Choice of approximately four changing menus. A high proportion of ready-made products. Staff were friendly, and cleanliness was acceptable. Prices are fair. Unfortunately, ours was out of cheese (in Italy, in a shopping center with a supermarket... incomprehensible).

This morning I ordered a soy cappuccino because I can't drink cow's milk due to a severe intolerance. The cashier instructed her colleague to make a soy cappuccino. After a sip, I realized from the taste that it was cow's milk. I asked the barista, who confirmed that she didn't make soy cappuccinos. So I ordered another, which I was charged for. I certainly don't need €1.40 to pay for a cappuccino, but I paid the price for this carelessness.

I was there this morning with my family and there's a very kind lady who, when asked "Do you have something to clean up the water? The little girl spilled the glass" (a two-year-old), decided to say "Can't you see I have something to do here? Ask your colleague?" And she started tidying up useless trays (a bit like her). This human case had a hat and dark hair in a ponytail, maybe in her 50s. I'm not saying you can't have a bad day, but what's the point of treating a customer badly? Well, in the end I told my uncle not to clean up because it's his problem. I'm usually very peaceful and understanding and let it go, but she wasn't so I decided to write a review. Have a good day to the girl at the register though, she's super nice and beautiful and to the moderator ❤️

I went yesterday with a group of six to the Fuentes Risto Self restaurant and it was a truly disappointing experience. Unfortunately, after eating there, we all had stomach and intestinal problems. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
