to be removed from the bill and it didn't happen. Probably will not eat here again unless the reviews improve. It's a shame because this used to be a nice place to go.

I went to this restaurant in a good mood. I stood in the door way, waiting for someone to seat me. The waitress and bar guy didn’t say anything. I decided to seat myself, no one came over. I went to the bar and ordered my food, then took it to the set of my choice. When I sit down, the waitress came over to ask me about water. When I got ready to leave I ask to speak to the manager. As I was talking to the lady they sent to me, I noticed a family came in. It was five people. They waited and no one showed to help them and they left. I tolded her she lost more customers. I went to me car. I went back in and I said can I speak with the manager again. It was a different person. I left a message for the district manager. I was told he doesn’t come there often. This is one of my favorite restaurants. I won’t be going back. They don’t care about losing customers in a time when a lot of places are closing down.

Took a bit to be seated and receive our drink order. But with the amount of jobs open I get it. My issue is more the inappropriate music playing. Well I love rap music and do not have a problem with profanity I do not feel this is the place. Especially with small kids (3 while I was there) Clearly the main manager is off tonight🤣. Every time a normal song would come on it was over ridden by inappropriate song "you do something special makes me was to taste you" What you going to do with that dessert?! Do better guys do better!! And talking about sucking D... No Mam.

Worst experience! I walked in, no greeting, went to the bar because I only wanted to-go. The bar was filthy! There were like 3 people sitting there but every other space was gross. The bartender was playing uno with a customer. I found the cleanest space I could. She said hello and walked away, no menu. Nothing. I waited 10 minutes before she said anything else to me (between other drinks and her so important uno game) . She finally hands me the stickiest, nastiest menu she could find. Mind you at this point there is total of MAYBE 5 occupied tables in the ENTIRE RESTAURANT!!! NOBODY IS TOO BUSY TO CLEAN! But yet person after person including the manager continue to walk past these dirty tables and bar spaces. I finally order my food and and drink after asking for a new menu. I wait...and wait...and wait...my food still hasn't come after 20 minutes and a 75% empty restaurant. The bartender continues her game of uno without cleaning up anything. The manager sits and texts at a near by table. Nobody seems to care about the condition of the restaurant or the amount of time the food is taking. At this point Im ready to cancel my order and never return. I cant believe they operate this way!

I had the Mac and cheese pasta with chicken tenders! It was very watery. Couldn’t taste the cheese at all! Felt like eating pasta with no sauce! Also, I found a bug in my food but the manager was super nice and fixed the issue!

Showed up at 8:55 was seated promptly by a nice hostess. Jackie, our “server” greeted us less than enthusiastically and wouldn’t get our drink orders because they didn’t have their server book. At 9:05, we walked out after watching her talk at the POS station with another server for over 5 minutes instead of coming back to get our drink orders. Really wouldn’t advise someone to work in customer service if they’re going to seem annoyed they have to be there. We all have bad days but that was ridiculous

Went on Christmas Eve. Not many people in the lobby. We were sat immediately and greeted warmly by our server, Skylar. Took about 10 minutes to get our drinks and 20 minutes to get our food order taken. We arrived around 7:20 PM. We’re very understanding and anticipated service being a little slower since it’s a holiday. Our group of 5 did not all receive our food until around 9:00. Our server told us that the kitchen is very backed up. We asked if they were understaffed in the kitchen. He said that they prioritize to-go orders since that’s what makes the most money. Seems like you should take care of the people that are sitting in your restaurant first. Our server was great and very apologetic. He was serving, running food and drinks, bartending, bussing, answering the phones, greeting people, working to-go, and he even let us know that he was back there cooking in the kitchen too. And NO, he was not the manager. The manager was nowhere to be seen. We didn’t get a discount on our food or even an explanation or apology from the manager. There was another girl there who I think was a server too. A young black girl. She wasn’t doing anything but standing in the corner on her phone. I felt bad for our server when that was the help he had. Where was the manager? Why was no one helping? Why was he doing EVERYTHING?

Upon entering, we were not greeted and after about a 3-minute wait, we were informed by another employee that they were severely under-staffed that day. Our waitress however was very friendly and you can tell everyone was doing their best despite being so short-handed. We were seated soon after that, and we can tell our server was out of breathe due to literally running around. It didn't help that it was relatively crowded as well. We had ordered the chicken wanton tacos, the mushroom Swiss burger, and grilled chicken sandwich. The mushroom Swiss burger was overwhelmingly salty and the fries were very greasy and didn't look appealing. The floors were pretty dirty, but the bathrooms were clean.

Stood at door a little while before being greeted. Should have been red flag to leave seeing there was only a handful of customers. Business was out of a lot of products. From drinks, food, to dessert items. Won't be back to this location.

This is probably the worst case of customer service I’ve ever seen. You place a drive up order and follow the directions as instructed in the app and you still have to go inside and inform them that you are there. Then as I proceed to go in no one is at the to-go register and my food was also delayed 30 mins after the time estimated in the app and they only had 2 customers dining in. Once I received my food that I paid for online and card was charged the bar employee ran outside and said it didn’t process correctly (when it showed charged on my end) after that was squared away I made it home and they forgot 2 items. So to not waste my time and drive back to the store I called and asked for a refund and someone said they would get the refund started that was on 1/7/25. As I write this on today 1/14/25 that refund did not happen. This place will never receive any of my money again. Totally unacceptable. Poor service. Poor communication. Poor attention to detail.

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews but our experience was so bad that I have to.. We didn’t really expect much coming in bc it’s an applebees but yikes.. As soon as we walked in, nobody was at the host stand and it took a while for someone to come seat us. Then it took a while for our order to be taken. Our server seemed super uninterested and like he wasn’t really paying attention. All of the servers were moving really slow as if they were lost except for one. They weren’t even busy, it was a decently empty restaurant when we went. I work as a server as well and it was just sad. They only started paying attention when we complained. Then, our silverware was absolutely disgusting.. We unrolled it to find there was still chunks of food residue on the knives so we had to ask for plasticware. Lastly, we found hair in one of our meals in the middle of eating it.. Slow, inattentive service, low sanitation, overall poor quality.

I have never posted a review in my life, but this place calls for one. Service was slow, and not one worker was in a hurry or actively doing anything. A lot of sitting and talking and ALOT of phone use. The restaurant was dirty and sticky. Hosts were sitting in a table at front talking our entire time there. What I believe was the manager, was sitting at the bar chatting. A worker in a Togo shirt and another worker were at a booth on their phones chatting. Our server was kind but didn’t seem to have proper training. Ordered queso, the dish wasn’t even half full and the chips were stale. Ordered chicken fajita roll up with the dipping sauce and pico on the side. We received a roll up w the sauce and pico inside.

This is coleslaw? Problems every time I order from here. Placed the order with Uber eats and it never showed so they charged me two dollars for nothing. Then wait 45 more minutes to get horrible food.

Went there to dinner last night. While I was waiting, I asked for a brandy and club soda. The server didn't know what brandy was. But you didn't have brandy so I ordered an unsweetened tea because sweetened tea is too sweet. I asked for some sweetener because there was none on the table. The waiter brought me two of the blue and two of the yellow packets. Are you no longer leaving them on the table because of theft? My friend arrived after about 15 minutes and we ordered drinks. I ordered a chardonnay - and was asked if that was a red chardonnay. I informed the server that chardonnay was white. My friend ordered a michelob ulltra. We ordered our dinner while waiting for our drinks. The lady who brought our drinks took them to the wrong table. When i ordered the chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli, I inforned the server i did not want the broccoli, only the mashed potatoes. He sent to put the order in, came back and informed me that he had to put in 2 side orders. I told him i didn't want 2 only the 1 side of mashed potatoes but could the broccoli be in a bowl on the side instead of on the plate. When our dinner came, there was only chicken on my plate. I asked where the potatoes were and his response was - you said you didn't want any sides! He had to go back to the kitchen to get my mashed potatoes and it took at least 5 minutes to get them back to our table. My bill was a little over $50.00 and I gave him $65.00. He came back with change and I told him to keep it as the tip - but wish i had taken it instead. He apparently wasn't good at math either. I will never go to your restaurant again!

Not happy. Ordered a Margarita that was awful. Couldn't taste the alcohol . No salt on the rim and tasted like coconut. Then they charge me an extra $5. She explained the Margaritas were $10 but to add liquor, it was an extra $5!? What? The waitress was attentive to the point of annoying/pushy. The food was good but after a long time of not coming, I think I am done with Applebee's.

Dropped by for Easter lunch/dinner waited by the door for 15 mins, while two servers were talking by the kitchen area they saw us but never came to us and let us know they’ll be with us shortly! Secondly had to ask the server to get crayons for my nephew! Then we ordered drinks and clearly the plastic glass was not clean, like did she not see it while bringing it or while putting in the drink! Worse place to come in . I don’t leave negative comments but I had too. They’re not organized. Two servers came to our table to get our order while we gave out order! My server was not good at al! She’s dressed up with colorful eyeshadow for Easter , they’re not paying attention at their job. The two white heavy servers are keep talking to each other and not what they’re suppose to do and it’s NOT EVEN BUSY

Update: THESE PEOPLE ARE INSANE! They ask me to spend my time to respond to their management which took going through their crazy app to set up an email, then respond to 2 emails from 2 different departments WHO THEN GHOST ME HAHAHA! WOW, Applebee's please do not contact me every again. Original Complaint -Your place has been going down hill for a long time. Even though, I've given it a shot a number of times lately and I can see exactly why you continue to go downhill. There's no real effort period, plain and simple. Why spend all the time and money on a place and not even try? Terrible place in every way 80 percent of the time

I visited Applebee’s for dinner yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. To begin with, there was no one at the front to greet or seat guests. I had to stand and wait for quite a while without any acknowledgment, which set a frustrating tone for the evening. The waitress who eventually served me was quite rude and unprofessional. When I ordered a margarita, she immediately pointed out the prices — $2 and $5 — in a tone that felt unnecessary and condescending. I wasn’t sure why the cost needed to be emphasized like that, and it came off as disrespectful. After finishing my meal, I briefly stepped away to use the restroom. Upon returning, she made a comment implying that I might have left without paying, which was completely uncalled for. Laughing while making such an accusation, especially in front of others, was not only inappropriate but also offensive. I chose not to escalate the situation out of respect, as I noticed she was pregnant — but I left the restaurant feeling insulted. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that I won’t be returning to this Applebee’s location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.

When we walked in it didn't smell very good, we sat and waited for just the drink order for about 5 to 7 min then, after we ordered the ribblets plates they didn't taste good at all also the fries we cold then the manager was sitting at the bar when there were at least 6 dirty tables and the bar was nasty also very disappointed

Applebee's, What happened to you? Arrived just after 9pm. Nobody at the door to greet us. So we walked into the bar area to sit at the 1st, then the 2nd, then the 3rd sticky table. We gave up and used some Hand Sanitizer that we had to wipe down the table with. We saw that the bar tender was busy so we sat patiently for about 5 minutes until she came around. Neither one of us really wanted to bother with the other 4 employees that sat in the corner the entire time. Funny thing is, we overheard one of them complain about their lack of hours and tips. well who are we to be the ones to break their streak. Our Trio Dip Appetizer and 2 beers arrived promptly. And I sure wish I had ordered a bottle and not Draft. I couldn't drink it due to the stench from the glass. Neither of us made it passed 5 chips. Greasy and Stale, oddly enough. My burger and fries were pretty good. I'd order again. if I go back of course? Her steak was good as well. But the Garlic Mash Potatoes, WOW. Here's a tip, just a splash of water or even milk. would prevent them from setting up and becoming a solid 1lb potato again. Neither of us wanted to see how their dessert would turn out, but it was a funny conversation. We both said Next time, Chili's.

So just went to this Applebees and it was not very good. My pasta came out and wasn’t even hot along with just the service being terrible. It wasn’t even busy and therefore I don’t know why the food took so long along with the lack of service.

We went there for dinner tonight and while the food was delicious, the service was bad. My husband ordered the fish n chips while I ordered the Bourbon street chicken and shrimp. His came out first while I waited,and waited. I'd say it was 20min. Before mine finally came out. Furthermore, our server(did not get her name,sorry)never gave us an update on my meal. We will not be returning.

The "boneless wings" are just chicken nuggets. I've had better tasting chicken from the freezer section of the supermarket.

Service was terrible... The kitchen was slow and the bartenders were so slow i never got a drink. And the whole place was practically empty. My server was walking around like he was high... everytime I asked for a drink I would be waiting for 15 minutes before the server would come back over and tell me they didn't have what I wanted so I would have to order something else... this happened twice.. The third time I told them just bring me a Margarita And after another 20 minutes he came back and said oh, sorry.I didn't put your ordering yet. I was there for an hour by this time.. I told him don't worry about it.I just want to check so I can go and that took another twenty minutes... I didn't get my kid's side of fries untill I was paying the check and I asked the server Daniel for a manager and that manager never came.. So either he never told the manager to come or the manager didn't care enough to speak to me..

It's cold as hell inside( couldnt even enjoy my food because of the cold) My food was not good(had to send my boneless chicken twice to hard and sauce was not honey bbq) Waiter(wasnt really attentive( my 9 yr old had to ask for refills and took a long time coming back) I just asked for my receipt( i was just over the bad experience)

I ordered the chicken broccoli fettuccine and the salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli, and somehow both managed to taste equally bitter and terrible!!! I don’t know if the food was old or what but, I could barely finish it….

We ordered margaritas and asked for light ice and sugar rim, drinks were made and sat on the bar for 15 min before we even received them.. on top of that I could tell that they didn't do the sugar rim and before they brought them the waitress did tell the bartender and he got another glass and thrown sugar on it.. when brought to the table the drink had bare to no sugar and was dripping everywhere from them putting it into another glass and made a big mess on the table.. we asked the waitress for napkins and she never brought them.. we asked the manager and it took him 10 mins and finally brought them.. by that time I told them they could take the drink back and just get me a Pepsi with no ice.. brought me a Pepsi with half ice.. its the concept of simple asks and none achieved.. the waitress brought the food and the food was lukewarm to cold, we did not eat the food and was asked why, I told them about the issues and they said the reasons for the delay was that they were busy when there was only 10 patrons in the restaurant at the time.. I would not recommend coming definitely on Sunday.. service was very poor and unprofessional..

My MIL, Fiance and son came in about 2:30ish and we waited about to be seated, our server seated us and we had a good experience with him, the only problem was he rung the $1 beers up wrong and we simply asked the manager if she can correct it, she said she was and waited patiently for 30 mins and she made eye contact several times and there were only a few people in the restaurant, she proceeds to help the one guy at the bar and the other man sitting at the table and she just ignored us, our server mentioned she was really busy which she was not, this particular Applebee's always have issues due to poor service and understaffing issues, I'm a manager at a restaurant myself and always like to deal with customer complaints immediately to prevent unsatisfying customers and corporate complaints that is a reflection of the company, but to blatantly ignore a guest and "act" like she is busy is unacceptable, clearly after waiting to the resolution of the problem we decided to just leave, we will not be coming back to this Applebee's anymore.

Ol ladies went for brunch and the bartender was rude to them. Mumbling under his breath, and everything they asked was like a major task. Sighes every time they asked something, seriously? This is how you treat your costumers. Sorry your jobs so hard. Dont waste your time here.

Very bad experience. Ordered online and wanted to do curbside pickup. Ordered wings and onion rings. Email showed will be ready by 8:11, but ended up getting at 8:31. Expected food would be good. And to my surprise, chicken wings were bad and onion rings were not fresh. Upon picking up and opening, wings were NOT packed good. Would NOT recommend this restaurant. I will never come back.

The food took forever and it was cold. The steak was not cooked correctly. The fries were not done and the fettuccine was dry The manager did take it off after over an hour wait

I went to this restaurant with my family for my birthday. The food was just okay, and the fries definitely weren’t fresh. On top of that, I had a disappointing experience with the bill. I gave a $50 gift card, and my total (including a $5 tip I added) came to about $44. I specifically asked for the tip to be taken from the gift card, but later when I checked, the entire $50 balance had been used. It’s not about the small amount, but the way it was handled felt careless and unprofessional. The server’s attitude, along with the average food quality, really spoiled what should have been a special occasion. Totally disappointed with the experience.

We asked to be seated in a booth, the girl said she HAD to sit us down at a table with bright lights that were blinding. Yet several booths were open. Our waitress Teara, seemed like she didn't want to be there. Horrible service by her. She forgot our appetizer and didn't even check on us once. Mike brought out our food and I mentioned that we were completely forgotten about by the lady he kept checking on us and even brought us chips and salsa to go. Mike was hospitable, kind and made things right. The lady though, should not be working with people if they bother her so much.

Service was terrible. We sat down and waited 30-40 minutes for our drinks until I asked a waitresss if she could help us. Our waiter Tyrone was not attending us at all. All he did was take our order and he walked passed us a million times without checking on us. The other table near us told us that their food wasnt even what they ordered. It was ours! So we waited almost an hour for food and drinks. We only got one appetizer and one entree and there was 3 of us. I watched all other waiters/waitresses attend other people quickly and checked up. Not just walking in circles and hiding like Tyrone. The manager was super nice and understanding of the situation once I explained to her. I understand there was one cook, but not bringing us our simple drinks until I asked someone else is absurd. I don’t think he has the work ethic to fulfill this jobs duties. Everyone else was great.

Complety Disappointed, ribs honey bbq were all the opposite, very spice, salmon came with a hair and the manager rude and unpolite, also they had like 4 tables and we waited for over 45 minutes to get the worst experience ever, they just ruinned my family lunch, now waiting for for over 10 minutes to get the bill, never again

Decided to give them a chance despite the poor reviews. My mistake. These folks don't care at all about what they are doing. Stealing my money by leaving out shrimp and giving you something you do not want. It says it clearly on the sticker. chx/shrimp. 86 garlic mash. And this is what I got.

I know it’s Applebee’s, so I don’t expect luxury service—but I do expect basic hospitality. There were 3 servers, 1 bartender, and 1 manager switching shifts, yet it took 35 minutes for a side Caesar salad, chicken wonton tacos, and a sweet tea. My main course was already sitting in the window, and my server forgot the appetizers completely—then served another table who came after me. When the bill came ($38.16), the server told me, “Next time just order everything at once so it’s not a problem.” That level of customer care is unacceptable. I’ve been a General Manager in restaurants and nightclubs, and this was by far one of the worst displays of service and management I’ve seen. The only person who showed any professionalism was the host. The food was cold. It had no taste. All the food tasted pre packaged. The drinks tasted watery. I asked for ranch and never got it and I ask 3 times. No one came and checked up on us at all. The food was so disgusting. I will never come back again. Worst experience ever👎🏽👎🏽

I will just go straight to it. The only thing i found positive was the server. The place was not clean, the food was horrible, and it left me wondering how they are still in business. I first had the 4 cheese pasta. The cheese was runny, and it wouldn't stick to the pasta it did not look like a meal that should be sold at such a restaurant, I had to change it. The server was helpful, he asked if i wanted something else, which i said yes to. I got the bourbon steak with mashed potatoes and requested that it should be medium well, it was so done it was dry inside and the mashed potatoes looked like something that was saved and wrapped in something and when i ordered it, it was dropped out of whatever it was wrapped in. My 2 year old could not eat his quesadillas, they were dry and did not taste good. He took one bite and refused to have any more.Overall, I was very disappointed.
