If you’re staying at the Aloft Marriott in Richardson, Texas, or happen to be anywhere nearby, Elevated needs to be on your list of places to stop. The ambiance is perfect for a coffee date, meeting with friends, or sitting down with your favorite book. This is my third stop, and I’ve tried multiple drinks and treats as as the group I am with. Today I got my chai latte to go and I’m sitting by the pool once again the drink is perfection.

How many matchas do I have to drink before I can buy a Labubu???? Haha. Jk. I felt so performative coming inside to order a matcha. Jokes aside, everything was pleasant. The cashier/clerk was sweet & sincere. Person that made my drink was quick and also friendly. I ordered the Ube matcha that was on the drink menu & the blueberry danish. This was my 2nd time trying matcha and this time I enjoyed it A LOT more than the first. The foam on top was so smooth and somewhat creamy. Don’t know what to compare it to, but I get the hype as to why people have followed “the trend”. 8/10 Now… for the highlight… I am a SLU- sucker for a good danish and this… was a solid 9/10. Whoever made it, I hope you get all the green lights on your way to work, cold side every time you flip your pillow and may your pockets always be full bc it was so good. Danish had a buttery & flakey outside, that provided a nice crunch with every bite. Creamy middle with tasty(and fresh) blueberries. I will use this danish as an excuse to go back and try another matcha flavor. The only negative was that the price point is not it. I assume it’s the area. It’s by the State Farm HQ building and there’s an apartment complex around the corner. Bc man… $7 for a drink and another $6 for the delicious danish?!?? Do what you want with your free will. I will be back but I’m not in a rush TBH.

Enjoyed their elevated milk tea with boba at 70% sugar. Not as sweet as other shops at the same level, so keep that in mind when adjusting sweetness. Location is awesome especially with those lights outside around holiday season.

If you love coffee, especially Vietnamese coffee, Elevated Coffee is a must-visit! Their menu is huge with so many creative options — from flavorful cold foam drinks to beautiful matcha lattes. I tried their mango matcha and the crème brûlée cold foam Vietnamese coffee, and both were absolutely delicious. They even have unique pairings like banana coffee that you won’t find anywhere else. The location is great, right near a bar, so it’s a nice spot to enjoy a drink outdoors when the weather is good. Friendly staff, cozy vibe, and drinks that taste just as good as they look. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went in on a Saturday morning. It was surprisingly empty. We were greeted with a smile and greeting right away! Cute place with cute decor. They have a self-service kiosk in the corner immediately to the left upon entering which I was told is for when the store is busy. I ordered a caramel frappe and it was by far one of the most delicious ones that I've tried.

Nice variety of drinks, customizable, friendly staff and lots of attention to quality of tea, especially their matcha and oolong drinks. Their foam (especially the pandan) on Vietnamese coffee is a great combination! I also like the tv screen showing the status and eta of each order. Elevated also hosts local pop-ups from food, arts and crafts, and social/reading clubs; a much appreciated member of the local community.

In a tucked away area and it was a nice chill vibe. They have cute events for special holidays. The matcha flight was awesome. The baked goods were delicious.

We got the Butter beer latte and a Matcha KitKat latte, both with oat milk. Drinks tasted great. This place is pretty cute and has a good amount of seating for you to read, study, or just catch up with friends.

Update: I also tried their Butter Cream Bread and Almond Croissant! The butter cream bread was a great snack with creamy butter. The almond croissant is a perfect sweet treat! An awesome cafe to catch up with friends or get work done! They have great seasonal and classic drinks. My favorites are the Holly Jolly Matcha (strawberry) and the Strawberry Lychee tea. The staff is really friendly and has great recommendations!

2nd time going here. Everything so far has been really good! Great location to chill, lots of options for drinks and even some snacks available. I love that they offer Matcha / coffee flights.

Their strawberry matcha was solid the first time I had it, the matcha was bold and the strawberry compote (they make in house) didn’t overpower the drink. But the second time I came back it was milky and I didn’t taste the matcha unfortunately. And they gave me a cold pop tart

Good coffee but completely overpriced. $8.5 for a large americano is crazy work

Pretty good, this is the only place with boba drink options that’s within walking distance of where I live and they are great. My only complaint would be the prices are also “elevated” and the only reason I would go here would be for any unique menu items (ube matcha, for instance) otherwise it’s not really worth it. But overall a decent coffee/boba shop.

Overall, I gave it a 3 because the drinks are good, but the prices are super expensive compared to other places of similar or better quality. Maybe it's the location. There used to be other coffee places like Starbucks in Cityline, and their absence might be one reason for the higher prices. The drinks and service are good overall. The place looks good with bare floors, but for the prices charged, I expected a more upscale environment.

I mean, I still don’t understand how we ended up paying this much for coffee and bread! 😅 The girl at the counter was super sweet, though! That would be the only highlight. Decent coffee shop in Richardson CityLine area with easy access to DART trains. No problem with the coffee shop but the pricing is insane. A small coffee is $3.75 (fine) but a large is $5.75? Love the location but I can't afford to come back to a place that charges $6 pre-tax for a black coffee.

Coffee was disappointingly average, but priced like something special. Hard to justify paying nearly double what you’d spend at Starbucks when the quality is noticeably worse. The atmosphere didn’t help—pretty mediocre, nothing that makes you want to stay or come back. Service was also frustratingly slow. Orders took far too long to prepare, especially given how simple they were, while staff seemed more focused on their own conversations than on customers. Overall, nothing here supports the price point. Not sure how this place manages to stay in business.

When we politely asked Happy why, she said “that’s how they are everywhere” with a lot of attitude. I had no idea that was the case, and if they’re going to serve a 5oz drink in a cup much larger than that, she should have mentioned it while we were ordering. I asked if we could switch to different drinks, and she said yes and told us to throw the old ones away. I thought that was wasteful, so I set them aside to give to someone since there was nothing wrong with them. While we were waiting for the new drinks, Happy came over and threw them away herself without even asking. When I got the remake, I specifically asked for no cinnamon because I’m allergic. The drink still had cinnamon in it. Thankfully, the blonde barista who’s always been kind and professional every time I’ve visited quickly remade it correctly. When I told Happy not to give me attitude with my drink next time, she started yelling at me, saying “what attitude, I’m not giving any attitude.” I explained that I’ve been coming every day this past week because the other ladies there are amazing and make the experience great. Happy then said, “well guess what, you don’t need to come back.” I requested a refund because I didn’t want to argue with a rude manager at 8 a.m. Everyone else at this shop has been wonderful, but Happy completely ruined the experience. She’s the opposite of her name, and as long as she’s there, I won’t be returning.
