I went here for Valentine’s Day yesterday celebrating a Galentines with my fav. Girly pop, my sister. We had a great time. Loved the ambiance & the service was great. The food and drinks were also a 10/10. We sat at the bar and baby that’s all we needed. They do a fit check for the dress code so please view the website for the attire (it’s casual). This was my first time and I enjoyed myself.

This place is my favorite restaurant in center city. The quality of the food is amazing as well as the ambiance! The dry aged ribeye is the BEST steak on the menu…don’t even get me started with the lobster mac and cheese😩….Although this is my favorite restaurant, I don’t understand why there’s pop music playing. I can’t get down with the music. The ambiance is giving classical and very elegant. I’m not a big fan of feeling luxurious and eating amazing food while listening to Charlie Puth or Taylor Swift…I think the music choices should feel and be more relaxed and elegant. Overall, perfect place to be especially with a significant other. 9.5/10 stars.

Amazing restaurant experience—no complaints whatsoever. Phenomenal service paired with truly exquisite food. Manager Doug stopped by our table and was such a pleasure. Our servers, Ben & Noah, were incredibly attentive. The ambiance and architecture were the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Ben should get 10 stars for his service. He greeted our table right away and was attentive throughout the entire meal. Ben not only knew alot about the menu and wine, he also pointed out interesting things about the building and history of the building. Our meal was wonderful. I gave it 4/5 because my steak was over-cooked on the surf & turf. It still tasted good and the trio was over the top good. Lovely atmosphere! Thank you for making my birthday a special occasion! I would definitely ask for Ben when booking your table reservation!

Loved the ambience as soon as we stepped in. Didn’t make reservations but was able to find a seat at the bar with no issue. This is a repurposed bank. Vibes were nice. Service was very friendly, food was good. Husband enjoyed his ribeye, and I loved the burrata salad. Good wine list and drink selection. Would return

Where to even begin with this place!!!! To start our evening we had a corporate event planned downstairs in their private vault. At 4p myself and colleagues started to arrive to set up. We were greated by an employee Drew who was just arriving to work offer to help carry in all our materials. He was then greated and helped by another door man. As we made it past the door the manager was super nice and she started to give me the run down. These two men carried bins and bags of materials down a flight of stairs and to our location so we didnt have to do any of that. I waa then greated by Liz and Victoria from the Sales team who made magic happen. Allowing us additional space to accommodate a special photo booth for our guests. Then came Ben! The star of the night. Ben the lead server for our event and Jeremy his second in command were nothing short of awesome. Every detail taken care of. The staff here hustled for hours so we could pull off an amazing event. Everything went so well my husband and I decided after the event we would go upstairs to a table and have a quiet dinner with juat us 2. Our server Gabrielle didnt disappoint either. This was hands down one of the best nights professionally for sure and personally gave my husband and I some time to come down from the excitement from event and eat a great meal before ending our night. We will be back for sure.

Incredible atmosphere with deep history and even better food. Big shoutout to my man Michael H for the top-notch food recommendations and keeping me laughing. Prime strip medium charred is the winner. Ask for Michael H on your next visit and come hungry!

We visited on a cold, blustery Wednesday evening for Center City Restaurant Week. We arrived a little early before our reservation, so we sat at the bar for a drink and an appetizer. The ambiance is stunning. High vaulted ceilings, romantic dim lighting, and beautiful architecture that creates a warm, vibrant atmosphere. Our bartenders were personable, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menus. The oysters casino were delicious! I haven't seen oysters prepared this way before, like clams casino. We were promptly seated at our table downstairs in a cozy booth. Our server Erica was wonderful, checking on us frequently and meeting every need we could possibly have. We ordered off the Restaurant Week menu, 3 courses for $60, which is a great deal. The dynamite shrimp were our favorite! We could have made a meal out of that appetizer. they were sweet with the right amount of kick. The meatball was very good as well. My 8 oz filet was outstanding! A beautiful cut of meat cooked to perfection that melted in your mouth. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his double bone in pork chop, a substantial cut of meat. The sweet potato casserole was to die for. We ordered without marshmallow. For dessert, we ended with the chocolate mousse and butter cake. The chocolate mousse was very good and rich. I would highly recommend the butter cake. It was lightly crisp on the outside and creamy deliciousness on the inside. Portions were small for dessert but perfect for one. The coffee to accompany our dessert was hot and rich like I prefer. The manager rounded on patrons, making sure everything was perfect. As I am writing this review, I am plotting when can I go back? It was a perfect evening and we left very pleased and happy. This restaurant is good for couples, groups, and single diners. I would highly recommend for a beautiful night out.

OMFG..The Best no the Greatest dinner we ever had. Phenomenal!! No way rating this a 5-star it's more 10. The service was fantastic and the manager Douglas was VERY professional, classy, and tended to all of our needs. (Didn't need anything I think we bothered him more..lol) The ribeyes were spot on can not say enough. All the way from Arizona we would make a special trip just to have dinner. The Greatest steakhouse in Philly! Spare no expense just do it. PS: Check out the Vault

Place had a very refined atmosphere. Nice the way they used an old bank. The food was great with plenty of options. The waitress was very knowledgeable as well as honest. She really took care of my party. Steaks were cooked spot on and the sides where solid. Drink menu was solid as well. Had some nice premium bourbons which was priced better then the run of the mill everyday bourbon. If you want a great experience for a premium, give this place a chance. You'll enjoy your experience.

Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse might not be the first place you think of for a wedding — but it absolutely should be. We photographed an incredibly chic and emotional celebration here, and the space was perfect for a modern, city-style wedding. The lighting is warm and dramatic, the service is top-tier, and the overall vibe felt luxurious yet intimate. For couples who want something bold, elegant, and a little outside the box, this is a seriously underrated gem.

We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday! The entire experience was top notch. The staff who greeted us did so with a smile and were very accommodating to our party size. The food was absolutely delicious and piping hot. Our waitress Kimberly V. was an absolute doll. She went the extra mile to make sure my daughter enjoyed her celebration. As busy as they were she made sure to come back to our table and check on us often. We will be definitely be back and will definitely request Kimberly V.

Omg!!! Is the best way to describe my dinner experience here. From start to finish i was constantly amazed by the quality of the food and our very helpful and knowledgeable waiter Gabe. First appetizers oysters Rockefeller was absolutely delicious. I could eat them all day. My husband had the lump crab cake. It was fresh and delicious even without the sauce. Our entrees was filet Mignon and prime strip and let tell me tell you the seasoning was on point. I would recommend the whipped potatoes and the roasted broccolini.

We had an incredible dinner on 11/25 celebrating my birthday. We come all the way from NY to celebrate. Our server Danielle, was excellent in service. She made sure everything was ok and even made recommendations on the menu. I started off with a Old Fashioned and my Lady a Cosmo. Both excellent. We shared a 16 oz ribeye as well as the Mac and cheese, broccoli, and mashed potato. Even thought we didn’t ask for a candle with dessert Danielle made sure she made the night feel special and brought one out anyway. Safe to say our night was excellent. We will be back.

Had a great time, our night didn't start great due to a host with a RBF but our server Evan O made our night much better. He was extremely attentive and made us feel accommodated at all times. Very pleasant demeanor as well. Food could use some improving, I hope management makes some kitchen changes.

We just had a very special birthday event for our friends 70 th birthday. The impeccable planning the events team of Elizabeth and Victoria was absolutely flawless. The room was set with beautiful menus honoring our guest. From the first drink to the last bite of dessert with a candle and song the staff meticulously handled all our 14 guests. Every steak was cooked to order for each guest and all at the served at the exact same time. Shrimp cocktail perfect way to start the night. Each martini and old fashion made with love and care. We are in the events business and I dont give a flawless review often !!! Bravo to all

My family celebrated my birthday at this lovely location about a month ago. The atmosphere is always exquisite and the food was amazing (especially loved the tuna tartare appetizer). But what really made our experience a 10/10 was our accommodating, attentive, and awesome waiter Augustine (Auggie). He showed thoughtful attention to my 94-year-old grandmother including providing her with a pillow for her chair to promote comfort, remaining eye-level and within close proximity in order for her to hear meal options (she is hard of hearing), and making some cheeky and fun banter with her throughout the night that had my family of 7 smiling and laughing all night. Would request him every time!

I stopped in for a little treat for myself and had the best experience. Ashley B. was my server and she was absolutely amazing—warm, attentive, and so helpful. The ambiance is calm and elegant, and every staff member I interacted with was kind from start to finish. I wasn’t sure where to start with the wine list, but Ashley guided me with such ease and landed me on a fantastic Malbec. I can be picky with spicy dishes, so I asked for the calamari with the sauce on the side—no problem at all, and it was delicious. Thank you to Ashley and the entire team for going above and beyond. I left feeling cared for and happy. Highly recommend ❤️

If you’re looking for a spot with killer food and a vibe that hits, this place is it. The atmosphere is full of history, which makes just sitting down feel like an experience. hooked me up with the best recommendations and kept the whole meal fun with his jokes. I went with the prime strip, medium with a nice char, and wow… it did not disappoint. Everything else on the menu was tempting, but that steak really stole the show. The staff are chill, the place has a great energy, and it feels like one of those spots locals keep coming back to. Honestly, it’s the kind of meal that makes you want to linger, chat, and enjoy every bite. Already planning my next visit

My wife and I dined at Del Frisco’s for Valentine’s Day, and what truly made the night unforgettable was our server, Melanie. It was only her second day — and you would have never known. She carried herself with professionalism, warmth, and a level of intentional hospitality that is rare to find. She wasn’t just “checking on us” — she was genuinely present. Every recommendation was thoughtful, every interaction sincere, and every detail handled with care. Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest nights in the restaurant industry, yet Melanie made us feel like we were her only table. That kind of composure and heart cannot be trained — it comes from character. To top it off, we also met Drew and discovered we both attended Whitehall-Coplay School District in Pennsylvania. What are the odds? It made the evening feel even more personal and special. Melanie is a true asset to this establishment. If this is how she performs on her second day, I can only imagine how exceptional she’ll become with time. She absolutely deserves recognition for the level of excellence she brings to the table. We will be back — and we’ll be asking for Melanie.

Although I’m sharing this a few days late, I had to take a moment to rave about our experience for our Valentines Day dinner! Melanie was our server and she was absolutely top notch. She was incredibly professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. We’ve dined here a few times, and the food is always amazing, but Melanie truly elevated the entire experience. We will 100% be requesting her every time moving forward. She made a great night even better! ✨

Had an excellent time here and this place has grown to be my favorite. The server Carlos was excellent and one of the best I’ve had at any restaurant . He was very attentive, well informed, and made me and my girlfriend feel welcomed. Definitely will be back here…. HELLOOO. Food was great. Drinks great. Not one complaint to be had. Just make sure you get here early. Parking in Philly is crazy.

This restaurant was a real gem. The service was attentive and genuinely thoughtful—they truly went out of their way to make sure we were happy throughout the meal. The food was exceptional, starting with the dinner rolls, which may be the best restaurant bread I’ve ever had. They instantly reminded me of my grandmother’s homemade dinner rolls—soft, comforting, and impossible to stop eating. The short ribs were outstanding as well, rich and perfectly prepared. Days later, I’m still having cravings for both… and yes, especially for the butter cake. The atmosphere sealed the deal: a great, easygoing vibe with beautiful 1930s décor and a sense of history that makes the experience feel special without being stuffy. A place I’ll be thinking about—and returning to—often

I had an exceptional meal at Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse. The hostess, Val, was very welcoming and personable and nice to talk with. My waiter, Michael, and his servers, were top notch and as professional as could be. The manager, Doug, stopped by to make sure everything was going well. Everyone could not have been more attentive. The dining room at Del Frisco's is beautiful with a perfect atmosphere. A wonderful room to celebrate a special occasion. My meal was delicious. The buttered bread served with dinner was so so good. I had a nice salad with a salmon entree that was excellent. The butter cake for dessert was a great ending. I highly recommend Del Frisco's Philadelphia if you are looking for a perfect dinner. I can't wait to go back.

I went with the bleu cheese iceberg wedge as a starter; then had the ribeye and a side of asparagus; and finished with the cheesecake. Everything was flavorful and well-seasoned—especially the steak, which was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend their Steakhouse Iced Tea because the bartender clocked IN. The only miss was the bread, which tasted more microwaved than fresh. That said, the service more than made up for it. Our server, Augustin, was lovely, and the rest of the staff was attentive throughout the meal. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth checking out.

I treated my mom to dinner here tonight and we had a fantastic experience. The setting is incredibly unique—it’s an old bank, and the historical architecture really sets the mood. Parking was easy thanks to a garage just around the corner. I also appreciated the coat check, which kept the table from feeling cluttered. Our server, Evan, provided top-tier service. He was incredibly attentive, quickly resolving a minor drink mix-up and even sourcing some B&B for me that wasn't on the menu. The food was largely delicious; the steaks were cooked to perfection, and the lobster mac and cheese and broccoli were standout sides. My only small note was that the Wagyu meatballs were slightly overcooked, but everything else—including the smoked Old Fashioned—was spot on. A highlight was getting a tour of the lower level to see the original vault. The history here is fascinating! I’d highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a unique, high-quality steakhouse experience.

Early reservation on a Saturday. Jessica our server was excellent! Asked questions regarding dietary restrictions and helped us navigate the menu. The London Maid was a pretty good cocktail; light and refreshing. Blood Orange Spritz was also enjoyable. Bacon appetizer was delicious and peppery! Wedge salad was good but seemed a bit small. Chicken entree was really delicious but thought it was better without the sauce that was provided on the side. Salmon was excellent! Chateau potatoes were a bit too peppery for us but the flavor was good. Don't get me wrong, I like pepper but this was pretty peppery. Orange Creme brulee was incredibly unusual but was quite delicious! We were impressed! It should be noted that the gluten sensitive menu wasn't accurate because we were told the berries and creme wasn't gluten free even though it was on the gluten sensitive menu; the creme brulee was gluten free (without the cookie on top) but it wasn't listed as an option. Strange. Finally, the worst part of the experience: it was cold in the restaurant, so I put on a light jacket that happened to have a hood on it. I was leaving the restaurant and I was accosted by the security guy who told me hoodies were not allowed in the restaurant. Was totally not necessary to engage with me on that because I was literally leaving! To me , a "hoodie" is an athletic wear sweatshirt and this was a light jacket that happened to have a hood on it. If you don't want any hooded attire in the establishment, that's fine (good luck in the winter!) but I think you should clarify that in your dress code to specify no hooded clothing period. Thanks!

Mixed review. We are told we could not be sat until our full party was there. True and fair. We waited an extra 5 minutes while they set the table. It was a cold day. The jacket they suggest was needed. As a female I wish I had an extra wrap. When I kindly mentioned the room temperature to the server he said I was not the first to mention it and I would not be the last. Fair. But using your coat in an upscale restaurant just didn't seam right. Food. The appetizers we had were delicious. We had the meatballs, calamari, lobster soup, shrimp and cheese steak. The cheese steak balls were presented well but you could get this at a normal bar. Dinner: 45 day aged prime rib was one of the best steaks I have had in a long time. One of the guests tasted all of the food. The ratings were: 45 day aged prime rib #1 Regular prime strip Wagu steak The 45 day aged prime steak was not up to par and should have been sent back. The pork was okay but my husband cooks it better. The server was not available to mention the steak to. It was an enjoyable night. Some of the food was unbelievable and some not.

Met the GM when we walked in letting her know we were celebrating our anniversary as well as one of the floor managers. They took good care of us with server team pictured. Shrimp cocktail perfect as expected in a fine steakhouse. Crab meat cocktail was tasty. Caesar salad superb. The porterhouse was cooked as ordered, wonderfully tender and well seasoned. Disappointed only lobster tails available were baby in size despite being on menu. Au gratin potatoes were cheesy good but more mashed than whole. Asparagus was great. Old fashioneds were solid. Restaurant is huge in size, three stories, looks like old bank building. The yacht rock music playing loudly was off putting as my video clip shows. Pay a jazz band to play live for a better vibe that fits the location.

Gorgeous building in Philadelphia location. Good but not class-leading steak and accompaniments. Which is what I expected tbh.

A Mixed Experience in a Stunning Setting We recently dined at Del Frisco’s in Philadelphia and were truly impressed by the atmosphere. Housed in what used to be a historic bank, the space feels incredibly regal and grand. The soaring ceilings adorned with intricate crown moldings add a unique charm that sets the tone for an upscale experience. It’s definitely a place where you’ll want to dress up, be aware that the dress code is enforced. One of the highlights for me personally was that they offer a dedicated gluten-free menu, which took the guesswork out of ordering and made the evening much more enjoyable. Service was top notch. Our server, Anthony, deserves special mention for his attentive, knowledgeable approach. He timed everything perfectly from appetizers to drinks to entrées and made sure we felt well taken care of the entire evening. When it comes to the food, the appetizers were the unanimous favorite. I had the lump crabmeat cocktail, which was fresh, generously portioned, and paired with flavorful sauces. Others at our table raved about the dynamite shrimp (the star of the night) and the Philly cheesesteak dumplings, both crowd-pleasers. Unfortunately, the main courses were more of a mixed bag. I ordered the salmon based on Anthony’s recommendation. While the flavor was nice, it was slightly overcooked and dry. The same went for the lamb dish my eldest son ordered, it looked amazing but turned out a bit tough. On the bright side, the filet mignon (6 oz) and my husband’s surf and turf trio were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The sides were a hit across the board. I especially enjoyed the mushrooms and asparagus, which were fresh and full of flavor. The boys loved the mashed potatoes too. We were too full for dessert, but I appreciated that the menu offered gluten-free options like sorbet and fresh berries for those who save room. Overall, I’d say Del Frisco’s offers a memorable setting, excellent service, and standout starters. It’s a great option for special occasions or family celebrations, especially if you’re mindful about dietary restrictions. Just know that not all entrees are created equal but the highs are definitely worth experiencing.

Large steakhouse near City Hall that belongs to a chain. The food was quite decent. The service was very friendly and extremely attentive. The atmosphere is rather relaxed. Pop music is playing and sports are broadcast on TVs. The biggest drawback is the inflated price level. You should budget more than 100 dollars per person.

C
Chris Vearing

Good & service was amazing. For me, a bit too much salt on the steak ( but could a for less salt) overall, beautifully cooked steak and sides of lobster Mac & cheese, and broccolini - amazing!! Steak was so tender and complimented by great Merlot wine suggestion from Bradley. Thanks for an awesome night in Philly team!!

We had a memorable dining experience at Del Frisco’s, largely because of our outstanding server, Gabe. From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our evening exceptional. Gabe’s knowledge of the menu and drink pairings was impressive, his recommendations were spot-on, and his timing throughout the meal was flawless. He anticipated our needs without hovering and struck the perfect balance between polished and personable. Truly top-tier service and a credit to the restaurant. That said, our experience with the host staff was the complete opposite. They were dismissive, unwelcoming, and noticeably rude — which was surprising and disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber. The tone at the front desk set a poor first impression and felt entirely out of sync with the level of hospitality we received once seated. It’s unfortunate, because Gabe and the rest of the service team clearly understand what excellent hospitality looks like. We hope management addresses the front-of-house issues so future guests don’t start their evening on the wrong foot. If you dine here, ask for Gabe — he’s exceptional.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. Its a spacious restaurant with history. Service was good, not exceptional for the price. Limited restroom: we had to wait in line to use the small mediocre decorated bathroom. Food was not exceptional compared to a chain steakhouse such as Longhorns. Disappointed with the breads, appetizers and steaks. Amazed by the tall wine tower. I would recommend to visit for cocktails or drinks.

First time here for a special event to celebrate a dear friend. We were a large party. The atmosphere and ambience was beautiful and lush. Making it feel like the celebratory night that it was. My gripes: service was meh. I was questioned about a drink order after asking for a glass of wine to have with my dinner. Ok I guess but also not ok - the person assumed that I had already had my one drink that was included as a party guest- he should have asked. I was part of a large party but no one came back to check with me after I asked several times for a glass of wine. Good money was paid to be there. I walked to the bar during dinner and received great service The food: fixed apps were delicious! Desert was delicious! But the main course a filet mignon was like a hockey puck. I ordered it medium… So I do realize it was a large party and that may have been challenging but for the money that was paid I just expected better. Not sure that I would recommend or return. Maybe it was an off night for folks.

Everything is fine, food was good little bit above average, but mostly average, I am basing my review on the experience of other restaurants at the same tier. The quality control of the food was lacking the shrimp from the seafood tower was very well done!, It's been in the fridge and it's old, Look, I'm not a cook I just know how to eat. The shrimp was hard and had a chewy texture. So now for dinner, I wasn't craving meat so I ordered a dozen oysters as my dinner since it was delicious from the seafood tower. I had a terrible experience, where I asked to speak to someone in charge. I ate some shared lobster macaroni cheese and a lobster shell actually cut my tongue the gentleman said he would remove it from the bill, which didn't happen Second bad experience, which I was lucky I caught it before I could have gotten injured or hurt. There was a big shell on top of the oyster side you eat from, again the gentleman asked if we could take this oyster with the shell back to the kitchen to inspect, and they would give us 2 oysters back for the inconvenience, they brought out two of the smallest oysters that were dry and looked nasty! The restaurant is very pricey, for them to be so cheap and petty when there's an inconvenience to their customer. This is my third time at this place, and my review result is still the same, this place is on the pricer side for the overall experience.

I've dined at the Del Frisco's in Denver, which was sadly such a vastly better experience than the Philly location. Aside from the cool historic building it's housed in and spiral staircase wine vault, the experience was poor. We checked in and immediately dropped our coats at the coat check. We waited for literally two full minutes for the coat check person to return to give us a tag. During that time, the host was ready to take us back but had to wait for us to receive a tag. Why not just give us a tag as soon as you take our coats from us? The place was LOUD, like a dance club, and the poor acoustics of the place didn't help. I don't understand why someone would want to eat a nice meal where you can barely hear your companion because it sounds like you've gone clubbing. We're then seated at a table literally next to the bathroom (see pic). My partner and I look at each other as if to say, "you've got to be kidding, right?" I asked the host if there was an alternative and she said, "don't worry, it's just for the staff." Confused by the odd response, we sat down and she walked away. Next came this guy who literally threw rolls onto our table as he ran away (the bread bowl spun and wobbled as it finally came to rest, I'm talking THROW). Our drinks (her cocktail and my club soda) didn't come with any lemon wedges or straws. Just glasses of liquid. We ordered the Yellowtail Crudo-- about a half dozen or so of the tiniest, paper thin pieces of fish I've ever seen (each piece hardly more than 1 inch long). For $29.00, I could have gotten 3 times the amount of fresh Yellowtail at a good sushi bar. We almost complained about the paltry amount but just crossed our fingers that the salads and entrees would be better. My partner got the burrata and tomatoes. The tomatoes weren't very fresh-- they were mealy and didn't come with any basil or anything to bring the cheese and tomatoes together. My steak was medium rather than medium rare and her swordfish smelled and tasted fishy. It clearly wasn't fresh and probably a day or so away from being spoiled. She only ate a quarter of it. We ordered a baked potato but asked that it not have all the "loaded" toppings (all we wanted was some butter and maybe sour cream). Apparently they interpreted that as wanting a cooked potato that looks like it had been angrily torn apart by the chef (see pic). The waiter saw this when our food arrived but said nothing. When we called him back to the table, he admitted it didn't look appealing and returned with an intact potato with butter. $16.00 folks. The "best" part of the evening was the line of 9 people waiting outside the customer bathroom (recall we were told the bathroom at our table was for the servers). It felt like I was waiting for a porta-potty at an amusement park (the person exiting the bathroom warned, "it's a mess in there"). With its deafening music and big screen TVs around the bar in full view of the entire dining room, Del Frisco's Philly feels like a high ends sports bar trying to masquerade as a high-end steakhouse. Charging more for your food doesn't make you good. It makes you a poor value. If I'm spending over $300 on a meal, I expect much better food and an ambience and experience worthy of a fine dining establishment. I don't sit next to the lavatories on a plane, let alone a nice restaurant! Philly has too many good restaurants to ever have to come back here-- go elsewhere.

Worst service experience ever. My wife and I had Valentine’s Day reservations for 5pm, due to traffic we didn’t get there until 5:18. When we arrived, we were told our table was already cancelled. Now, I completely understand and respect the 15 min grace period but when we were 3 min late and the restaurant was COMPLETELY EMPTY, I think they could’ve gave us a pass. Again, I know rules are rules but when a restaurant is empty on Valentines Day and there is no one else in the waiting room and your restaurant is empty says a lot.
