Port of Subs

This store has always been clean in my years of going. The service is friendly and prompt. I've never had an issue with the freshness of the bread nor the ingredients. I will continue coming here as it's my personal preferred sub restaurant in the area.

The best sandwiches in town. They are delicious, freshly made and I love the high quality of the ingredients. I always get a good sandwich and experience coming here, The employees are kind. They are truly some of the best sandwiches I’ve had tried.

Sandwich was delicious and cashier was friendly but they had some items out on the floor right next to the soda dispensers.They are lucky i didn't fall,I did however trip over them. I don't understand why they would have stuff like that out and in the way like that

I went in today at around 7pm and the lady working there she was very nice to me i asked her for a toasted sandwich and she did the way as i said. The way she was talking was very nice. Overall i had a really good experience and the sandwich was also really good and the place looked hygenic too. I recommend going there you will really enjoy it

Courtyard Sales

I placed a large last minute online order at this location. The food was prepped promptly and on time. This was my first time trying Port of Subs. The prices are very reasonable. I added extra toppings for no charge. Other sandwich places charge extra for additional items. I will never go back to another sandwich shop again. I loved the atmosphere.

I was just in to get my sandwiches and although it was very busy your girls did a great job in getting everyone's order out in a timely matter. Especially Destiny, she is always friendly and very personable to her customers besides being good at making the sandwiches. She's a keeper!

The service and employee assistance is excellent. The food is well prepared and fresh--with many various options for sandwiches and salads. I appreciate the friendliness and care the employees provide--makes the experience that much better. We go once a week and our "usual" order is often recognized by the staff.

These people are Great! I went maybe once a month for a while, and now maybe once every 3 months, and an employee there STILL remembers my order. That girl is amazing like that. I would go more often if I had the money. Oh, and the food is Delicious ^_^

Ordered a bacon ranch wrap, was charged an extra $3.25 for bacon when the wrap COMES with bacon. Didn’t get extra bacon. Talked to Indian female employee , rather than make it right or apologize, she just made excuses and refused to issue refund. Sandwich made by same employee was terrible. Nothing stayed on the sandwich. Another employee came to speak with us as we were leaving and apologized, as well as offered the refund. I declined and thanked her for trying to make it right. Not the best experience this time, but usually is a great experience

Huge disappointment. They shrunk the size of a small sandwich to 5", yet the price has gone way up. I ordered 3 sandwiches by phone, had to repeat the order 3 times and when I went to pick them up she had made the WRONG sandwiches. I'm wondering if they are under new ownership because they used to make great sandwiches but not anymore. The pastrami was very greasy and not as flavorful as it was previously. Definitely won't be going back

This is the second time that we have gone to Port of Subs and they sent us away saying they are closed however it was only 7:30pm and they aren’t scheduled to close until 8pm. The doors weren’t locked but they said it’s too late to serve us. They should just change their hours if they are going to do this. Very disappointing.

She slammed the ingredients, when a friend asked for oil she grabs the oil violently pours it on the bread and then slams the oil container down. We felt unsafe and unwelcome.

On March 10, 2025 at 12:30 PM employee working by herself, line backed up at counter.Employee handled money cash and change without removing her gloves. ice machine is always empty with no ice. Ever since this shop changed ownerships several years ago it has gone downhill. I don’t believe I’ll be coming back!
