Went there to celebrate a birthday with our neighbors and it was my first time. The valet was $15, but my mom is 89 so it was worth it to just pop out right in front. The host saw ee had made reservations and brought us to our table. The menu was clear and easy to pick. We all got the three-part dinner. Steak, mashed potatoes, a vegetable, and dessert. Very delicious filets and tender and juicy. Mom and I got virgin Chi Chis to drink. Everyone else got sodas or water. They have a large wine selection too. After we had the bread and butter and our meals we were treated to free cake for all due to my birthday. I also ordered crème brûlée and it was delicious!! All in all a great night and perfect meal!

Always a pleasure and treat to dine here at Ruth Chris. I hadnt been to Ruth Chris in a few years until last night to celebrate my 18th birthday and forgot how much I missed it. The atmosphere and customer service was so lovely and truly boujee. Both my menu and my free cheesecake dessert were specialized and said Happy 18th Birthday Angelynn on it. The table was also covered with birthday sequins all over! We brought an extra cake from Portos as well for me and my parents to share for the celebration and they were able to store it in their fridge during dinner and put a candle on it when desert came out! Now onto the food: The filet steak is definitely a must get; I got the petite filet medium and it was SO tender, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and literally melted in my mouth. The calamari had a unique twist to it and tasted of sweet/sour sauce. Of course the bread, baked potato, and au gratin were classics and delicious.Thank you Ruth Chris for making my birthday so special and elegant! I will be coming back again in the future!

I really enjoyed my Greatest Dinner there. The Manager Dylan L. was very Kind and Nice. This is why I could get Very Smooth Service. I could enjoy Excellent Cuisine, Tremendous Service, and Marvelous Atmosphere. If I have an Opportunity, I will be there to enjoy my Wonderful Dinner.

Overall food and dining experience was wonderful. Our server, Gary, was very pleasant and also very well paced in serving us. We never felt rushed but we never had to wait for him when we needed something. Food was excellent as expected. We ordered the bone in filet and ribeye in medium rare. Overall, very wonderful experience and would recommend this location for any special occasion or looking to enjoy great steaks.

Everything was spectacular, the steak was the best steak I have ever had. Service was amazing thank you Robert. Thank you to manager Elias whom was very present checking on everyone and very attentive. All the food from the stuffed mushrooms to the salad and our sides the main dish, plates are hot so your food stays hot through the dinner. The creme Brule and espresso was also amazing. Thank you for a great night we will be back.

If you are celebrating anything this is the place to do it. Absolutely wonderful steakhouse with service that goes above and beyond. I went the Ruth’s Classic, which is the best option in my opinion. A prix fixe meal that comes with an appetizer, entree, side, and dessert. Honestly a perfect meal I was absolutely stuffed at the end.

Valet is 14.00 parking is difficult if you don't valet. It's packed on a Saturday I had reservations but still had to wait 15 mins. Our waiter was Jorge, he was awesome, the food was 100/10 I got the fish and shrimp 10/10 was $50.00 comes with a butter sauce and a little fresh spinach the sweet potatoes and pecan BOMB 10/10 very sweet like dessert two people can share it , it was $15 , we were served bread before the food. The calarmi (chefs kiss 💋) it was made with a chili tomato sauce really good 👍. It's worth it

Victor was very attentive and nice! The steaks now are drowned in smelly butter. Yes! The butter smells funny and it's soaked into the meat. I think it may be that fake butter like Orville Redenbacher's bottled immitation butter liquid. They pour it over the hot plate to get it to sizzle and smoke. Similar to the weird stuff Mexican restaurants pour on the hot plates to get the fajitas to sizzle and smell. (Yes, it's fake) Google it. Everything else was okay, but just like Flemmings now, not the same quality. $80+ for a piece of meat is not my thing anymore.

A bit too much butter for our liking but good quality steak for sure. Service was good and the atmosphere at the bar area is a bit more relaxed. Avoid the seating area for 4-6 in the booth in the bar area. Just when you want a nice setting youll end up with a rowdy crowd in front of the TVs.

Got a card for my parents years ago, and took Mom here recently. Very glad they had valet parking. I always wonder about places that make you wait 15-20 min when you have a reservation. The service was excellent. French onion soup very good. The mushrooms and creamed spinach didn't survive long. Now, as far as the meat... the 'petite' filet was larger than expected. The ribeye was OK. Both needed a bit more salt. Loved that all the dishes we served piping hot. I have to come clean about one thing though. The staff should never presume and claim that the steaks are going to be the best you've ever had in your life. The meat was a solid B+. But how are they to know if you've had steak in Argentina, Brazil, Japan, and London?

We went for our family Valentine's Day dinner. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was good. The food was mostly good, we didn't care for the potatoes side as it felt a little watery and had a strong blue cheese flavor. We went for the Ribeye steak and it was flavorful, but it was kind of hard to check the wellness of it because the restaurant is dimly lit (the wife likes her steak well done). The steaks come out on a sizzling hot plate so be careful not to touch the plates. The creme brulee was ok, I felt that the ratio of creme to burnt sugar was off. The best part of a creme brulee is the burnt sugar but the more you get to the middle of the bowl the more creme you get. They sat us in a table that was the main walkway for all the servers so we had a lot of hot plates going over our heads. If you go I recommend asking to sit in the booths. Public street parking is very limited but they do have valet parking. Overall we would go back.

I expect food can be better. Lobster Bisque is very salty. Kind of disappointed. My friend order a rare steak but came out a medium rare. Had the waiter replaced another one. Two waiters served us. One was so friendly and the other was so cool with limited smile... Well! We took advantage of buying over $300 and get 10% off. It's sweet to put my friend 's name in the menu for her birthday plus a complimentary birthday sliced cake.

It's good, consistent, but not mind blowing. The ambiance is similar to most other steak vibes - dark, a bit sultry. The servers are delightful and clearly working hard. It was a busy night so our drinks were often empty for long periods of time. That's a pet peeve of mine, so if that isn't your thing, the service was fantastic. Obviously, they're known for their steaks, and they definitely delivered there. The steaks actually are a solid 5 stars. The sides were tasty, but not earth shattering, and the same with the seafood and dessert. It was very upper middle of the road.

The service is phenomenal. Spicy shrimp is to die for. Lobster had great taste. We upgraded our steaks to filet mignon and even though we order medium-rare, it was tough and my steak had sinew running right through the entire steak. For a place that is supposed to be famous for steak, it wouldn't even hit my top ten steaks list. Maybe the other cuts are better, but we were disappointed.

My party stopped in for dinner. We were being helped by a nice lady at the front desk who told us to leave our name on the wait list for a one hour wait. The people in my party were holding Starbucks drinks in hand as we were at the front desk, and a separate waiter at the desk interrupted our service to tell us that we couldn’t have outside drinks inside and persistently threatened to throw our drinks out. While understandable, we were going to leave the restaurant after our name was put down which took about two minutes. There is no reason for us to throw our drinks out if we just stop in to leave our name. Furthermore, he was not the waiter that was helping us. He continued to hound us as the lady at the desk helped us, following us to the waiting couch and even outside the restaurant once we left and were deciding where to wait (it was storming outside). We politely explained to him that we would leave the premises once we found a place on our phone. He continued to argue with us and threatened to take us off the waitlist. Because of this experience, we decided to take our business elsewhere. At a high-end name brand like Ruth Chris, we expect more professional customer service and more mature ways to handle interactions with customers. We are highly disappointed in the way this location treats customers.
