I did a mobile order and cayson brought out my order. He was SO sweet and patient and even went back in and got what I needed with no attitude or fuss (like usual). Cayson needs a raise!! He’s your best employee for sure! Thank you cayson :)

Stopped at this location on our way home and the service was great. Food was exactly how we ordered it and the service was friendly. First we went through the drive thru then went back in to use the bathroom and get the kids a shake. Bathrooms and inside were clean, inside staff were friendly.

11/10/2022 Went after a long day at work. At the menu at the drive through to order. I was absolutely shocked at the voice on the other side. Young man was happy, and repeated the order perfectly. When I got to the window he was pleasant, nice, and didn't hate his job. If he does I'm here was good at hiding it.. I was very surprised at the great service I received. I was unable to get his name but I was very impressed. Thank you.

Biscuits and gravy are really great for a fast food establishment. Double burger is very meaty and delicious. French Fries are definitely worth getting if you're a fan. Not top tier but solid. Employees are fine, just not the friendliest bunch. Not rude by any means but just not overtly friendly. Cleanliness is good. If you go inside to order they definitely favor the drive thru. Pretty common at fast food places though. Wait time was longer than expected, just sayin. Overall worth trying.

Everything was great as usual. We are from Detroit and this is our go to as soon as we see the first sign. The cashier was a little odd. She wore her hat almost covering her eyes and was not friendly or approachable at all. I think she would be better off cleaning tables with little contact with guests. Other than that, Whataburger never disappoints.

I went inside to pickup order. I guess I didn't click curbside or take out. So when I asked for my order it came on a tray which caught me off guard. Another clerk gave me a drink since I was ruffled and it really took the edge off cause we were hungry after a long travel day. Big thanks for a nice job on giving a drink while order was bagged up.

Big shoutout to Caleb! We received the wrong order during the online pickup. We did not notice until we arrived at home. We called the restaurant and Caleb was very professorial and promptly remade us the correct order! He had the order waiting for us when we arrived. Great job to Caleb and the other staff members for fixing the mistake with professionalism and great customer service.

She was friendly, patient, and genuinely upbeat—one of those employees who makes you feel welcome instead of rushed. I never in all the times of going to Whataburger had I experienced perfectly cooked food. My son had a #3 it looked picture perfect and taste GREAT....I had the breakfast pancake meal and my pancakes were so fluffy, bacon cooked perfectly 🤤😋 So much that I had to call and give props to the cook, her name is Sarah... Whataburger do what you need to do to keep her... she making your customers happy 🤠💯

Only gave 4 stars because of issues I have had. The food is good when they prepare it right. Unfortunately my last two orders were wrong - one where they put the order on the wrong biscuit and the other where they put bacon on instead of sausage. Recommend not going through the drive thru and thoroughly checking your order!

So this place has been having issues lately. It's becoming troublesome. I believe the Management needs to be Evaluated.The reason I say this is the last few times I have been at this location they are always understaffed. Why have a online service if you don't have the staff for it. I had to wait more that 20mins for my for to come to me and I had it set for a Specific time so I would not be late. But I watch the drive thru struggle as well but the drive thru was getting their food before the people that order online. That's not right. So Management needs to be looked at and fixed. It's their problem. The staff is great.

Timeliness. If time isn't your friend or even if it is, this Whataburger location will rob you of it, at least in drivethru. They used to be on point, but haven't for awhile now. Today, I made it a point to track the time. Arrived and ordered at 1.49pm. No wait time for that. Ordered. 4 cars in front of me. Didn't get to the window and charged until 2:04 and food finally and drive off at 2:08. My spouse espounging frustration, stated that she was done coming to this location.

When I last visited, 9 months ago, everything was good. Today, I waited more than 20 minutes to get my order. They only brought out 4 of our 9 drinks. The kid's meals were missing the cookies. And, the food was lukewarm at best. I had the avocado bacon burger which tasted good. But, the wait was ridiculous and the food wasn't even close to being hot. We all know fast food is unhealthy, which is why I don't buy it often. But, when I do, I'd prefer it hot!

It took 14 minutes to get from pay window to pick up and when I got there they asked 3 times what my order was. Im sure it was the snowball effect where someone bumped an extra order off the screen then it just snowballed after that. Everyone was scrambling ao it could have been shift change also . But the food was good when I finally got it.

We went back to eat at RC Whataburger after getting our order replaced from a month ago. I didn’t tell them at first order that the meal would be comped. I wanted to see if the food was up to par. It was not. Fries cold, burgers were slopped together. I was told they’d reach out about additional training and being more aware. I know in reality that won’t really happen, but you can always hope.

So, I just went to get some breakfast right? What could gowrong? I walk in and order 2 honey butter chicken biscuits on the jalapeño cheddar biscuit. Now, I dont know if it was a miscommunication on my part or the he misunderstood me but, I get home and find i got the biscuits. Just the biscuits by themselves. Now like I said, it was just a misunderstanding but I had been craving those for so long and to not get what I wanted completely was a little upsetting.

The eggs were scorched and the extra crispy bacon was anything but crispy. Good thing we asked for crispy bacon or they would had been raw. The jelly packages were sticky and the color of the strawberry was dark. This location does a tremendous drive thru business. The quality of food in the restaurant is always a struggle so I would never trust driving off to find my food is under par. Today the restaurant was moderately busy so the wait was not unreasonable. The restaurant was clean enough even though the table was sticky and we had to wipe it off ourselves. We tolerate this same level every Sunday morning because of convenience. On the most part employee's are nice, but a few need to avoid this line of work.

On 8/15/2025 I stopped by this place Whataburger @ 739 A.M and sit in line for 16 minutes and to top it off one of the managers gave me my order at the drive thru a BOB combo that I ordered she asked me if I need any ketchup or anything ? No I said so I looked in my bag my hashbrowns were missing. My thing is if you didn't see my hashbrowns in the bag why would you ask if I need ketchup. So I had to park my car get out and go inside to ask for the rest of my order I paid for. So another 5 to 6 minutes wait. Why are y'all so slow and still get the other wrong. Work on your service time please my goodness

They are good with orders most days but when you sat something as clear as "large SWEET tea easy ice and a MEDIUM coke" and you get large coke and small tea when the words "SMALL" were not said it makes me question. Other than that good people atleast 80 or so percent of the time

The dining area is for dining and visiting, isn't it?? I asked the girl at the front if they could turn it down and she says she will ask the manager and it never gets turned down. I continue to ask every time I eat there and continually get ignored. Im going to write a letter to coorporate with names on this too. The dining area is for customers not for the employees to have a jam session. TURN IT DOWN!

UPDATE: 5/9/24 Im not sure if the staff has changed but the food is awful. Eggs are burnt and bacon tastes like someone dipped it in chemicals. Also, the dining room music was so loud I couldn't hear my mom talking and I asked 2 employees if they could turn it down some and both said they would try and then didn't touch it. I won't go back. It's crazy how bad the food places around here have gotten. They want us to pay big bucks for food that is way below par and service sucks on top of that. The employees are nice, food is what it is. I gave 2 stars due to how loud the inside music is always playing. I’m a country fan but it’s so loud you can’t even talk to who your dining with. Turn it down and I’ll change the review.

These people are too worried about telling jokes and about their escapades the night before to even bother to make your order correctly! The cashier took our order correctly read it back and I thought all was good but it wasn't! It took 15 minutes just to get my food and that was all jacked up. When. I tried explaining it to the other cashier she acted as if I was speaking a foreign language. So I see my cashier and I show her what they gave me. She gasped and said this isn't your order. She marched back there and gave them a good what for! Needless to say she got my order squared away and took care of me. The burger was delicious but if not for my little cashier I would have blown a gasket! Thanks again ma'am!

It took 4 tries to get my order correct (spicy chicken sandwich pickles only). It came with mayonnaise, then smothered in ketchup, then a non-spicy chicken sandwich with pickles, and finally what I ordered. They were apologetic, gave me a brownie, and seemed to try to go fast. But still. 4 tries is silly. It was good, but not $11 good, once I finally got it. Also the fries were just ok. I don't think I'll come back.

Service was not that good neither was the food. Paid 0.75 cents for some avocado and there was barely any on tge burger. It looked like they just wiped some on the edge of the bread to clean the spreader off.

I just went in for some french 5:30 in the morning there horrible, We used to eat Whataburger once a week. Then we stopped because nothing ever changed (even sent in emails) with the quality of the food. Well guess i'm still not going back.

And people wonder why other burger joints are becoming better that Whataburger. This is also why they should just take this off the menu. Forgot the lettuce and tomato. Chicken looks like a burnt baby fillet that’s about a quarter inch thin. Trash, just trash.

I was ecstatic when I heard that Whataburger brought back their chicken fajita taco. This is one of my wife's and my favorites! Ordered two for curbside pickup on the mobile app. Customized both with some added grilled jalapeños and some additional grilled onions. App gave me a pickup time and I was there and entered my parking space number. It took 20 minutes past the pickup time to get my order. Got it home... no jalapeños or onions on either, after paying extra for these. This location has screwed up my order more than once. Probably won't be eating from this location anymore anytime soon!!!

There appears to be a misunderstanding regarding Whataburger's free coffee policy for veterans. A sign at the drive-thru broadly advertises "Veterans get free coffee," without mentioning a date restriction. Store management, however, advised an employee that the offer was exclusively for Veterans Day. The discrepancy between the sign's message and the manager's guidance creates an inconsistent customer experience. The young man at the window provided excellent service by proactively covering the cost, but clarity on the official policy would prevent future confusion.

For one I am not happy that I had to pay $22 for a junior burger and a number two with a medium fry and a medium Dr Pepper and then on top of that I’ve been in the drive-through for over 20 minutes sitting here waiting on my food and I haven’t even gone anything. I’ve worked in the fast food industry before it is not take 25 minutes to flip a burger and get it cooked, I understand when it gets busy, but for when it’s not even busy at all, and I got a terrible excuse from a terrible employee that does not care for customer satisfaction. I do not recommend this Whataburger to anyone. I expect a refund and an apology from the owner himself or herself this is this is terrible. Don’t ever come to this place.

Went the other day at the pickup parking spot, the worker who brought my food was rude and ignored me when I politely asked him for some ketchup, he rolled his eyes and walked away even though I asked for it before he brought the food to me. I understand if you’re having a bad day but there is no reason to be disrespectful. Today, I went and the burger was cold, my fries were cold and stale. I imagine they had been leftover fries sitting on the counter because of how stale they tasted. I am not a Karen, and I try to give grace if mistakes are made, but it’s every time I go. This will be my last time going to this location.

Don't order through the app. Just don't do it. They can't figure it out after I've given it a shot 3 different times. You're better off ordering through the drive through, at the counter, or just go somewhere else.

Whataburger just isn’t what it used to be. If you luck out and they get your order correct - it still isn’t really that great. Every time we come here we leave disappointed. Wrong orders happen more often than not, and it is never a good experience. The managers are not even helpful and accommodating in making things right it’s likely they are breaking their back just to fix their mistake. Only come here because my sons love it but in and out is 1000000000x better.

If I could give it zero I would. I went one time the service was awful. Waited over 30 minutes in their drive through line. When the employee walked out our food he was disrespectful for no reason. Went a second time a couple weeks later giving it the benefit of a doubt. Drive through line was not moving at all. After I ordered I was past the speaker for well over 15 minutes and decided to just leave. I think management is the problem. Hire better managers that can run a BUSINESS. There’s only so much the employees can do.

My family and I just left this specific Whataburger, the WORST service we ever received. The young woman with red hair at the counter was extremely rude, while there was another worker just dancing around in the lobby. All while there’s tons of people waiting 30+ minutes for small & simple orders. We ended up telling them to cancel our order, forget it and refund us. The manager then let us know we’d receive a refund in 2-3 days on our card. We’ve never been treated like that at this Whataburger, so we were all pretty thrown off by the service given.

went through the drive through at 2am, only had 2 cars behind me, 0 cars in front of me, and had the worst experience with the fool taking my order & giving me my food. first the tone he had used through the speaker had sounded like he was annoyed that i ordered a #11 with modifications, its on the menu for a reason. second i tried to ask to add to my order 2 cookies while at the window BEFORE i paid for the meals, and was rudely interrupted before i could even ask for what i wanted to add with the excuse of “as a line forms i cant add anything to any orders because we are starting to get busy” just 2 pre-made, pre-packaged cookies. he was a larger gentleman with a goatee and a man bun with black hair.

How hard is it to make 2 milkshakes and get them right. We ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes and 2 orders of fries. Took 15 minutes to get them and they were wrong. They gave us vanilla shakes not chocolate. And it took15 MINUTES for them to screw up a very simple order. Normally I would not say anything but this is the 3rd time.

The lady at the drive thru was about as nice as a honey badger who was just kicked in the no no spot. I was apparently bothering her just by ordering at the speaker and then I had the nerve to pull around to the window to pay. Told me to pull into a spot to wait and then brought out an incomplete order. Very salty food too. Landon is awesome though and should be promoted.

The worst. Messed up my order was told to come back and they will take care of me only to now tell me i remember that order and that I didnt order 2 meals & a kids meal? Will update yall what happens soon. Update: Manager named Sam called left me on hold for whatever reason only to avoid the blame? This location is a joke.

Horrible food! I spent 20 minutes waiting in the outside car line AFTER I paid to only get cold food and French fries that tasted like they were left out for hours! I went back inside and asked for all fresh food. We got fresh fries but they “warmed” up the burgers so those weren’t fresh! I asked for no onions and twice I got onions! This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location! How do you wait 20 minutes for food and get cold or stale food?? We will never be back to this location. Do better!!! I want my money back!!

Sorry to say but you guys should only serve Lunch or dinner. Every time I order breakfast sucks. The pancakes and eggs are looking awful like coming out of a dirty pan. Keep forgetting stuff from my order. Just focus on burgers and fries.

This location of whataburger has let me down today and I’m very disappointed, I was so excited to bring my friends here and told them how amazing the food was and the staff was so inattentive and constantly just keep walking around and while many people waited on their food but it didn’t seem to matter to them. I will never be spending a penny of my paycheck at this establishment ever again. Whataburger owes me an extra patty!!! You guys are out here scamming good folks outta their hard-earned money and that’s NOT why I voted for Donald Trump

If you're rushing to grab something to eat, don't try to stop here at all! This location doesn't have the slightest idea of the concept of a fast-food restaurant. Expect a 30- to 40-minute wait for your food, no matter the time or date.

Save your money and drive 15 mins down the road to Rockwall or Greenville. This has to be the WORST location in the metroplex. 30 minute wait for syrup-less soft drinks, soggy fries and a WHOLE LOT of attitude. You would think in a customer-facing/service industry, you would get decent customer service, but nope, not here. I get that it’s a fast food spot, but it’s also a personal choice to work there. If you don’t like people, don’t work customer service! Don’t work somewhere you don’t want to be. There’s plenty of jobs that don’t involve talking to people. I love Whataburger, but this one is extremely disappointing…

This location is terrible! Waited forever in the drive through and when I got home the fries were not cooked and the burger was thrown together. I called and talked to the manager in charge Alex. I told him the food was terrible and the fries not cooked. Alex bragged about taking in $2400 in two hours and said they are doing their best. Alex did not offer to make the order right and didn’t even ask for my name. Bad service! I will not go here again and spend my hard earned money on crap! Be aware, the quality at this location needs major improvement and Alex should learn some customer service skills.

So I have been on the look for some hot cocoa. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get hot cocoa at a gas station or drive-through but this was the fifth place. I’ve tried. They had A Mexican hot cocoa coffee on the menu so I like mixing hot cocoa and coffee. I thought that works. So I ordered that then they asked me if I wanted to add cream and sugar and I said well isn’t that what the Mexican hot chocolate part of it is and the lady says I don’t know I don’t drink it. I said just do it as it comes. I pull up to the window to pay and the person there asked me again. Do I want cream and sugar in it and I said well what is the Mexican hot chocolate part isn’t that some type of milk product and sugar? She said I don’t know. So I canceled the order since nobody knows what I would be getting and I don’t normally add cream and sugar to any kind of coffee drink.

I've ordered here 3 times in the last month due to long shifts. Every time I've ordered they do not give utensils or any sauces asked for. I cannot eat salad with my bare hands! They also serve stale hard and dry food every time! They say 3rd time is the charm. 3rd time just cemented my resolve on never ordering at whataburger again. Edit (update) This is the third time I've gotten food poisoning at this location from their salad. Whatever process is needed this will be reported!

Unfortunately I’d made it too far to turn back on Christmas Eve with the traffic in our town. Every item was cold, no straws and no napkins in the bag either. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, to go. Bit into it, felt something tough and rubbery. Turned out to be a piece of brown, wilted lettuce. Not sure which is worse: that they kept lettuce when it was in such a state, or that a worker thought it was okay to serve it to someone. Never again.

Hispanic guy that works around 11pm at the window has the worst attitude. Everytime I come there he seems to being pissed off about being at work. He very rude. I can understand once but this is several occasions. But I will take my business elsewhere. Or to the fate location.

Ordered curbside, was given ice cold, disgusting fries. Went inside, received a new box of Luke warm disgusting fries. I’m done. I stopped coming here for two years because of the food and slow service and decided to give them another shot. NEVER AGAIN!! I wouldn’t give this to a dog. I wish you could taste the pic to see how horrible!! LIVID AT THIS POINT. They don’t care about anything in this location, STILL!!!

Visited around 9:30 on a Saturday morning. 2 cars in front of us in the DT. We ordered 2 uncomplicated breakfast meals. Waited around 15 mins for them to say “sorry we are real busy”… umm where? Our food was lukewarm, the biscuits and gravy were like hard tack and gruel lol yuck. Idk if lunch/dinner are any better but my bubble guts right now are telling me “nah”.

Morning Shift drive thru on Thursday February 12th has the worst customer service ever. The person that gave us our food actually looked like a manager or trainer. Me and my mother n law order our food in the drive thru and the employee repeated the order back to us correctly. As soon as we got to the window to get our food we were not greeted at all. The employee stuffed 2 kids meal and a whole combo in one small bag. We checked the bag and were missing an item let them know he went to get it and came back with the item in no bag just out in the open. We made it home and come to find out we had other items missing as well. It was as if he already knew we were missing items he just wanted us to point them out. WORST WHATABURGER EVER AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN especially with the reviews and stars they are getting. SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED

I normally don't write bad reviews but I honestly just received the worst hamburger I've ever had. We stopped on our way to watch our grandson's basketball game. The place wasn't busy from our view. Our order took longer than we expected. The bun on my burger was soaking wet. My guess is the condensation from sitting under a heat lamp all afternoon. Our order was to go and we were on the road so we didn't return but I will never stop at this Whataburger again.

One of the worst Whataburger you will ever go to! All employees and management walk past you when you’re waiting to get your order taken. When you finally get your order taken it typically takes more than 30 minutes and it’s wrong and cold. I almost never go there and will not be going there anymore. Not sure why people still go there and how they are still in business.

Stop by Whataburger the morning of August 9th 2025 @:625 A.M. I'm the first car at the window, a truck was pulled up waiting on his order I sit there waiting on my order at the window for 20 minutes all you see inside of the store of the employees standing around laughing and talking too many young guys on the same shift that is why the service sucks The young lady at the window passed me my drink the lid was not on completely Spirit drink down my clothes. If they stop talking so much pay attention to their job more service would be a lot better you have to ask every time you go up there commodities. Somebody please teach these young people respect their customers an offer the commodities. And the wait is ridiculous the way the egg looked they did not have to cook it so why was the wait so long explain that to me. I can tell you because they are playing and talking too much if they got time to lean they got time to clean that was my motto when I was young and working fast food.

Got a breakfast burger and a coffee. Handed me a cold coffee so I asked for a fresh one. I get my coffee and burger and head off. Eat 1/2 of my burger and find bird feathers in the cheese. Literal feathers of a bird in my food. Disgraceful and disgusting. Don't eat here.

See photos - I wouldnt normally complain about my burger being given to me like this. Its just ketchup, oh well. But the reason I decided to reach out to the restaurant is because I found a wavy coarse hair in my food. So sanitation is obviously an issue at this location. I did reach out to the restaurant first, I reached out the same day and received an email stating my message was received and I would hear back in 2-3 days. 5 days later, still nothing, so I reached out again. I just wanted to be refunded for the burger that had the hair in it, because it got thrown away. The manager, Sam, emailed me back pretty quickly and said she would give me a free one at my next visit. I emailed her back immediately saying that I would prefer a refund on the burger itself because we wont be back after finding hair in food. She just chose to never respond to me. So now im here! I would have loved to settle this issue without a review. Poor sanitation and poor management. And just to add - the employees always seem really ticked off to be at work. Not a single one we have ever come across will even smile at you. They say absolutely nothing to you with blank stares and mad faces.

September 2nd around 5:00am I ordered two number ones combos and one of the cheese burgers had avocado and light mustard on it and when I got home I realized that my cheese burger had no hamburger patty and no cheese on it, the avocado was smeared all over the wrapping paper inside and out and it had extra mustard on it, this was extremely disappointing and I won't be ordering from here again.

This location usually has service great during the morning shift, food and fries are always fresh. Unfortunately, I stopped here tonight and the fries were recooked and stale. Toast was not fresh. Terrible experience
