Good sandwiches & side items. Came here for lunch early this week during work store visit nearby. It was busy with lunch crowd but the service was quick & friendly. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. The staff at register actually recognized me from another job they used to work at, great friendly service & was nice to be remembered! Good lunch spot whether in a hurry or to sit down for a good warm meal, good quality & service with a smile. If you like sandwiches and variety this is a good place to come to. 😁

Good place for a quick tasty sandwich. Counter service was good and efficient and workers were pleasant. Slightly more limited menu than some other sandwich shops, but what they have is good.

Stopped in for a lunch break with co-workers. There was a slight line but it moved quickly. I tried something new, the slim pizza sub, it was ok, could've used more cheese. I normally order the chicken salad-salad. We were able to eat and return to work within our designated lunch time.

We got 2 very good sandwiches. Both were full of meat. The whole grain bread is very flavorful, not dry or though like others. This food is 10 times better than Subways sandwich. The price is higher and you get far more for your money. The large sandwich made 2 meals for both of us. Cheers

I waited over 30 minutes for my pick up order and watched many sandwiches get picked up while mine remained at the top of the cue for over 15 mins. The staff was kind but the service took significantly longer than expected.

I placed an online order today. As I was eating, I found 2 small strands of hair in my veggie melt sandwich. :’)

Just like the potbelly sandwich that I've had hundreds of times. Food is good. Lady at the counter (seemed like the owner) was very unfriendly and tried rush us out..albeit no one else was behind us. All my other potbelly shops I've been to have 5stars..

Got the wreck and a potato soup.The sandwich was just the meat slathered in ranch and the soup was watered down.

April or Abril provided the worst customer service today! I asked a simple question about my order and she gave me attitude! Clearly she can’t hack it as a sandwich maker!

They got one of my sandwiches wrong after repeating what I wanted and nothing was correct on the sandwhich, while he was right in front of me asking what I wanted so I thought he was putting everything on it but he did not put anything I asked for and one of my online sandwich’s has hot peppers and I did not asked for hot peppers

Theres a fundamental culture issue with Potbelly employees. The first thing that comes to mind is entitled. Never greeted at the door no matter what, slow service, never smiling, acting like you are wasting their time. Always a wait. It's some liberal deal because every last one of them act like they are better than you.

Today i came here and order 2 sandwiches, I want to redeem my points but register guy was not knowledgeable and messed up my points.its not used and still i paid full prices. I am very upset. My 1800 points now showing 800 points. Thursday is the double points day, and I don’t see my double points. Look like it gimmick.

Ordered a veggie without mushrooms as I'm highly allergic to it. When I called the store to ask if they can send me another one. Was told they could not. When I asked to speak to a manager the lady stated that she was the manager and got frustrated with me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would absolutely not be going to that location.

Placed a mobile order, waited at the pickup area (my order was ready sitting on the back counter apparently, just not in the pick up area) until they helped another woman who walked in after me (her order wasn't even ready, they just let her know they were working on it then walked away when i tried to get their attention to ask for my order sitting on the counter) and helped another man, finally got my order and it's got a hair in it. I am extremely pissed.

The employees are useless. Not only are they slow but they are also rude and seem to have no knowledge about the food they sell. When asked what's the difference between deli mustard and regular mustard no one in the store could answer me. Do they sell regular mustard? No. What kind of sandwich shop doesn't have regular mustard?? The bread tasted like it was from last week. And even though the sandwich was toasted it was somehow cold. Overall this was a terrible experience and I'll never no back

The service was terrible at this store. The girl who made my sandwiches was fine, but the man who checked me out, I told him I still needed 2 milkshakes to finish my order. He told me it would be a few minutes to make them. Both workers then proceeded to take care of 4 more customers and make their orders and made me wait for the milkshakes until they were finished with the other customers. In the meantime, my sandwiches got cold. Everybody else was gone or sitting down eating and I was still there. Will never return to this location again.
