My friend treated me to a post belated Happy Birthday breakfast. It was great!! I ordered my usual Spinach and Mushroom omelette with three buttermilk pancakes oh so yummy!! Had a little problem the syrup packet got it all over the table. It was quickly cleaned up!! Outstanding crew there in Hicksville, NY!! Keep up the great work!!

We were lucky today to be seated right away. Social distancing has cut the seating capacity in half. They only use every other table for seating. They have added outdoor seating for those who enjoy al fresco dining. Our food was as expected, however the service was phenomenal! Thank you Michelle! We always enjoy our breakfast combos but the service really made our meal stand out. Such a pleasant experience does not happen often. Thank you!

Visited here around 12pm on a Thursday because of a coupon I had. The staff was busy, the place decorated for the holidays and it felt warming & had a good vibe (wasn’t crowded). I visited because it’s close to my work place and I was getting brunch here because of a coupon I had. Because the manager helped me out with processing it and got me everything in time for work, I felt it important to write a review. Had the healthiest pancake & enjoyed the service. Great breakfast! Super fast and big helpings! Service was top notch! The best IHOP I've ever been too! My omelet was delicious! Pancakes were fluffy and buttery goodness! Definitely recommend this place!

As far as ihops go it could use some updating and air conditioning but I’ve never had better service in my life. I forgot her name but the woman who served is who’s name I believe starts with an L was phenomenal. Wish I could get service like that everywhere.

Took a group of Seniors for a lunch trip. The waitress Jennifer was great. She took the time to get everyone's order right and had no problem with separate checks. Food was fresh and good. They even have a Senior section with reduced prices in the menu. Overall, very good.

Great authentic Chinese and Japanese food. My favorites are the Taiwanese style Beef Noodle Soup. Still the best I can find in Long Island. Staff is very accommodating and helpful.

Hubby's Jalapeño kick burger, my Spicy Pablano Omelette And I upgraded the pancakes to the Tres Leches one. One of our favorite brunch spots. The bill came up-to $35 or so - including coke and an iced mocha latte. I used pay with Ibotta for 5% cash back. Happy times!

Food: The pancakes were delicious. We got the Cinn-a-stack, Chocolate Chocolate Chip pancakes, Crispy Hash Browns, Bacon, and Coffee. We also ended up getting hash browns and coffee to go. The pancakes came out so warm and fluffy. Everything was cooked to perfection. Service: The guy who served us was very kind and friendly. He answered all of our questions and made sure we had what we needed in a timely manner. The staff also seems to have good communication and chemistry. The entire time we were there, everything was running smoothly. They all seemed very friendly and gave an amazing atmosphere overall. We will definitely visit this location again in the future. 11/10 dolphins 🐬

My two friends and I celebrated my birthday here. I always love eating there. We were the only ones there at the time. I was very happy w the service and my friends presented me w a dish of icecream w sprinkles.

Has ample parking, not as crowded as some other IHOPs. Good and fast service. Pretty good food, consistent. Love their pancakes with the different types of syrups. Unlimited coffee, not great coffee but decent. They have senior specials and kids menu. Good prices and good portions.

It was better than what I expected. The corned beef with hash brown was SALTY. So, be aware of you have high blood pressure or any heart disease. Service was good as well. Food came out pretty quickly. Only thing that I didn't like about this place was the dining table. It was very tiny for 2 people. Our table was filled with dishes and we had to move things around. Overall, I will come back to this place for brunch.

The food was good, a little slow, our waitress was attentive and very pretty (no, not a job requirement but just saying, she was very pretty), she came to pur table on time, asked how we were doing, made sure we had coffee. The only issue we had was the flies in the restaurant, they were concentrated to the farthest booth into the restaurant on both sides.

I love this place. I loved the banana strawberry pancakes. Also, i ordered spicy chicken burger with onion rings.. The rings were amazing but for my palate the burger wasn't that spicy.. But I enjoyed it a lot. And the splashberry was very refreshing. I got a refill as it's free and amazing too.

Was extremely busy so had a 15 minute wait. As soon as our table was ready however we had a waiter at our table within 5 minutes and had our food at the table within 10 minutes. Very efficient business model and the food is pretty good. Very good portion on the omelette and good value, would definitely come here again and try the spicy omelette!

As IHOPs go, this is a good one. Limited seating as it's not a massive building. The wait staff was attentive, polite, and kind to my son. My son was given chocolate chips on the side with his chocolate chip pancakes (we didn't ask for that, but was really cool of them). He was very excited to have his cup of chocolate chips. He was having one and knocked the cup off the table - a different waitress replenished his supply happily. They have activity sheets for kids, the place was aptly decorated for the holiday (not overdone) and the food was IHOP-Good. One thing, you have to ask for the different syrups now, they no longer keep them all on the table.

The server was so sweet. Food came out quick, probably because it was Monday morning and corona is still going around. The price of everything was a bit high in my opinion. I saw a biscuit for $3.99 or something. Prices could be better but think of it as paying for the great service. Also the plain french toast, sadly my mom makes it better. But everything else was great!

Cydney was our waitress amazing service. Very attentive. I give her a 10. The food was also very good well accept for my scramble eggs they were over cooked. They weren't light and fluffy. The restaurant could be cleaner but you won't leave because it's not that bad and it doesn't stink. Alot of young employees which was a bit different for me. Lol. They seem to work well together. At least that shift. Staff was friendly as well. I will attend this restaurant again. Hopefully I recieve the same welcoming and pleasantly good food.

Place was busy but no wait. Coffee was good. Food was good. Portions were huge. Def took some home. I got a spinach and mushroom omelette but hold the hollandaise sauce with a side of hashbrowns. My girlfriend got the big steak omelette with a side of pancakes. I was just sat in the back by the rear door and I felt like Dennis Reynolds sitting by the kitchen door at Guigino’s. Would go back.

Great food and staff. Restaurant waiting room is very narrow and often packed during the breakfast/brunch hours. I personally prefer takeout with app. Rewards system very generous compared to others. Very easy to order/schedule pickup.

The food was great! I had the smoked sausage and eggs with hashbrowns. Our waiter was excellent and so was the rest of the staff.

So I went in for a quick breakfast. My server was really nice. I ordered the French toast and bacon, I also wanted to try the chicken and gravy breakfast tacos. The French toast was different. I hadn’t been to IHOP in over 2 years, so to see the bread change, I was nervous. My suspicions were valid since it didn’t have a strong French toast flavor that I’m used to. Butter pecan syrup saved the day with that one. The breakfast tacos I took to go because: A. I knew that would’ve been too much food to eat all at once, I just wanted to taste it. B. They weren’t ready, so I had to commit since I ordered them anyway. It was packaged nicely. Didn’t travel too well, but they were good too.

I’m usually not a big fan of IHOP, but ever since they started serving egg Benedict, I’m starting to like them. I have had every type of egg Benedict they offer the vegetarian, the one with steak and other ones without the ham and pork of course because I don’t eat that. The omelettes are decent. The one we had with the avocados was good. Unfortunately, the avocados were a little stiff, but that’s just the season that has nothing to do with IHOP. Their services standard off any diner, people are usually busy. They come to you when they come to you. They Try to be nice which is always appreciated.

Good. But what's with not having any holiday offerings available? Also, if you order on the app for curbside DO NOT listen to the app notifications saying they're wrapping up your food and they'll be out soon OR assume since the waiters clearly see you in the Curbside pickup spot that they'll bring your food out. Nope. Call as soon as you pull up and maybe your food will be lukewarm

It was a busy Sunday, servers were overwhelmed and possibly short staffed. I had to get up and ask for items because our server never came back to check on table of 5 people. Also noticed menu prices went up and only 1 syrup option was on table unlike in the past when 4 options were presented.

Most important for me is services when it come up with the restaurant. The food is always the same as McDonald's. This time everything was perfect!! (2022) In 2024.... The server takes customers when it's our turn...🤔 The bacon was dark. Dark.. dark brown. Home fries, un cooked 🤷‍♀️ We had no choice to go other places so, just filled up the stomach.....

A decent, but unremarkable experience. I got takeout from IHOP once, and it was just that - a one-time thing. The food was average, nothing special or memorable. On the plus side, the service was fast and efficient. Overall, it was a middling experience that didn't leave a lasting impression. 3/5 stars

Didn’t realize the food would be different from franchise to franchise - food was disappointing. Had the same dish served at other IHOPs & it was a much better experience.A couple of issues during our visit: the quality of food was subar - I ordered the crepe combo. My eggs were supposed to be over medium - instead it was over easy & room temp. Our server just placed the food on the table not presenting the orders to the correct people. I asked for my plate to be reheated since, my crepes w/strawberry compote looked like it was thrown on the plate. I didn't finish my meal as it was just not appealing. We asked for separate checks and were paying with giftcards (my check was $37 and I used a $50 giftcard; my friend also used a $50 giftcard and provided bank card for any balance due on his check - his check was for a party of 3). Our server was so confused and mixed up our checks and giftcards. She had to call the manager to get it sorted. Between the disappointing food, the server's lack of attention to detail and care, the overall experience was not pleasant. This was my fist visit to Hicksville location - I usually go to the IHOP in Williston Park and will continue going there where I get the level of service and food quality I expect.

This ihop has been great every time I dine in , I have been a customer for years , but after today, with the way I was treated by the staff member attending to the take out order and the most of all rude manager. I simply put a memo, to add chocolate chips on my buttermilk pancakes, because the seperate option for it wasn’t showing at the time. I come in and I get hounded you can’t add the extra topping like that. I apologized and explained option was showing at the time. She proceeded to call the manager, which then didn’t even start with good morning or nothing, then proceeded to look at receipt and said with an a bark of a attitude, you want chocolate chips on pancakes you gotta pay for them . I said I had no issue paying, wasn’t done on purpose either which I explained to the staff member prior. Felt a little disrespected. Then proceeds to look at my 2nd order. Oh you can’t get salsa and sour cream on side. It’s extra. I’m like it comes in the order. With an attitude again proceeded to say gotta pay for that. Can’t take it. Acting as if I’m stealing the order or something. Mind you I have been going to this specific ihop since I was 10 years old. Staff members and manager need to be taught some manners. Not come up to the customer, like with anger . Would not recommend this place to anyone .

I'm not sure if the eggs I ordered were eggs. They had the consistency of styrofoam and had no flavor. Hash browns had no flavor. This is priced like a diner but quality of fast food. Really disappointed and I think sticking with family run diners is the way to go. Extra star is for the nice waitress, but I would never eat there again.

They got my order incorrect. The waiter was very nice and helpful. I was not in the mood for a mistake on my order. That's all I have to say.

We went for dinner tonight and had a frustrating experience. The restaurant was busy but not overcrowded. They were clearly short staffed and it was fairly chaotic, but I know it’s hard to get servers and kitchen staff lately. After being seated next to the group we were near, I can see why. There was a rowdy group of teens who were obnoxiously loud, shaking the table, bumping up against our seats, throwing food. You get the idea. I don’t care when kids are a little loud or goofy, but these kids were disrespectful to the staff and disruptive to the other diners. Even my teenagers thought they were over the top. They were talking about doing a dine and dash, which would obviously be awful for the server. At no point did a manager come over to ask them to stop. I felt so terrible for the young waitress who was serving our area. An adult employee should have stepped in and done something. We finally asked the kids to please dial it back a notch and let the cashier know that they were talking about running out on their bill so they could keep an eye on them. The food was okay. We all had pancakes for Shrove Tuesday. It could have been hotter but with the servers hustling, I’m sure it was hard to get orders to the tables quickly. Overall I wish they were better staffed and the staff they do have, are better supported by managers. I’d be hesitant to go back.

Had the classic burrito. It was one measly whole sausage wrapped in an egg. They didn’t even cut it up and scramble it into the eggs. No cheese, no hash browns. Service was good, waitress was wonderful. When we paid, we split the bill. The right charge showed up on my account. 2 days later, I noticed they charged the whole bill to my card. Had a whole back and fourth calling to see if they can refund me. Didn’t refund me the right amount the first time. Called them back… guy seemed annoyed that I was calling him for the rest of my refund. Refunded me a second time and still didn’t get the right amount back. Should have just gone through my bank. Aside from the waitress, this place is the pits.

Hopefully you will have the same thoughts as me after reading this review about IHOP. The main thought is just why wouldn't you go to a diner?. I think the overall user experience at IHOP has just declined the at this location or otherwise. They got rid of the different syrup selection at the table and replaced it with like this fast food syrup. Speaking of fast food you see these wonderful pictures in the menu and then you get your food and it does not look like that and it really has declined in taste and quality over the years I felt like my Waffle was rather soggy and my Nashville hot boneless chicken wings did not look like the picture and you can tell they were just pre-made chicken wings with some breading and the soft slapped on there. Of course I went on a Saturday so things were chaotic loud with children running around and such. I suppose that is not IHOP's fault but just the idea of the general public to go to IHOP on a Saturday. Additionally the bathrooms were actually disgusting I feel like they were never cleaned they were stains on the toilet and the toilet paper holder I get that it was a busy time but it really looked like no one came in there for days to clean it. Now to talk about the service there were some things that the server forgot but honestly it's not really her fault and I never blame the server thing is multimillion dollar companies want to hire these kids and pay them minimum wage honestly what do you expect they are going to get orders wrong no matter how long they've been doing it I blame the company for hiring inexperienced managers and servers.. So I just go back to the idea that, especially on Long Island, why wouldn't you just want to go to a diner there is better food you get better portions it's most likely half the price and you're supporting small(er) business. Instead of a $55 corporate breakfast meal where you can literally get it anywhere else. They only reason why I went is because they sent us coupons in the mail. But I had a feeling that this restaurant is on deaths door and now I know why. Whoever responds to these Google reviews feel free not to we're probably not coming back anytime soon.

We love IHOP in general. Only reason I’m giving this location 2 stars is the AC. It’s overwhelmingly COLD!!!! Like 55F cold to a point you can’t enjoy the food. You can see your breath cold. Such a waste of energy and because of this, my family dislike the location.

High priced. A short stack of pancakes is closer to a full stack of McDonald's pancakes. My wife's chamomile tea was English black tea. I haven't been here in years. I have no desire to return. :(

Listen too start off. There was server (not going too give names) the server took 15 minutes too ask us what we wanted. Service was terrible, ive never experienced such bad service before ever. Food was great. Chef in the back definitely knows what he’s doing. Fire all the servers. If I can give a - star for service believe me I would.

This place was not the best. I have gone to various IHOPs. But, this one was the worst one. I don’t know if the owner of this restaurant is even paying attention. First, we ordered chicken tenders and french fries for my daughter. Everyone’s orders came to the table, except the chicken tenders. My wife noticed that they forgot the order. When we finally received the chicken tenders, it came so burnt. It appears that the chef tried to expedite the order by increasing the temperature of the fryer. Lastly, there was an issue at the bathroom. For some reason, the bathroom sink was only running hot water. Luckily, my son didn’t get burnt. Watch out for this. I would personally avoid this IHOP location. Service is slow and the food will probably be cold by the time it reaches your table.

NO HEATING working at all. Staff notified us in advance and i felt so bad for them to endure these conditions on days like this. I took my wife to eat at IHOP something we used to do ages ago all the time. We tried to sit and bear the cold thinking the warm food and coffee would help. After 30min it was very difficult to continue so we ate fast and took our pancakes home. Staff was gracious and tried their best. They were freezing and this isn't right. Please fix this place ASAP please for everyone's sake.

I just want to say my problem with this place is not with the staff or the food which were great but with the condition of the restaurant. This place is not in the best condition and i'd swear it has not been updated since the last time I was there back in 2019 even then it was not so great. So I do believe the pictures of the worn out floor, stained ceiling tiles do speak for themselves.

From the moment we sat down it was a bad experience. It took 15 mins for someone to ask us for our order...10 mins to get the drinks another 20 to get the food and it was cold. We asked for new eggs/pancakes We ate still waiting!

Horrible tasting food, even worse customer service. I am being generous giving a single star. The hostess kept us waiting for 30 minutes just to say that they cant serve us because they cant accomodate our baby with stroller. Another waitress was yelling as I requested for table with longer chair so we can lay the baby down. She was completely unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate and wouldn't want to give us the table we requested. Finally, the hostess agreed to a bigger table as soon as it became available. We had to wait for unusually long time for the food, when they finally served the food it was most horribly tasting food I ever had. This place is a total disgrace and I recommend everyone to save their money and consider other places.

Place severed me pesto eggs on soggy bread and with no pesto, disgustingly rubbery french toast coated in so much artificial strawberry syrup it was inedible and then the manager took 3 dollars off my bill for something i couldn’t eat. Hats off to the worst breakfast spot around

Been here a lot they had five stars with me but the manager ruin that today the Spanish guy on the phone that wouldn't speak to me cause I don't know Spanish literally had me waiting an extra ten min To pay while I was. Holding my food and honestly I left the food cause I figured it was probably freaking cold by time they stop playing games. I'm gonna just go get a coffee from the gas station and save $25 take out is messed up

My wife found a bit of packaging in her food…We ordered pancakes and supposedly the bag that the batter is stored in some how got in her pancakes. The server was apologetic, but paying 28 dollars for biscuits and gravy (the likes of which were comparable to something you would find at a budget hotel’s continental breakfast) and two coffees is crazy.

Went there on a Friday evening around 7:00. The place was empty should have been my first warning. It took 5 minutes for the greeter to look up from his cell phone at the booth that he was sitting in to give us a seat. He brought us to a dirty table with an empty dirty coffee pot. The waitress came and was barely able to take our orders. She seemed confused and didn't want to be there. After forgetting to take our menus back and the dirty coffee pot I had to remove them to another table. My food which consists of scrambled eggs and sausage links were barely cooked unedible my friend's turkey dinner to him tasted spoiled. We would have complained to the waitress but she was nowhere to be found in an empty ihop. To me all I saw were college age kids running an IHOP and it showed. I will not be going back.

On Sunday the 26th of December I ordered through the website for pick up. I get to the place and they told their system was down. Ok I can wait, it was 45 minutes later and my ordered had not been started. I asked them and they seem to be upset that I asked them. All I ordered was a breakfast sampler. The place looked like chaos, the tables were empty and they were telling people it qould be a 45 to 1 hour wait? Why when the tables were empty? They said their phones dint work and the system was down for the food, the food line was full of food. Let me suggest eat at home first so by the time they sit you, you will be hungry again.

Just returned from dinner at the Hicksville IHOP. Despite being the ONLY two patrons in the place, when I asked our server if they could please lower the volume of the music, he said he didn't know how and would have to get the manager. I requested the manager who never appeared. Note, the seating area at the back of the restaurant was closed. The row of seating close to the parking lot was closed due to a leaky roof. I wouldn't say its a popular place, or has stellar food or service, but clearly this is a place where the customer is not #1. There are enough diners close by who all serve whatever you may be in the mood for from IHOP. I don't see how they remain in business. You all can see the owners responsè below. Ìf ì were offered 100 free meals I wouldn't go back. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

First, the waitress was LOVELY. My BFF and I came in for breakfast today and received a surprise. The food was uggh. My friend had pancakes and found them to be too Burnt for her taste, she returned them for non-burnt pancakes and to our surprise STILL BURNT!!! I asked for the breakfast wrap...HORRIBLE, I pd for an extra 4 sausages and they stuffed alot of those not fully cooked potatoes in place of the protein that should have been there. My fries were Not Hot, but Old & Cold. 😡 A huge waste of our money, and Disappointment. We also asked for soda and it was delivered flat as hell. UGGHH the only good thing was the coffee. We won't be back🤨 We pay and Alwayz leave a good tip, ahh. We Deserve Good, Hott Food. When I pick up a fry, it should be hot to touch, unless you're feeding youngsters.

Did curbside pickup. Although you receive messages on your phone that they are working on it, and the waitress looked right at you when you pulled into the curbside spot, they aren't actually going to bring it out. Besides that, food was not good. Nothing we ordered had everything it was supposed to have on it. Eggs were so overdone they were uneatable. Last times we ordered from here the pancakes were all burnt. Just avoid this ihop and go to another. It's unfortunate because before they closed they had the greatest waitresses and staff and the food was always delicious. Now it's just not worth it

So I was at Hicksville last weekend with my family and the service was horrible and the wait for accommodation and serving of meals was too lengthy. Some of the food was uncooked. They took a while to accommodate us which was understandable but then they took over 30 mins to start serving us our order and by that majority of the food was cold. And other customers came after us and was served before us.

Went there on a Friday night and it was a disaster. Food was awful, the Iced coffee came out with no ice and tasted like water, the food was disgusting and the cooks were speaking to the hostess disrespectfully in spanish. I've been there during the day and it's fine, the bad review is because kids were left to run a restaurant and failing miserably.

dont know how you bag 1 order of pancakes to go with no syrup at a pancake restaurant. Just brainless activities as usual from food employees, coming from a former food employee it’s the easiest thing ever to read an order and make sure everything is in the bag, especially for an order of just pancakes. This happens 50% of the time that I order from here.

This place never gets my order correct. I always have to keep coming back everytime because the people who answer the phone can never get an order correct. Even after I explain specifically I wanted one, the order I got was completely different

i ordered through uber for a t bone steak dinner, and i cant find the a1 sauce, so i called them through phone, and they told me to make a anothet order just for the sauce! i normally order from the ihop at freeport, and they nvr asked me to paid for the sauce! the person answering the phone was so unpatience and wont listen to the customer, i texted the driver see if he can ask for some sauce for me, and ur employee told him ihop dont have any a1 sauce. he told me to make a order for a sauce and yet told the driver they didnt have any!! the food arrive cold, my driver arrive 15min early, a thumb up for him. the steak was definitely not perpared fresh, and it was not medium like i asked, it taste like rubber. the broccoli was not even fresh....only thing edible was the mashed potatoes! i usually order at ihop by freeport at sunrise hwy! and it was always delicious....tried u guys for 2-3time and it was nvr good!

Arrived around 3pm,there was maybe 10 customers scattered around, so it was slow in there,our eggs were cold,pancakes and sausage was burnt and cold...From what I could see the employees cared more about there appearance and gossiping with each other more then they focused on there work. When you work at a restaurant your priority is making sure customers food is #1 on the list,and that day they weren't, and management didn't even check up on the staff,owners should pop up at times and make sure there investment doesn't go byebye

Super disappointing experience. The server was rude and didn’t even greet us when we came in. They sat us at a very hot spot even if there were other seats available. Worst part, the pancake they served us looked reused, which is really unacceptable. Definitely not the service or quality I was expecting from IHOP.

We ordered one cup of coffee and asked for an extra paper cup but they refused saying we charge by cups then they charged us twice for the coffee. Manager was extremely rude and said because you shared the cup we are charging you two coffees. That never makes any sense. Extremely disappointed And coffee tasted disgusting

Horrible,just ordered two pancake combos food took longer than expected and when it arrived both orders were burnt!! No syrup butter or napkins. I tried calling 5x and they purposely didn’t answer. Worst part is uber takes forever to refund your money bc they have to do an investigation.

Pathetic take out service. I went there today after ordering some pancakes and a buttermilk biscuit for my kid. Found out the biscuit was missing. I called them. The guy was not even apologetic and sounded like it was my mistake. I had to go again to pick it up. I was stupid to not check the bag inside this time around too, trusted him and when I opened the bag at home, there was 2 piece of bread, unbaked and raw( pic attached). Don’t have patience to go again, hence putting it out here. Would try other IHOP in the area next time.

Called an order in for pickup. Manager was rude and refused to accept a Visa debit gift card for payment - he did not even try, and insisted that they do not accept these types of cards, citing that the system will not accept it. I use these everywhere else with no issues. As a business owner myself, this makes absolutely no sense unless the only concern is chargebacks, which can be mitigated by taking down a driver license and ID number, which I have done in the past. Will be writing a letter to corporate and Advising the franchise owner as time allows. This manager needs retraining..

Place was empty!!! Should’ve known better to still want eat here!!! If I can give no stars I would!!! Walked in and the look on this guy face is like why are u here!!! Bathroom is a miss thr floor is wet and full of oil the whole dining room!!! ask for table for 2 he said let me clean the table and he start to clean every table and have us wait as he does all of them and I ask u don’t have to clean all of them ??? and he said to me don’t u see me clean the tables!! Is the guy in the video I put up!!! His name is JEFFERY!!! The more I watch the video I made the more I believe this guy is on drugs!!! Don’t waste your time coming here head to westbury one which is 9 minutes away they are clean and great ppl!!!

Our family is dining into so many IHOP in so many different locations, and this location experience is not worth it it's a very unhappy and unfortunate bad experience, which i think is not the IHOP standards We order strawberry shake which server bing less because they run out of sice cream also the tea pot is dirty and empty We also ordered some ramadan deals As well they run out We order qasadia, which tastes not close to qasida as well on orderded chicken tender, which with mozzarella and onions fried i overcooked and dry I don't understand why the quality goes so worst No one welcomed us in-store as well after we inside the sitting area they told us please we choose where we like to sit Any way not recommended i travel from Brooklyn and have some work there and we stop there which is mistake

I was out with my friends and the French toast was looking fine from the outside but the inside was raw. The water tastes like sink water and the chicken and waffles were good but one of the chicken strip was slightly raw and I recommend to go to another IHOP.
