Crystal was our server and she was absolutely amazing!! Very attentive and professional and funny!! Give her a raise!! The manager Chelsea also came by and she was a riot! First time I've had Outback in years, and now I'm looking forward to my next trip to one. I got the parmesan crusted chicken, and it was amazingly delicious. If there was 10 stars, I'd give it to this location. Great food, amazing service, and it was impeccably clean.

Ate here tonight and it was delicious. Our waiter took great care of us and the manager was so nice. It was an enjoyable meal and my 2 year old grandson loved the ice cream you gave him. It felt really warm and cozy in there. It's because of the people who work there. We'll be back. ❤️

Great food perfect steaks .I have only recently found out how good Outback food really is. 1st time I ate at Outback was a couple of months ago it was a different location .Food was perfect both places really well trained Chefs. I had the Grilled Chicken and Ribs and wife had a steak everthing was tender and cooked to perfection. I Have also had perfectly grilled Salmon there.

My very unique experience I order online when I try to pay my card didn’t went through I go to the restaurant pick up and pay , my card still didn’t go through 20 minutes pass by I call my bank my card has been cancelled 10 minutes pass by my food got cold 50 minutes pass by when I fix my bank issue I ask the pretty lady if they can make my food again cause it’s cold she say don’t worry I got you 😭 she was so kind and after all my bad experience with the bank I god hot food for dinner. I ordered a Outback Center-Cut Sirloin* to be cooked well done . There is just a tiny bit of pink . I haven't eaten a steak in years , I upgraded from 6 to 8oz , it's moist . The broccoli 🥦 was in a plastic bag wrapped in foil. In a separate bag I was shocked to see gravy cup covered in foil and a nice size wheat roll and butter 🧈 things I didn't ask for but appreciate receiving . Drink choice was Kiwi Strawberry Lemonade . 🍓 🥝 🍋 When I initially tasted it, it was super sweet , I could see the kiwi lingering at the bottom so I picked up the cup and shook it vigorously so the kiwi 🥝 was nicely mixed and the drink no later was too sweet .

Nothing says a good time like an Outback steak for lunch. I couldn’t even be bothered to take a photo before I ate half of it! Service was top notch and steak cooked how I like it. I really enjoy the serving size for their lunch special and not much more expensive than a meal at Whataburger. What a deal.

It’s been so long that I have not been to Outback Steakhouse. There’s no way that you can make a mistake with Steaks, Pasta, Appetizers and desserts. Their bread is so heavenly. I even ordered 2pcs. to go.

The staff was so nice at this Outback location. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it was so delicious I finished the entire sandwich. Usually I can eat about half a sandwich. Oh it was so good. I ordered their asparagus with it and for the most part is was very soft with some of the spears a little fat and long with woody ends . I like asparagus cooked most any way, but especially crisp. I did like the asparagus but would not order it again. I've found outback to be overall consistently good.

I was craving a Good steak, but at a place where I could go dressed casually. So we went to Outback. It was a Great choice. My Hot wings were so good. I love the complimentary bread and butter. My Ceasar Salad was delicious. Now my main course, which was Medium Filet Mignon with Lobster Tail was cooked to perfection and a fully loaded baked potato. Our Server Jose was so nice and very attentive. The Atmosphere was very nice and clean. I recommend you try this location.

Great place, great food, and excellent service. The chili on the side was excellent with big chunks of well cooked meat. Steak was excellent and as good as I've ever had. Old fashioned with cinnamon... just skip it. Our server was great, attentive and took care of all the details. She had good knowledge of the menu. Food came quickly after we ordered which is rare at establishment restaurants. Overall a great choice for dinner.

Experience the Flavor! When entering the establishment we were greeted with a warm welcome, and sat immediately. Our waitress Jenna was the best! She provided us with great food and drink options. For drinks we ordered the blueberry Lavender lemonade and the Old Fashion. Both drinks were made to perfection by perfection. The combination that composed theses drinks were quite impressive. For an appetizer we ordered the Blooming Onion and the Steak Mac and cheese bites. The blooming onion was great the first few bites, but after that it became greasy and not the best. The Mac and cheese bites were great and fresh. Lastly the pasta dishes were the best yet. The Alfredo sauce was surprisingly one of the best ever. The flavors, came together so well and left the taste buds wanting more. Thank you Justin, for also making our experience a great one. We will be returning!!

Outback restaurant in Mesquite, Tx is a good place to dine. Whether you are sitting in the bar area in dining area its good. Tonight I tried the Pork Porterhouse ❤. I would suggest getting it well done.

My Dad took me here for my 28th Birthday. One of the servers, Don, must be new, because he got part of our orders wrong and charged my Dad for it. He had trouble paying attention to what we asked for throughout the meal and didn't offer to refill the drinks. He forgot about simple requests, like more bread, sweet-n-low, etc... The table across from us had trouble with him too, but I didn't catch exactly what happened. We went on a weeknight, so the restaurant wasn't that busy. Other than all that, the food tasted good. I just wish I'd gotten to eat as soon as my Dad did. For some reason it took longer to fix what was wrong with my meal, and all they had to do was scrape the shrimp off my steak and throw on some garlic butter. They had to cook a side order of coconut shrimp for him. We're not made of money, and he doesn't get to take me out to eat more than once a year really, so it blows that we got lame service. I feel bad for him more than anything. Still, the food was pretty good and I got to have a nice time with my Dad. I cherish any time I can spend with him. Although... Anyone else think this place needs more light inside? At night, I mean.

My husband and i enjoyed a steak and lobster/shrimp meal here. We got the fried mushrooms as an appetizer. Things were just a little bit chaotic, and the mushrooms were not great, nor was the seafood. The steaks were cooked well though and tasted great, though. Overall not a bad experience.

This location has been the only place to make all guest wear a mask until your food arrives. Good move. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our food came out perfectly cooked. The menu is currently smaller than usual and some staple items seem to be missing, but major things like the Blooming Onion are still there.

For the Mesquite area this is still a fairly good restaurant. I'd advise sitting on the left side and asking for one of the more mature servers. My suggestion is to request a gentleman by the name of "Mr. Reggie". He's a former 5-star server of some of the finer establishments of New Orleans. The food is quality. Timing is everything however, and you have to catch this place at a fairly decent hour to have a more pleasurable experience. Again it appears that when there are younger servers on shift your going to have a worse experience. By that I mean a lag in cleaning up the eating areas, more overall seating confusion, and long delays in getting your meal. To me, it's all about excellence in customer service.

Blooming onion is absolutely delicious 😋 The shrimp and steak pasta was a little dry but had a good taste.

Outback burger. Rare. But they gave mw well done. But the flavor was great. Our waiter was just tending the bar and waiting on everyone so ir took a while to get things that weren't brought out that we ordered.

Server was very nice and conversational. Coconut shrimp dinner was too much food food for me. The steak was requested well done. When cutting into it, it said ouch. They took it back and fixed it. Dinner was good We will be back.

Upon entering, my colleagues and I were greeted with a warm welcome. We were told to wait a few minutes while they cleared a booth for us. Once the table was cleared, we were seated, but I noticed the table wasn't wiped down. I had to request a staff member to also wipe the table down. I ordered the Ribeye Steak (medium rare), mashed potato, and a side salad. The steak came out rarer, which was a bit disappointing. It's advertised that the steak is seasoned with their signature seasoning and also seared. The steak had no seasoning. I had to salt and pepper my own steak. The mashed potatoes were bland. I, too, had to season it with some salt and pepper. Overall experience, I would rate it a 3/5. Food was subpar. The staff was nice and attentive. I personally won't have Outback Steak House as an option on my list of places to eat. Luckily, my colleague treated me to lunch, so I couldn't deny this place.

I got a 12 oz prime rib which came out as medium well instead of medium and was dry. They offered to get another one and it came out but when I got to the end it had 4 oz of fat on the steak which is in acceptable with this cut of steak. Yes some fat is necessary but the amount that was left on here was not.

We haven't been to an Outback in probably 20 years. When we arrived and got our menus, we noticed at the top it said "All our steaks are USDA GRADED"? NOWHERE ON the menu did it state, "select,standard,choice,prime or what they were". Our waiter did not speak very good English and was confused what we were requesting, poor training. My wife had the center cut sirloin "medium rare" it was tough & a lot of gristle. We took it home (dog food) we think it was a low grade of meat. I had the Blooming Chicken Fried Chicken, was very dark in color and had a very burnt taste.

The food is awful! The only thing that was good were the French fries. I don't even know how they stay in business. I have never had a more terrible steak (ribeye) in my life. The fried food is over greasy, the lettuce for the salad was all white, (no green to be seen) and the seasoning tastes like Spam. The people were awesome, but the food is some of the worst I've had in a long time. P. S. The "pickles" are slices of cucumber with an unseasoned (no dill) splash of vinegar on them.

Ordered a sirloin and grilled shrimp. The steak had okay taste . But was vastly too small Would have given better review and at least 4 stars for service...the kitchen manager just ruined the whole experience telling me my stake was correct size for what I asked...it was not.had to order and pay the next size up first it be closer to the one I asked for. The tea was terrible so they went back and made us some more and it was still terrible. The food was good but I probably won't be back due to the service.

I was disappointed in my experience at outback recently. We were seated directly in front of the bathroom door, not leaving any room from the door to our table. It was so tight that the waiter couldn’t fit between the walk space and ended up dropping the tray of drinks some on us and the table behind us. Also our waitress served everyone else around us but we had to ask her to come to our table every time. Lastly the food was either uncooked or overcooked. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend or return.

The people behind us was having an issue getting what they needed, another waitress was helping them & asked if we needed anything I told her yes, & she stated that they were stretched thin because they had a group of 50 come in & that's the best they could do! My steak was not cooked correctly, but nobody came back for me to tell! Never got a refill or asked if my husband needed another beer!!

The lady at the take out area was extremely rude. She was very unprofessional. She wasn’t friendly at all. I will not get take out from this restaurant ever again. I’ll drive the extra 30 mins to a different one. I’m not that happy with this women or environment.

Just so people know for further. If you are a dasher or uber they make you go inside. Most outbacks here dint but when door dash tells us to park in take away the lady on the phone was so rude and disrespectful. I personally will never come here and eat. If you dont like you job quit dont be rude

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding an unfortunate experience I had during my recent visit. I placed my order online as I usually do, expecting a smooth pickup process. However, after arriving and waiting over 20 minutes in the designated pickup area, no one came out with my order. Eventually, I had to go inside to get it myself. Unfortunately, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged by the staff member who handed me the food, which added to the frustration.To make matters worse, the food was cold by the time I received it, and I was also missing the mac and cheese from my order.This was disappointing, especially since this location has always been my go-to spot, and I’ve never had an issue before. I truly hope this was just an off day, but I wanted to bring it to your attention in hopes that improvements can be made. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Well... I had this displeasure of going to Outback to celebrate the eclipse for dinner. I understand that Outback is noted more for steaks. In the past, all the food served was awesome. I chose the ribs, and my date chose the meatloaf. Both of which made us ill. I waited until I felt better to write this review. This place is not recommended. Do better Outback. 😒
