I will say that the seating was a little confusing given the fact that a sign says “pls wait to be seated” & so I was standing there for a bit until the host just starred & I had to take initiative by telling her it’s for 1. & she told me I could sit where I want. Other than that Delicious food for great prices! Will definitely be returning & is now one of my favorites

Food is good. But they forgot my husband bacon from his meal. They almost gave the wrong order but the waiter caught her mistake a bit before I touch my food. The waiter is nice and polite

This place had good ratings, unfortunately it did not live up to those. Chips overdone, Salsa very little flavor, Queso was good. Had the Chicken Fajitas, the chicken was rather bland I don't know if they marinate it, if they don't they should if they do they should change it up. Service very slow but everyone was very nice.

Botana mixed the Charlotte beans were sour, they put the jalapeños with juice wirh the watery avocado It was not worth the 50 dollars I paid for.

Waited 1/2 an hour for some eggs, one of the order never arrived- yes it was on the ticket- if I didn’t check the ticket it would be changed. Coffee was just hot water tasteless.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I was there by myself and sat for an unreasonable amount of time without anyone coming to take my order. I waited so long my face practically turned blue. When I finally gave up and left, they still charged me for my drink. The waitresses were completely inattentive, and the girl at the counter was just as bad—no urgency, no apology, and zero customer service. If they can’t even take care of a single customer, that says everything. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place.

Didn't get what i ordered right I asked for two thighs and got drumstick and thigh also the rice was in the soup not separated I don't remember them doing that. Rice is all mushy in the bottom for the veggies only carrots and zucchini for caldo de pollo

I didn't get served after waiting 10min. The waitresses were having a laugh next to the coffee machine not attending the tables, this place become worse.

When you work hard and spend money eating out, the service expected is that staff would be courteous. I asked for a cup without ice and Karen wait staff looked like she was so bothered she made the rudest face gestures. I actuality felt awful for asking for that water. I was thinking of not dining and stopping all together but there is an extremely courteous wait staff Brenda. I will only dine and request her. Shame that one spends money and all I expect is a little courtesy. Please re train on customer service!!!!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Service sucks the waiter never came to attend us not once did she come and ask if we needed anything, my husband had to yell a couple of times to get her to come. We saw everyone else getting chips, salsa & a complementary soup so we asked her for some & she said she would bring it but it was extra. The food took about 40 minutes and it wasn’t even good lacked flavor not sure why they took so long if it wasn’t even appetizing. Once I was paying I asked the cashier that the waiter told us there was a charge for chips, salsa and the complimentary soup and she said no we never charge for those items. They called over the waiter and she made all sorts of excuses that she only charged us the chips & salsa and gave us the soups for free. Very disappointing never again will I go to this place & to top it off the food got me sick. Disgusting place.

We usually enjoy visiting Danny's, as it reminds us of our grandparents. However, today’s experience was disappointing due to our waitress, Erika. While she promptly took orders from other tables around us, we waited 15 minutes without service. Every time we asked for assistance, she responded that our waitress would be with us, yet continued to help new customers immediately. Unfortunately, it felt like my husband, being the only Black person present, might have been a factor in the poor service. When we brought this to the cashier's attention, there was no apology, and we were still charged for two teas. It was an unfortunate experience, and we hope for better in the future.
