Delicious, filling and healthy! Our whole family loved it. Our teens had the plate size which filled their stomachs and checked their protein goals for the day. Adding this into our family routine.
Great food!! The grilled flavor of the meat really makes these dishes stand out!!
Flame Broiler is amazing!! Healthy, tasty, nostalgic - all at a great price. The white chicken bowl is the bomb - you won’t find better fast casual Asian dining in DFW!
Absolutely Amazing – 10/10 Experience! I just tried Flame Broiler for the first time and WOW. This Korean spot is incredible! I ordered the bulgogi plate and it completely blew me away. The portion was way more generous than I expected I was actually full from just one plate, which says a lot! It was the perfect balance: not too little, not overwhelming, just right. What really took things to the next level were the sauces. I tried all three, and the mix of flavors was spectacular. Seriously, they tie the whole dish together beautifully. The vegetables were fresh and abundant broccoli, cabbage, carrots everything tasted clean and well-prepped. It honestly felt like a complete, balanced meal. I already know I’m going to be a regular here. The bulgogi? Tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. I devoured everything after snapping some pics (which I’ll share here, of course!). Also, I noticed the last review wasn’t the best, and I just felt strongly that this place deserves love and recognition. If you’ve been thinking about trying it do it. You won’t regret it.
This rice bowl spot is an absolute win. The flavors are bold, well-balanced, and incredibly satisfying, every bite is packed with savory, slightly sweet, and umami-rich notes that feel authentic. The sauces really stand out, tying everything together without overpowering the ingredients. Portion sizes are huge, especially for the price. You definitely get more than enough food to keep you full, making it great value whether you’re stopping by for lunch or dinner.
It’s great to see restaurants from back home in Southern California and expand here in Texas. There’s nothing like a simple chicken or teriyaki rice bowl. Prices have gone up since I remember, but the food is still good and reasonably priced compared to other fast food restaurants out there. I hope to see more locations open up here in North Texas!
Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste high quality, and everything feels clean and healthy without sacrificing flavor. Service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant itself was spotless. It’s a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal that still feels wholesome. We’ll definitely be coming back. highly recommend!
5 Stars - Fresh, Flavorful, and Fast! Just had an amazing meal at Flame Broiler in Prosper and I'm already planning my next visit! I ordered the chicken bowl and it was absolutely delicious - the meat was perfectly grilled with just the right amount of char, and the teriyaki glaze was spot-on. The portion was generous and served over a bed of fluffy rice with fresh veggies. What I love most about this place is how fresh everything tastes. You can tell they take pride in their food quality. The chicken was tender and juicy, not dry at all. I also tried their signature strawberry lemonade, which was the perfect complement to the savory bowl - refreshing and not too sweet. The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming, with a casual atmosphere that's perfect for a quick lunch or relaxed dinner. The staff was friendly and efficient, getting my order out quickly without sacrificing quality. If you're in Prosper and looking for a healthier fast-casual option that doesn't compromise on flavor, Flame Broiler is the place to go. The value for the quality and portion size is excellent. Highly recommend giving them a try - you won't be disappointed!
I was in the area and I was looking to try something different. This restaurant, Flame Broiler, attracted me because of their meat selection, as well as their choices of choosing veggies or a carb such as rice. Since I am on the low carb keto way of living, this restaurant works well for me, but it also works well for those who enjoy rice bowls. This is a Korean inspired restaurant whose origin story portrays accurately the American dream. Young Lee the founder, had a passion and an inspiration to share his Korean way of cooking with the world. With humble beginnings in Orange County, California this restaurant has been able to spread its roots throughout the United States. Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed that it was very clean. The interior design along with a combination of colors gives a lifting energy of positivity and warm welcome. To start choose from a mini bowl, a bowl, or a plate. Choose your base of rice or vegetables. They have a few more options as well. I ordered the bowl with vegetables as the base and two meats which they call half-and-half. 2.5 ounces of spicy Korean chicken, with a spicy sauce on the side, and 2.5 ounces of the Korean Bulgogi. Service was fast and the staff were welcoming. The ingredients in the meal were fresh, well seasoned, well portioned, and flavorful. This is a great place to get a healthy, quick, tasty, and filling meal for a decent price. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Ordered takeout for our office lunch. Food was fresh and tasted great! Will be ordering again soon!
Great service!! The girl who took our order was super helpful & accommodating to us even though we came back super close to closing. Very impressed!
Great place!!!! So happy they came to our area. Great food, atmosphere, and very clean. I would eat here every day if I could. Hope to see more locations soon so I can have it no matter where I am around town. Owners are very involved and passionate about giving everyone the best experience and product as you can see from the reviews comments. Some types of food aren’t for everyone but I would be very surprised if anything isn’t cooked properly. I know the owners are diligent and always doing quality control and ensuring the product is consistent. They are hard working people like the rest of us. Don’t sweat the haters or their comments. Make the decisions for yourself. I think majority will return.
So good! I loved the white meat chicken with white rice and veggies with their magic sauce (teriyaki). The veggies were cooked perfectly. Not mushy at all. They turned on some 90’s music and I swear I felt like I was back in high school. Same food and music. The restaurant was clean and the staff was so nice. 10/10 recommend.
Live in the area and had driven by this place so many time and decided to give it a try. I ordered the spicy Korean chicken bowl and BEWARE it is VERY spicy, almost uneatable. I like spicy but I guess this was not the spice I’m use to. Kimchi should not be a separate charge I feel. It should come with the bowl on the side. The atmosphere is nice. Food came out pretty fast. Overall good experience but idk if I’ll come back but we’ll see.
Customer service was nice, but food was a bit meh! Chicken was a llittle over cooked and tough and the sauce was a bit too salty n sweet. Not sure what it is, maybe no authenticity, but something is off, it's almost like eating a microwave dinner 🤔 Add some music and more lights to bring your location to life! Keep smiling is #1, #2 is high quality ingredients #3 cleanliness #4 ambience! Good luck I hope you guys succeed 🙏
I tried bowl places and I swear I thought it would be like qdoba o Chipotle style, but no, at first it looks ok, but then protein was burnt and tasted like, veggies literally 4 slices of carrot and a piece of brocoli, and 75% rice. Big bowl it's my hand size, I mean if you enjoy this kind of food that has 75% rice that's fine, I don't... For $19 a bowl plus drink and that size it's a little higher the price, half avocado $3 it's expensive. Would I come back? Not really.
I ate it and it wasn’t bad ,actually tasty but ended up coming out of both sides of my body. I wanted to like this place but will not eat again since it gave me food poisoning. Also extremely happy I didn’t share with my little ones.
I got the Steak bulgogi bowl, with white rice. The steak had good flavor but was overcooked and dry. The rice was very under cooked and crunchy. Broccoli was perfect and delicious, carrots were very mushy. As for the service, it was lackluster. The young lady seemed bored, over it, not in the mood. Didn't get a hello or welcome. The atmosphere was pretty clean, a small space. Not busy. Not really worth it, I'll go the extra few blocks down to panda express if I want a bowl of any kind again or to a restaurant with proper bulgogi.
Good place The cashier doesn’t seem like she wants to be therr. A lot of the food was gone. It’s Saturday so inventory should’ve been coming in. Last time I went food was great this At the it was really bad
I found a large piece of bone as I was chewing! So lucky I got my kid the tofu but the tofu must have been spoiled because it had a bad smell.
