Familiar food choices executed cleanly and excellently along with some Rochester twists, with quick and friendly service. Great cocktails and many vegetarian and vegan options. The coconut lettuce tomato (CLT) sandwich was particularly good.

Was a bit confused by British pub seating rules, usually US restaurants have a sign of you're supposed to seat yourself. The fish and chips were delightfully crispy but tender in the middle. When I declined the peas I was offered a substitute without asking. Husband had the shepherds pie which he really enjoyed except it was really hot. Be prepared to sit and converse while it cools. It was pretty busy but the wait time wasn't horrendous and there were a few tables free on a Wednesday night.

Went to watch the Manchester United game with my daughter and have lunch. The lady behind the bar was very pleasant and continuously checked to ensure everything was okay. Had the Bangers and Mash, and my daughter had "The Sheffield" Burger. Both were served hot and tasted very good. Nice pleasant atmosphere to watch the game. Unfortunately Manchester United lost, but time spent with my daughter was priceless. Thank you.

Went on Sunday night, it was quiet with lots of tables available. After chatting with our server, she said that it can get very busy some nights. Especially Tuesday for trivia! They take reservations for 4+ people. Our food was great with lots of fun options! Prices were appropriate for the portion and quality! Wing nights on Wednesdays, half off. Trivia night on Tuesday.

Love visiting the Sheffield with my friends! It's got great food for excellent prices! My go-to is the Shepherd's Pie 😋 it's so filling! Need to branch out and try different things on their menu when I go back!

Great English style pub. Beers and food are excellent. Prices are a bit high. Limited seated and service is a little slow but acceptable. When it comes to beer and food quality it's hard to beat.

Food was great. Everything we tried was very good. Very pricy though, $24 for bangers and mash is pretty high imo. But the mushy peas were amazing. Personally didn’t love the atmosphere, was more of a bar feel and was too loud for my taste. Overall great food for a price.

The fish fry was a bit overcooked, kind of fell apart while eating but it wasn't bad. The pub fries were delicious chunky potato slabs and the French onion soup was amazing! Also the brownie was totally tasty!

The food and service are both quite good but they weren't showing the bills today so we had to leave. Which is a shame cuz i wanted their fish and chips which are super good

Showed up and they blasted football at the loudest volume possible. If you like that, then this place has great food, drinks, and the staff is friendly to regulars.
