We are open Sunday 12-8PM, Monday through Wednesday and Friday 10AM-8PM, and Saturday 11AM-8PM. Please note we are closed on Thursdays. I ordered two bottles of champagne and received exceptional service from Millesima. They kept me informed every step of the way, for the shipment and gave me such personal attention, even for a relatively small order. We had it on New Year's Eve, and the champagne was wonderful. It got rave reviews from everyone who tasted it and aside from a bottle of Salon champagne I had years ago, it was the best champagne. Superior to Dom Perignon, if you ask me. That was my first experience with Millesima, but there will be much more to come!!

I’ve been stopping in to Millesima off and on when I am in the area (I don’t live nearby) and am always happy with the selection of affordable wines for everyday occasions and their knowledge of their products to recommend a higher end wine or spirit when the occasion calls for it. The team there has gotten to know my tastes well enough that I can ask them to put together a case of wine with great variety in flavors, food pairing and cost so I can discover something new when I choose to have a case delivered. Maybe they should start a wine club.....hint, hint.

Millesima is a gem of the Upper East Side. They carry a fabulous selection of French wine, as well as wines from all over the world. When you walk in the door, they are immediately friendly and helpful, and will guide you to wonderful choices that suit your preferences. An outstanding collection of wines. Though they sell the notably high end and the more affordables there might be matters of their judgement which govern some choices. Some time ago I asked for a bottle of Beaujolais Nouveau and was told most surely that they didn't carry it. The advice is knowledgeable and the customer is not steered to the more expensive.

With Morrell closing their Rockefeller store front and Sherry Lehmann long gone bankrupt, Millesima might be the best store in Manhattan for French Wines. Good for wines at all price ranges. They have great stock of older wines whose provenance is without doubt. Competitive prices.

While I live in France, I knew of Millesima USA because of their great reputation in Europe and very extensive collection of Bordeaux wines. I stopped by their New York City store to pick up a gift for a friend while I was in town. The selection of wines they had in shop from around the world was incredible and the staff was VERY knowledgeable. I mentioned it was going to be a gift for a friend and they wrapped up the wine so beautifully for an extra special touch. Their attention to detail and large selection puts them ahead of the saturated wine shops in the city by far.

Just beautiful, like a wine museum. Unfortunately the prices for desirable hard to get wines are top of the market for the most selections. But if you just picked up that Basquiat at the gallery and wanted to grab a bottle to celebrate, they will definitely have something you like. They know their neighborhood, and presumably their customer base. A likely replacement for the Sherry Lehman crowd now that they are in bankruptcy.

We ordered 6 bottles of Dom Perignon champagne- 2 regular 2012’s, 2 of the Lady Gaga rosé, and one of the 2010 Lady Gaga special edition. Not an inexpensive order. They shipped the wrong Rosé’s and also shipped the regular and both Rosé without the boxes. Half of the purpose of purchasing a collectible bottle is for the specialty box, which is also important when gifting. I emailed within 20 minutes of receiving the order to let them know of the mistake with the Rosé and also to ask for the boxes, as the listings clearly showed the boxes included. I was responded to right away, saying to ship back the wrong bottles and they’d replace. When I asked about the boxes I was ignored. I called the store and left 2 voicemails and never heard back. After 3 days I emailed again clarifying the box issue and was again ignored. After being ignored a third time I decided I was done. I don’t feel comfortable shipping back the bottles to a company who won’t even respond to fix their own error. So now I have 2 bottles I didn’t really want, and no packaging for gifting purposes. Bottom line I do not recommend ordering from Millesima online at all. You don’t get what you pay for, and if they make a mistake, you’re on your own. EDIT: company did finally respond and arrange to ship the missing boxes and fix the wine error.

When I returned to the store to exchange it, I was told that exchanges are against the law. While I understand the need to follow regulations, it was frustrating that this policy wasn’t posted anywhere in the store or ever mentioned when going back and forth on which bottle to get. I had walked back in the freezing cold with the unopened bottle, hoping for a simple exchange, but instead of making an exception, they didn’t, which put a bad taste in my mouth. It’s an unfortunate experience that makes me not want to return, despite the store’s nice selection.

Terrible service and even worse when 2 out of 12 bottles were stale/bad on delivery! The store used to be a goto when under the french lady but staff has turned over and they are rude/unhelpful with bad wine. Stay away would be my recommendation. Updating after response from manager. —-No, I did call. Yes your staff was rude and told me that I did not know the difference between wine that I didn’t like vs wine that had GONE BAD! Also noticed part of my previous comment was removed or deleted.

Unfriendly staff. Not wearing mask over nose. When asked why labels were falling off many wines (2017 vintage - $70 bottle) the response was “crap glue from a bad producer nothing against the wine though”. Nice sales pitch. Have been there before and didn’t buy because of lack of knowledge. Can’t be an Italian wine store and not know what franciacorta is.

This is not a business you should trust. I ordered a shipment of wine from them and paid them over $300. After receiving no communication for 5 months, they reached out to me to tell me that I would have to pay another %15 plus shipping. This had something to do with tariffs enforced by the government after I placed my order. They told me they wouldn't send me my purchase unless I paid the extra money. I really don't understand why this is my responsibility to pay. If they had place my order sooner they wouldn't owe this. I have never paid for any product in my life, to then have the retailer come ask me for more money after the sale. This is unethical and not the way a company should do business.

I placed an order in June 2025, by Feb 2026 have barely received a response to my numerous emails and phone calls and have still not received my wine. I would stay away.

I would not recommend ordering wine futures through Millesima. I’ve worked with several brokers and Millesima has made up 90% of my frustration. They kept getting order details wrong, double charged me for months at a time, will not respond to emails within two weeks/month, and will not answer any questions when you call them on the phone. I can understand that mistakes happen, but then it’s all about how you recover. There was no recovery from Millesima, just radio silence and increased frustration for me.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I ordered a collectible champagne bottle via Millesima's online store (a $300 Dom Pérignon Limited Edition Takashi Murakami Vintage 2015), and when it arrived, both the bottle and the box had noticeable scratches. I suppose this might not be an issue with a normal bottle of champagne, but since I intended to keep this one on display and not drink it and dispose of it, I contacted the store with photos, and their team explicitly told me via email that I was “more than welcome” to come in and exchange it for one in better condition. After taking time out of my workday to go to the store (which was not close to my apartment), I was told that an exchange would not be possible. When I later requested a full return due to the obvious defects, I was told that no returns or exchanges are allowed under any circumstance, despite the initial offer to replace the bottle. In stark contrast, I reached out directly to Dom Pérignon after this experience to see if they could help me, and the difference in service was really night and day. They immediately offered to replace the bottle without hesitation and were consistently kind and responsive. To top it all off, I ran into issues shipping the damaged bottle back using their prepaid label (due to FedEx restrictions on shipping alcohol/needing a license to do so) and Dom Pérignon even apologized for that and simply told me to keep the damaged bottle instead of putting me through more hassle. Now I literally have two of the collectible bottle, and can drink the damaged one and keep the perfect one that Dom P sent. That level of above-and-beyond professionalism and generosity made Millesima’s handling of the situation feel even more disappointing. I do understand store policies, but the inconsistency/poor communication and lack of accountability here were incredibly frustrating. For a high-end retailer, I expected far better customer service. I definitely won’t be purchasing from them again.

It has been a very frustrating experience. I placed an online order to send a gift to a friend, but the order was cancelled even though my card was charged. I’ve emailed the company multiple times requesting a refund, but I haven’t received any response. I haven’t received my money back on my card still. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I ordered a collectible champagne bottle via Millesima's online store (a $300 Dom Pérignon Limited Edition Takashi Murakami Vintage 2015), and when it arrived, both the bottle and the box had noticeable scratches. I suppose this might not be an issue with a normal bottle of champagne, but since I intended to keep this one on display and not drink it and dispose of it, I contacted the store with photos, and their team explicitly told me via email that I was “more than welcome” to come in and exchange it for one in better condition. After taking time out of my workday to go to the store (which was not close to my apartment), I was told that an exchange would not be possible. I would not recommend ordering wine futures through Millesima. I’ve worked with several brokers and Millesima has made up 90% of my frustration. They kept getting order details wrong, double charged me for months at a time, will not respond to emails within two weeks/month, and will not answer any questions when you call them on the phone. I can understand that mistakes happen, but then it’s all about how you recover. There was no recovery from Millesima, just radio silence and increased frustration for me.
