We love the pizza and the service is excellent

I’m from out of town and just wanted to find a place with good old fashioned spaghetti and meat sauce. It came with a salad and garlic bread rolls. Super good at a very affordable price! It is exactly what I was looking for!

Pizza was delicious. the place did give off some nyc vibes. Enjoyed watching the football game here. Soda was good as well.

One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food was authentic and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The food was so delicious that I had to leave a review ((I never do)) 💘 this is definitely a hole in the wall worth finding!

When I have worked 12 hours and don't feel like cooking, this is my go to pizza place. Every time I order from home, I call to ask that my box be sealed before the delivery app driver picks it up and they do it with no problem. Customer service is top-tier. I never had fried ravioli, it was everything & the marinara sauce is the best. The works & cheese pizza are my faves right now. Signed a happy chef.

After five years in Dallas, I’m ready to declare this place as my favorite pizza joint. You know how pizza looks in cartoons? They always look impossibly delicious with plenty of cheese. I always hated that I would never be able to taste that pizza. Well, Lovers is as close as you can get in the real world. The toppings, the cheese, the crust, every bite is pure satisfaction. Today, I tried their meatball sub for the first time (I’ve ordered the meatballs as an appetizer before so I knew they were good) and it was amazing just like everything else. I love the simplicity of the place too. While other pizza joints have a menu of crazy specialty pizzas (and there’s definitely a time and place for those) the straightforwardness of Lover’s pizza menu and toppings really helps focus the quality of the final product. I can’t recommend them enough. Whenever anyone asks me what I think about them, all I have to say is “cartoon pizza” and they know exactly what I mean, and they come back and tell me they agree every time.

Wow!!! It is very rare to find pizza spot that is exactly like NY pizza! We had a plain pie, pepperoni pie, cheese sticks and fried raviolis! Came quick and steaming hot!!! Amazing!!! We will order again when visiting our son! Open a spot in Forney so we can enjoy your pizza more!

Great food, fast and friendly service. Their linguine with white clam sauce is the best I've ever had. Their salad and bread were soo good too.

The meal comes with a side salad and garlic bread both were really fresh and the house dressing is lovely. We will be back.

To be honest, I don't like the pizza from New York so I was reluctant to give it a try but my son insisted. And to my amazement, I was totally impressed. It was by far the best New York-style pizza I've ever had. 😋

Lover's Pizza is wonderful, but do yourself a favor-- call to order directly, DO NOT USE SLICE to place your order. Apparently the Slice driver stole our pizza but Slice wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation. Lovers Pizza did do the right thing in sending out another pizza to us even though it was not their fault and meant they were out the money for the pizza.

Decent small NY style pizza shop. Prices are fairly reasonable and they have a decent selection of pizza, sides, and other related fare. Food tastes good. Parking is limited as is seating, definitely best for carry out.

Nice little pizza place with decent dine in area and a couple of outdoor seating. The place didn't look like the cleanest, found a few pieces of peperoni on the floor, but other than that the place seemed pretty clean. Food wise the place is good, I only had a slice of peperoni pizza and it's was very tasty, better than pizza hut that's for sure.

The food is good, it's consistently good. The pizza is my favorite in Dallas. I absolutely LOVE the lobster ravioli. It is almost irresistible, except for the pizza. I've used them for catering too and received RAVE reviews on the lasagna, from a chef, that used to work at a high end restaurant. I take my family there when they are in town. Its a good place to order a slice, or a pasta meal. Oh, and make sure to get the house dressing, don't waste your time on the ranch.

I'm from the Bronx, and it really does taste like New York style pizza!! They can use just a little more cheese, but the taste is definitely there and so is the hand tossed crust. 👍👍

The chicken alfredo and lasagna were tasty. However, the mozzarella bread was a little strange and soggy.

I ordered a kids meal - the meatballs one. It only came with 1 meatball and it was 9 dollars. I mean i know it’s a kids meal but 1 tiny meatball for 9 dollars is crazy. Should be specified on the menu.

Grudgingly agreed to resend it, and an hour later, we received a pizza with toppings on only half of it - and not sliced. lol (We’ll prob try again, but maybe not for a party or group order.)

The Buffalo Wings were terrible. They used to be battered and soaked with buffalo sauce, but what I received were overfried, miniscule "wings" with no breading and no sauce. I'll be hard-pressed to order from here anymore.

Burnt pizza, and soggy. Frozen pizza tastes better than this.

1. Staff was so rude, unwelcoming, giving my wife and I angry faces, I should have known at 5pm and no customers in restaurant that it was going to be bad. 2. I ordered a Italian sausage pizza and u could not lift a single slice without everything falling off. My Wife and I both felt horrible after eating the pizza. 3.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place unless u want to feel like u are in a Soviet gulag, worst restaurant I have been in around the area.

Decided I should try it again and the google reviews were good. I ordered two pizzas and salads. It’s not cheap but everything costs more these days. Takeout wasn’t ready when I arrived and when I finally got my order and took it home I didn’t get the right pizzas. I should have checked because the guy at the counter looked like he had no clue. Also, both pies were oddly cut into 1 inch squares not slices. I don’t usually mind (think Campisi or iFratelli) but some of the cuts left pieces that were so tiny it was comical. Threw the majority of both pizzas in the trash. Would be funny if it wasn’t such a waste of money. Will not be returning. Sorry to see an old favorite get this bad.
