Avis sur Under the Mango Tree Miami
If I lived in the area, Under the Mango Tree would absolutely be my regular spot. Everything about the place feels tightly dialled in. The brand and atmosphere lean into a thoughtful, environmentally conscious, slightly hippie aesthetic, but in a way that feels elevated rather than gimmicky. Every dish looks handmade and prepared with care, almost like it came out of the kitchen of a matriarch running a multigenerational beachside home. The menu is vegan, and every dish and smoothie gives you that feeling of actually nourishing your body rather than just filling it. You leave feeling good inside. My girlfriend and I spent some time there working on our laptops with our little dog, and the whole environment was relaxed and welcoming. The patrons were chill, the vibe was warm, and nobody seemed bothered by people settling in for a bit. The décor is beautiful and well considered, and the noise level is just right. It’s the kind of place where everything feels intentional. A really lovely spot.
Being vegetarian, it’s not always easy to find spots with truly delicious and satisfying options but this place exceeded all expectations. It’s hands down one of the best vegan spots in the area and an absolute must-try if you’re in South Florida. We tried the lentil bowl and the Buddha bowl both were absolutely incredible. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. We also had breakfast there, and it was just as amazing! Everything tasted wholesome, vibrant, and made with care. Truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. 🌱💛
Local staple with very high quality food and ingredients. On the pricey side but very fresh with milks made in house. Enjoyed the superfood acai bowl more than the classic. Superfood frap was sooo tasty: coffee, maca, cacao, coconut nectar. I love the fresh coconuts that they pierce in front of you for coconut water. The vibes are soothing and down to earth, feels like you are inside a treehouse.
One of the BEST hidden gems in Miami. I always find it hard to find vegan spots, but Under the Mango Tree exceeds every expectation I had. Not only is the food great but the atmosphere is great for doing work or simply reading a book while listening to reggae. I just moved to Miami and this is now one of my regular spots. Also, their desserts are super tasty considering they’re made from high quality and healthy ingredients. Even if you’re not vegan, I promise you will enjoy the food (and experience) here!
We spent a few hours here while we were killing some time. The açaí bowls were amazing! And the smoothies are on another level of delicious! My favorite was the choco loco smoothie with chunks of dates. The service here is fast and friendly. Overall it was a great place to chill for a while.
Loved it! Small vegan restaurant located in Miami Beach. The food was fresh and delicious. We had spicy lentil empanada (best empanada I had in quite a while), tacos, veggie melt and patty melt. For dessert, doughnuts and coffee. Staff is super friendly. There is outdoor seating. Bathroom was clean.
Such a lovely restaurant ! Small & Cute Cafe ! Good Food ! We tried following :- 1. EMPANADAS - SAMOSA :- 3/5 (Good Taste) 2. Almond Butter Chocolate Cookie - Good 3. Veggie Malt - A must try item 4. Taco - A must try item, very juicy and full of flavours.
Just wow! Everything is so yum I wish it would all be gluten free as a default though since they already went as far to be vegan. Can’t recommend the Tumeric latter hot or iced enough! Also benefit from beautiful pieces of art !
I got the Chocolate Açaí Bowl and a matcha smoothie. The bowl fresh and nourishing. It was not sweet. The toppings were generous and everything tasted high quality. The matcha smoothie was smooth and creamy. You can really tell this place focuses on fresh, wholesome ingredients.
Big yes to everything that’s going on here. Delicious smoothies (Marley!!) and warm beverages (turmeric latte!). A true local, community-focused establishment. I won’t spoil some of the special activations going on inside this place - but really unique for the area. Great alternative to pura vida and actually about nature, health…. everything PV pretends to be but with integrity
What a great place! The Acai Bowl is amazing, I tried the Detox Bowl. The place is so nice and you can see that their ingredients are natural. Totally recommended.
The place is truly impressive. The atmosphere is casual yet very relaxing. We tried the americano, shiitake quinoa salad, and classic açai — everything was incredibly delicious, the portions were very generous, and definitely filling. Flavor-wise, it’s a solid 10/10, and the menu is full of healthy options. Prices are very reasonable too — around $20 for a hearty and healthy meal, which is amazing for Miami Beach. On top of that, there’s no 20% service charge like many other spots here. This is hands down one of the best places in Miami Beach — loved by locals, away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended! 🌟
Despite being vegan, even if you are not vegan, this small place is great. The person who was taking orders was so nice. I asked a million questions, and he was funny and perfectly comfortable with that. The lentil bowl was delicious...just the right blend of spices on the lentils, and the toppings were fresh and perfect. They even make their own hemp milk. I asked what it tastes like, and he gave me a small taste. Very nice indeed. Great food , most of which they prepare themselves, great service, and a calm, peaceful atmosphere. What else could you ask for so close to South Beach craziness.
Great food, service and atmosphere. The best matcha I ever tried, their açai bowls and sweet treats are incredible. And the people working there are lovely. I went every day while in Miami
When we first visit Miami I didn't know that it's not really easy to find something gluten-free and also vegan at the same time. But hopefully we found this restaurant near our hotel and we was really surprised 🙂 Food was really delicious, I had also matcha latte and its really my favourite in here ❤️ Thank you for an awesome food and if you are looking for something vegan, gluten-free, healthy, sweet and delicious, this is the right place for you 🥰🥹
Pretty place and healthy food. The food was very fresh and flavourful. Staffs are very friendly. Raw coconut is very refreshing.
I enjoy nourishing my body with highest quality Vegan food in South Beach. “Under the Mango Tree” is a gem a treasure. Best acai bowls, soups, salads, hot drinks etc etc. Truly a magical treasure stop by when in Miami Beach.
An oasis in South Beach. They are known for their Acai bowls, organic, no fake sweeteners, fresh fruit. You have never had a more authentic Acai bowl in your life. Women owned, been around for years, and a true locals spot.
I wish this was located in NY, that is how good it is!! I loved how organic everything tasted, really tasty vegan food while eating consciously and staying healthy. Love love this place, while I was in Miami I would go every morning lol for three days straight!! I loved the Marley smoothie and the Matcha Froth and their acai bowls so delicious! I also had their veggie sandwich and the spicy kale one- both super good too!
I love this place so much, I only discovered this place yesterday but I went twice, great food, healthy and vegan, also gluten free ! The açai bowl and the hot matcha are delicious 😋 They are plastic free, support local business and use fresh ingredient… a must try The staff is super nice, the place is like a little house tree whit so many inspiring advice wrote in the chalkboard
An intimate wonderful place to bliss out. Patti was the charming cherry on top. Wonderful staff with lots of smiles 😁
Was in the area and decided to try this super cute vegan restaurant! Parking can be found on side streets either around the corner or across the street, there’s also a garage close by. Pet friendly! They had dog bowls available. Note.. There’s only a few tables outside so timing is key here unless you ask someone if you and your pooch can sit with them. The menu is AMAZING! Everything is vegan and organic. I had a bunch of questions and they were so sweet and helpful to answer them. I tried the caramelized onions empanada and easy pineapple smoothie 16oz. Absolutely delicious! The smoothie tasted fresh and was perfect. Prices are more than reasonable. Definitely recommend!
Under the Mango Tree is such a great spot located in Miami Beach with cool and cozy Bohemian vibes. If you’re looking to grab a light bite, smoothie, juice or herbal pick me up, Under the Mango Tree is the place. Favorites include the Buddha Bowl, Superfood Frap, Brownie, and Açaí Bowl. Honestly though you can’t make a bad choice here. Everything is organic, vegan and delicious.
Is this a spa or a welcoming restaurant?! This is the BEST vibe in South Beach. So calm, so warm, so inviting…and so delicious! The food feels REAL! You quite literally can not beat the quality. Vegans/vegetarians and meat eaters alike will enjoy this spot. Best açaí bowl of my life (superfood bowl), and my boyfriend was transported to heaven with the homemade almond milk in the cinnamon vanilla latte. The prices are right on par with south beach, and maybe even a touch more affordable…for WAY better quality. Another bonus…the staff! They talk to you like you’re their friend from around the neighborhood. Knowledgable, kind, and trusting! A MUST stop while you’re in the area! 1000/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!
One of my favorite breakfast/brunch place in south beach, they have hands down the best açaí bowls on the beach. The vibe and the people that work there are fantastic as well.
Wowww, absolutely amazing healthy restaurant option with great prices! They brought the food to me when ready, opened up the umbrella without asking (even though it was cloudy) 🫶👑 and had the best food I’ve had in awhile in Miami. The vegan patty Sammy for $12 was so delicious, the matcha latte wasn’t sugary so great! The spicy ginger shot was intense!! And came with a pineapple slice 🤗 and my peanut butter smoothie was so delicious and the perfect thick consistency as it wasn’t the icey watery type. I wanted to tell everyone walking by they where to eat next!! Video on my YouTube: Lavish Laura 👑 about the full review and date here!
Delicious Acai smoothie, cappuccino, and vegan tacos! Napkin holders were a little dirty but very cute place, good vibes.
My friend and i love this place, we came from Utah and we want Açaí so bad, and then they offer more than açaí, we both fall in love with this place!!! Was our best place to eat! Highly recommended! Best breakfast options also snacks or healthy food! The owner or our cashier was so nice with us! I love her! Thank you!! I will definitely come back here in a couple of month 👌🏻
Excellent açaí bowls and espresso. Very good energy. If I lived in Miami, I’d be visiting often. Staff were lovely too.
This place is truly special to me. I’ve been coming here for the past 13 years, and it has always been delicious. The service has consistently been excellent, and I’ve honestly never had a single complaint. On top of that, I absolutely love the food. Highly recommended!
With an exotic yet comfortable decor, friendly waitstaff, original recipies and delicious whole food, Under the Mango Tree hits every macronutrient! Opting for the recommendations of the gentleman who took my order, I went with the Baked Falafel dish from the seasonal menu, the Coco Loco smoothie, and a spicy chai tea. I didn’t have to wait long at my outdoor table with the yellow umbrella before my smoothie arrived. The chocolate (raw cacoa) and banana flavors dominated the overall subtle taste of this silky smooth concoction. The chopped dates contributed the sweetness, and the house hemp milk a unique flare. Quickly following came the tea—a strong and spicy cinnamon sweetness that complimented the subtler flavor of the smoothie. Then the main course—four falafel medalions with a moist and savory interior surrounded by a satisfying baked crust. Made out of chickpeas, quinoa, garlic, onions, parsley, and sesame seeds, these piquant patties paired well with the pungent, lightly whipped, and prodigious bowl of house-made hummus that accompanied it. Initially I started dipping the falafel in the side of tahini sauce, but eventually just mixed the remaining tahini with the hummus for the ultimate falafel dipping experience. The pickled carrot and onion went well with the hummus, too. Heck, I think anything would go well with that hummus, sitting atop of which were several black olives featuring a flavor I’d never before experienced. With an extensive menu whose variety I had barely sampled, I would definitely return for additional meals under the mango tree! (Oh, I get it now—mango tree, the yellow umbrella…)
Going to Miami? Are you tired of meals that leave your energy drained? You MUST STOP and EAT HERE!! We were blessed with a meal here! The food, the service and atmosphere gets 6 stars! Max really just made the experience another +10 points. First they allow you to sit outside with your pooch +10 points. Their food isn't greasy or oily, can’t really taste any salt or sugar and your tummy will be very happy!! +20 points Buddha bowl 6/5 of 5 stars!!! Tacos 5/5 Soup 5/5 Pumpkin cake 7/5, this was unreal dessert Empanadas: lentil 5/5 Samosa 7/5, even went back for more! Do your health a favor and eat here! You will NOT be disappointed.
What an authentic healthy source for organic foods. I always recommend this spot for my clients to get an organic vegetable juice that is made fresh with true high quality ingredients. The high vibe intention of the owner and staff comes through the experience. My personal go to for healthy bowls and salads great soup too!
Loved this place! Really appreciated the hearty salads and both my husband and I loved the super food frap. A great stop on the way to the beach.
We loved Under the Mango Tree. Miami is fairly expensive for vegan eating & this place was a decent reprieve, most of the plates were fairly affordable & we had a balanced & healthy breakfast. This place has a down-home feel, organic & comfy. We placed our orders inside with the accommodating staff & sat outside for breakfast. We had the avocado toast which is covered in diced cucumber, the Buddha Bowl - a wonderful potpourri of all of my favorite vegan proteins, grains & greens and a vegan cheese melt. We both had iced coffee or cacao beverages. This is a great stop for the first meal of the day & will give you plenty of proper energy for a long day at the beach!
If you like fresh fruit, Under a Mango Tree is a must try in South Beach. It’s a cute little vegan smoothie shop with tons of baked goods. I tried the super goods açaí bowl. It was very good and had local honey which was a plus. There was seating inside and outside. We had to wait about 5-10 minutes for our food but it was well worth it. There was plenty to look at while waiting.
The best and healthiest mom&pop shop in Miami. Everything on that board menu is amazing. Food and drinks are unbelievably delicious. You will feel very full and still feel light, it’s like your body just absorbs all the goodness that this place has to offer. It does gets pretty busy and wait might take a while, but I assure you it’s worth the wait.
This vegan cafe rocks. More of a brekkie / light brunch venue, options are sprouted bread melts/sandwiches, açaí bowls, smoothies and finger snacks like homemade baked goodies Came here for brunch and thought I wouldn’t leave full.. but I wrong! The patty melt sandwich with the homemade veggie bun.. vegan cheese.. with side of special sauce.. was bomb The Marley smoothie was filling.. and surprisingly tasty. This was even with a scoop of the protein which has ~22g protein (not bad!) Given this time of year, sitting outside is the move. Nice spot for people watching and relaxing This spot has good vibes
Everything here is made from fresh fruits and vegetables! I typically come here after having my nails done as from “305 nails and spa”. I love the atmosphere and vibes. Also, they are busy but also remain very friendly, which is hard to do. Kudos to “Under the Mango Tree”!
After having a heavy dinner in Miami, I was on the hunt for a nourishing breakfast and found Under the Mango Tree just a couple blocks from our Airbnb. Açaí bowls, smoothies and vegan food! Jackpot. I was greeted warmly and picked out the Matcha Mama smoothie with homemade hemp milk. So delicious. I also grabbed some baked goods and empanadas to take home which was also delightful.
Under The Mango Tree is a Vegan gem! I unfortunately only got to go once while visiting Miami but everything I got was absolutely delicious. I got the Patty Sammy, a Spinach Empanada, and a Super Food Frap. All pretty simple things that were insanely flavorful. Very unique and authentic vibe inside the shop as well.
Under the Mango Tree provided me with a good experience. My ginger pineapple smoothie bowl was excellent, and the matcha donut was pretty good too. Though the interior is compact, the outdoor seating area is very pleasant, offering plenty of shade under umbrellas. The staff truly stood out for being very nice and helpful, particularly when discussing ingredients and addressing queries.
We stumbled upon this spot and were more than pleased to find a vegan cafe with such a wide variety of breakfast and lunch specials. Everything we tried was delicious, and vegan! I would strongly recommend a visit. The Acai, Banana, ginger Smoothie bowl was bold and hit the spot for a cold, post-workout breakfast treat!
A lovely place with acai bowls and vegan dishes. Acai Bowl was quite good, and they offer several options of those. I also liked that many delicious drinks are available, like tumeric Latte and spicy chai, both were very good. Seating inside is simple, and a couple of tables are available outside.
Breakfast was great! Efficient, fast, healthy and fresh! Yes, it’s not cheap, but well worth eating something wholesome and healthy for breakfast! Has a nice, calm bohemian, funky chill vibe. Staff was friendly, helpful and gracious. Enjoy!
Hands down best matcha in south beach, Miami. They have homemade almond milk which makes it the best. No additives and fillers. Just straight up deliciousness!! I always have mine warm so I can really taste it properly. Great food options if you are vegan and looking for dietary restrictions.
Very earthy spot in the middle of Miami Beach! Friendly, quick service. Very environmentally friendly in their business practices. The açaí smoothie was amazing, the latte w oat milk was the best I’ve found around the area, and açaí bowl was very fresh without all the added sugar. Absolutely adore this little spot!
Cute little cafe near south beach serving vegan, organic and healing. This is the perfect place for a healthy breakfast. They have a cute interior as well as outdoor seating. The staff are all very friendly and nice. We really enjoyed the açaí bowls and the almond butter sandwich. They also have a wide selection of smoothies, juices, bowls and baked goods. It can get really busy in the mornings so try to get there early. Definitely one of my favorite places in Miami.
I literally want to pick up this place and bring it here to Ohio! I visited South Beach for a girl's weekend and we stopped here after working out. It is the cutest place and the Acai bowls were delicious!! The tree filled with inspirational quotes was the topper for me. The place was just filled with warmth and love. I will definitely come back if I am back in town!
I got a matcha mama smoothie, a rainbow wrap and a cbd cookie to start my day. The cafe itself is tiny and cute, but can get a little crowded during busy morning. The food is high quality and healthy, and the service was very good. The guy with the glasses (Max) took my order, he was very polite. I love that they have hanging plants up and compost options inside. They have outdoor seating also and are puppy friendly!
I wish I had discovered this place earlier during my stay because I would have returned to try a few of their items! Indoor and outdoor seating, nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. I had the happy Buddha juice and it was delicious. I spotted a few of the acai bowls they served and they appeared to be fresh and varied.
Let me start by saying how grateful I am to this dining establishment for making the effort to use sustainable practices. As a consumer, this makes a big difference to me. Next, the ambience to this place was exceptional. I felt 'holistic' vibes with the way it was set up. Plants, cabinetry, the tables and chairs, etc. The food selection was diverse, with various healthy options available for purchase. I selected the Superfood Acai Bowl. Although it's a bit expensive (it seems most everything is around this area) the taste was delicious. I enjoyed every bite. The acai had the right texture and taste and the fruit tasted fresh, and the granola was the right consistency and sweetness. I could taste just a hint of the spirulina. Just enough to know it was there. The service, was cordial, although not over-the-top friendly. One last thing. I appreciated the water that was in the stainless steel container when I first arrived. It was cold and refreshing. If I ever get back to these parts I will seriously consider coming here again. Thanks for the positive experience, UTMT!
We went to Under the Mango Tree this morning for breakfast and absolutely loved it. It’s a vegan spot right down in South Beach, and from the moment you walk in, it feels authentic in a way that’s honestly quite rare. We had a selection of fresh juices. A green juice with kale, spinach, pineapple, celery, and green apple that tasted genuinely fresh and clean, no artificial sweetness, no nonsense, just really well-balanced ingredients. We also had a freshly squeezed orange juice made from beautiful Florida oranges, bright, fresh, and exactly how orange juice should taste. We both ordered acai bowls and they were excellent. Fresh, generous, and clearly made with care rather than shortcuts. What really stood out, though, was the energy of the place. It feels sustainable, organic, and values-led in a way that goes beyond surface-level branding. A lot of places in Miami Beach claim to be healthy, organic, or planet-friendly, but when you scratch beneath the surface, it doesn’t always hold up. This place does. If you’re looking for a truly vegan, organic, healthy spot in the South Beach area, Under the Mango Tree is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend.
Recomendado 100%.
Muy recomendable para desayunar/brunchear. Muy buen café, rica comida. No aceptan efectivo, solo tarjetas.
I got vegan tacos and a cortado with oat milk. Taco was great. Cortado was average but it was served in the wrong cup. These deep cups are for cappuccino and latte. The Acai bowls looked amazing. I'd like to try them next time.
I loved this acai bowl! I tried the supeffood bowl and added mangos, it was the perfect combination of textures and flavors. Felt very satisfied. The matcha latte was alright, but lacked in creaminess and sweetness, so be prepared. The location has a lot of healthy and vegan options and is definitely popular. There's limited seating but it's a good place for a quick smoothie or bite.
I went for the acai bowls and also a warm drink. The acai bowl was good. The drink had great flavor, but wasn't blended enough for me- to many particulates in the drink. I'm glad I tried the place out. It seemed like a popular spot when I was there! Very cute with a warm, friendly atmosphere
Healthy ingredients. Smoothie and juice tasted good. I like that they make their own hemp milk and use high quality protein. The space is cramped and the flow of the place is bad. You will wait 15 minutes for your order and there’s nowhere you can stand or sit where you don’t feel like someone is on top of you. Unrelated … ordered a smoothie, got an Açaí bowl instead. They fixed it after a few minutes but but they stage waiting in cramped quarters had already gotten unpleasant.
🌱 Vibe = pure boho oasis! Fresh acai bowls, creative smoothies, and hearty vegan eats that actually hit. 🌞 Friendly crew, cute outdoor seating, and eco-goodness everywhere 🌿. Tiny space but big flavor—perfect for brunch or a healthy pick-me-up! 💚
We stayed in the area for about a week and was anticipating visiting this cafe for breakfast. It seemed busy everytime we walked by and looked so cute inside. I'm afraid our experience wasn't as good as we anticipated. While the food was tasty, and the eco mission is so appreciated, we found the wait staff incredibly unfriendly. They looked annoyed by our larger order. I think I might have asked a question about the menu and you could tell the guy was irritated. We wound up spending close to 90 dollars on this breakfast too (which seemed a bit ridiculous considering we ordered stuff on the smaller side). So yeah, for the cutesy interior and price of the meal, the experience sadly wasn't my favorite of our stay. Perhaps it was an off day but the employees should know that many start their day here and being welcoming goes a long way :(
I honestly didn't like this place. I was debating, but it felt so off. I won't come back. The energy felt so off there even though it is decorated to look nice. It gave cookie cutter vegan/organic rich people cafe vibes. Even though the employees are Hispanic, the whole place gave rich white owner vibes. The food was so bland. I had the Buddha bowl, vegan mozzarella empanada, and the chocolate banana brownie. I was told the Buddha bowl is the most popular, but it was not good. The quality and quantity don't match the price. Overpriced for the quality of the food. The service wasn't anything special. The employees weren't very welcoming. I give this place 2 stars cause it could be someone's cup of tea, but as a vegan for over 10 years, this place isn't it, especially as a person of color who likes more spice/flavors.
The place is cute and very on theme to the style of restaurant they’re going for. On the other hand, I went for an acai bowl. It was the WORST acai I’ve ever tasted in my life. It was not sweet at all. It was also almost $20 (I added 1 thing) which I find a but pricey. Granted, the size was gigantic. I highly suggest to choose something else on the menu.
There’s literally one helpful employee there and everybody else is rude. Nobody there has any joy whatsoever. The environment is really what ruins it. Also, and this is the biggest thing, nobody ever helps me with my stroller in or out the door. This means that if a handicap person was there, they would also get the door slammed on them trying to enter or exit the place. I go to a different place every day for lunch and everywhere else. Somebody helps me with the stroller, but there they literally just watched me struggle. I don’t understand how you can be so lacking in morals.
