45 min wait time, it's a little pricey but the flavor is nice and the sandwiches have a good amount of cheese to meat ratio giving the right amount of juicy interior.

Staff is very difficult to work with. Requires a confirmation on doordash i must submit a photo of order with receipt. I shown staff that, they are NOW required to do that to ensure sriver was given correct order, but neither staff wanted to comply or did! I had to force the photo and make a statement in my app.. extra work for me... thus a warranted review. Msg to owner Train your staff to comply with your 3rd pr money making business you chosen to work with.

Terrible costumer service. The workers there got 2 out of our 3 drinks wrong, we asked for strawberry lychee with normal boba and we received strawberry kiwi. We kindly told them they got it wrong and they started to act rude. They came back with our strawberry lychee tea but only put popping boba, and our nutella coffee which had no boba even though we asked for it, they only had our oreo coffee right.

Bad customer service, every time I go to this location I get the same girl and she has bad customer service. A few weeks ago I went and I asked for extra sauce, and paid extra which was fine. Once they gave me the food I asked if she put them in and she aggressively said yes and once I got home they weren’t in there.

I always get my boba from Tea Rush on 10th st, but decided to try this place out. All I ordered was a green tea unsweetened with boba. I felt like I wasted money because there was absolutely no flavor. Maybe it's the quality of the green tea. I'll just stick with my usual place.

Very bad customer service!!! 1st they messed up on my order not on one drink but 2! Then when I advised the girl she was completely rude saying "that's not your order" when indeed it was! She skipped my order and made every order in front of my order! Made my drink very watery! It was my 1st time there wanted to give it a try even though I saw the bad reviews! I wanted to give this place a chance but NEVER AGAIN!!!

Drinks were okay, what was so sad to see in a local business like this with so much potential and no clientele, is horrible customer service. We never got greeted. We had to be the ones that said hello. The guy who took our order never took his eyes off the phone even when he was taking our order, there was about 4 other woman employees just sitting around chitchatting. We left and no one even consider us. Poor first experience. Would never come to this place ever again.

First of all they don’t want to be reached. All their phone numbers are out of service and they have advertised flavors on their menu that they don’t even have. Takes a long time to receive order, not enough employees. Horrible drinks with very little, nasty boba. Should’ve listened to the reviews :(

It was my first time trying it out and if I could give 0 stars I would. As soon as I walked in it was dead silent I literally was the one that had to say “hello” and I wanted to order the smallest size of a drink and the girl said I can only get it if I buy a meal which doesn’t make sense but I just went ahead and got the next size up instead. I was excited to try out the drink and the boba had 0 and I mean zero flavor to it and as I was leaving I said “bye have a good day” and no response what so ever and that’s cause there was 5 employees there
