Best place to eat when you want to punish your body. Food still taste the same as it did in the 80's, so you can always take a trip down memory lane with them. There is so many things on the menu, but I only get the tacos.
Jack and I have a good relationship. No matter what time I decide to get jack. I'm always satisfied and my food always makes it home with me.
I went to this Jack in the box to pickup my mobile order. They served my food on point and the food was really good, the only complaint I have is the smell inside.
It's been a while since I've been to Jack in the Box and had their Chicken Fajita Pita but today I decided to see if they had made any improvements and they have! The chicken is so much better now...no more fatty chicken disc .
Had the worst experience in drive through but a young lady named Abby made it all better and showed me top notch service and made everything right
I ordered a Triple Bonus Jack, a box of tiny tacos, and stuffed jalapenos in drive-thru. The order was ready quickly considering all the fried food. Friendly and courteous drive-thru cashier made it worth the visit.
Breakfast is great the breakfast croissant is awesome.

The employees at this Jack in the box are almost always friendly and nice. The food is always hot and made correctly - I've never once gotten a wrong order here, even when I order things that aren't common. They're really on point - WAY better than the McDonald's close by.
Jack in the box is fast food. And we know not the most healthy but they have a great menu at a great value. No surprise changes to the recipes
Wonderful crew who work fast and are very polite. Order is always correct the first time. Great options on a budget with specialty items for selective eaters. All day breakfast is always a plus.
This restaurant has top quality, amazing cleanliness, fantastic service, and great prices. Coming to this restaurant despite there being a closer one, I never regret the trip here. Would love to keep spending my money here.
Nice tasting burgers and curly fries. Their salt Caramel oreo milkshake is fantastic but the store only has really thin straws. I ended up having to drink my shake with a spoon.
Aside from the guaranteed heartburn this is the only burger joint within a couple miles that will throw a fried egg on my burger. I love it. Whataburger won't do it. McDonald's won't do it. I hate Griff's. Forget Carl's Jr. Get a double jack with an egg or the bacon ultimate with an egg and some curly fries oooooooohhhhhwweeee that's good eating. But y'all need to dial back the syrupy drinks. They're overly sweet for no reason. Dr pepper shouldn't taste like a dessert.
I like Jack in the box. But sometimes the employees don't get the right training.. they mess up on simple things. Like not giving you napkins or giving you the wrong drink. Simple things like I said but over all I like having the box.
I have been eating at this one for many years and they are very consistent. Great service, hot food and usually get everything correct. I would give it 5 but I can't just because no matter how you look at it, its still fast food.
Listen, Jack in the box shoots straight. You're not going to a five star chef inspired Caribbean on a remote island restaurant, you're going to a place that serves fried tacos, has huge bowls, and a big clucks. However, the food is served hot and through all hours of the night. What more could you want? I recommend placing a mobile order as the wait can sometimes be an issue.
This was a nice change from the previous Jack in the box I visited. The service was great, the food came out correctly and good and nobody had an attitude. I was pleased and recommend it highly.
Rarely come here but order is usually right. We only do drive thru and it's usually pretty quick.
They need to start cooking their tortillas when they make breakfast burritos. And the eggs are really runny even after they've been scrambled. I don't understand why eggs are runny when they've been scrambled. The cheese that they use is not very good it's freaking American cheese they need to do a lot different I need to use some real cheddar cheese and maybe some mozzarella and they need to cook their freaking eggs longer
My order is always correct, but they guard their ranch packets like they're made of gold. They wouldn't even let me purchase the extra ranch packets I wanted but was told I couldn't have. My typical order at this location is 10-20 tacos, at least 2 combo meals, and loads of appetizers and desserts. My orders usually hover around $30-$40, and 5 packets is the most ranch they've ever given me despite me asking for more/offering to pay for more.
The ultimate cheeseburger was perfect. As delicious as I remember as a 14 year old boy. Curly fries weren't fresh though and they were hsedly even warm when I immediately ate them after being served. I first ordered a root beer but it was very bland, had the flavor of sweet water. I returned it and instead got a Dr. Pepper which wasn't as bland but was severely lacking in its flavor. The service was excellent, there just needs to be minor improvements however... I do feel a little ripped off as I hardly ate the curly fries abd the soda just didnt hit that refreshing spot. I didnt complain because well, its become a regularity to get sub-par foods from fast food restaurants these days. Thank you for reaching out to me, despite my feelings I still really enjoyed that ultimate cheeseburger. It was excellent.
Could not pick up my order without waiting in a long line for the drive-thru window. No entry to the inside counter was allowed to pick up my order placed & paid online. That affected the temperature of the food when I finally got to the window.
A bit too greasy for me and they always mess up my order. I asked for 3 items fixed and one guy told me to bring all my food back the next day. I explained half of it was eaten and he suggested i was trying to get free food. I said i only wanted what was wrong. He asked why i didnt come back right then. Very rude. But other than that every other time i call in for my order corrected theres not a huge issue.
I received the wrong fríes. Ordered curly fries instead received regular fries. Service was OK. Tacos were old and stale at least one out of 3 ordered. Burger was really good though.
This Jack and the box is pretty hit or miss. Sometimes they get the orders wrong, sometimes there’s no fries even if you order a medium fries there’s barely any. I feel price gouged when I come here.
The worker was nice and friendly, the food was good, but when I went to get my drinks at the soda machine 🤢 the machine smelled like throw up. The drinks themselves didn't smell but the machine was so pungent. A shame because everything else was fine.

I went to this location and ordered the Teriyaki Bowl combo. On the menu it says brown rice available upon request, which I requested and it stated as much on my receipt. The first thing that rubbed me the wrong way was it appeared the employee did not even know the menu. She asked me the side I wanted with that particular combo, well it states it comes with and egg roll. I said the egg roll that comes with it, she asked what drink I wanted and I said water, she said oh a water cup. Now if it is a combo, my drink size should be the one that comes with the combo, regardless if it is water or soda. So when I get to the window I pay, I get this tiny cup of water, and my meal, I am on my way. I decide to check my meal, and discover I have white, instead of brown rice. I go back and tell them I requested brown rice, the guy at the counter says, "We don't serve brown rice at this location." 😒 I then I asked for my money back, which was returned, but they seemed annoyed and surprised by my request. I think they just expected me to accept the white rice. Since I was just expecting to have my bowl made as I requested, I did not bring the bag back. The guy asks "Where's the egg roll?" Of course I did not expect to get anything for free, but his body language and the way he asked, was very off-putting. I went and brought in the egg roll and the guy rudely slammed it in the trash. I will not return to this location. The entire interaction could have been avoided by either taking off, or covering up, the brown rice option on the menu board. Or by the person taking the order, letting me know upfront, this particular location does not serve brown rice, then I would have decline to purchase at that point.😑
The food was underwhelming. In an era where McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, and Whataburger lead the fast food war, I struggle to see where Jack-in-the-Box fits in. Is it a burger place? Is it a Mexican food joint? It definitely isn't a chicken sandwich place -- go down the street to either Cane's or Chick-fil-A if you want authentic chicken.
First time in that location .5 miles from home Dine in rest room is bad condition no Cleanliness i have ordered no 12 crispy chicken sandwich that is not cook properly so not a place for recommendation need big improvements
Usually this location is really good. However my latest trip there was not so great. The chicken on my sandwich was kind of a soft crunchy in the middle of it. Felt a little like I was eating a somewhat crunchy rubber piece of chicken. Won't be returning to this location for a while. Also, something was obviously wrong with the soda machine as well because my Dr. Pepper was disgusting.
845pm on a Saturday- All the lights are off. No one answers the phone. I don't see anyone inside. Hours online need to be updated. More often than not, i find them closed way earlier than posted hours and they cone off the drive thru. Is this location closing for good?? I went to the Rockwall location instead and they were still open and busy.
Everytime I come here instead of the wylie location I regret not driving the extra few miles. Tacos are soaked in grease and are more like a soft taco. It’s like they don’t even try. Last turn coming to this location. Chicken express across the street is solid. Going there from now on.
The guy taking orders via drive-thru 10/4/22 at 6:45 was incredibly rude, and through his tone of voice alone showed how irritated he was to be taking the order and acted very impatient / "put out" to be doing so. Ticket says "Tisha" but not quite sure if that name belongs to the employee we interacted with. After enduring the poor attitude and brushing it off, he ended up shorting the order by one whole sandwich (Sourdough Jack) yet we were still charged for it. Did not discover this until we arrived home. The food taste/flavor matched the service. This location is absolutely NOT recommended. To anybody reading this: if you hate your job then QUIT.
I’m always craving Jack late night. Unfortunately this location closes early. But for some reason this location likes to close 20 minutes early. Puts cones to block off drive thru. For example, tonight my husband can see they are open. 20 minutes before close. As he pulls in, an employee hurry’s and puts the cones out. I don’t wanna be a “Karen” in fear they’ll mess with my food. So looks Like no late nights Jack in the box for me…

Every morning at 605 I come by and want to get food and it's never open. Hours say open 6am. Never open at 6am
Trish, jacked up my order, someone else had to come on the speaker to finish it. Then she barbarically swiped my debit card about 50 times before asking me if I had another form of payment. Now my card is completely jacked! The edges are rough as hell and she managed to crack the strip long ways. Of course no food, but hey, there's plenty of sub par fast food in Rowlett. If the taco bell wouldn't have caught fire, I wouldn't even had the displeasure of meeting this waste of minimal wage.
Slow, understaffed and forcing people to wear a mask. Cant get a simple order correct. I ordered the new chicken sandwich and received a bacon cheeseburger. I hope who ever got my sandwich enjoyed it. Smh.
Food was disgusting!!! If there was a choice to not rate it I wouldn’t have. The fact that their not open to the public yet, they should at least mean there food fresh and hot . Fries and tacos tasted like they’ve been sitting there, the chicken tasted like they just warmed it up in the microwave. Won’t be going back there ever again !!
They gave me the wrong order then, then charged me for it which was 4x the cost of what my original order was. When asked for a refund the shift manager Jose refused stating that what they gave us is what we ordered and that there is nothing they can do about it.
Literally the most ghetto location I have ever been to. Staff is extremely disrespectful. We came at 1am to grab some food and there were maybe 5 fries inside The box. We asked her if she could give us some more or if we could order another order and she said we would have to drive back around and get in line again.
Coustomer service was terrible loved seeing the “manager” pull his face mask off wipe his nose with his gloves on and keep working. There attitudes were “Awesome” 🙄. There’re never 24 hours even tho their lights are on and cars are parked.
This is the 4th time we come to this location between 11pm-12am and ask for a shake and the worker says they don’t have any. I didn’t ask why the past couple of times but I was curious and decided to ask today and the person that was taking our order put someone else on and the other person said they stopped serving shakes cause they were about to close in an hour? Today, we went around 12am and online it says they close at 1:30am? What’s really going on.. 👎🏻
This is the worst Jack in the Box in Rowlett, probably Texas, I have ever been to. My taco's had brown lettuce, any green lettuce was slimy. And they tasted so bad, it was like something sour. Couldn't drink my Dr Pepper, it tasted sour, probably from the taco's. If there was a supervisor on duty, they should be fired for selling bad food. If there wasn't a supervisor on duty they should be fired for the lack of training there employees. These people I'm sure would not eat what they sold me. Very very disappointed, I will never ever go back. That's sad, because I LOVE going taco's!!
Never coming back to this Jack in the Box. They just updated their closing hours to 11pm, but I came here with my brother right before 10pm, and we saw employees leaving through the back door near the drive through. They didn’t acknowledge us until we asked if they were closed and even then they were closing AN HOUR EARLIER than the time listed. Taco Bell next door received our business instead :)
Came to this location at 10:45 when they close at 11pm and they blocked off the drive thru and locked their doors early so my partner went to knock on the door. They said they closed early because of being short staffed??? ….. with five employees cars in the parking lot. Seemed like they just didn’t want to work smh. All we wanted was ONE shake.
This place I definitely not 24hrs. Last week I was passing by after work. The workers flagged me down before entering telling me they are closed. All 4 employees had cigarettes in hand. Today I passed by craving my favorite tacos. Lights off one car in the parking lot. Had to settle for McDonalds.
Went last Sunday, its hard to mess up service in a drive thru but it awful. They couldn't hear/understand me. They didn't know what was on their own menu. We didn't reciece everything we ordered. Some of the food was cold. From the time we entered the drive through till the time we got our food was about 30 minutes. Very poor and stressful experience.
Went here on a late night craving tacos drove all the way from Wylie because it’s super close to my house and I was coming home from an event. Online it says it closes at 1am I got there exactly at 12:50pm. I only knew the exact time because when I went to say my order they decline me service and said they were already closed. I told the guy in confusion like, “I thought you guys close at 1?” And he rudely said again “we are closed.” I know I got there close to closing time but come on, jack in the box takes no time to give out tacos. So I won’t choose to go there again. Plus I read some other reviews on here and whoa, I’m disgusted....
I ordered the munchie box which is suppose to have Mozzarella sticks, onion rings and curly fries. I got one mozzarella stick, 2 onion rings and a box of fries. Sigh I should have checked it. 5his location, like many JBO only gets it right about half the time
Use to be really good now tacos dripping with sauce so much you can’t hardly eat them and greasy. Ordered a chocolate shake and it was just foam like they forgot the ice cream. Will not go back . They just keep getting worse. How do you mess up a shake?????
Employee was rude and argumentative. Ordered a drink, got to the window only to be told he didn’t put it on my order... irritating but okay whatever I’ll go some where else. Pull forward to check my order- shorted me 2 tacos, pulled back through only to have the guy argue that all my tacos were in the bag, while he is holding my 2 other tacos. Why in the world would I pay for 16 tacos so I could try and scam 2 extras?!
Management was so rude. Told the young boy in front of me he ordered wrong and that he made it they way he ordered. I guess the customer isn't right. My take is if Jack in the Box had English speaking employees the order would have been correct. Won't go back
The parking lot lights and store lights are always off at 11 making the place look closed way too early and then they sometimes answer the drive through Nad sometimes don't. Super aggravating since I drive home after 10 and would like to be able to get good service here instead of sorry we are wanting to leave early service

I don't know how many times we have gone to Jack in the box in early evening and they will have closed dining room just because. Tonight at 7:30 pm they closed with people standing outside waiting to come in. I don't know that they're good enough to put up with the hassle. I guess we'll walk across parking lot to taco bell or McDonald's.
I ordered online to make it easier because we had a larger order. They didn't give me all my food and the guy in the drive thru was rude. The lobby was closed due to being "shortstaffed".

The food is great but I have a huge problem with this place because they have no clue what time they close. I've driven all the way here 3 times in one week just to realize they have the drive thru blocked with cones. You can't order. Sometimes at 10, 10:30 11. This happens every single week for months! Super annoying!
Pulled in at 10:33 and they had the cones blocking the drive through when it says they don’t close till 11. We have tried multiple times to stop by there before closing hours and they seem to close and lock the doors before the scheduling closing time
I asked for extra ranch and ketchup packets when I ordered my food and at the window. When I pulled forward I checked the bag and not one packet of either was in the bag. I got off the car to go inside and ALL DOORS to get inside were locked at 6pm. So I had to go back in the drive thru to wait behind 3 cars just to get the condiments I asked for up front.
Everytime we come they have the diner doors locked. It’s 7:30 and the guy literally opened the door and said door was broken so it’s closed & made us and 3 others go into the drive thru. The I’ve came early and the same thing. There’s people inside eating yet they have doors locked. The other door was also locked. The personal is super rude about it. And they always forget something.
Recently(12/18) came to this Jack in the box and I was double charged I noticed as soon as I left the drive thru and went in and I talked to the manager and he told me I had to come back to get my money back since it was pending so I go back today (12/21) once the bank accepted the payment and I talk to another manager and he like well I can't do nothing( he said he didn't have the money to give me ) about it the bank will fix it so I kept explaining that the bank won't fix it since it's already been charged and I shouldn't or my bank shouldn't have to fix it they do .. Well this manager just didn't want to help me until finally he started doing something on the register and bamm its returned it and what do know there was money in the til to give me 🤔 Obviously he was lying and didn't want to help fix the situation and if you can't take care of the customers he definitely shouldn't be a manager ..
An employee at this jack n the box stole $300 frome while going through the drive through (Rowlett location). They are thieves. Do not eat here!!! Edit: Tried multiple times to contact Jack in the Box corporate. Only response i got was automated. Guess they dont care if there employees are thieves.
I ordered 20 tacos from this place and they tried to charge me extra for sauce. I will never spend my money with this establishment again! The short chubby Hispanic guy is rude and doesn't seem to like certain people. I've been coming here for since 2007 but never again!
We ordered 2 reg OREO cookie shakes via drive-thru & we were very disappointed; it looked like we ordered vanilla shakes. The only traces of Oreos were like dust & barely visible, barely palatable. $9.29 for 2 Reg Oreo Dust cookie shakes!
I paid money for food I didn't get on my uber. yall forgot my fries. Yall forget the sauce every time I order, there's food missing. Being short staffed isn't an excuse, I've worked for fast food places before, no matter how busy it gets. I will be calling in the morning.
I agree with Kenneth P. They don’t give you all your items. My husband went thru the drive thru and noticed after pulling off he wasn’t given his drink. He had to park and go inside because 4 cars were already in line. Told the guy at the counter they forgot his drink, he put his coke on the counter and didn’t say I’m sorry or anything. Mistakes do happen but an apology goes a long way!
Do you enjoy long wait times and missing items? If so this is the place for you. Not only do they forget items, when you call and question them about it they do not do anything to help you rectify it. My advice go to the one of the other 3 fast food places within walking distance.
Terrible worse ever stay away I will be contacting channel 4 news. I have pictures and a recording, customer service and races all the way around the board. zero stars in my book. And Juan was the manager. He did not speak English, of course.

Everything is terrible there customer service there attitude when taking orders there food isn’t at all good and maria shouldn’t be taking orders since she doesn’t have that customer service attitude when u take orders the proper way is “hey how are you what can I get for you” or welcome to jack in the box no of those things were said what was said was “what do u want” “is that else” that’s not the proper terminology for fast food service I’m the one spending my money I should have a good service
This place has gone so down hill…cold fries, bread that feels like your eating a dry sponge, careless staff, orders never right EVER they don’t hear anything you say outside of what order # you got. Don’t like ice? Getting it anyways. Asked for curly fries? Hope you like regular.. and it goes on and on. Ask for ranch? the employees seem to think you’d be better of with some hot sauce. Go to the old Garland location if your craving jack this ain’t the one.
Every time I come y’all either don’t have something or don’t have anything. Why advertise items on the window or on the menu if y’all aren’t serving it. Also the girl taking the order through the drive-thru has the worst attitude while speaking to customers.Its annoying . I went tonight and order 2 unltimate breakfast burgers I was charged for the ultimate breakfast burgers. I get home and it was 2 ultimate sausage breakfast.
They always close the inside way too early I have to call for them to give me my mobile orders.
Last week, I ordered delivery from this restaurant and it was not correct. Today I ordered pick up using the app. The app said that my payment couldn’t be processed, so I reordered using the same payment method. I get to the restaurant and they told me that I had 2 orders. I explained what happened, but I was told that there was nothing they could do. This used to be my favorite restaurant, but it has gone declined in service within the past couple of months.
I placed my order for delivery and when the order was dropped off it was the wrong order. The door dasher took the food back to jack in the box the proceeded to tell them the order was cancelled when it was not . They told the door dasher they were not going to remake my order as well. My order was scheduled to be dropped off at 9:24 when I contacted the door dasher and they told me what happened I drove to jack in the box to see what the issue was because I still hadn’t gotten my food . And they were closed at 10:50 . I tried calling before . From 9:40- 10:34 over 5 times and no one answered . This was the worst and most unprofessional incident I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant. I’m usually really understanding but this is ridiculous. Someone could have picked up the phone 1 of the 6 times I called .
Once again tried to go to jack in the box before they close. Pulled in at 11:26 don’t close until midnight is the listed hours and they have cones in the drive through blocking anyone from coming in. Door locked as well. So ridiculous that this happens everytime I try to go here. Worst jack. No one else get to close there doors before closing hours but this places makes its own hours I guess.
I had an Uber order. The restaurant did not provide any sauces for the food. The jalapeño poppers had no ranch sauce. The eggrolls had no sweet-and-sour sauce. And the tacos had no taco sauce. When I called about it, they placed the burden completely on the customer, and I was told that I needed to tell them that I wanted sauces. I reminded him that it was an Uber order. In addition, the eggrolls state on their description that the meal comes with sweet-and-sour sauce. So it should have been provided regardless. There is no sauce option to mark for the jalapeño poppers. The tacos, the only item that had a check-box for extra sauce, I had actually marked that I wanted extra sauce, and yet still didn’t get it. But probably the most unprofessional thing out of this whole ordeal, is the guy refused to give me his name, hung up the phone, and then blocked my number. So, they do not do their job properly at this restaurant, they shift blame to the customer for not doing their job properly, and accept zero accountability for not doing their job properly. However, I do hope the store owner sees this review so that he is made aware that the store employees at this restaurant need additional training.
Don’t order carry out it’s always closed! It says they close the lobby at 11 but its always closed I ordered at 7pm & it’s now 8pm still waiting in the drive thru line they always have long lines if you order carry out you have no choice but to wait
I like Jack in the Box food but the fact that they don't open the dining room for guests/customers is unbelievable. We aren't in the covid era anymore. OPEN YOUR RESTAURANT TO CUSTOMERS! I might add, I'm speaking of the Rowlett Rd at Lakeview pkwy location. I have no idea what the other locations do.
I came here to pick up a door dash order at 8 pm and the lobby was closed for some reason so then I have to sit in a long drive thru line to pick up a door dash order and I'm on a time limit here it's ridiculous I know the lobby doesn't close that early no other jack in the box does these workers here are lazy and incompetent
It costs absolutely nothing to be kind. The lady taking orders at Dt was rude and I felt not welcoming. Don't waste your time coming here. As a customer we deserve better service , if the employee is not happy with her job let her go!! And find someone who can help to grow the business
For starters it’s Thursday night 8 pm and why is the lobby closed so I pull up to the box to order and it take the girl a min to come on the speaker finally when she asks me what would I like to order shes got the lowest l Tone In her voice and she seems sleepy as I proceed to pull to to the window. I see kids playing around not doing what they need to be doing laughing and my food on the counter the whole time I will not be coming back here again it’s almost issues every time I come here if you don’t like ur job find another one
Coke machine stinks like weeks old vomit not the coke that comes out the machine itself but with that smell you really don't want anything coming from that going on you. They messed up my order 3xs it was a simple everything but Mayo they put mayo, then gave the wrong side,got french sticks with no syrup and yet they act like I want to keep getting up to big them. when if they got it right the 1st time I would have left them alone. I'm tired of getting up bugging you too damn. The smell from the machine stayed with me way after I got home I kept sniffing things to get it out. it was terrible. Will never go back to that one. Someone check that damn coke machine PLEASE UGH
Worst of the worst every taco I’ve been there three times trying to see him give him a chance they do not cook the tacos. They still feel frozen.
If I could give it less than one star I would. Terrible service. I stopped by the drive-thru today to get breakfast and it took less than 15 minutes. I ordered the first combo, then I asked if she had mini pancakes because I know Jack's sells them... she wasn't listening and said mini tacos. I repeated, "No mini pancakes." She said yes, then she said, "Are you going to want them?" I said yes. Then I asked for another combo and I reminded me of the drink... I said, "Can you get a soda for the mini pancakes?" And the terrible woman started yelling at me, telling me, "I don't have pancakes, just mini tacos." But in her screams, I've never been to a place where they yell at the customers. You owe it to the customers and as long as they don't disrespect you, you shouldn't. If you work at a fast food restaurant, you should know that above all, it's kindness and politeness that you lack!!! I don't recommend it at all, people like this women should stay home and not work. If you don't like dealing with customers, and it's not that I've ever disrespected you, because I like to respect people, I'm complaining. I was perfectly cordial and respectful, so you could yell at me. I told her not to yell at me… and I left. I didn't even take the order, it seems disrespectful to me.
Arrived at 10:20 and was told they were “closing early” and placed cones in the drive through so I couldn’t go through. Makes absolutely no sense. Why state you’re open until 11, make someone drive there for food, just to be closed. Extremely frustrating.
Just ordered thru drive-thru. When I got to the window, I had to correct the team on my ask, and I overheard the order taker yell, “no they didn’t!”. It was an easy fix, but that was totally unnecessary. Accept that we all make mistakes and move on. In so doing, keep your composure and never suggest that the customer is wrong, even if they are. Now, you get a bad review for conduct unbecoming.
This has to be the worst Jack in the area, the food is stale and they don’t know the difference between ketchup and taco sauce when i ask for it. The customer service by those teenagers is so bad, they took forever to ask for my order in the drive thru and i was patient because i thought he was training, well training is what all of them need because there was 3 people at the window and one of them had his airpod in his ear and the other 2 look clueless and the older guy which i assume is the manager, doesn’t notice how long they’re taking to take orders. I always have the worst experiences here but it’s close to home but they need to show these teenagers how to give good customer service
