The staff here is so kind and patient - a girl named Raniece in particular went above and beyond to help me with an issue this morning & even though I was initially frustrated to have to ask, I left with a smile because of her customer service. She was treating every customer that way. Staff members like this will keep me going back.

Heads up, there’s ALWAYS a long drive-thru line but it is for good reason. Excellent customer service and quick!

Switching to Rao’s from now on. Couldn’t use my points cause I ordered a latte instead of a blond coffee with two pumps of vanilla and frothed milk. Prices have gone up and policy changes like having to ask for sleeves and napkins bring customer satisfaction (mine), down.
The place was dusty. And the trashes were full. Drips where on the trash can counter it was not tended to. It took about 15 mins for my drink. The cashier was going out for the day and as she was carrying her things out she had an open drink which wasted behind me and splashed on me. She apologized and kept on going. She left the drink waste on the floor.
Not a single smile or greeting from any of the employees! They couldn't even make eye contact with me when I had to ASK for my danish that was ordered with my drink! Terrible customer service! This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the area but not anymore!

Drive thru service was fine without a long wait, the latte was standard. What was shocking was how dirty and trash filled the grounds were. Litter everywhere - beer bottles, plastic bags, plastic cups, cigarette butts, etc. The area right up to the pick up window looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. How bad is the inside if this is what greets you as soon as you enter the property? Disgusting
I’m so tired of going to this location, asking for extra shots of expresso and not getting it. I’m very familiar with how my coffees should taste but moving into this town, they have failed everytime. No reason my coffee should taste like milk with extra espresso! I don’t drink coffee often but when I do this location always fails!
The music is always so loud you can barely hear yourself think and then people have to talk over the music to hear each other. It’s impossible to get anything done. Immediately regret choosing coming to this Starbucks.

Asked us what we want, I bring out my phone to show her previous order she's sighed very loudly and rudely then walked away with a major attitude. Save yourself a headache and go across the street to the main location. Sorry we inconvenienced you this evening ma'am
This one is very rude and they have messed up my order multiple times and when I asked them to remake it nicely they were very rude about it and acted like it was a very big deal. Another time I came in I again, nicely said I did not want any whip cream. When I walked away they started talking about me loudly to where I could hear them.
Drink was made wrong and then when I politely explained for the second time it was still not correct and they were snarky about it. To get it wrong isn’t a huge deal but it’s not okay to be rude.
Worse place ever!! The manager was super rude and they did not know to make a simple order. They need to upgrade their staff ASAP! And not to mention she took over 30 min to do a refund while people was waiting online.

This has to be the lowest level of starbucks standards. Everyone looks lost. No cleanliness. Nasty. Would not recommend at all. Needs a thorough inspection. Not friendly Starbucks as a company would be disappointed.
