I have been coming to this Taco Bell for years. I have never gotten a wrong order and the longest I had to wait in drive thru is 5 mins

Staff is always friendly, helpful and quick. We always get our food done correctly and quickly even when there is a long line.

Hey taco bell, how are you? Doing great, once again, another company that doesn't mind throwing in some napkins and some sauces. Packed with love like always. You could learn from Taco Bell McDonald's, but hey, your McDonald's, why care right. Ever notice that McDonald's got the two lines to take your money but then always ask you to pull around and wait. Can't take our money fast enough right McDonald's, why have quality customer service if you can't even offer quality food. Least other companies still offer quality service.

I went to taco bell in Pomona today August 30th at 11:19am and the cashier was Julian he was so nice and sweet. He gave me the sauces I asked for and said it's my world which made me smile and laugh. I told him I wish.

Tired of those regular breakfast sandwiches? This is something different a breakfast toasted wrap with a cram filled cinnamon ball's. They have coffee but I always get the orange breakfast soda 😂 really good. The best part is it's less than $10 what a deal. Get more cinnamon ball's. Anyway the employees in this location are very nice 🤠.

I love these nacho fries and I buy them all the time but I never had it this fresh like this location. I just came from there and was very impressed with the quality of the nacho fries!

Love it.. Just when i came through the drive Through and asked for a $5 box meal.. They gave me Nachos instead of Cinatwist .. I asked instead for a small bag a Doritos instead .. And the guy told me thats all they had..not cool.. I get that they run out.. But gotta be a little more stocked if you wanna satisfy your customers.. Because i really do love TacoBell..

It was good I had all my food together they didnt have new pineapple freeze but their was food was good the one taco bell in claremont is temporarily closed so I had to drive all the way to pomona to get my food at this tacobell they everything you can imagine but they dint have a salad I wanted but everything else is tasty.

Very búsy here and parking wasn't very accommodating. There was a line to go in and dine so we just ordered off the menu and then sat til it was done. we went and ate in the car whike we were shopping at a few of the stores other than the wait it was a good choice for a late lunch.

The thing that always impresses me about taco bell is the price for what you get. Sure the food is quite greasy, but dang is it cheap. A menu item I would personally recommend is the cheesy bean and rice burrito. Beans and rice together make a complete protein, so the burrito is quite filling. And it is only a dollar. Their drinks are a bit overpriced, but I've found that there's usually a McDonald's pretty close by, so if you get two of the bean and rice burritos and a drink from McDonald's, it's a very satisfying meal for just $3.30

This is an ok place, I think it was better back in the day when next door had an Arby's. Not bcoz of the competition of products, just that there were more people dining in (also not bcoz of Covid19 either, and it's just my opinion 😉).

I had a Chicken Chalupa for the first time the other day. I was hungry at the time and it was tasty.... Maybe a little expensive,I thought, it was good .... I won't lie and it did curve my hunger so I would recommend this Taco Bell.😀

On 5-28-2024 i went and order 6 dorito locos tacos 🌮 and 4 crunchy tacos supreme but instead I received 4 regular crunchy tacos. Please people check your order before leaving the place or else it'll happen like to me.. 😡

Never had a problem before but lately if its not the tacos is my chalupas that have more lettuce then meat. I know they measure the amount but 3 pieces of chicken I didn't ask for salad..

This location is less expensive than the one in San Dimas where Lowe's is located on Arrow and Bonita. The $5 boxes here are worth $5 vs $6 in San Dimas. Despite the price differences, the Pomona location took way too long for food to be served: 15 minutes in a nearly empty lobby. I've been at Taco Bell locations where workers are moving quickly with a sense of purpose and urgency, here they were taking their time as if they were making their own meals at home. The employees need to speed up a bit more within reason.

Would be five stars because it's new and clean, but when they asked for my partner's name (Dynasty), the worker said "That's closer enough to Diana, right?" They called Diana for her order. Super disappointing.

The ONLY reason I'm giving this 3 stars instead of 1 is because of an outdoor seating area that looks enjoyable, the lady taking our order was extremely rude, didn't even talk to us or answer us, leaving our change on the counter for us to pick up. At the end of our lunch, which I add was good, we had leftovers and reluctantly went back to the counter to ask for a to go bag. A completely different server was behind the counter and refused to grab us a bag that she was standing right next to until she was finished with her break. If you are standing behind the counter, you should indeed represent your company accordingly.

Hungry and in a hurry for something good and quick, so decided to try taco bell luxe value meal. For around $6 bucks, I got 1 taco, bean & cheese burrito, drink and cinnamon chips which, is not bad for the price. I'm not sure about the nutrient value, but I can tell you, luxe meal hit the spot. So, if you’re hungry for a quick bite, that's budget friendly, check it. Team Smiley ☺️

We were in the drive-thru for about 20-30 minutes before finally being given our order, and she'd gotten our drinks wrong. I think we'll think twice before returning.

Food was good but they messed up the only vegetarian item that was ordered. Leaving 1 person with their food and the other to enjoy picking apart a quesadilla.

I just stopped by here, it was late and no line. Service wasn't very good and they messed up my order, even after charging me extra for the changes. When I tried to call them to inform them of the mistake no one answered the phone, even after trying for 20 minutes.

Customer service was great the place was clean obviously cuz you can sit in there but I asked for some hot sauce and salt and the cook was very very rude and said that she put it in it in my bag and she lied and it was nothing in my bag the food is indescribably nasty I would not consider this place a place to eat at the 2 stars is for the nice lady who took my order the blank stars are for the rude cook who lied and being rude.

The food used to taste pretty okay here for fast food. But now the flavor has changed. It either tastes flavorless or funky. I won't be going here anymore.

I came here after my dental appointment at GP Dental Center right across. The food was great, just like other Taco Bells I have been to. However, the service was terrible. They look down upon you for using coupons. Not acceptable!

Im not sure if they where short staffed or had a new employee but the drive threw took way to long and i didn't even get what i ordered but by the time i noticed i was already home and didnt want to leave again. Hopefully next time ill have a better experience.

Have been going to this store since I started job down the street about 5 weeks ago at least twice a week for breakfast. For the entire time I have been going there I order coffee and have been told sorry our coffee maker is broken, 5 weeks!!! Last week I came a little later in the day and ordered breakfast and a coffee. when I drove up to the window a manager I assume apologised and gave me a free taco cupon because they did not have what I ordered. I told her I should be owed quite a few coupons since coffee machine has been broken for weeks. She smiled and said only one per visit. So the next day I went early to get food and ordered a coffee. Lady at the window knew nothing about the free taco cupon when I asked. I am thinking about buying the store a coffee maker so I could finally have coffee with my breakfast from the unable to fix their coffee maker store

Unfortunately your speaker was out but no more until you actually got rob the speaker. With only one window and no preordering the line was insane. We were there for 35 min..may I suggest they could have posted someone outside to take orders to ease the wait somewhat. Good great as always but just too long to sit in the heat and wait.

here now. this is the worst taco bell ever. asked to substitute a regular taco for a doritos taco .was told I cannot do that with an attitude followed by I can only replace with a regular taco soft taco or dorito taco. this lady hates her job here on top of barely being able to understand or hear her another employee is outside cleaning the parking lot with headphones is singing his music super loud . never comming back here again.

Long wait time and had many other customers upset because of the long wait time and after repeating my order 3 times they got it wrong and charged me more for the wrong items. Not covid safe. Went there Sunday, December 19th at 8pm and nobody inside was wearing a mask. If they can't be bothered to wear a mask in a pandemic then how can I trust them with hand washing or any other dirty stuff they might do on the sly.

Got charged for tacos supreme but didnt get supreme; ordered our daughter a chicken chalupa supreme and got beef not supreme so we they basically stole money from us then we ask for a lot of sauce for 20 items and they put like 5 in the bag then give attitude when we ask for more. Worst fast food experience ever. I came here yesterday and ordered and they asked for my name to call out my order. It was not busy at all so after 10 minutes of not hearing my name or order number called I ask if it is almost ready. They then tell me they did call me and someone picked up my food. Either that was a lie or they gave my food to some guy named Carlos because I was there the whole time and that is the only other person they called. So they said ok we will make it again let me see what you ordered? I showed them and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. They kept giving people their orders that got there way after me. Finally I got so fed up, lost my appetite and asked for my money back. At first they refused and asked to look at my receipt again. They had not even started my order yet!! Then they got the manager and I got my money back and left and I am never coming back to that location ever. They hire the worst staff. It should not take more than half an hour for people to get their food. It's called fast food for a reason.

I tried to go for breakfast this morning after my graveyard shift. Online it says they open at 7am. I arrived around 7:30am and they werent open. The worker looked at me and shook their head as if they werent going to open anytime soon. Very disappointing. Update: Ordered two nacho fries deluxe boxes yesterday 6/1/24. Both Nacho Fries had hair towards the bottom of the box. This is the closest tacobell to me but I will be driving further out from now on.

Came in to get food. Michelle the Cashier was great. I asked about a special or specials. I was looking for the grand slam special but Michelle wasn’t sure if they still had it. So she went to ask the kitchen staff if they had it still. But kitchen staff ignored her. One of the kitchen staff name was Laura who ignored her completely even when Michelle approach her. I’m not sure if Laura was a manager but if she is. I got to say worst leadership and team player.

This location customer service was far worse than the ones I have recently visited. I ordered online and was not able to pick up. They had racially profilied me because the order I bought was under my nickname but I paid with a card that had my full name and I gave them both name they said it was suspicious and that my order wasn't there. I got a refund from that location and will never order from this location again! Do Not Recommend!!

The staff was rude and messed up half my groups order. The floor was soaking wet from being “mopped” but still smelled (like old nasty stale water).

Wow. This crew knows NOTHING about FAST food service. 20 minutes of waiting in line, only to pay and 3 minutes later find out that they don't have the shells for the Mexican pizza! Very very disappointed. Ordered 8 Dorito Taco Supremes only to find they did not add the sour cream and salt there was a heaping tablespoon of meat in each Taco is being generous! Shells were filled with Lettuce. If we wanted a salad, we would have ordered a salad. Worst Taco Bell experience ever!

First time trying this Taco Bell. Unfortunately, the guy on the drive through was rude and horrible. Messed up the order over and over again and then eventually read it back correctly. Guess what? The order was messed up in the end. Then I get to hear the crew in the back making fun of me because I had a question about the menu. Guy on the drive through is hard to miss and if you can, give him and the restaurant a miss. Guy had lots of gold chains and medallions.

First off I would like to say I am a Taco Bell fanatic, I think most people would agree they are one of the better fast food options so I am disappointed in having to write a bad review. For starters the lady seemed pretty rude at the drive thru ordering window, which is no big deal if the following events didn’t occur. 1- was told I can’t upsize my drink in a meal, which I know is false because I’ve done it many times before. 2- ordered a specific menu item and didn’t get the item I ordered, I was home by the time I realized and not worth going 3 miles back over a messed up item. 3- the drinks were mostly carbonated and had little to no flavor syrup in them. Both were the same flavor and 1 was extremely carbonated with no flavor. 4- nacho fries were cold and stiff like they’ve been sitting around for about 30-40 mins 5- the Mexican pizza looked like someone just piled it with very little topping and spun it in the air and threw it in the box, and they didn’t cut it into sections like they normally do. 6- the overall interaction with the food service worker made it seem like I was an inconvenience to be ordering at the establishment which again I understand everyone has bad days, but the other issues made me think they just don’t care. Cant say I’ve had more of a careless order at Taco Bell before so it’s surprising more than anything. Overall I still will eat at Taco Bell but maybe not this location. It was very mediocre. Overall 1 star. Normally a 4-5 star place to eat for the money and service but it was littered with bad customer service and bad food preparation and quality assurance.

I went through the drive through on 02/26/23 around 3:10pm and ordered some quesadillas and two fiesta potatoes. I paid around $33 bucks and received my order. We drove off, but then I realized they only gave me one fiesta potatoes. I had to park and go inside and also I never received my receipt. I came up to let them know and the manager right away was denying that I had ordered two fiesta potatoes. I told her to check the order because they also did not give me my receipt. She proceeded to look and realized she was wrong and I had paid for two fiesta potatoes. I then had to wait for them, when she gives it to me I ask her if I can have a small drink for compensation of my time and there mistake and she laughed and said nah! I asked again and she said no! Mind you that it’s happy hour and drinks are on special. So I told her that I was going to write a bad review. Any time that the workers get a drive through order wrong the customer should be compensated for the mistake and loss of time for the customer. I received bad customer service from this manager at this location. Because if she would have been professional she would have just completed me with a drink but instead she was petty. Bad management, bad customer service!

Worst experience ever. Walked in around 7pm to an empty taco bell. One of the female workers was filming the others on "tic-toc". I was on my lunch break so was on a timed schedule. They didn't take my order immediately. The young lady was talking to the other two in the kitchen who were looking at me. The kid on the cashier was outside. The young lady called him so he ran inside to the restroom. He finally came to take my order and didn't greet me. I gave him my order and he took it. Then one of the cooks gave me my order and aggressively told me to "Have a nice day, 3 times repeatedly while staring me down like a thug".

Big Hispanic woman in the drive thru window kept giving her nasty attitude and was slamming the window and just tossed the food after tossing the food she was dead staring at us like she was going to do something check your nasty attitude before dealing with customers your customer service is terrible and poor and ur threatening attitude was very obvious I don't care if u had a bad day! I have had some bad experiences here before but tonight was the WORST. The young gentleman who took my order in the drive thru lacks more than customer service. I ordered 2 Deluxe cravings boxes with lemonades and a taco supreme the total he said was $34 and some change. I questioned the young man about the total and asked for receipt from another worker. I was charged for 2 cravings boxes instead of the deluxe boxes. When I brought this to his attention he said that's what I ordered. Sheesh. I wanted my money refunded and he said he couldn't. I will NEVER buy anything from this establishment again.

Tried to order at the drive through, made me wait for 10min to finally tell me the system is down. They then took my order, waited another 10min to tell me sorry it can’t be placed go somewhere else. Worst service in my life.

No line thru the drive thru at 11:20pm roughly, some how the young lady taking my order kept laughing while taking my order and sure enough got the whole order wrong. I ordered 12 crunchy tacos and 2 # 6s and at the end i ended up with half soft tacos and no # 6s. All bad service.

waited an hour for an mobile order, checked in upon arrival, kept asking if my order was ready but never got a response. i told the manager and she said i had to check in and i did, so waited another 15 mins then finally got food. everyone in there was very disorganized and prioritized drive thru above everyone else. i knew not to expect much from taco bell, but an hour and 15 min waiting for food? wowie.

I like Taco Bell, but I've had it with this location! Not only is the line frequently way longer than it needs to be, but at least half the time we just plain get the wrong items. This time they screwed up TWO of the items we ordered! How hard can this be? It's right on the monitor above their head! If only there was another location that isn't a 15 minute detour for the route that I need to drive pretty much every day. But, who knows, maybe if they know how to serve people efficiently there, it might still be faster on average. And the reduction in wasted money for wrong items that end up in the trash will probably easily pay for the extra gas. Just in case the management is reading this: I usually stop by around 6pm on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. You need to make some changes to that shift!

Gave me my whole order wrong i asked for 3 Doritos tacos , large cheese fries and cinnamon twist they gave me small cheese fries forgot my cinnamon twist and gave me the regular crunchy tacos it’s crazy how these workers cant follow some simple rules like who hired these people and they take forever to make your order too i rather drive 20 min to the next Taco Bell if I have to rather then come to this worthless place again hire better people to do their job right

I've been to this location a few times and in the morning, it's usually great, but if you go anytime. After lunch it is just horrible. I was in the drive through a line on Saturday night for a doordash order. And the cashier who sounds like she smokes a pack of cigarettes a day argued with me about a drink being on the order when it was on the receipt, and it was on my doordash order, but she wanted to argue and not even look for herself to see if it was there. This is not okay and not acceptable, and the manager needs to have a talk with her

Girl… I know it’s “Taco Bell” but oh my god was this the worst Taco Bell I have ever had. If you’re getting ready to spend your last few $$ or craving Taco Bell or idk just passing through DO NOT COME HERE. Ordered a Crunchwrap & received a burnt tortilla with a tsp of meat/sour cream 😬 Beefy 5 layer & received two tortillas folded together with a little nacho cheese & sour cream. Fiesta potatoes & received shriveled potatoes from 1999 with one singular potato covered in cheese& sour cream… Again save your money. The one on Indian hill or foothill is just a few miles away but worth it. Ordered 6/29 around 10:30

A very unprofessional woman was working at the Drive Thru this past Thursday around 7 pm. I asked her for a couple of seconds to decide, she did not answer back. I asked if they had Lemonade when she asked me what kind of drink I wanted and she said nothing but just put the order down without a verbal yes or no answer. She asked me if I would like to round up to donate and asked if I wanted sauce; I said "No to both". Then she asks "So you want one of each sauce?". Then I humored her and said sure. Then she asked if I wanted to donate again, I said No. I get up to the window and she takes my card for payment. She asks again if I wanted sauce I said No its fine (terrible listener). Then she gives me my box and my card on the top at the same time, what if my card dropped?.... please fire this incompetent worker. The cashier name on my receipt started with a G.

Editing my rating from 5 stars to 1 after my wifes terrible experience tonight 5/3/20. Our kiddos like the cinnamon twists from here so wife decided to go pick up Taco Bell. After she received food from drive thru she checked sealed bags and realized we were shorted two bean burritos and no receipt. She goes in, tells the workers about the missing burritos and they say okay and they make two burritos real quick. No biggie, all is good... nope. When she gets home we find that the burritos are plain bean and cheese, no onions or sauce. Our young daughters tacos were placed in locos taco shells, so inedible for her. And the taco in my box was crushed. The rest of my box was good though. Now the wife swears she's never going to go back. The kiddos will never get cinnamon twists again. And now I have to go break the bad news to them and listen to them cry... thanks.

Horrible. Horrible service. I waited 10 mins. Cool I get it. I get there and the dude was just standing there not helping the cook. They had a line of 8 cars but nah he’s cool just standing there. Then my food all came out cold. I had to heat it up myself. Oh and he forget my drink. I had to reverse and ask him. I get its fast food and what not but no mames ..

Terrible customer service. Came here to get a crispy chalupa and got get. Came back literally the next day and the guy tells me they don’t make them crispy. I said I just got it made that way yesterday. He responds they never have done it that way. Interesting how someone tells me what I ate and paid for before!
