Muy bien servicio,tiene buena atención, las habitaciones limpias,solo la tv se veía como borroso los canales pero pues como no hiba ver tele todo el.tiempo. El desayuno estába muy bueno y tenía bonita presentación.

Bonito hotel, habitaciones con balcón y hamaca, muy confortables, el desayuno es sencillo pero rico, fruta fresca y un pan de la casa muy muy bueno. Todo muy bien, excelente servicio.

Muy bonito el lugar, la vista que tiene del muelle es espectacular al ponerse el sol. La ubicación del hotel está bastante bien, ya que queda cerca de los restaurantes y está junto al sitio donde se reunen los guías para ir a los tours.

Sencillo, espacioso, limpio, agradable, con un desayuno rico por la mañana y vistas al manglar.

We ate here two nights during our stay in Rio Lagartos. Several items on the menu we wanted to order were not available, but that's not a big issue: the food that is there is delicious and plenty. Especially the prawns are of excellent quality!

Wow! We stopped at the restaurant after enjoying a wonderful boat trip, the atmosphere was very inviting so we thought we would give it a try before driving back. Everything exceeded our expectations! Our server Edwin was very attentive. We started with a mixed ceviche, which was wonderful, and followed it with, pasta, coconut prawns and a cameron hamburguesa. All we can say is that it was by far the absolute best meal we have had in Mexico so far this year. If you are in town, do not miss to stop here!

This is the best place to eat in this town. Juan took great care of us! They use REAL butter with the lobster, everywhere else uses margarine, and for me that is not an option. We checked them all and this place is for sure the best. Great cocktails, food, and service. And prices are reasonable I will be back for sure!

Provides a beautiful ambience with a wide variety of menu items at a stellar price. José was our waiter tonight and is awesome, he was attending to multiple tables and was fantastic. My husband and I ordered the steak tacos, coconut shrimp, and two cocktails for $635 MXN. The coconut shrimp were the biggest I have ever seen, and they give you an entire plate full. Reasonable items for kids as well (pizza, burgers). The pictures of the menu are outdated, but do no fear. Their menu includes pastas, ceviche, beef, and of course - fish, shrimp, and lobster. Would definitely go back.

The food alone was already great. Fresh shrimps and fish, crunchy nachos, a tasty soup. But what made our stay even better was the service. Our waitress Kathi, was very attentive and professional. In the end we even got a tequila degustacion, that did not find its way on the bill. Thank you again for the nice evening. 10/10 would come again!!!

We enjoyed lunch in this restaurant, had a nice fish and grilled octopus. They brought us a complimentary small basket with chips and 3 home made salsas. Everything was very tasty, the waiter Alexis was serving us with a nice smile and care. If we have the chance, we will surely come back.

No your Mexican restaurant. tamarind Margarita was great, while regular mojito was… well fresh and regular. Food was ok: I tried Alfredo pasta which was little bland. husband tried chicken fried rice which he said was good. Nothing to complain and not sure what really to expect here.

Great place with fresh seafood, friendly staff. By far the best restaurant in town. We have tried Prawn and octopus Ceviche, grilled Octopus and all were delicious. The only area of improvement could be the drinks, mojito was not let good, very watery. Mezcal was great and nicely presented.

I spent a week in the Yuum Ha Hotel where this restaurant is located. We fished everyday and came back for lunch and siesta. Dinner was a celebration of seafood and local Mayan dishes. You can sit indoors or outside with a great sea breeze making dining very enjoyable and the views of the cays are wonderful. When it comes to food it just doesn't get any better. During our stay I had the grilled octopus, the lobster, the chicken mole, and the ceviche to name a few. All were world class 5 star creations. The staff was warm, helpful and efficient, the service was top notch. This is one of those restaurants that is a destination in itself. The area has world class attractions for sure but I would go back just for the food!

Amazing food and view!! We got the lobster, chicken fajitas, pasta and pizza. Absolutely loved it! The señoritas were very friendly and kind. They kept the chips and all the dips flowing. They also answered all our questions. Special shout out to Cati, she was great and gave tips to the places to visit around the area. Definitely coming back :)

Amazing place to grab dinner. Very well protected from the sun with a nice wind. We took the guacamole and it was amazing ! And we really like guacamole in general so we tend to be picky. Then we had two prawn burgers and they did not disappoint! It was a great food experience. The fries were correct, but not the highlight of the meal. Note that this place is also great for families with children because there is a small pool for kids.

Buen hotel con vista al lago. Los cuartos son agradables y cómodos, te ofrecen un desyuno (no estoy seguro si aplique en todos los paquetes) que consta de un cóctel de frutas, pan tostado y café, muy rico. El mismo hotel te ofrece un tour con recorrido en lancha (se paga aparte) en el que te llevan a ver a los flamencos.

Bien situado frente a la zona marítima, habitaciones sobrias pero amplias, limpias y con buenas vistas. Disponen de terraza con mesa y sillas, tv, baño con ducha, desayuno (básico ) incluido, café etc. La hab tiene dos camas grandes y cómodas. El personal amable. Tiene wifi.

Hotel ubicado en el malecón de Río Lagartos. Calidez y amabilidad en el servicio. Desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación. Se sirve de 7 a 10am. Vista preciosa a la ría y zona protegida; para coronar, desde el mismo hotel puedes regalarte un amanecer de ensueño. Está en el corazón de la avenida.

Está frente al embarcadero, donde se puede alquilar un bote para hacer un recorrido por el estero para observar los manglares, así como flamencos rosados y otras aves marinas. El estacionamiento no es muy amplio. El mobiliario es sencillo pero todo está limpio y ordenado.

Lugar muy tranquilo, limpio, cómodo frente a la costa, los recepcionistas y cocineros muy amables y atentos, muy agradecido, nos recomendaron una excursión en lancha con el capitán Martín, y nos hizo un tour donde vimos muchas aves, cocodrilos, flamencos, mientras nos explicaba muy bien todos los detalles, Río Lagartos 100% recomendable

Muy buen lugar: bien ubicado, comodo y espacioso. El único punto negativo que observe fue que los cubiertos, tenedores y cucharas del restaurante se veían siempre sucios, o al menos no eran limpiados adecuadamente. Sino fuera por eso, le daría las 5 estrellas. Espero que lo mejoren. En cuanto a precio también resultó muy bueno, en nuestra experiencia resultó más barato llegar y pedir una habitación que haber reservado en Internet. Espero les ayude mi tip.

Unas cabañas preciosas y el servicio muy bueno. Fueron amables y serviciales, nos recibieron con un cóctel que nos lo llevaron a la habitación, y por cortesía del hotel nos invitaban al café por las mañanas, el cual nos dejaban en el porche de la cabaña. Muy buena ubicación. Por lo que se paga, quizás debería cuidarse más la limpieza, ya que fuimos a desatar el cordón de la tela que rodea la cama y cayó una polilla muerta, y además, tenía manchas varias que no inspiraban confianza. En las sábanas también había manchas. Nos encontramos una mascarilla colgando de lo que creo que era el detector de humos. En fin, descuidos que le pueden pasar a cualquiera, pero por 450 dólares la noche creo que debería haber estado todo impoluto. Además, el wc no tragaba bien y la puerta del baño no cerraba (era corredera y se abría sola según la intentabas cerrar). Cuidan mucho la presentación de los platos y el desayuno está muy bueno, pero no recomiendo pedirlo incluido, sino mejor pagarlo allí, ya que no sale rentable. Cuesta 15 dólares por persona/día y solo incluye un plato y un zumo o café. Creo que pagando aparte sale mejor de precio. El aire acondicionado lo desactivan durante el día. En definitiva, un buen hotel, tranquilo y con vistas espectaculares, pero no vale lo que cuesta.

This place looks like any north american coffee shop, so we figured they would charge more but for good coffee. Seriously, we got charged 100 pesos for 2 cups of what can only be described as "two scoops of bad instant coffee". I'm sorry to say, but this is an absolute rip-off.
