This review is about my late-night experience. I found myself awake and hungry at 4a on a Saturday after crashing early from a long week of work. So, I headed to one of the trusted 24-hour eateries where I often grab breakfast during normal hours. I would have to say it's a different experience late night or early AM I ordered an OJ since I didn't want caffeine in hopes of soon heading back to sleep. It was a somewhat watered-down basic OJ from concentrate. I wasn't expecting much from a diner and it was OK. I was thirsty and sucked down two glasses. For the meal, I had a Colorado omelette with pancakes. The omelette was great and seemed bigger than what I typically receive. The pancakes, on the other hand, were surprisingly borderline burned on one side and not as enjoyable. My server was good and friendly. He brought out my food quickly. He was simultaneously handling a few other late-night tables including a group of apparent regulars next to me that acted like they ran the place and griped with the manager and kitchen. My only gripe was that he disappeared after dropping my ticket and had to go find him to close out. Things move a little slower and a are a little lower quality for late-night.

This was our first time visiting this facility. It was kind of busy when we arrived but I noticed there was plenty of staff available working. We decided to order the Breakfast Sampler which came with choice of two eggs, two bacon strips, two sausage links, two hams, hashbrowns, and two buttermilk pancakes. We also ordered two Quick two Egg Breakfast, which came with choice of two eggs, two bacon straps, two sausage links, hashbrown, and toast. Our server was pretty quick at taking our order but a little slow when it came to refilling our drinks or bringing condiments to the table. At one point when refilling my coffee he forgot to take the pot of coffee with him and left it at the table. Or maybe that is how it is now done at the restaurant. No complain on the food. Everything was hot 🔥 and delicious

Everybody’s experience could be different and this one is mine. I loved their 3 leches pancakes. They are not saggy or anything bad. They were on point and limited edition. Im not sure if you can order them any time but if they are in the menu, make sure you order it.

The sampler was tasty, the eggs were cooked perfectly over medium, the bacon was tasty and slightly crispy, the sausage and ham tasted good, the hash brown was crispy outside soft on the inside, the salsa was home made from my garden so i can't rate that here. The banana strawberry hotcakes were so so, they didn't look as appetizing as the menu. Overall a okay place for breakfast, it will fill your stomach.

First of all we ordered and the waitress said our food should take like 12 to 15 minutes but that didnt happen it was double the time . Then my food came out and I had to return the shell eggs were so ugly and I do t like to return my food then she came out with the shell eggs and oh they were just as bad but I stayed with the plate I should've sent it back of course I didn't eat it though and here's a Pic of what they looked like it seems to me like they were all yolks horrible.

Everything was fine. Service and food pretty good, nothing to complain about except server hygiene. A server was consistently scratching their nose and rubbing their eyes without and hand washing and coughing open mouth all over multiple plates of food. Did not eat.

Dont know in what world these are strawberry pancakes. No whipped cream no syrup no strawberries. Every time we go to this store its a problem. Also ordered trea leches pancakes only pancake on top had very little glaze. Store has become so cheap.

i found a piece of hair in my food and all my server did was offer to make me another plate… i was already almost done w my food when i saw the hair so i didn’t see why i would want another plate. the server didn’t offer anything else but a sorry. i went ahead and let my server know to just be careful because other people wouldn’t take it lightly and he didn’t even seem to care. i’m to nice of a person to ask for anything more so i ignored it and just left wouldn’t reccomend coming to this location. and on top of that my total came out to almost $50? for two plates

I went to have dinner at this location, where I ordered 2 plates and a child plate. Toward the end of the meal, i felt something in my mouth that was certainly not food, and spit it out to my plate. Unfortunately, i found it until the end of the meal, but I did take a picture (attached). It was some piece of plastic from something. I immediately flagged the waiter and let him know what happened, which he then proceeded to go “talk to the manager” and came back to inform me the manager said he could give us a free desert. Needless to say, I was not happy, and simply asked to have him remove the meal (my wife’s plate) off the tab and that I would pay. The waiter then came back and showed me new receipt, which he has removed the kids plate. I got up and walked to the register and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was “busy” but I waited until he came out. He took a while messing with the register and finally removed an order and added the kids plate again. It took every fiber in me to not just walk out and not pay, but i paid my bill and left. I simply think it was not the right way to address the situation, not to mentioned they were making it seem as if I was trying to get out of paying for a meal. I even told them to check the cameras to make sure they saw I did not put it there or anything like that. Manager had no name tag and was very rude, but did not want to escalate anything, so I let it go. Never going back to this location.

Very dissatisfied with how our to go order came out. The eggs were extremely dry and sauce to our spinach/mushroom omelet was not included. My daughters pancake was not appealing as she mentioned it tasted weird. There was missing condiments. This was below our expectations. We’ve dined here in the past and the food comes out fantastic however ordering to go was a disappointment.
