I’ve heard so much about this place that I finally tried it. I had the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich and it was delicious. My friend had the Seafood Teriyaki Don combo that came with 2 chicken gyozas. For our beverages, I had Strawberry Fanta and she had Strawberry Dr Pepper. I will definitely come back.
Udon was great. Tempura wasn't as crunchy as other places but it's passable. The problem is the heat. We're in the valley and It's already summer, and when you walk into a diner and it's not fresh and cool in there, it'll shy away customers/me from coming back. I'd rather get food somewhere else where I could eat more comfortably in some occasions because of this. I'm sure the heat would affect customer's mood also. I guess this would shy customers away from tipping and their attitude too probably. But overall, It's good food here. I'd would love to just take food as take out but soup base food are best eaten right away. Edit 8/27: 4 Star to 5. I revisited the place a few more times and I feel like they really listened about what kind of problems they had. The AC was in a working condition and it was well-tempt room even with a couple of families dining in alredy. And the food is still great. I feel like the Yaki udons need work though. Or maybe its just my taste buds. Real reason for the 5 star rating now though is because I heard the cooks playing anime music in the back. I wish I could listen to anime music also on the radio they played though instead of the regular radio haha.
Pretty good place to eat and hang out. There are TV's every corners. Order 1st then pick your seat. Your name will be call to pick up from counter. They prep everything to go style, sit and enjoy it. About $40 for two. One combo can feed 2 kids. Clean restroom. We got combo #1 chicken and #18 spicy chicken, steak and shrimp.
Food was pretty decent and fulfilling. Order the spicy crispy chicken or #2 on their menu with extra meat for $2.50 more which adds another layer sometimes two on top of your usual. Good sauce drinks and service.
Excellent food!! Its a lot of food too so you'll definitely leave here full and feeling like you got your money's worth. The staff was very kind on the night we came here. We were eating there late with my family for my sister's birthday. They allowed my husband to come inside and join us after they were closed and allowed us to continue eating after they were closed. We came back and ate there again and the food and service were outstanding.

So far I have no complaints. I’m from north cal and everything is expensive in the bay. A bowl like this would cost double the price. The workers were nice and the food was good. Also the portion surprised me!! Would definitely come again :)
Absolutely love this place, their Ginger chicken combo is my favorite. Would definitely recommend. Also, their sauces are amazing. Love their house dressing and Yuzu sauce. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful if you have questions regarding the menu.

I ordered my food to go, but there is plenty of seating. Also there is plenty of parking on the side of the restaurant. The staff is friendly. Maybe next time I'll eat in. The prices are very reasonable for some good food.
Just went to Teriyaki Don today — oh my god, I loved the chicken and beef! I really appreciated how they asked how I like my beef cooked. Evelyn helped me out, and she was such a sweetheart. Five stars! All the other girls were super nice and welcoming too. Definitely coming back!
I am a Dasher and I love this place. They are amazing great friendly staff. They are so organized and have great teamwork experience. They are super nice and make you feel welcomed. The food smells amazing looking forward to eating here one day. 😊💗💗

So this is my like 10th time coming here and I always get the Chicken and Beef Teriyaki Don Bowl and order extra meat but today I went to order extra meat and apparently it has been taken off the menu the same day I just came today lol. The meat portion has gotten much smaller as well I'm guessing they've been losing money and business isn't going well which explains why they took extra meat off the menu. Well today I ordered 2 chicken and beef teriyaki don bowls. One of them had less meat by a lot and I gave that one to my mom (glad I did because I'm about to talk about the thing that would've had my mom marching to the restaurant 😅). Well as I was half way in eating my meal I found a hair for the first time here in my food. I slowly pulled it out of my chewed up food in my mouth and thought to myself "thank goodness I didn't give this one to my mom lol" I don't really get disgusted with finding hairs in my food but I am little disappointed now. First the extra meat is gone then I'm getting even less meat now and then I found a hair in my food. Won't be coming back here for a while till they bring back extra meat. Also usually the chicken is a bit dry but the beef is always so yummy, it's sad honestly that I can't glaze this place anymore because I don't want to recommend such a place anymore. Also make sure to ask for utensils because sometimes they somehow forget to put it in with your order lol. Also the teriyaki sauce and salad dressing sauce is really good, very unfortunate. NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! 😔😭😭

Unfortunately this is my second bad experience. The first time I had a spicy California roll. It had a weird herb like powder on top that did not compliment the roll at all. Now this second time I ordered the Spciy seafood Teriyaki plate extra meat. It was supposed to come with shrimp calamari and imitation crab. It came with only five pieces of shrimp and whatever this mystery looking meat is. I could not tell if it was supposed to be calamari or imitation crab. Whatever the case it shouldn’t 80% of my plate. So disappointed.
I have not been to Teriyaki Don in a while so I decided to go today. The portions seemed a little smaller. I ordered the chicken and rice. The chicken was dry, seemed like it frozen for months. I couldn't even eat it and just threw it out. I will not be going back.

They keep giving me beef when i ask for chicken I CANT EAT BEEF. Go somewhere else please I beg of you. Zada was amazing and was so kind! As for the food they did mess up a few times as I ordered chicken udon and they gave me beef instead. They also forgot my side but they were busy so I didn't mind much. I would go again and hopefully the second times a charm.
Missing several items from my order. Then I get about halfway through and there's a literal COCKROACH in my meal. Manager (if she is even the manger) "Ni" was SO rude. Told me I was basically SOL bc that's what was "on her slip." So that includes the roach? Moreover, I eat here 3-5 times a week. Never again. Save yourself your health and don't eat at a disgusting bug infested place. Had I known what I know now I would have neverrr. It was as simple as an "I'm sorry, we will fix it." But instead she straight up called me a liar and told me i was full of shit. I'm also diabetic and ordered a Coke Zero only for them to almost kill me with a regular coke. Overall, Ni, if that’s even her real name (posed as manager) was so rude and disrespectful. I eat here literally everyday on my lunch. I’ll find a new spot. Absolutely awful to call a regular customer a liar bc what u didn’t wanna slice some veggies? I may not mean much to this business, but I work in a VERY prominent industry in the area. Once I share my experience and pictures of the nasty roach in my food…. Idk. 🤷♀️
I’m disgusted by how my food was prepped. The salads should be packaged separately from the “WARM” food, it made the salad warm which tastes gross. I asked for extra ginger and this is all I got. The spicy tuna roll had a stench like it was over due or has been sitting out for a while. The rice was too soggy and mushy. Food is over priced for this kind of quality. I am NEVER ordering from this place again! I’m disgustingly unsatisfied with this service.

I called just to see if she could make them I would go pick them up was told no and that they ran out when I asked for compensation she offered to take off a $4 side the salads are $2 a piece if you buy them alone so $8 worth of salad the lead person was super rude about every thing and even blamed other employees and said it is not there fault
Came to this place at 730, they looked like they did not want to service us, the fountain machine was closed, the lobby was closed, when they are supposed to close at 8:30. I asked for a refund and I still have to wait 3-5 business days to get it. Will never come back to this place. Just a bad experience.
