Earl’s Kitchen + Bar in Plano remains one of our favorite spots, and our recent Wednesday evening dinner was a perfect reminder why. We were greeted warmly at the host stand and seated quickly, setting a relaxed and welcoming tone for the night. Our server, Kye, was truly exceptional—attentive, genuinely warm, and knowledgeable of the large menu. His thoughtful recommendations and friendly conversation made our dining experience on a weekday night feel extra special. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The spicy California roll had just the right amount of heat and beautiful presentation. The calamari was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and paired with a complementary dipping sauce. My husband’s burger was cooked exactly to order—juicy, flavorful, and served with perfectly crisp fries. We ended on a high note with the lemon meringue pie: vibrant lemon curd, fluffy torched meringue, and just the right balance of tart and sweet. Thanks to Kye’s wonderful service and the consistently excellent prepared dishes, it was a flawless date night. Earl’s Plano never disappoints, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Great restaurant for a sit down meal. There are plenty of space for small or large group. They also have an outside seating when the weather is nice. The staff are very friendly, professional and courteous our server. Clark did a great job. They have an extensive menu selection ranging from sushi to pokey to steak seafood or just classic hamburger The food is fresh delicious and very nice presentation. The portion size is also large. It was so large we do not have room for dessert. All the food were very well plated and presented. Definitely a place I recommend for special occasions or just a meal.

Mason took good care of us this afternoon. Took his time explaining the brunch menu and helping us order along with keeping our drinks full. This was our first time for brunch and was delicious. We ordered the steak and eggs and truffle fries. Everything was cooked to perfection and fresh out the kitchen.

A friend and I went out for a little girls day out and went to earls - the atmosphere was perfect and the food was amazing- the tofu was incredible (and I’m not a vegetarian) and the chicken with risotto was a huge portion and so good! We will be going back again - we also tried the crispy salmon and the halibut - legit it was all amazing

I had the best experience with McKenzie at Earl’s tonight. She was so sweet and genuinely attentive the entire time. The food was incredible. The sticky toffee chocolate pudding was unreal, the lemon meringue pie was so good, and both the chicken sandwich and the classic hamburger came out perfect. The whole atmosphere felt warm and comfortable and she made the night feel easy and fun. I honestly could not have asked for better service. Five stars all around!

AMAZING service. I was served by Brent and he was amazing. Receptive, constantly checked up on us, constant refills, etc. very charming man, charismatic too. That’s just the service. The food was phenomenal. Personally, I got the truffle tortellini and it was amazing. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming; very professional. Overall, I had a great time and was very pleased especially at the price point.

We came for my brothers baptism and Olivia was our server. The moment we sat down she greeted us kindly and asked about if there’s an occasion we’re celebrating. Immediately we saw our opportunity to let her know about my brother before he sat down. I also made her aware of my nut allergy and she kept that in mind the whole time I was looking at the menu. My party is pretty needed we had a lot of different personalities at the table but she was able to accommodate everything and match our vibe. Her knowledge on the menu and drinks was also a plus nothing is worse than going to a restaurant for the first time and the server has minimal knowledge theirselves. The food was great I had the steak and tortellini. At the end we had complimentary dessert which surprised my brother! Then she reassured me before I could say anything there is no nuts. The place was also very beautiful and the staff collectively were put well together. My coconut cold brew was amazing too thanks to Olivia’s recommendation. Thank you girl ❤️

Great place to celebrate our anniversary dinner! Everything was DELICIOUS and our server, Clark, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable on the menu. Only did 4/5 stars on atmosphere though since the music was a bit loud.

Went to Earl’s for a team lunch and it turned out to be a really good choice. Service was friendly and accommodating. There aren’t a ton of vegetarian options but they made a pasta vegetarian for me and it was excellent. The burrata on top made it even better and it was cooked perfectly. Drinks were a highlight. The guava highball was $5 during happy hour and super refreshing, and the espresso martini was smooth, strong and looked amazing. They have a fun mix of cocktails with some Japanese inspired ones as well. Food overall was solid. Fries were crisp and seasoned well. They served free chips and salsa which was honestly one of the best I’ve had. We also ordered guac with chips and the addition of corn and feta made it taste even better. The atmosphere was lively without being too loud, perfect for brunch, lunch or after work drinks. Great food, great cocktails and great staff. Great place for lunch! I got their cajun blackened chicken, and it was amazing. Great spices, and it fit perfectly with the potatoes and coleslaw. The desert was equally amazing. I got their sticky toffee chocolate pudding, and it was awesome. The pudding was hot and smooth, combining perfectly with the ice cream. Had to wait an hour to get food, but I’m sure this was just an isolated incident. Staff are really friendly and understanding. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Earls Kitchen + Bar at Legacy West has a vibrant, modern atmosphere with beautiful dining, lounge, and patio spaces. The globally inspired menu is creative and delicious—favorites include the Aburi Salmon Sushi Press, Steak + Sushi, and truffle fries. Service is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and happy hour is a must-try, with great cocktails and tasty small plates at excellent prices. A perfect spot for both casual drinks and special nights out.

The food was decent for the price. Was able to get a substitution without issues. The service was balanced, the hostess was welcoming, and the server did not hover over the table, but was attentive enough provide quality service. The lighting (at night) is pretty dark (one can see the menu without the use of a flashlight, but the lighting may be too dim for some). The restaurant was clean and the overall design was sophisticated.
