This joint just became one of my top 3 Poke spots. Just found it and didn't do what I usually do, bookmark and come back later, no I saw it and immediately went to try it. Newly opened, like a couple of months ago, is now my favorite in Miami Beach. I went for the spicy tuna bowl made with super fresh tuna, seaweed salad, Tempura crumb, avocado, spicy mayo, sesame seed, eel sauce and arugula. I must say they know how to make a really good poke bowl and that's because one of the main things to make it amazing is to keep it simple. Like the gentleman that took the order mentioned, nowadays they're getting too creative with this dish and that's the wrong way to go about it. What I love most about this one in particular the perfect balance in texture and flavor ...crunchy, moist, warm, cold, tangy, sweet and most importantly, fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed this Poke so much that I just had to write about it while seating there. I tried this jasmine green tea, unsweetened but very refreshing. Staff is very friendly and attentive from the moment you step in and the service is really fast. I have to come back to try a few other items on the menu like the salmon avocado bowl or, in case you didn't know, you can create your own.

This is definitely my favorite spot for a poke bowl in MB! The tuna (LOVE their spicy tuna) and toppings are always fresh and plentiful, and the service is always pleasant! I am especially grateful for Juan, who served me 10 minutes after they had closed! Mucho gracias, Juan, for staying open and for the lovely conversation! The only negative is that I wish they had later business hours.

Best place in SOBE for a healthy yet delicious poke bowl meal... You can swap rice base for brown rice or mixed greens, top grade sushi fish and delicious toppings..... looking forward for lunch this kinda of place. Surf vibes and great food. Aloha Sunny Poke

Really like this Poke joint. I live nearby and order from them at least once a week for lunch with my wife. It's fast, convenient and so far we've always been satisfied by the quality. Weird to see folks complain about $22 poke when I never paid more than $14 including extra seaweed salad. Solid address !

Hands down...this was the best poke bowl I have ever had. To be clear- I live in NYC. Not Bronx or Brooklyn- but NYC, which arguably has the nicest poke bowls outside of wherever poke bowls are from!(pokeland?😛) The bowl was fresh, great portions, they didn’t screw up the order, it was picked up super fast from the restaurant, fish was STILL warm- and the taste was pristine. I gave them a 5 star review on the Uber eats app, however it didn’t allow me to comment. I went out of my way to get on google and tell the restaurant how great the food was. I am only here in Miami on vacation, but I will 100% order from them every time I come down here. Super huge 5 stars for them!

I’m a local, and I love ordering takeout from here. The bowls are delicious, and I feel like they’re a good deal at about $15. I can usually barely finish them in one sitting. I wanted to post a picture but forgot because I was too excited to eat.

The place is easy to locate as it is on a curb. Serving is generous for 1 person. You can also customize your bowl but ask the staff if it will cost additionally. The food quality is good, and the variety of ingredients is plenty. Will go back here! P.s. dont use your car as the parking is tricky and expensive (it is in the entire miami area anyway)

We were lucky enough to be there when chef Sunny was hand-crafting the poke-bowls. Chef made excellent recommendations for our first-time bowls and he didn't let us down! As a bonus, each bowl comes with a little complimentary probiotic yogurt drink that my wife tells me are common in Japan. They also have a small market of assorted Japanese goods set up against the wall to the right as you walk in with really good prices. We ate really well and the ingredients were top notch. We'll definitely be back for another lunch-date and recommend everyone to go here for a bite! Edit: 4-stars, customer service could really use a tune-up.

We got our food to go, after being told, sadly , that they were no longer approved to have outdoor seating anymore. The food was very good. I wish they could change the containers from plastic to paper and something more biodegradable. In due time I hope they make some postive changes. Good serivce and nice personalities all the same.

Good quick meal with a fast food environment. Small seating areas both inside and out. They use high quality, fresh ingredients.

This place was pretty good and a bit pricey, but I made my own bowl and added a lot of extra stuff. The only issue I had was how much sauce they put on top...it was SOAKED in eel sauce which made it even more salty. The service is quick and you can watch them build it.

One of my first experiences and certainintly not my last! One of my top 3 poke shops in the country. Although a little pricey, still one of the most fresh poke shops I've been to. Their bowls always have tons of flavor and the customer service is above and beyond. It's a small little shop connected to Sushi Garage in Sunset Harbor. Small gem for any poke lover in Miami!

M
Max Fernandez Pujals

This place is almost worth the price. Yes the combinations of ingredients in the poke bowl are interesting. But you get very little fish for 15$ and poor seating options. It’s disappointing when a poke bowl is all about the fish and in Hawaii you get huge cubes of fish that match the quantity of rice. Here the taste of fish is overwhelmed by the taste of everything else and the sweet sauce they add. It should be much better, but all in all It’s nice to have a low budget seafood option on the beach. Better off making your own poke at home.

The place is great but not for large orders, is a nightmare when a group of people order from here since they don’t label the bowls and is impossible so follow what’s in the bowls. Is an hour of playing detective to find each other’s food

Disappointed...This use to be my favorite poke spot in Miami but the quality and value has gone down a lot. The food is still pretty fresh which is why I'm giving it 3 stars but the portion sizes are kind of a joke now. I ordered an add-on of a squid salad and it came with 2 tiny pieces...they also forgot to put salmon in when I ordered 1/2 tuna & 1/2 salmon. I also found a hair in my bowl... luckily uber refunded me. I hope they use this feedback to improve because it use to be so great!!

DISCLAMER: This review is on the "perceived" quality of service not the quality of the food as i did not get the opportunity nor the privilege to taste it yet. Monday August 13th around 7:30 pm I live (literarily) around the corner and since Sushito closed last year i was dying to find a new place for Poke/rice bowl for my lunch and dinner. So after several months going to fresh market (across the street) I finally decide to check what could be my new regular place for lunch and dinner only to be welcomed, as i get tot the cashier, by "we are closed!". no Hello, no sorry we are closed , no but please come back.... When i asked for more details for next time it felt like i was asking the world: - Do you deliver? - Do you have a menu i can take with me? Clearly the person had no interested whatsoever to help or make this very first customer experience enjoyable Very disappointing as being local i was looking forward to make a regular dinner hangout Again i cannot speak on the food . The dining wasn’t open and they only had 1 chair at the “bar”. The rice quality wasn’t very good. The beef was okay. Wouldn’t go back.

Food tasted good as we were eating it but we both got food poisoning that night into the next morning. We got a “make your own combo” with a mix of tuna and salmon, and one of the classic tuna bowls. Miso soups were good though.

The last two times I have ordered for lunch the orders have been accepted but then canceled after 45 minutes. Don't bother ordering any time around 11:30 AM because they will accept the order, then cancel it 45 minutes later when it's too late for you to get something else ordered between noon and 1.

J
Jack S

This is also not about the food. They keep changing staff so often that it results in VERY SLOW service. It's slow even when they are not busy. The Poke makers have to read off of cards to remind themselves what ingredients go into the bowls. Frustrating

J

The most expensive poke-bowl I have ever had. I paid $22 for a build your own.... not even in Manhattan I have paid this much... the fish quality was good though.. (at least)

The food is great, without a doubt the best poke bowl in Miami Beach. The real problem and the reason for the 1star is because of the attitude of the girls that work there. Never say hi, never approach the customer in a kind way. Every time rude, the word “customer service” is a mystery unfortunately.

S
Sarah Almazan

Giving this place a 1 star because of their rude customer service. I called to SIMPLY to ask if they do catering and the first lady that picked up, had some broken English (I’m not judging) said she didn’t understand me so I asked if there was someone else I could talk to. Shortly enough she says she’ll pass me to the manager and then hangs up! After, I wait a few minutes and call again, this time a male picks up. Again I just addressed that if they do catering, it’s a simple yes or no answer, next thing you know he hangs up on me as I’m talking. I never write bad reviews, but I had no choice to leave this here in hopes they can see how horrible they treated a customer on the phone. Excuse me for just trying to help out the business.

L
Lynda M

3 times ordering from them and they STILL forget the sauces and other items from your order. They almost always run out of the add-ons and don't even call you to notify you so you can select another option. I placed an order for $160 with a nice hefty $20 gratuity and they STILL forget items, condiments, sauces. I called and they put me on hold just to be told (5 minutes into holding) that it "was too many sauces to put in the bag." Now there's a first! Then he puts me on hold yet again to figure out what's going on, and 8 minutes later just hangs up the phone. Real professional guys. All I wanted was for someone to bring the sauces or have them ready for me to pick them up since they're only a few blocks away but instead I got an attractive dial tone. On this date (2/12/19) I had no choice but to order from them because 305 Poke had a system glitch with Uber eats. If you're going to order from here, don't bother doing it online save yourself the headache and order from 305 Poke, they're always on their game there.
