Very fast and efficient store. Workers were polite and respectful. My drink was amazing and the doughnuts tasted pretty good. Manager was friendly and helping employees

Take note guys; whatever you did with those kolaches at 10am, fresh and soft bread, flavorful sausage and cheese that was still hot 15 minutes from pickup, a simple product but delivered right and those things go unnoticed. Wife loves the coffee, lines move quickly, smiles, clean, great job leaders and staff, 5 star!

Super quick and delicious!! They were out of bagel minis and the guy recommended a whole bagel instead. It was so yummy!! And my Cocoa Mocha Iced Latte was perfect!! Thanks guys!!

love this location!! i went in inquiring about a donation for a PTA event for our school and the manager tony happily helped me out with help from his associate jennifer. we were looking for a donation of coffee for our teachers and they offered three travelers with all the cups, sugars, creamers, ect.! looking forward to do more business with this location in the future! they were so friendly, helpful and the location was very clean as well! thank you guys!!!

I go in at least 2x a day most of the times my order is dead on right, and if not they make it right!! It's great when the employees already know your order and how you like your coffee! As for the donuts, the icing runs, I don't know if it's because the cases are to warm or the room temperature isn't cool enough!!

I like Dunkin for several reasons. First of course are the great donuts and coffee. They do sell so much more however! Second because I like to order ahead on the app, pay on the app and go to the drive thru to pick up my order that is ready for me when I arrive. Third because if I want a break, I can go sit inside the store and eat there. I seem to think they have a table or 2 outside but can’t recall. This location sometimes has a line at the drive thru but usually moves quickly. I have tried some of their items with eggs and like them. Breakfast seems to be my choice here, I don’t know if they have lunch but they add so much to their menu that they probably have a lunch sandwich like they do breakfast sandwiches. The options here are many now, not like when I was young and remember when they only offered donuts and drinks. I don’t get here as often as I’d like because we’ll SUGAR, but now with so many other things, I love using the app to see all my options. Employees have always been nice and friendly here. The tables are usually clean and there is a place for me to sit if I choose. If you haven’t been to a Dunkin in a while you will be pleasantly surprised. Try it, you will find something you want and like.

I love ice coffee but I have a very precise way of enjoying it. Dunkin always follows my recipe and gets it right 99 percent of the time and when they don't they are happy to correct the error. Bravo to these batistas

Love this dunkin, the people there are amazing! Grayson always knows my order and is so friendly! Pretty much go there everyday before work, lol. Philip, Maddie, and kaiden are also all very sweet. Service is a 10/10.

12/07/18 2nd visit 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 So I went back. The service was much better. So was the restaurant. Not only that. I found out they accommodate GLUTEN FREE ❣ I was able to order the Turkey, Egg and Cheese Croissant without bread. They used the egg as the bread. I also let the cashier know the place looks great today❣😊😋👍🏼 Old post/First Visit: 🌟🌟🌟 I'm not a huge fan but was in the area with my BFF. He enjoyed coffee and donuts. The cashier packaged the order so cute I wanted to share. I did see alot of employees standing around talking. The sitting area needed to be cleaned. The bathroom had no toilet paper. Although the worked responded when brought to their attention, I feel instead of standing around the other staff could have kept busy. The cashier finished taking care of the customers then came out to sweep and clean the restaurant. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 's for the cashier.

Okay, I like Dunkin, they just never seem to have the doughnuts I want, they're always out of either the crullers, or the sour cream glazed. If u don't get the doughnuts fresh, then u may as well go to Walmart or heb cz they taste the same. But the coffee is delicious, and the hot food is good and usually there's some type of deal.

The donuts seem to be coming out fresh and their drinks are good and cheaper than other places. Its never over crowded. And has comfy spots to sit on. Wait is on a minimum. Drive thru available specially if you got little ones with you. Ooh and they have breakfast sandwiches and other treats beside donuts. Worth it.

Only negative thing is the location is often hard to get to.

In times past, I have enjoyed DD coffee, but not this time. I ordered a sugar-free latte, and it was very weak -- I could barely taste the coffee. The service was good.

I know Dunkin Donuts is it’s own specific type of coffee/ donut shop and there are plenty of people that rave about it, but it just wasn’t my cup of coffee. Despite the fact that the coffee is cheap and you get a good amount for what you pay, to me, the coffee itself is on par with a McDonalds Vanilla coffee. It wasn’t special or impressive, but it got the deed done. As far as the donuts, they are just way too doughy and thick. We went on a Sunday evening and almost every donut was “not available” which was another letdown. We were so excited to try this Dunkin’ Donuts because one is opening up close to where we currently live and wanted to have a break from Starbucks, but sadly, they did not win us over.

Definently a hit or miss with this location. My breakfast was ok today. Hot coffee and the power breakfast sandwhich I got was fresh. Can't say the same for the avocado toast I got though, it was like chewing cardboard. I will say though that as crazy as that drive thru line gets, they got speed on their side. But speed isn't always the best thing if you're choosing that over the quality of the food. If they were more consistent with fresh hot food, this place would be a lot better.

There is always that one person taking orders through the drive thru window that is rude. Something is always being forgotten in my order. Check your bags before driving off.

Update: Things have improved a lot. Still a little slow but service is a lot better. I go here for avocado toast with roasted tomatoes. They are never friendly. They are never busy at the time that I go through anyway. But the toast is always good.

The service was decent, not super friendly but nice enough and pretty quick; however, I received about half of a drink. The amount of ice was ridiculous, it came up higher than the liquid and I could not get the small straw down into it to take a drink, I had to get the large size straw (since it's stronger). I had a coupon so decided to get another medium drink and asked for about 1/3 of the ice, which they did, but it was about an inch below the top (same with the first one). The coupon didn't state I'd be shorted a couple ounces! In response to the Dunkin' response. I've gotten a macchiato on average every week for the last several years in various cities and states and it has never had the ice taller than the liquid. The pictures are 2 different drinks, the first with too much ice and the second when I asked for significantly less. Yes, I paid for both. This is the first time I have been to this location as I was passing through New Braunfels.

The donuts here are very whatever in taste. They aren't fluffy or cloudy. Very dense and chewy like bread. The coolatta's are good. But it's basically a 5 dollar slushie. I was not in donut heaven, but hey try it for yourself and decide!

Good coffee but staff and service is slow. They are slow in making just drip coffee every time we go in. They need better team work. If you go, allow yourself an extra 10 minutes of wait time.

I ordered datk/ bold rost couple times and it was good. Then last week my coffee was watered / weak. I have been going to Starbucks several years and always got exactly the same coffee,, I think I'll go back to what was working fine for years.

I went there this morning at around 10:30ish. service wasnt awful. coffee was HORRIBLE! I ordered an iced latte w sweetened french vanilla flavoring and it literally tasted like water. I also ordered a frozen coffee with sweetened french vanilla which might give me diabetes. I ordered food as well but didn't get it because they never rang it up even though I waited until he said "okay" after each thing I said. way over priced for this AWFUL coffee.

Was a good donut shop in the old days but in the process of reinventing theirselves so as to remain viable I think they shot theirselves in the foot. Not impressed with their menu selection of grill items, the food isn't any better than any other fast food hut, the service is terrible, need I go on? The donuts are still what I remember but the coffee wasn't as good as it was always known to be. Sad to say but I believe we are witnessing the death of another old friend!

The food was good but the service could be improved. After calling out orders, the employees will just leave the food on the counter without any identifying receipt. Our last visit another family left with our order and the employees had to remake it. This time there were several bags on the counter and it was impossible to determine which one was ours without unwrapping. Another customer waited for her drink for 5 minutes before I finally asked her what she ordered and told her that the one on the counter was hers. And please instruct your employees how to open the hot chocolate mix without using their teeth.

Service was Great. The Product is not even close to Great. “Baked on Demand.” Fresh? Nope. Frozen? Yes. Donuts are Cold and Tasteless. Sloppy Frosting. $13 for a Dozen Donuts would not be a Bad Deal if the Donuts were Amazing. They’re not even Good at this point. I was raised on Dunkin’. I’m not the healthy type that makes healthy choices. I know what I want. I want to pay good money for a good product. This experience was disappointing.

My first time going to a dunkin. The menu in the drive through is different than the one online. I got mixed up and the drive through employee got irritated and it showed. No biggie though. My coffee was delicious.

My meal was awful. That Bacon Egg & Cheese bagel tasted like it was made an hour before I ordered. Not to mention it didn’t even have a full slice of bacon. My drive thru lady was very nice and helpful. I just won’t be wasting money here.

Went inside to look at donut selections before picking. Wanted a dozen but had to stand in line about 10 min. That would be ok except that are no prices for the actual donuts on the wall. All other menu items displayed & priced except their namesake. Disappointed in the price when I asked the guy so I only bought two. Server was nice & donuts were good, but a complete waste of my time & extremely irritating. Not paying 13 bucks for 12 donuts.

We stopped here and ordered two caramel iced lattes and we received cups that were 3/4 of the way full and the coffee tasted like it had been burned. I love Dunkin coffee and this is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience. I hope it was a one-off but it was very disappointing.

Love place there is a reason I stop in every Sunday and some Saturdays my daughters and I enjoy the food and iced drinks. Want to say anyone with a beard should wear a hairnet on it. Don't want to offend anyone or miss identify anyone's gender person working drive thur had full beard, nose ring, an long hair. They had no hair net and when I skipped tip because I worried hair was gonna be in my food they rolled there eyes and looked mad. I will try again this weekend don't want to change my weekend routine with girls but if they don't wear hairnet I will be forced to, and will be obligated to inform health inspector

I mean, you can’t go wrong with a doughnut that’s covered in sugar so it still tastes OK but the service and then ordering online and then a mixup where they didn’t find the order that was ordered there, but the receipt showed it was there and the manager wasn’t willing to accommodate or questioning it further, even though it clearly showed the order was placed online there, and the order was not ready, and I had to be at a place to deliver them for my kids at school at a certain time really just made my day. I already gave them several chances and now I’m just going to have to just find some other donut place that can consistently give me good service.

Is this store open? Second week in a row the door is locked (with the ‘open sign’ on) at a quarter till 8pm. Also, the store does not answer the phone. I noticed the ‘open sign’ turned off after I drove away at 8pm.

Stopped in at the New Braunfels location at 5:15 on 4/9/2022 on my way to work. I bought a dozen doughnuts for my coworkers and myself. We started eating the doughnuts only to find they seemed old and stale. I called the store and was informed the Doughnuts are not made fresh in store, but are made some place else and delivered to the store. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The employees act like they just don’t care what the customer thinks. We took our grandkids there Monday evening & there were no napkins. When I asked for some, it seemed like an imposition. The young girl brought me three. My wife went there this morning & the guy didn’t even know how the fill the coffee container. We WON’T be back!!!

Went to this Dunkin this morning at 7:00am only to find the door was locked. Was told to go through the drive thru because there weren't enough employees to open the dining area but yet there were two employees working. No sign on the door either to let people know what was going on...Unbelievable workforce these days...Poor management decision...I won't be back for who knows when...Better call first to see if the dining in is open--if they even answer the phone...

Quite a few of the iced coffee drinks in the fridge by the first register are expired. I brought this to their attention and they didn't remove the drinks. On Thursday, 11/09/2017, I stood outside until well past 5:00 am waiting for employees to open the door which was supposed to open at 5 am. Meanwhile, the drive thru was being served. Being a truck driver, I can't bring my 11 foot tall dump truck into drive thru. This is the most lazy DD I have ever seen.

What a horrible excuse for a Dunkin location! I went in to order a dozen. Line was short and moved quickly. That's when everything fell apart. The young girl at the counter was clearly annoyed that she had to wait on me. They had a HORRIBLE selection. Out of almost every popular donut. NO maple anything, no chocolate cream, no sprinkled anything.When I asked her if they had any maple donuts she turned her head towards the back of the store and mumbled something unintelligible. I picked some random donuts and a few drinks. I gave her the money and when she handed me my change she basically dropped it on the counter. 'HAHAHA...Oops!' Yea... Hopefully this Dunkin will get some good management in place soon. Next time I'll remember to drive the extra mile to support a local donut shop with cordial employees and management that appreciates customers. As an added note...now that I got the donuts home half of them are stale, old and dry. Not to mention the filthy box and the smashed glazed donuts as the counter girl wanted to get all 5 glazed in one grab. Again, thanks for reminding me why I will drive the extra distance to support a better donut shop!

I understand the staffing struggles that have resulted due to covid... however YOUR PARKING LOT IS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO JUST BE DRIVE THRU ONLY. You would serveore people via lobby... the line alone will make u wanna leave. It would make more sense to close drive thru.

Extremely, extremely disappointed with this visit. I tried to use my app to pay for my drinks and food. I had a total of $16 between two cards on my app, my order was $13. Get my app scanned, takes ALL my money from both cards. Apparently there has been issues with the app. Then the manager wants to say oh theres nothing I can do you need to call corporate. Makes ZERO attempt to make the situation better. Didnt offer a donut or even take at least one drink off. She just walks away. So now a $13 trip turns into $29. Then we get the sandwiches they're cold. The ONLY thing that made it slightly better was Jade making me a medium instead of a small like I ordered, so thank you for that! Other than that TRAIN YOUR MANAGEMENT BETTER.

Second time in three days that I’ve been here because I live close by. The first day I go through the drive through I asked how many of one kind of donut they had, she tells me five I’m cool with that I asked for one more of another to make a half dozen. We get to the window she says sorry we only have three -_- it only took a hand to count to five how did you mess that up, Congratulations my six year old nephew can count higher than you. Today we go in to grab the new sugar maple bacon sandwich. When we walk in I was pulling my phone out to open the app because I couldn’t remember the name of it the lady at the counter was rude and said when ever y’all are ready let me know with this nasty attitude and walked away. About thirty seconds later we were ready and she was know where to be found, a different lady came up to the register and rang us up and didn’t have much of a different attitude. We get or food and drinks the hash browns tasted like potatoes soaked in old dishwater and both of are lattes we nasty I brought mine to the counter and asked them to dump it out. Without hesitation a third lady said just leave there I’ll get it in a minute not asking what’s wrong or if/how they could fix it. We finally just left and my husband just threw his away when we got outside. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts.

Horrible experience a few minutes ago. Ordered a plain large dark roast coffee at the drive through. Time stamped on receipt 2:14pm. Was advised there would be a 4 min wait which was fine. There was a car right behind me so I moved my car into a parking spot- did not want to disrupt their business after all. Waited, waited and waited- no one came out. Drove back to window, waited, waited, waited but no one would look at or come to closed window. Honked three times, no one responded. Had to repark the car, limped my way into the restaurant on my aching knees and asked for my coffee. Weak apology from kid who assumed I had left, never bothering to glance out of the window to check. Mind you this is at a non busy time. Got my coffee at 2:34 pm a full 20 mins after paying for it. I come here every day! What happened to the previous staff? They were 99% perfect. Now when I go, I had 3 drinks made incorrectly...and I just get coffee with cream and sugar. Considering switching to a different brand. Edit** Tried again, nope! Fourth time with a incorrect drink. RIP dunkin

This is the absolute worst Dunkin location ever!!!! They are out of products (all the time) and extremely extremely slow. Waited 20 mins for regular coffee. Avoid this place and go somewhere else. Trust me.

A Dounut by any other name would taste just as sweet. Your inability to listen to customers is showing, an extra $2 charge to choose my own dounuts is bogus And you didnt even give me what I asked for. (Edit- That is a shame because i asked for 6 reg glazed and 6 chocolate chocolate glaze. I called and spoke with Shelly and she said they charge that $2 fee, you may want to take a further look into your til, it sounds like someone is ripping off your customers and pocketing the profit. Terrible service and apparently they ran out of everything we tried to order. They no longer offer coconut milk, had no chocolate chip banana bread or churro donut, could not take a $50 bill.

Called to order 14 dozen donuts was quoted a price 6.99 per dozen. When I called back to order the donuts I was told it would be 8.99 per dozen. When I ask to speak to a manager they put the phone down and talked about me where I could hear the conversation. I could hear them say she keeps calling. The manager got on the phone and told me 8.99 that is the price. I suggest you learn your prices before quoting them and learn where the hold button is on your phone.

I went to go get donut holes and donuts and when I took a bite of the donut hole, it tasted like kinetic sand. Don’t go here. Please save yourself the trouble. They were also owl out of donuts and literally everything.

Service is okay, but my order has been wrong 4 times in a row. Everyone is usually nice but I feel like if I ask for them to correct it they are mad/unhappy and act like it’s my fault. I think the computer system is messed up because what I ordered on the screen is not the order that was sent to the back, coffee and breakfast wise. I ordered wake up wraps the last time I went, and was offered croissants because they messed up in the back, instead of someone just fixing it. I live right next to this Dunkin and hate that every single time I come in, I feel like I wasted my money. For Example, I just bit into my wake up wrap which was correct this time, but the egg is solid cold. We had to threw it away and it’s just wasting money.

This location is always out of something. The last 4 times I’ve gone they take my order, let me pay, and THEN tell me that they don’t have an ingredient for my drink. They’ve been out of napkins (they sell food) a few times as well. At the very least the staff should know what items they are out of.

Usually I get my morning food and drinks here to start off my shifts but they have really put the icing on the cake this time. They’re usually out of product early in the morning, service is slow even when ordering online, and today they surprised me with less tea in my cup because I asked for less ice. Which I have asked for before and they still filled it up to the top. The consistency of this Dunkin is so frustrating at times.

I was going to this location quite a bit mostly because it was right down the street from me but the convenience just is NOT worth it. Every time I order there is an issue with something, either my bacon is cold and under cooked, or my refresher taste like the green tea has been sitting out all night. Honestly your best bet would be to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts/ Baskin and Robbins on the west side of 46. They are SO much better.

I’ve never gone to a dd before but I certainly wasn’t impressed for a couple reasons; first their coffees are awful, they add so much sugar that it it’s overstated. You can taste pure and feel sugar granules in your mouth as you drink it. Secondly, I’ve gone to this location 3 times now (just for the donuts) and I usually get an assorted half dozen for me and my bf and we always got to pick what we wanted and today they just gave us an assorted box and one donut being a glazed covered in peanut crumbs and as someone who’s allergic to peanuts had to inspect what I could eat from the box. My bf said that we weren’t going there anymore and I had a agree. 🤷‍♀️

I am new to New Braunfels and was excited to know I was passing by a Dunkin Donuts. When I stopped in the building is nicely presentable HOWEVER the cashier Audrey, on both my stops, was extremely rude. She didn’t acknowledge as I waited when it was a shift change from which it appeared. Waited for about 5 minutes till she asked me what I wanted to order. My coffee had white curdled residue from the milk. The second time I ordered ahead but my family came in as well to order. Upon entrance I noticed it was the same girl from my Visit on Wednesday. Prayed for a better experience but disappointing for me it wasn’t. I asked if my order was ready and she Said yes but didn’t hand me my order. She proceeded to take my family order and once they finished and got their orders I then asked again for my order via mobile and she rudely said “can you give me a minute”? I said , I apologize, you said it was ready. Slide my Oder on the counter and continued taking on her headset. No type of customer service nor acknowledging of customers upon arrival. Not a thank you or anything. I wouldn’t even give her 1 star.

I arrived at about 6:00 AM. The store looked closed. I was able to walk into the store. I was promptly told that the lobby was closed. I informed the employee that I wanted donuts to go. Once again I was informed that the lobby was closed. I let the employee know that Shipley's would accept my business. As I drove away the store looked closed and there still was no one in the drive thru. This place is not interested in customer service.

I have truly never seen a worst Dunkin Donuts. Their food is undercooked (I received frozen bagel bites), they are understaffed which leads to extremely slow service and the last time I visited, they could not make any drink I requested because their espresso machine was down. How is this acceptable for a place that makes coffee ?

Best coffee ever!! Clean and friendly staff. Going to be a regular! This is super close to my house but now traveling to the other Dunkin’ in NB because the service has declined and the wait time & accuracy is gotten so bad. No mobile ordering or lobby options. Would not recommend with new management. New employees aren’t customer friendly.

After going over the reviews, it seems it’s a common thing for this location to close their lobby. I’m a truck driver working the area right now and saw there was space in the store parking lot. Walked on over just for the door to be closed. No sign no nothing. Saw the guy try to walk out of site as I approached. Then when I called no answer but he did call me back. So I’ll give him that courtesy. When I asked if they were just opened for drive thru he said yes I then asked is there a reason. This guy is just rude. With absolutely zero customer service. This location needs to go thru some changes. 👎

I have been to this Dunkin multiple times and I have let it go when order is wrong first few times, but now it's consistent. I'm not sure if it's bad management or lack of employee care but believe that goes back on management. This time was extremely frustrating. Ordered the heart tin munchins a day before so I could make sure to get one paid the $18 for the tin and what did they give the dasher a box of regular munchins. I want to be refunded for the extra and my service fees that is not an ok substitution it's borderline theft taking money for better item and giving one of less value. Also ordered last night and dasher still had to wait a long time because order wasn't ready. I have experienced this in person too.

I go to this store regularly and every single time that I get served by Philip my order is messed up. Yesterday I got a blended coffee and refresher. I asked if he could make sure the coffee was well blended (every time he makes it there are huge chunks of ice and it is like an iced coffee) He read the order back to me at the menu and the window and got it right but the refresher was the wrong flavor and the coffee was super chunky and had a massive cube of ice in the middle. I love coming here but when I’m spending upwards of ten dollars for two drinks I would like them made/served properly:( I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble I just want someone to know what’s happening. It just stinks whenever almost half of the cup is filled with shards of ice. Not a very good picture but it does show the chunks. I never have that issue with anyone else😭

If you like an overwhelmingly disgusting aftertaste of hot tap water with a splash of coffee this is the place for you!

When I come here early mornings coffee is always hot and fresh. Please ensure you have fresh coffee for your customers. Throwing away money and time to go out of my way is unfortunate The 3 times I have come in the afternoon. Coffee is rancid and cold. I will not return.

Went through drive thru and before they gave me my card back, they asked if I'd like to leave a tip. Wow! Never again! Do we have to tip everybody these said to be pleasant? Thought it was a standard of customer service smh My purchase was 1 donut for my daughter.

Dunkin’ has always been my go-to! I love that they have other options than just doughnuts and coffee, this morning I stopped by to get my normal order of a refresher and some doughnuts for the kids and noticed when I paid, that the drivethru worker chose the tip before I paid and never gave a receipt. This is the second time I noticed this. I love great service and will reward it every time. But when the option is chosen for me that is unacceptable. When I asked for the receipt the employee was apprehensive. Upon review I noticed the max tip was chosen. I spoke to the manager/lead on duty and rather than being empathetic they bypassed my concern offered to refund and reprocess the order. There was no apology, no reassurance, nothing. I chose to leave it as is, but told them this needs to be addressed through training and will not happen again. Be better. Work for your tips don’t steal them.

I would just skip this store all together. Go to starbucks or the dunkin by creekside. Got a small hot peppermint mocha. My cup is half full including the whipped cream... so you know way less coffee. It wouldnt let me post my pic. This is my second bad experience. First time I go in and order we are waiting for our food and they didnt give me half of it. I made 2 trips back in and then got told they were out of some stuff I ordered but instead of refunding it or offering something else they were just going to charge me the full amount.

Coffee is gross and way overpriced, breakfast sandwich was cold and obviously microwaved, donuts meh. Much better options all around here.

This location is cursed, hard to get in, you’re your own employee, wont know your drink is ready unless you ask. Food was cold, and bagel rubbery.

Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes, had two employees walk right past me with no acknowledgement. gave up and ordered on the app for pickup and I still waited another 5 minutes for a single donut. I literally had to tell the lady cleaning the machines instead of helping customers to give me my donut! 4 employees and not a single person helped me. horrible customer service

Every time I go here they can't seem to get an order right, whether it's 1 or 2 items. I've avoided this location simply for this reason, but was close by so I figured I'd give it a shot. I was told they don't have decaf iced coffee... must be the only location. Never again will I waste my time there

I went inside to order donut holes. They were already made just sitting there. All they needed to do was put them in a bag. I waited at the register for ten minutes because I was paying cash and couldn’t use the kiosk. I even told them that. I was the only person inside and they wouldn’t take my order. They just kept working drive through orders. So I had to go outside and order at the drive through which took 20 minutes. So I waited 30 minutes for something that was already prepared.
