The thin crust pizza is the worst I've ever tasted. The specials are not worth it either. Worst pizza

Our food was delivered 100% cold yesterday, 52 minutes after we got a text that it was out for delivery. Of course it would be cold after 52 minutes of riding around in a car. You guys have to get better with that. Its wildly inconsistent. Sometimes food gets here quick & hot, sometimes takes almost 2 hrs after ordering & arrives cold. That said, your employees are always really polite & friendly. I know its hard work. I spent 16 yrs in restaurant work.

Discrimination at its highest tonight and the Food came 1 hour late very cold and I paid online with my debit card the door dash driver also stated they told him I did not pay for my sodas but here’s the proof that I did so much good with nothing to drink waste of money and time

We order from here at least 6 times a month. We feed 4 so our orders aren't small and they ALWAYS have a problem giving up extra bbq sauce. Tonight I bought 24 piece wings and had to ask for extra sauce. I got one. When I got home I opened the wings first and they almost had some sauce on them. Well some of them. This place is lazy and rude. Thumbs down.

Ordered a large supreme PAN pizza and there is nothing PAN about what I received along with it’s the fact it’s not a supreme. No more Pizza Hut for me.

So the fact the girl took my card and then charged me the full 20% on a personal pizza combo is wild. I sure didn't authorize that...it would've been different had i ordered a full size pizza. Fraudulent ppl the customer is supposed to tip u dont tip yourself with someone's card.

It would have been a little better if I didn’t have to cancel my order after waiting more than 30 minutes past my promised pick up time, while being told three separate times, they were ‘working on my pizza’. This order was placed in the app over two hours before the requested pickup time. WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I got all my food except my soda when I ordered something. The guy that delivered barely spoke English and it slipped my mind. I tried to get the store to reimburse me for my soda and they refused saying they can only give me store credit. It's not like I said I didn't receive my order period. They wouldn't even deliver me a soda saying it was a small order. So what! This place will never get my business again

Why charge a tip before you even get your food or service? Also people shove those boxes at you through their prison window and don't say a word. Is everything okay at Pizza Hut? Also they cancel your order if they dont feel like making it. Multiple times ive waited hours for my food and nobody called or mentioned. Please get oversight! Also you're a multibillion dollar company. Pay your workers instead of begging for change.

The pizza arrived cold, and it was dry (no sauce). I called to inform them. Immediately another pizza was sent. The seal was broken and it was warm but still dry. I did not eat it, nor did I call back. That pizza was not the standard of Pizza Hut

I called for pick up when I was leaving my house a door dash driver showed upcouldnt with my food .The man couldn't speak or understand English. I paid already on the phone. But the door dash driver tried charging me double in cash. I told him it was paid already so he left. When I got to pizza hut they said the driver never showed up again.I was told I had to wait while they make it all over again.I was so angry. I just left with no food. They were so rude. The manager couldn't speak English or understand it either.

I order pizza for me and my lady at a hotel room. They came , the didn't wait and left without waiting a couple minutes. It's was dinner time so when the complex manger caller me I hurry down to pick up the pizza and they was gone. It took me 2 minutes to come down and driver was gone. I call back and the driver said he couldn't come back. Being a little upset and hungry I asked for the manager and spoke with one. And she was the worst trained manager I ever spoke with. She constantly told me it was my fault I didn't make it to the driver she was very unhelpful and extremely rude for a manager. I will never order from this pizza hut or any other pizza hut for while

Terrible service and awful food. The cashier... they should replace their staff; if they don't like their job, they should find another one.

Lazy rude employees. Waited 1 1/2 hours for my order. Told it's on it's way (it never came) called the store they said they ran out of stuffed crust. Maybe call me? Maybe don't lie and say it's on it's way? Update don't ever order delivery. I tip 7 dollars for some guy to call me and tell me to come to his car and get it. This location needs to be shut down. I have tried like 4 times this year every single order was a nightmare.
