Biggest Starbucks I've ever been in. If it's not crowded it's nice. If busy, accostics aren't great with high ceilings it can be very noisy. Employees were very nice. Parking is difficult and you usually need to park at the Whole Foods lot.

We live in the complex nearby. This is a great Starbucks that is spacious and is contemporary compared to a lot of the older Starbucks that are cramped and old. We have not run into any bad staffers. We feel like the people here are a part of the community and that includes the people that work within walking distance. Please keep up the service and speed. Thank you! I don't review the product. It's Starbucks. You know what you are getting. You either like it or not.

This is a pretty good starbucks. It's in the middle of a strip mall, California style, but it's pretty good and the furniture inside is very nice Kudos, also, to management on a very well trained and courteous staff. They are very pleasant....even at oh dark 30

Great coffee. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Lots of offices around which means this is a shop which has a high volume of foot traffic. The staff is efficient and you are in and out with your coffee (unless you want to lounge around of course).

Newer store but parking is very poor. Its very busy in this new shopping strip mall so parking near the coffee shop is not an option. So you order ahead by app but cannot quickly run in to get your order. 5 min parking just in front of the store would help.

So far this is was my better experience at Starbucks, they kind have lost the excellent customer service, you can tell some of them go to work only for a paycheck... not helpful, but this location the two young guys were very professional and my drink it was just perfect!! Thank you guys that why I gave you 5 stars, this is goes to this location but in general I could give you 3 to the Corp!

In my opinion, it is one of the biggest Starbucks stores with high ceilings and great modern design. Despite their $35 million dollars lawsuit loss, somehow, they continue to give customers Venti size very hot tea in a single cup, instead of doubling the cup for stability to hold the hot drink. With a Venti size, the volume and cup design makes the cup very squishy, resulting in people burning their hand or other body parts. I guess a company and its staff can be for every WOKE agenda, but not common sense!

This is one my fav SB to visit when I want to get some serious work done without interruptions! It’s so spacious and there are outside tables to enjoy the Sun. They have the most comfy and cushioned chairs & benches. I always take the long table tucked in the corner, it’s perfect for all my stuff. The music isn’t too loud either & so many restrooms! Also, they have the coolest hand washing station I’ve ever seen!

I go to lots of Starbucks. This location is newly built. Awesome sinks outside of actual restroom, which I like cuz I always wash my hands and have disliked being in the restroom just to do this only. Clean, and nice staff. Organized Online order tray.. Wish I lived near here! Awesome space to relax too!

Pretty good location of this Starbucks with friendly baristas. Baristas are very welcoming and take extra care with the orders. this location has a big indoor seating as well as outside seating. This location also serves the Starbucks Reserve blend which is specifically made to order.

Very nice Starbucks with friendly staff, however, wait times are longer than they should be. If you decide to go in the morning, you will better off placing a mobile order. For now, finding parking is ok but forsee this being more difficult once the new apartments have opened up.

Great New modern space. Friendly service as well. The latte tastes above average Starbucks level. The barista took forever to make my latte, even though the crowd was pretty thin, so docking a star for that.

So overpriced I now no longer would ever stop here again.

Very lovely location! The beverages are always great, very conveniently located, and very spacious! If I had to take away from anything it would be that it isn't always the cleanest. As in the tables/seating is hardly ever wiped down. But other than that, it's very nice!

I ordered one of the apple croissants and ask them to please leave it in the original packaging for travel, and I got this on 10/18/24, But the packaging read 8/6/24???😲 Which means, it was in the packaging for over two months. I live far away so I can't go back to exchange it. I just wanted to give a warning for those of you who may be interested in buying the "The Baked Apple Croissant"..... to ask for the original packaging, so you can double check the date first. See picture I posted you can see the date but yet I purchased it 10/18/24. I wish there was a way to get a refund from far away.😡

Most Starbucks are created fairly equally, but sometimes there is one that stands out among the rest. It's usually because of a memorable event or some strange object that sticks in your mind and forcefully creates an unforgettable imprint on your mind. Well, this one was an event. I ordered two drinks on the app as usual, but when I went in to pick them up, seemingly, only one was made.ì7]pp So I sat and waited because I thought they would be making it, but to my dismay, they were only cleaning the machine. )After about 5 minutes, I let the barista know that I only had one of my drinks. She looked at the mobile pick-up area and said that someone must have stolen it. We had a conversation abo;,!1ut people stealing drinks. I learned thay quite a few people stealé

When I first started frequenting this Starbucks, people remembered my name and were really wonderful. I still feel like the cashiers are usually sweet, but I find that a significant number of drinks are not made correctly. This becomes a huge issue when a 10 minute break is all one has to grab a coffee. There is no time to wait for another drink or ask for a refund. Additionally, i find that theres is always a significant delay between when the food and the drink is served so one is usually cold by the time both are received.

Nicely furnished, well designed, and comfortable sitting area. Conveniently placed location. Terrible customer service. Extremely rude baristas. I made multiple visits in case the rude service was just a one off thing, but it's not; the baristas are consistently rude at this location. On one visit, the barista forgot to make my drink then when I POLITELY asked for my cold brew, they hostilly accused me of trying to steal a drink. On my next visit, the cashier-ing baristas demanded that I bring the disposable cup to qualify for a refill and remarked that "this refill will be a one time thing". I've never been asked to bring my old cup only to scan my starbucks app to get a refill; and the refills are poured into a new disposable cup anyways.

It's fine if you forgot it, mistakes happen. But lying to my face instead of just admitting it or offering to fix it?Disappointing and frustrating.

Nice building, one of the prettier Starbucks. Service however is one of the worst. Staff is polite and friendly but are often passionately engulfed in each other’s conversations to a point customers cease to exist. Ordered a dark roast black. Waited over 20 minutes. When we realized something was wrong, we approached the cashier. Turns out they just forgot about it. Way too overstaffed: nearly a dozen employees for not even twenty customers. Management needs to consider cutting staff by at least half or even two thirds. Highly inefficient; nearly ineffective.

It was obvious that overweight Jules and 5 feet tall girl with blond highlights wanted to treat me in a condescending way, LOL, I guess that’s a way to get satisfaction out of a job that pays less than $20/hour. I’ll go back by then they are going to be gone, the manager is not even going to have to fire them, based upon their lower mentality they fire themselves. By the way I had never seen these two characters before in my life.

Well, the place is nice and fancy but the staff working morning (specifically, this morning, Sunday March 31 2019) sucks. He looks like he doesn't want to work, just served to me with very nasty and arrogant attitude. When you order, he would say "money?" "your name?" in very terse questions. I go to Starbucks not only for coffee but more comfortable environment though.

This use to be my go two Starbucks. However in the last 2 weeks the lattes I have ordered have tasked like milk only. No other flavor. For a $5 cup of coffee i was expecting way better.

Their soy milk and almond milk have sweetness in there, and it is NOT notified by the store. I’m allergic to most of the sweetness products, and it is very very harmful to me. Service is friendly and atmosphere is fine too.

Ordered a venti latte with whipped cream. When I picked up the drink there was barely enough for a grande size inside the cup. The barista blamed it on the whipped cream melting. Shouldn’t the latte be up to the rim and whipped cream on top? Even if it melted the latte should still be to the rim not 3/4 of the cup. They treat customers like they’re stupid. The solution was to fill the cup with more steamed milk -_-

I'm not sure why, but the coffee here has been tasting worse lately and doesn't seem very clean. My wife and I have both experienced stomach issues after drinking it in the past few times. It never used to be like this until recently. We even witnessed a staff member handling the trash bin with their hands and then continuing to prepare coffee without washing their hands. I hope improvements can be made.
