Only been living in the area for 2 months. This is a legit burger. They are in my top 3 so far.

This Burger Box is in an older building and it's on the small side but the staff and the food are both awesome! I usually get the Box Jr burger basket and I am never disappointed. I highly recommend it!

My family and I love our Burger Box. I'm not sure why, but (and my boyfriend agrees with with me), but their Bluebell icecream is so much better than the carton you get at the grocery store! I almost always get a chocolate icecream cone or a chocolate milkshake when I go there.

The food was great, like always, except they forgot my tater tots. And the person who took my order was very rude.

I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak and would definitely recommend it! The staff was friendly and open. Price was okay. Overall, a great place to eat. I'll be back tomorrow.

Burger box is the stinger for classic old fashioned style burgers in amiens. They have terrific Cherry limeades in fabulous shakes plus their taitor tots r killer!

I love this place! Used to go all of the time but moved away. Stopped in today while in town and definitely didn't regret it! Excellent fresh food!

I have been going to this Burger Box for 25+ years and will never go anywhere else. Ted, the manager, is always friendly...has been my friend for all these years, and always greets me, even when he is in the back cooking. The burgers are always fresh, tasty, and made exactly the way I ask. (I like little lettuce and more tomatoes) and I have never been disappointed. THE place to get delicious burgers!!

Great burgers , fries & wings . Delicious menu , the guys in the kitchen definitely deserve some credit for how good the food is . & the lady in the register is very nice made sure everything is perfect wit your order . Excellent customer service skills . First time & not last time I’m getting food in this place . I’m definitely bringing my family back to this establishment .

This place hits home. The owner is Ted, such a genuine man. Yes they can take a minute to have your food ready but it’s to understand they’re understaff so be patient and be kind. Quality of the food is great. Customer service is great as well. I recommend the pantego one 100%!

Good food still. Fries are especially edible. Rhonda got a bacon burger box and asked for light mustard and got none at all. My cheeseburger was just right. Fries again are the bomb! Prices though are increasing so 2 boxes could cost you up to 25.00. Depending on what kind of burger you order.

Amazing burger joint. Classic burger with a great taste and great fries. I've never had any problems here besides a little longer than usual wait at the drive-thru. That correlates to a quality product in the end so I tend not to complain too much.

This is my spot to eat when I pick my wife up for lunch or from work. They make a good burger and a mean(very good) Philly cheese steak. The jalapeno cheddar poppers are also pretty good. Overall good food and great service.

This is the only burger box in Dfw that serves the best real authentic burger and fries. The other one take fake and they microwave they patties. But this one frys their meat fresh and the frys are crunchy and delicious. I always take my baby brothers here when they fly out here from outta town.

The burger taste kinda like a better dairy queen, the fries could use some more salt. Service was alright. The atmosphere was janky as heck but I kinda dig it.

Went through the drive-thru he had me pull around I sent there for 30 minutes and I went inside And waited for another 15. My shake was completely melted by the time I got my food and I was late doing everything else I want to do for the day. It was ridiculous and no apologies were Even attempted.**************** If you want good burgers forget the fancy brioch buns, and try not to pick a place that's too classy. That usually leads to a crummy burger. This place.....a little older looking but amazing burgers.

The burgers were prepared fresh and perfect to order. The fries were golden and crispy. We have placed this Burger Box in our favorite place to return and recommend.

I picked up Jr Burgers, Fries, Onion Rings and Chocolate shakes for my in laws and myself. The burgers were made exactly as I asked, and they were delicious! The onion rings were possibly the best I've had. My in laws ate every bite, and they don't usually. You can't beat Blue Bell ice cream in a shake! Everyone working there was extremely friendly, so the whole experience was wonderful!

Seen this place while driving and decided to stop by. Got the double bacon 🥓 Cheeseburger 🍔 combo with lemonade. It was great food was fresh nice toasted bun hot and fresh burger 🍔 and nice hot and fresh crinkle cut fries 🍟. I highly recommend burger box. Definitely will eat here again

This location on Park Row in Arlington/Pantego area is unique. It's been here forever and great burgers. Ted (owner/mgr?) is always friendly and comes out to check on his guests when he's not behind the grill cooking up the meat.

Nice little place. Came today. Was wondering if they were a family where the father married a korean mother and had 2 mixed kids. Anyhow fries were half crunchy half moist and soggy. Just like i likem. About to destroy that burger right now. Will update when im done.

The best Burger Box in Arlington. One employee has no teeth. The other girl has a black eye... don't let this scare you. The burgers are excellent and the service is great. Besides, they seem to hire young individuals who have problems. Support them!

We haven't been to Burger Box in a while, but we stopped here for a quick bite for my husband and daughter. Their sandwiches are a good value. The Philly cheesesteak is 7.69. My husband got the mushroom burger meal. The french fries were good, although not a copious amount. There is a good variety of items on the menu. We will be back.

The burgers were a bit dry. I love that they've been there for so long & have kept the same decor & atmosphere, they haven't updated just to fit in with everyone else.

Me and my family come here every weekend. But lately some of the younger staff have become disrespectful, along with their guest. They really need to watch their language and the nature of their conversations when they are at work.

Quickly loosing ground, this used to be one of my favorites. But the years have taken their toll on the old place and the interior could use a serious overhaul. As for the burgers well they could use an overhaul also. Never understood the reasoning behind flattening out a burger patty so thin you can see through it. Yes it cooks faster but it also leaves the burger dry and tasteless which seems to be the case here.

The food is always so damn good but literally 5 minutes ago i ordered and the lady told me that my order was too complicated. All i asked was a bacon burger with no tom no pic no mus no mayo and bbq sauce with grilled onions.... if its too complicated for you to do your job then you shouldn't work there

Without even having to request it, Burger Box just somehow knew that I like my chicken (and most other foods) on the really well done side. I got the fish and chicken and they left the chicken on the fire for quite a bit too long...for most people. I'm actually surprised they served it. But the fact is I do genuinely like a lot of my food overcooked. So I'm not complaining but most people would have opened that container and been in disbelief. They definitely wouldn't have ate it and enjoyed it like I did. With the 2 pieces of burnt chicken was the single small piece of fish. It's no problem, it was fine. I was terribly disappointed that I didn't receive my hushpuppies though. I mean, I love some hushpuppies. Especially if they are burnt up just right. I have to take a couple of stars off this review just because if most people received the meal I did, they would have gone back and demanded their money back.

My burger was not as good as it usually is. My patty had no seasoning on it so it tasted blah! My onions were nothing but stringy pieces that pulled everything out whenever I bit into my burger. I always look forward to going to Burger Box but this time was a great letdown.

I've been to this Burger Box location several times. Overall it's a decent burger option but I can't say the hot wings are worth the price (not super flavorful and often have an off texture.) The fries were great, but the burger boring and wings didn't hit the mark.

This place is in desperate need of renovation. Everything is chipped and peeling. The men's sink looks like it had acid poured on it or something. The food was OK and fairly priced but every bite I was wondering if the dinning room looked this worn how bad must the kitchen be.

First time there I ordered 4x cheeseburgers and fries to go. Overall, it was pretty good.

The food is always great, however my family and I arrrived at 9:23pm and the front cashier was quick to inform me of their closing at 9:45pm. I don't like being lied too or my being treated like we are a bother.

Excruciatingly long wait for overall decent food. Some stuff tastes delicious but other stuff not so much. Onion rings were pretty good.

This place has really gone downhill. It’s dirty dirty dirty and the two young girls working today were not only rude from the moment they looked at me but dressed in a manor that shouldn’t be allowed in a restaurant employee. Super gross. I paid for my shake but decided to leave it behind. I have been here a million times but will never go back.

It took me repeating my order four times for a small strawberry shake. She kept asking me if it was chocolate. Took forever for my order. Had to wait for not a big order while four cars behind came and left Two small shakes, 2 medium fries, and a #1 combo cost me $28. For that service, and burnt old fries. Thanks. Should have gone to the one on Cooper. At least they care to give you food that's not been sitting around.

Was once a loyal customer due to the fact that I work across the street. My last few experiences have been horrible . They've changed staff & the people that they have lack customer service & they don't have a well understanding at all . Due to dietary needs I request no cheese & a very plain burger. For the past three visits my order has been incorrect and when I brought it to thier attention the lady behind the register told me "next I will get it right" she did nothing to compensate my order, and I just threw the food away . $12 well wasted 😒

Most rudest cashier ever. My first time here and was very disrespectful when asked questions about the menu. Afterwards she dropped the cup with prefilled ice without any further instructions, when asked about her behavior, she rolled her eyes and said “yeah that’s the cup”

I always felt, the best way to tell a quality of burger joint is by the quality of their onion rings. Burger box has an amazing atmosphere, that brings you back to the old days. But extremely Lacks on the flavor are there onion rings. I personally wasn't able to eat past the first onion ring, because it had a very chemical aftertaste with it, including taste of sitting water. I was extremely disappointed. For the burger, it was just a burger. Nothing special about it, I did find parts of it rough to chew, which made me uneasy. I'm giving two stars, mostly because of the atmosphere, and the customer service. I probably will never come here to eat again, nor will I recommend it. Burger box, if you're reading this, I would ask you to reevaluate what makes your burger special, I would address the ill tasting onion rings, I would also tidy up the inside, I didn't notice ceiling titles that looks like they're about to fall, looks like you have a leak on your roof. I would also address your restroom, where the soap felt cheap, and the hand dryer couldn't even dry my hands. Burger box has a lot of potential, but it's up to burger box to become an amazing burger place.

A hole in the wall burger spot. Who’s outside is that of an old school drive up dinner. Inside matches,(run down looking) onto the food it wasn’t great, grill definitely had fish of some kind just cooked on it as the burger had a hint of fish to the taste. Fries were cooked in old oil and tasted like so. threw away! Very disappointing over all.

I tried this a few weeks ago for the first time out of circumstance.(We were visiting friends next door to this establishment). The place is severely outdated and in desperate need of updating and cosmetic repairs. I've never seen so much duct tape covering seats before. The service was very much at their own leisurely pace and not particularly friendly. (Perhaps no surprise there were no patrons there) The food unexceptional. I would say it was a waste of time and money except it further validated the importance making your own burgers at home especially in this economy. For that, I thank them.

Spent $33 to receive rude service. The lady that took our order was very impatient. I ordered 2 orders of poppers that are very much overpriced almost $3 for 2 poppers I figured that they were a pretty good size for that price. Boy was I wrong. When I asked for some ranch to go with the 2 orders or poppers she yells that ranch is $1.07 each. So not only are they way overpriced you also have to pay for ranch. The food was delicious but service totally sucks. I will never go back to this location EVER.

Went there on Tuesday with my family at 8:30 I was informed I could not dine in because they closed at 9:00 but customers in front of me were allowed to dine in I was treated diffrent because of the colors of my skin save your money terrible service.

I ordered the fish basket. It was bland, and for the portion size, it was completly overpriced. Most of the fries were brown and soggy and the hushpuppies were burned.

The service was fast. The food was good. But when the storm started we had to call for buckets, they have lots of leaks, and they were ready (apparently it wasn't news to them) this can be dangerous.

They used to be good. Not anymore. Dried out overcooked meat as thin as paper stuff full of lettuce to make it look big thin slice of tomato and thin slice of onion. We probably be better if it was American owned and not somebody from Vietnam or something like that.

The Asian lady that owns this place is a cheapskate. There is a gas leak in there as we speak and she won't fix it. I heard it's around $100 to fix it. And they dont wear gloves when they make your food. I have seen them mop the floor take out the trash and go straight to the grill and start making food. GROSS!

0 out of 10 looked like an employee (as she went behind the counter a few times ) was sitting at a booth with her bf and another woman talking until he got offended by one of them telling him he had no self control so he in turn freaks out yelling and cussing about how much selfcontrol he does have knowing I had 3 children sitting there having to witness this for at least 5 mins while we tried to patiently wait for our food until I couldn't take anymore and had to tell him about himself so they tried to get him to go wait in the car for his gf to finish work and come outside which he refused and went to stand next to the counter thankfully no longer talking worst experience I could have imagined for 2 meals and a burger I paid $38 for it to taste like Costco food reheated do not recommend

The meat on the burger was rubbery and the onion rings were fried to hard. The food didn't taste fresh. I was disappointed because they usually have good burgers and onion rings.

Bacon burger was disgusting so bad I had to take it back and get my money back. Meat was grey and funky taste, bacon undercooked, veggies soggy and discolored. So sad this place has turns so grungy and dirty. Avoid!

Absolute TRASH. I came to this one because the one on Cooper is perfection, thinking this would be the same. Nope!! Got the #7 with cheese & sweet tea. Tea looked like coffee and extremely bitter. Fries are burnt yet hard on the inside no salt anywhere (just in case they're reading the comments... that means oil is too hot..) Burger is dry and flavorless... Lesson learned. They are not all the same, 0 outta 10. Only positive is the food was hot..

I ordered pop corn chicken for my daughter (5) only to discover after leaving that it was spicy. When I returned to have the issue corrected, the lady at the window was incredibly rude. I explained that my 5-yo could not eat the spicy chicken. Her response? "Yeah, the popcorn chicken here is spicy," as if I was just supposed to know that despite the fact that their menu did NOT specify that. Her response even to me reminding her of this oversight on their menu? "You have to ask." Really!? Since when do you as a customer have to inquire about this when the standard is non-spicy? Furthermore, it's usually the person taking the order who asks if you'd like regular or spicy, so certainly the owness rested on their establishment to inform customers that they only offer spicy. And rather than being courteous and apologetic, she instead opted to be rude to me as if it was my fault, even shutting the window in my face twice during this exchange. My husband had to remind me of another bad experience we had at this location a few years ago, so needless to say, we will not be returning.

OMG, This place is a dumpster fire. 🔥🔥🔥 One young man working here was trying to keep up, keep folks happy, but the Oriental lady couldn't find a clue if she tried. It's dirty inside. Expect a 15 min. wait for food. I saw two separate groups of seemingly normal people get in arguments with the staff today. The Oriental lady taking orders does not communicate well at all, and rose her voice to an elderly couple, who promptly left after demanding a refund. I could go on... Avoid this establishment.👎👎👎Save yourselves, eat elsewhere!

The worst experience ever! Went through the drive through and when we got back and opened our food a bug came flying out ! So gross ! Went back and asked for our money back and the manager was only going to give me my money back and no one else in our group ! I was livid. After finally getting our money back the manager then proceeds to try to blame it on the women in the window when I tried to explained she was not the problem he then spoke over me telling me she should have closed the bag when handing it out (which she did). We then tried to leave and he made us take the “untouched” nasty bug invested food saying that it was still good to eat. Not ever going back. I can’t tell if I’m more disgusted by the fact a bug was in my food or how the situation was handled by the manager.

First they have raised there prices tremendously $15 for 6 steak fries is way to much!! And then on top of that they changed the recipe for the steak fingers and they are horrible!!! Will not be returning and it’s sad because I use to eat here all the time and loved it!!!

Pulled into parking lot about4:45 pm or so. Stayed in my truck for about 10 minutes to finish some emails. Noticed the young lady working the counter leaning and talking to a couple of guys. Thought they had maybe placed an order. When I finished and was going to get out and go in to place an order, noticed they were just hanging out and she was still just talking and visiting, still leaning on the counter. Not a good look. Speaks loudly about how a place is ran. There should always be something needing to be done in a FF restaurant; talking to boyfriends, girlfriends, etc continuously hurts business. Did not bother to go in and order as this evidence was all that was needed to know about how management allows it to be ran.

Really expensive subpar quality. $16 combo with way over cooked patties. Almost inedible and took a very long time to get order out. Suggestion, maybe spend a little less time overcooking the product and you will improve quality and serving times, possibly resulting in better profits so you don’t have to over charge your customers for the loss in revenue.

I ordered a kids meal for my son, and the food was hot. I would give them credit for that. They didn't have their hair pulled back or use gloves while preparing the food. If they are going to wear their hair down, at least put on a hair net.The order taker acted like he was high or slow and had a lot of facial hair. The building can also use an upgrade. I was running late, so I told my baby to just bless it 2 times, and hopefully, there will be no hair in his food.

My family and I order from this location at least twice a week. Today being the second time this week, again my order is wrong and fries were old and cold. My order is usually missing the bacon I pay for and extra patty but I've never called them until today. I called to report my order was wrong again because I paid $25 and I am tired of it being wrong. The Asain lady didn't care and hung up while I was telling her about my order. I called back and an Asian man answered and I told him she hung up on me. I began telling him what was wrong with my order and he cut me off to say they fix what's ordered. I told him I'm too old to call and lie about food but it's happening too much with my order and he hung up while I was talking. We will never eat there again and if your order is made wrong don't waste your time calling because they obviously don't care. I'm sure they'll see this and i hope they do so, stop recooking old fries because they're stale and dark brown. Noone should be paying these prices for food that's supposed to be freshly made but majority of my orders the fries are old and dark. Good luck not caring about customers complaints but know karma is real!

When the girl at the front def had black hair. I have a red wig on and my friend has long black hair not short black hair. And then offered me a fresh fry, I’m good on that.

I REALLY wanted to like this place. Honestly I did. I loved how rustic and nostalgic the place felt to me. I loved the old booths and dated decor because it takes you back to a time that doesn’t exist anymore. But what I find absolutely inexcusable is how absolutely filthy the bathroom was while I was there which makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. For what they charged get real. I couldn’t even eat my food after we received it because how disgusted I was. The guys working there seemed nice enough but there’s three men and no one to clean the grossness on the doors? It was something out of the movie Saw. I ain’t trying to die so No thanks

I paid 43$ for one triple meat burger tlwith 3 cheese . Two tater tots he said only comes in one size. And three cherry limeade. The man charged me for every little detail and the food requested. Look at the receipt. The other burger box I went too would have got me two meals and some for the same price. Also we looked on doordash to see what the price would be on top of it being delivered the total was only 34$ from doordash. Look ag the reciept!

I will never ever come to this establishment ever again and I recommend others to do the same. Try Burger Street or Burger Basket. "Penny" (assumed name) Asian lady with glasses, the cashier was very rude and had absolutely NO customer service. It's bad enough that they upcharge for EVERY SINGLE THING, but when you couldn't understand what she was saying her attitude increased towards me and my mother. The original meal that we ordered was only $7 and some change after we ask for cheese, a cherry limeade, and to substitute the fries for tater tots it was $4 extra and we didn't know that until we got to the window to pay. How she handled us was very poor. My mother STILL has to go inside for them to fix her order because it was wrong. First and LAST time coming here!
