Avis sur Raising Cane's Richmond
This was my first time trying this restaurant The restaurant is clean. The menu is short and simple. The chicken is tender and juicy. The price is within my budget.
This place took my Cane's Virginity. Staff was extremely sweet, and the food was super fresh and was delicious. I'm officially a Fan.
The food came super fast and hot! The atmosphere was INSANE! We love the disco balls! If we lived closer, this would be THE spot.
I want to take a moment to recognize Emma! On Saturday/Sunday, Emma went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service 10 minutes before the restaurant closed. Despite the late hour, she greeted us with a positive attitude and a big smile. She was patient, attentive, and made sure our order was exactly right. It was clear she took pride in her work and cared about the experience each customer was having. Emma turned what could have been just a quick fast-food stop into a memorable visit. Her energy and professionalism stood out, and she truly deserves to be recognized for her amazing service. Raising Cane’s is lucky to have her on the team!
Stopped here on a roadtrip. It was easy to get to from the highway. It looks like it was recently built right by the baseball stadium. The same parking lot has a new pizza place, Starbucks, etc. The food was good and hot. Exactly what we expected and the service was quick. We sat on the outside patio which was nice. They had three private bathrooms which were clean.
I absolutely love Raising Canes! The chicken is perfectly and flavorfully breaded and canes sauce is out of this world! I could eat their Texas toast forever! It’s hands down the best fast food fried chicken out there! The location was very nice and clean and the staff was wonderful! Service was also very prompt!
Chicken fingers are good..get 4 tenders and fountain drink toast and coleslaw slaw for around $13..the lemonade is truly horrible..tastes like watered down Gatorade..I asked them did they run out of sugar that day. They said no its always tasteless
We came here the day after it opened. There were plenty of people here for dinner. Wait time was about 10 minutes after ordering. They had sweet and unsweetened tea in addition to the fountain drinks (orange Fanta, Dr. Pepper, and Pepsi, I think). We got one combo, 4 fingers a la carte, two Texas toasts a la carte, and two kids meals. The chicken fingers were moist and not too salty. The breading did not have much flavor but it had a great crisp. The chicken fingers are a good value at $1.82 each. The crinkle fries were hot, fresh, and nicely salted. We were eager to try the special sauce. It was good - had some spice and a vinegar taste to it. I’m not sure if most small children would like it. I got a side of house-made honey mustard for 44 cents. It had a milder flavor than the special sauce but did not have a honey flavor that I would expect. They had a Heinz ketchup pump that we didn’t use. The toasts were large and tasty - also a good value. Our friend also got a side of coleslaw with his combo but we forgot to ask how it tasted. The kids meal came with two chicken fingers, fries, a drink, and a double sided paper to decorate a cat and a dog with stickers which were fun. The restaurant interior decorations were beautiful, modern, and paid homage to local Richmond sports teams. As our first time trying Raising Canes, it was a good experience. I wish that there were more sauce options because I think that it would be more worth it to order a bunch of chicken fingers and have fun trying different sauces. The menu itself was pretty limited. I didn’t see any dessert options. I think to be competitive with other chicken restaurants in the area like Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, and Korean BBQ chicken the menu should be wider but I doubt that is something that can change within this one storefront. We didn’t do drive through but saw that there were two ordering lanes that were well managed with Raising Cane’s traffic control.
Had chicken tenders and fries with a lemonade. Chicken was ok nothing special, didn't care for lemonade at all was not sweet but the fries was the bomb!!
I would avoid this location. I came here for lunch, ordered a simple chicken sandwich no lettuce no sauce. I repeated myself 3 times at the speaker. I get to the first window, they forgot to put no sauce- fine, I corrected it. Move to second window and I am given a sandwich with sauce… I go inside to get it corrected, now I get a sandwich with lettuce….. so now I’m frustrated because are yall okay??? Meat and bread baby, it’s not hard. Anyways, some lil girl in the back start having an attitude, continuously cutting me off saying “we got you.” When clearly I have not been got. I eventually get the right sandwich. Wasted my entire lunch break getting the most basic item.
During my recent visit for dinner, I found the food to be of high quality; however, I must express my disappointment regarding the demeanor of the cashier, who was not friendly and helpful.
We stopped here because my kids wanted to try the sauce they’d seen trending on TikTok. The chicken tenders were decent, but the overall experience was disappointing. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and when we arrived there was already a line. I needed to use the restroom, only to find the doors locked and requiring a code. When I asked for the code, I was told I had to pay first—an absurd policy and a clear example of poor customer service. On top of that, the prices were shockingly high. Feeding six kids and two adults came to $86 for what is essentially fast food. That’s far too much for the quality offered. As for the famous sauce, it turned out to be nothing special—just hype. Between the inflated prices, the bathroom policy, and the underwhelming food, this is not a place I’ll be returning to.
Packed, understaffed, constantly placing mobile orders and the estimated time is wildly off. Often times, I'll order online and the food is already made, but since they're so busy or can't be bothered to move it over to the mobile pick up area I'll have to pester a worker about it or wait in line. Sucks.
Likely won’t come back. Got the Caniac 6 finger meal. It was $18+ and looked like I could have gotten it at a school fund raiser. I would have been disappointed if what I got was $10. The chicken was not traditional chicken tenderloins but chicken breast cut into strips which I don’t necessarily mind but these seemed smaller than tenderloins. The fries were soggy and looked like they came from the frozen section at Kroger. If RC wants to charge these crazy prices they need to do much better on quality.
I’m from Baton Rouge and have grown up eating canes wherever they are sourcing chicken is horrible for the cuts and the meat is obviously frozen and then used. This was my second experience at this Canes within a few months having the same low quality meal I have never experienced at canes. This operator and any other like him are the reason Canes doesn’t have a strong presence in this area.
Clearly your staff didn’t listen to what I ordered. I requested 4 piece extra crispy fries with extra sauce. I did not receive what I requested.
First thing I can say about this place they need new cooks I have never seen so much salt on the fries the manager was screaming the whole time at her crew - sad to say theres not one white person working here Thats the issue when I had a problem with my food she didn’t even say anything to me she literally Turned around n walked away ….. definitely new staff needed
They got nothing to serve but chicken fingers and it did surprise me. Apparently these were quite good. The fries were pale as raw, the sandwich was just chicken fingers w sauce on a bun and lettuce was out. On top of that every trashbin was overflowing. Theres no more to say because there was no more. Ambience was beautiful tho. Will not come back
