I came in past two days this week with my daughter and our sandwiches were really fresh and delicious! The owner was so nice he even remembered my order from the day before. Just wanted to post how nice and clean this facility is and how great the staff is :)

Usually Jersey Mike's are serviceable. This location has routinely and continuously screwed up orders to the point of any time I've recently had it the order is screwed up even after adding a tip. What the heck? Avoiding this location currently 9/25

Long wait for an online order. Far exceeded the estimated time the app gave. Then they took other customer's order before finishing the existing online order. One person waited 45 minutes. When the center goes back to pre-covid traffic, this location will have to do MUCH better.

Long wait for an online order. Far exceeded the estimated time the app gave. Then they took other customer's order before finishing the existing online order. One person waited 45 minutes. When the center goes back to pre-covid traffic, this location will have to do MUCH better.

If you love Jersey Mike's and know them for their quality then I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. I walked in and already they was messing up somebody else's order. The portion that I got was way too small for the price that I paid, barley got any tuna on one side of my sandwich and the bread was stale. This will be the last time I go over here for lunch.

When ordering my food, I rather not listen to people talking about other people behind the meat slicer. Professionalism is key when handling people’s food. I will never return to this restaurant.

Ordered delivery from this location via Jersey Mike’s own website. My order never even left the store. I tried calling the store several times to get a refund for my order, after being directed to by corporate, and each time I was told a manager wasn’t available (if they would pick up at all). Their corporate offices also reached out to the store manager trying to resolve it, and the they didn’t answer them either. I am out somewhere between $50-100 and the store is seemingly trying to dodge the issue entirely. I’ll be avoiding this location entirely.

Bait and switch pricing, the price on the board does not match the register subtotal (before tax amount). Employees argue with you when you point it out. Scum.
