Nasty food !

Extremely slow service. I saw an order of 3 burgers and 3 fries sitting under the light for over 4 minutes while the 5 employees continued taking orders and cleaning. The first job at a fast food restaurant is to get the food out fast. Perhaps retraining or better training could solve the problem. As for the quality of the food it was fine and I have no complaints other than the Coke machine was broken.

Poor staff training resulted in terrible service (I ordered a jalapeño burger and they gave me a Famous Star with jalapeños). They also sell the dressings like Buffalo and Ranch, which is prohibited. Upstairs, the kitchen smoke was seeping in, and the entire second floor was filled with smoke, even with other customers there. I've eaten at many locations (Vallarta, Guadalajara, Chihuahua, Colima, etc.) and they've never sold me the dressings. This is the worst Carl's Jr. I've ever been to.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi service is poor. I'll update my review when their Wi-Fi network is improved. Good food and very good service.

Honestly, if you have the chance to go, don't. The food is incredibly unpleasant, the atmosphere is awful, and the service is just okay. The service is only moderately good, but honestly, the only four times I've bought food there, either a burger is missing or I find hair in my food. I'm not usually that picky, but some people are really gross about that kind of thing. Personally, I find it disgusting, and to top it all off, the prices are way too high.

The worst Carl’s Jr I’ve stepped foot in . The kid behind the counter taking orders couldn’t keep up and got our orders wrong . Upon them bringing our food to table , we noticed our orders were mixed and were mistakenly given fries instead of the onion rings like I asked . The lady at that brought our order was arguing with me that our orders were correct . I then got a little heated and just told her to just leave it and it was fine . They had already had us waiting over 20 minutes for our food and I just wanted to eat . Minutes later the manager comes and asked if the orders were right after telling her employee that that’s the orders we ordered and that’s what we were getting . I just waved her off and just continued to eat my sloppy burger they had served us . Not only were the orders wrong but the fries were cold , tomatoes were past their time and the guacamole was horrible . Upon exiting. The manager sarcastically tells us to have a nice day and laughing with her crew . Not professional at all but I guess here in Mex it’s a different policy where the customer is not right . Yes I spoke to them in Spanish

The young men who serve you are always helpful, the food is just okay. I was annoyed that they're forced to bring things to your table. The girl who brought my food seemed overwhelmed with tasks, yet she still treated me well. The woman next to me was acting like her personal waitress, even forcing her to serve her soda. I wish they'd just let them focus solely on serving and preparing food to speed things up instead of having to act as waiters. The attitude of the staff is awful.

We arrived for breakfast and a fly landed in our soda. I only realized it because I felt it in my mouth and was able to spit it out. We commented to the girl who served us, who went to her manager, and they only apologized and said it was because people leave the door open and flies hang around, so when we arrived, we were the second people to enter after they opened it. If that fly was in our soda, I can't imagine the hygiene of the other food.
