How deliciously convenient. My meals have been tasty and healthy (at least healthier than my normal meals). I liked that I didn't feel like I had to add anything (salt, spices,soy sauce) it was well seasoned and tasty. Great job guys! Prices could be better but I guess you're paying for a more guilt free option.

The food and protein shake were really good! I do appreciate that the macros are included in the packaging. It makes it easier for me to track them. The staff were really polite and friendly! The music playing was also great!

Great selection of prep meals, shakes, smoothies and drinks. Prices are very reasonable and they have $5 week specials. Definitely recommend this place for better eating options at good prices 👌

I was surprised at how quickly my order was processed ahead of time through the convenience of the mobile app. When I walked in for pickup, I was warmly greeted by one of the girls and was shown where to pick up my order. It was a great experience and the food was great. The personalization on my items was the cherry on top. I love the stellar customer service across the brand, presentation, and the great variety of healthy selections that are sold here. it was my first time visiting this location on 10th. 10/10 I would come visit here again. Fork-to-Fit never fails.

I spend a lot of time traveling and we all know it is really hard to find clean healthy food in correct portion sizes for a reasonable price. I use a meal prep company back home that I loved… until I came here and got a weeks worth of meals and snacks. The food tastes amazing, looks amazing, is packaged beautifully and is priced fantastically. It’s ruined my meal prep company back home. If you guys read this, please open a location in Raleigh, NC!!! I will be a life long customer.

Finally tried food from here, as its nice to be able to add on healthy meals during the week. They have a variety of breakfast bowls and breakfast options that I was honestly impressed with. I also loved that every food bowl was labeled with allergens AND with macros (including a BIG protein gram percentage, as I'm one of those who needs to be eating more protein than the average lady due to health issues). My only grip about the food was that a lot of lunch/dinner options had peppers (green, red or yellow, or jalapeno) and there is NO allergen label listed for foods that include those (I have a SERIOUS sensitivity to peppers). If you didn't look at the ingredients list, you would have not noticed the peppers. After speaking with a salesperson, they did inform me that even some lunch/dinner options with no peppers were even SPICIER than normal, and to avoid those. Because a majority of the lunch/dinner options had peppers, I could not try them or enjoy them. Thus, I give F2F 4 stars. I highly suggest management include "peppers" as an allergen on their meals and make more lunch/dinner options NOT spicy, for those of us with food sensitivities.

Four Stars I visited this Fork To Fit location earlier this week. The food was just as amazing as any other location — consistent quality and flavor that I’ve come to expect and enjoy. However, the space inside is extremely limited, making it difficult to navigate when there are many customers present. There isn’t much of a lobby or waiting area, which could be a challenge for some, especially for the more reserved crowd that makes up a large portion of the Valley. I would suggest considering a larger location in the future to enhance the overall customer experience. For that reason, I’m giving it four stars

Would not be coming back to fork to fit went in today for a shake had to leave unsatisfied due to employee screaming at another employee in front of me and other customers making it feel hostile and very uncomfortable to even ask for anything afraid of getting yelled at as well

Beware of this place. Its been a couple if times that i have purchased food from this place thru an app (too good to go) and then a day later they come back and cancel on me claiming they would return our money which never happens...they are scammers!!! Also, order for today was for $15.14 but they charged twice as much!
