It’s good for being fast food, the manager or at least I think was the manager was shouting from the front lol which was funny but I sat there for about 15 minutes didn’t get asked nothing nor acknowledged for my presence. Finally a guy stated the order I had placed so I figured he was starting to make my order got up went to the counter he apologized for the wait and thanked me for being there and that’s the only reason I would go back again he cares enough!

The cashier was very rude taking the order, and continued to rush us. He seemed to be overwhelmed. After waiting for over 20 minutes for 2 piece meals we left without our food.

Church's Chicken tends to be greasy, I don't know if it's the batter, or maybe they don't change the fryers enough. The service lacked luster, no smiles to be seen. I remember loving Church's Chicken in Arizona as a child, but now that fervor has dissolved into a myth for me and I find the loss unfortunate.

Was in there the other day and stuff was arguing with each other, cussing. I waited over 30 for my order because of it. Looked to be like managers. Very unprofessional and will NEVER go back.

This is a horrible establishment. Why do they never have spicy chicken? This happens every time I get chicken from them never any spicy but what it really is, is they can’t get their workers to do what they say. The workers run this store management doesn’t do anything except tip toe around them. Lazy people work here. Never going back again. I do not recommend this churches just go to a different chicken place.

Food was decent… They screw you over on the family meals… Asked for extra mash potatoes and gravy and they shorted us on it… They shorted us on biscuits also… I almost felt like I was back in Shreveport, La lousy service damn near 20 employees all sitting around doing nothing…Most definitely won’t be going back…

So, I had a little incident a few months ago. I ordered a meal, and didn't get what I ordered, only substitutions that I wasn't told about, and figured it out on my own. So I called to figure it out, and even took it back. Was told the manager would have to review it, nothing happened. A week later, I filed a report with the corporate office, nothing happened. Went back by the store about three times (time frame over a month, each time. The manager was on vacation, But my refund will be given, when they get back, after a month of trying I'm done. I'll take the L, but Customer Beware!!! Check your order before walking out. They will screw it up for sure.

I ordered the some spicy boneless wings on door dash from here the first time I got the wrong person’s order okay not a big deal mix ups happen I decided to just reorder again then I received the coldest driest nastiness you could call chicken it was like it was set on the counter for hours and IT WAS NOT EVEN SPICY I didn’t even receive any spicy packets I was irritated but man I wanted my spicy chicken that’s what I had been looking forward to once I got off work I changed my name on door dash concerned if they saw my name pop up again they might be irritated with me and give me nasty chicken again and somehow if by some cruel Joke 3rd time THE CHICKEN IS STILL NOT SPICY AND NO SPICY PACKETS what is going on with this place do not order here unless you can sit directly in front of the people making your order and baby sit them because they have no clue what they are doing

This place is a joke. Rude employees & food isn’t worth it! Joshua W was rude from the time I got to the drive thru to the time I left! He acted like I wasn’t supposed to take my time looking at the menu & get to the window he’s looking at me like he’s aggravated. Mad because he has to work at work. Go find another place of employment Joshua because clearly the food industry isn’t for you buddy!

Service so bad, it's funny! So I bought 2 piece dark and 4 bombers on July 3rd, 2025 at 3:13. The guy in the drive through says pull forward, we have to cook the bombers, we will bring it out. 5 minutes later I back up. I'm sorry we didn't set the timer he says, I can have it in 1 minute, pull forward. I wait 4 more minutes and I back up. He says they are ready, here they are. Hands them and closes the window. After a moment he opens the window and asks me what I want. How about the chicken I bought? To which he replies he is sure he already gave me the chicken. After giving permission to search my van, I get the chicken. The chicken? Tender juicy, delicious, perfect breading. This is why I love Churches Chicken!
