Friendly staff even though it's a small interaction. Food is good and the atmosphere is the company that you keep so with that said.... it's either good or bad but that's your choice.

Absolutely love this Sonic! Their food is consistently delicious, service is speedy, and the variety on the menu keeps me coming back for more. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating!

Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The waitress was super friendly. My only issue was that the speaker was very difficult to hear the order-taker through.

Absolutely the best location I've been to! They couldn't make blasts tonight (they said a technician would fix it tomorrow) but the wonderful person who took my order hooked me up with a shake that hit my craving PERFECTLY. They are always fast and delicious and have never messed up my order. Love, love, LOVE the employees here and their dedication to quality! I will absolutely drive here for my cheesecake cravings every time! (And the bacon cheeseburger is pretty darn delicious too 🤤).

I have eaten at alot of sonics and this one has been the best tasting by far. My hamburger has always been right and good, and this is the only sonic that the tots are cook perfectly. Well today Friday I went back to sonic and my burger was all wrong... I spoke to soon about this restaurant.. I can not have mayo, I break out in rash when I eat it, and there was mayo on my burger so I just wasted money, had to throw it away. 😡

So glad they finally got most of the stalls working again after the storm damaged them. Also glad they hired more staff. The food has definitely gotten better, as well as the service, overall!

When I went it was about 8:30 pm and I ordered a couple of things. I admit i did have to wait a while because I'm guessing they need more help because of the for hire sign. But the food which was a route 44 cherry limeade and a footlong honey which was right on the money the drink cold and the hotdogs was warm but good. I liked this place I gave it four instead of five because of the wait.

They gave us the wrong order, but the correct bill was on the bag. Very happy I checked before driving off because we were traveling out of town. When they remade our order the food was great. The manager came out & apologized he even gave us coupons. I would eat here again.

I am very disappointed in the Mauriceville location. We decided to us the app to order our food to safe time! Little did I know I would have to make 2 trips to receive the correct food. 1 hours round trip, Just to be told rudely that my food was mixed up and sorry. I asked how the manager would make it right for the time I spent drive and Erin stated well you food is ready, do you want it? Very disappointed in the customs service in a very small town! Thank you sonic in Mauriceville for reminding me why I haven't been to this location is 2 years!!! Mauriceville Sonic DO BETTER!!

The service here has gotten very slow lately. Not sure if the staff changed or what but it used to be much faster. Sat in the drive thru for several minutes waiting on a drink watched 1 girl work while two others sat at the desk in the corner and played on their phones. Have noticed one of these same girls consistently sitting on the front dining area smoking. Disappointing because this used to be the best Sonic in Orange county.

Pulled in 1 stall to order, waited so long thought maybe it wasn't working so moved to the next stall. Pushed button to order , in a few seconds the screen was showing an order that I hadn't ordered. Pushed button again. Man came on and asked was there anything else I needed. Had to explain that I hadn't ordered yet. So needless to say I was brought the wrong food. Very un organized today.😟

Mustard all the way does not mean mayo cut the lettuce. Steadily getting worse. Probably gonna be my last trip to this location. After an interaction with the manager online I updated my review. Professionalism and attitude in this establishment are lacking.

Used to love this sonic. But now everytime we go, something is always made wrong or missing completely. Went to eat there on Saturday and they kept clearing where I had pushed the button to order. Finally I just ordered through the app. When. It said my order was on the way they cleared that as well. I had to call them and tell them my full order again, then they brought it out cold and my drinks were wrong. Took almost 45 minutes to get it, I would have just left but it had already charged my card. I would hate to see how long it would have taken to get my money back. Not sure if they have just changed management or they need better training.

I decided to order a few drinks through the app and once I got to sonic this sweet girl handed me the wrong order so I had to go up and tell her it was wrong when she came back and gave me the right order or so I thought lol it was still wrong they gave me the wrong drink and I wish i could say this was the first time it’s happened but it isn’t hopefully it’ll be the last because it very upsetting

Literally waited for 10 min to order and they had 2 cars there when I pulled up and both left with in a few minutes. When I drove around to leave the girl behind the counter was just standing on her phone. You chose to work at a restaurant and to do a job. I will not go back to this one.

This place has been going downhill for years!!! I don't remember the last time I was there and actually received a FRESH hot burger the way I order it!!! I ordered a #1 with no onions or tomatoes add bacon with ketchup and chili cheese tots with a root beer... easy enough right??? It's 745 pm and I'm the only one there so I really don't see why I get my food and there's no bacon. I'm definitely charged for it on the receipt though!!!! I press the button and tell them I want a refund on the bacon that I didn't receive. She said we can make you bacon and bring it out to you. I repeated that I wanted a refund because I'm not assembling a burger in my car when they should've done it inside before bringing it to me!!!! The burger was gross!!! It had a foul taste to it like it had been sitting out all day and the lettuce was soggy. The cheese literally just sat on the cold meat!!!! My tator tots definitely had been sitting out for a while because they was like mini bricks and tore up the roof of my mouth!!!! Its really not hard to give quality food but for some reason sonic just can't get it right!!! My dog enjoyed the my $11 meal so at least somebody was happy!!! The root beer was excellent though!!!!

I don't know if there was a new cook or what, but the onion rings we received were a tad overcooked. We sent them back and the 2nd batch was not burned but soggy. We threw them away.
