Great service from Amelia this evening. Monday October 26th 2020. First time eating inside a restaurant since the beginning of March. Amelia was kind,courteous, attentive and just a overall great a server. My family and I had a great dinner. Oh,how I have missed the bread and butter from Black Angus. My meal tonight was the chicken breast with rice pilaf and brussel sprouts. The chicken breast is very flavorful, the herbs on it are delicious. The roasted brussel sprouts very tasty. Thank you Black Angus for creating an atmosphere that my family and I can be safe in. With hand sanitizer even before you walk into the restaurant and your tables are sectioned off that say unavailable to accommodate social distancing. Thank you Amelia for being awesome!!
Very Consistent! During our meal which was wonderful by the way, I ordered the 1lb Prime Rib, loaded baked potato and asparagus with a side chilled to perfection Cesar salad. My bf ordered twin lobster tails with a ribeye steak with herbed butter and mushrooms with a nicely chilled garden salad with ranch dressing. Nothing short of yummy goodness for the portion size and flavor! It’s wine Wednesday so we ordered a bottle of Pinot Noir. Chris the GM greeted us at our table to check in which was really nice, and had a pleasant conversation about how much we enjoy dining at the San Lorenzo location. Overall the service from Bianca was stellar, food awesome and friendly atmosphere deserves 5 stars from me. Looking forward to returning for sure!

A friend and I came in town for a wedding. We stopped by to eat here and Axel was our server. He was so busy. I never seen a person move and serve so fast and so many people at all together and manage to satisfy everyone. He did an awesome job and shout out to our friend Johnathan the bar tender for my friend lemonade.
Felicia, was wonderful! She gave great customer service in a sticky situation.My cousin had a party and they didn't have enough room at the table for me. I almost thought I'd end up getting a to go order, but the beautiful lady worked it all out.I sat across from my family in a booth and was still able to enjoy the festivities.
We went to the San Lorenzo location for a birthday dinner with 7 adults. It was busy so there were delays but our waitress made sure we had bread and after about 10-15 minutes we got our drinks. My wife's 7 & 7 was watered down and had no fizz from the 7up. Fortunately the bartender quickly brought another that was perfect. All drinks otherwise were good. Our appetizers came out fairly quickly as did our delicious salads. All our meals were perfectly cooked. Great experience all in all

I really endure the surroundings, the decoration of the restaurant very good, the excellent attention, precise in what you are asking for, the food takes a while because it is prepared instantly, since it is meat and has to be cooked at the end that you ask for it and the quality of that meat makes you cry with emotion.

Visiting Cali and hubby and I could decide between steak or crab. So we settled for some surf and turf. Hubby ordered the Ribeye paired with a baked potato, lobster and Mac n cheese. I ordered thr 6oz Prime Rib paired with lobster, broccoli and a baked potato. Drink wise, I ordered the Mango Raspberry sweet tea which came in a huge 24 Oz mug. I highly recommend Black Angus to anyone looking for the best of both worlds.

I came by today with my family and i’ll tell you that was the best decision I could have made. First off my server Ariana was so kind and thoughtful. She was checking in on us and serving us with such a positive attitude, always having a smile on her face. The manager Sophia was also making sure to check in on us, making sure we are receiving a positive experience. The food was amazing steak cooked to perfection along with fast refills, the restaurant was very clean and Ariana was taking away dirty plates to make sure the table wasn’t cluttered. Definitely recommend and they will be seeing me soon!

Honestly the best part about my experience was the service we received!! I took my girlfriend for her birthday and Alex treat us like we were family she loved! Food was good the driks exceptional we definitely coming back!!

We had a lovely experience at Black Angus! The staff were so attentive and catered to all of our needs. The hostess, Sofia, was very kind and warm when she greeted us. When she found out we were celebrating an anniversary, she seated us in a more intimate and private booth. Our server, Alex, was so kind and caring and gave the best service. The food was delicious, and the portions were very generous. Would definitely come again.
Taylor is amazing. She's been our favorite server for years now. Even after long periods of us not visiting, she remembers our orders and how we like our meals. She's very sweet and a pleasure to deal with. Having her as our server makes the meal that much better.

We went for dinner to meet friends for dinner. The meals were good, but the service was amazing! They were short staffed for the holidays, so we had the pleasure of having Sophia, the manager as our server:) She was very attentive, and went above and beyond to take care of us. This place is your typical steakhouse. They have a great assortment of steaks (and other foods), some good offers (campfire feast), and some more tasty options. It is not a high-end place, so the prices are quite reasonable. NOTE the menu shows you the level of doneness for a steak. DO not say what you want, point to the picture and say you want it like what you are pointing to. If it doesn't match, send it back. Since medium rare can be quite different from place to place this is the best way to ensure you get what you want. The service was great, even though we had a relatively new waiter. And the bar tender knows how to properly salt a margaritas glass rim. The atmosphere fits you ecosystem of a steakhouse in perry much every way, from the art to the paint and lighting.
I had planned on picking up my pal Joey Bagadonuts at the Freeman Auditorium, where he showing his 5th century Aabiscuss Queller, and going straight up to the Angry Stear in Oakland for ribeye steaks....But, Joey tells me about the Black Angus Steakhouse, and it's only 5 minutes away! Well...That sold me, because I've always had wonderful steaks at the Black Angus, always a 5 star experience, always! And...tonight was no exception! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
Make a reservation as there will be a wait. Wait staff was excellent, but management would rather talk story with friends/family while you wait for them to process a coupon. Literally, they'll have you wait and listen to their Spanish conversation and take bathroom breaks waiting for the coupon to be processed so you simply pay and leave. Everything else was "bueno"
Happy to share a special meal with my spouse. Quieter than other popular restaurants. Great menu variety, and their adult beverages are very tasty. Wish they had more variety showing on all the TVs; one sports game on all; maybe news w/cc, or some other type of sports or tv show w/cc? Great food, great service.

I love Black Angus. I don't have this California steakhouse staple where I live. So when ever I visit Cali this is always on the list. And why? The fried zucchini is the absolute best. No one does fried zucchini like BA. Plus the teriyaki sauce they use? Amazing. Sure it's expensive but the food is great. Only took off 1 star cause service at this location is hit or miss. Once sat in the bar area and the waitress was so distracted she never brought their delicious bread. And drinks were slow to get refilled. So if you want good service make sure you sit in the dinningroom.

Felt a little adventurous one night and headed in solo. The place has been around forever and it is a little run down. I dont care about modern decor as long as it is kept up but it was just falling apart. Service was top notch. My server was as promt and on top of it. I ordered the fillet and it was very good. I am usually a stickler for price and i felt that the cost was reasonable. It was a good meal.

The artichokes were wonderful. Its not Longhorn (our fave) but a great substitute. My steak was a little chewy, but very flavorful. Wine and drinks plenty. A very interesting menu. We liked it. Pairing dinners where you get a nice wine, beer or liquor with each course. What a great idea!! Would stop again if we ever see one again in our travels.

I came for dinner and unfortunately a few things didn't go as expected. My steak was cooked incorrectly about 2-3 times, and when I sent it back the final time it came out blue rare, which felt rushed. The macaroni was also cold when I received it and even seemed uncooked on top. Overall, the food took longer than usual to arrive. Despite the issues with the kitchen, I want to highlight the amazing service I received. My waitress, Bri, was incredibly kind, attentive, and understanding throughout the entire situation. She kept her manager, Sophia, fully informed and really helped advocate for a better experience. Sophia, thank you for stepping in with such professionalism and empathy. Your kindness and apologies were truly appreciated, and even though the situation wasn't your fault, you handled everything with grace and made things right. Both Bri and Sophia were wonderful, and their great service made a frustrating experience much better. Thank you again to both of you.
Black Angus Steakhouse, a decent pick for tourists. I ordered a medium rare steak, but it showed up medium—not a dealbreaker, just a bummer. Still, the food was solid overall, so I’d give it 4 stars. The steak tasted good, even if it wasn’t spot-on. Service? Eh, it was okay—nothing special. The atmosphere was fine too, but it could use a little more vibe. The cook really needs to step up their game with those steak temps, though. If you’re visiting and craving a hearty meal, it’s worth a stop. Just maybe give a heads-up on how you want your steak done! Perfectly chill spot for a casual bite, but don’t expect fireworks.
Been wanting to try the Whiskey Pairing dinner because it seems like a steal at $45 in the Bay Area for three courses + three whiskey cocktails. If you're in the mood to drink and you're starving, it's totally worth it! You can't pick your courses or drinks, so make sure they are all sounding great before you get your heart set on this dinner. Starts with chicken tender and a peach-jalapeno mule. Definitely the best cocktail of the set, and be sure you have someone to help you eat some tenders! I quite like the batter. Second course is filet mignon with roasted brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes, and I sprung to add the jalapeno cream sauce because I think it's a fun flavor. I've had Black Angus's old fashioned before, and this one was not up to snuff....but still drinkable. 😉 Final course! Carrot cake with an espresso whiskey martini. Be sure you have a friend for this one, too - it's a large slice. Both made for a fine end to the meal. Of course, there's always their brown bread loaf, too! If you're feeling up to the challenge, the Whiskey Pairing dinner really is a good deal for $45.
Did a birthday dinner for my significant other. Made a reservation through OpenTable, chose our preferred time and were sitted promptly. Very quiet location, we were seated in the dining area. Food isn't really to my preference, this restaurant chain is his favorite though! Campfire feast for 2. Our usual go to appetizer is their chicken tenders, due to it not serving with the honey mustard sauce we chose the artichokes dip and chips. Some of the chips were a hit or miss though. Not sure if it was undercooked? Or just oily. Entree I chose was their prime rib (it's been a while) and I have it cooked medium well. I personally don't like it bloody. The piece is thicker than I'm used to so it through me off. Lastly the standard chocolate chip cowboy cookie! It looked smaller than usual but the signature desserts we visit Black Angus for. Waiter was very attentive throughout our dine in experience.

We had a 7:15 reservation in San Lorenzo. We got there at 7:25, no wait, that seemed good. We were seated and in 14 minutes no one brought us water, bread or took our order. Finally the waitress came and took our order, she didn’t seem to know much about the menu. We ordered drinks, we didn’t see the drinks for 20 minutes, still no bread, no water. It had been 25 minutes no salad, no water finally drinks arrived, I asked about the salad, she was absent minded about it, in 6 minutes the salad arrived. No water, no bread. When the entries arrived she asked if we needed any thing else, we asked for bread. Still no water. Food quality was good, lobster tail was boiled not broiled, a little disappointing. Steaks were very nice, bread was delicious when it arrived with the entree. We asked to see a dessert menu when she asked if we’d like dessert. The dessert menu never arrived, I asked another server for a dessert menu. He said it was in the drinks catalog on the table. We ordered a mud pie to be shared. It came within 6 minutes and it was the best of the whole evening👏🏻mud pie👏🏻. All in all, the server seemed clueless, service was beyond dismal. My friend said he’d never come back. I’d go back for the mud pie. Total bill including a 15% tip of $17 was $127and some change( not a bad tip for really poor service) I always leave a minimum of 20% but couldn’t on this occasion.i was so looking forward to this but it was so disappointing. I will thy it again, but maybe next year.🙁
I called in my to-go order because the website was not accepting my gift cards as payment. The first time I called, the person I spoke to was not familiar with the menu. I explained the difficulty I was having placing an order online and at first she said they would honor the online discount and then later said they couldn't after I had given my entire order. I called back after 2hrs and spoke to someone else who was more knowledgeable of the menu and placed my order and used a different coupon I found in my email. The entire order was accurate and complete (appetizers, soup, prime ribs, and chicken). The prime rib was cooked perfectly. The chicken had a hole down the center (see picture). Will be coming back for the prime rib.
Went to the San Lorenzo branch for Thanksgiving dinner. The service was good and employees were courteous. However, the meal was just average. The turkey meat was dry and not enough gravy was given. The fried zucchini appetizer was a lot better. I missed the Dublin branch which they close. They really could serve a killer turkey. I need to try somebody else's turkey next year.
This used to be a booming place. Now the food is ok but service is not. The last time I was there. I noticed a sticky spot on the table. I asked for it to be cleaned was told ok yes but it never got cleaned. We had to ask for bread with the meal. It's sad that a place as expensive this is did not have more attentive service. That poor restaurant has just gone downhill. It has been there way to long to be like that. I could remember how packed it used to be. The last time I was there I had to wait for 15 minutes for a table when I saw maybe 5 people total eating. We even had to remind the host we was waiting for a table. Then we got a dirty table.
Over an hour to get our food. Worse service we have had in a long time. Food was ok.
Server was nice but not once did she come & ask if we needed refills or anything. Every thing we'd ask for took forever & she'd take so long she'd forget to bring some things. The prime rib was so disappointing, no flavor at all. My friend asked for a medium rare & was given rare rare. They didn't mind taking it back though. The dessert was also disappointing. Although the portions are big, they are a big let down. I loved the section we were in though, nice & private seating. Definitely not returning though.
Went there for lunch today 6/7/25. The service was very slow. The food very greasy and not much flavor. I felt that the cost was very over priced, but that seems to be the situation everywhere with California’s $20 dollar an hour minimum wage. I’m honestly surprised that most restaurants are still in business given the high cost of eating out, poor serve, and poor tasting food.
This place e has go e to hell. Haven't been in a whole. And now I know why. Look at the shrimp cocktail, used to come in a glass with letuse and sauce, not a butter cup.we ended up leaving service sucked, way to long. Ugh. We actually left and went to . I haven't eaten at a Black Angus in years because most of them shut down where I live. I was on a trip, it was conveniently located close to the hotel that I was staying at and it was just horrible completely dated, wife had a ribeye she ordered medium rare came out medium well I had the top sirloin it was so full of gristle it was hardly edible I should have went the two extra miles and went to Texas Roadhouse because as much as Black Angus charges for that horrible meat I wood have paid the same at Roadhouse for surprisingly a great steak which still blows my mind how they can do such a good steak for the price they sell. I can't really complain too much about the service because that's just where we're at this generation of waiters and waitresses have no work ethic nor common sense so it's pretty much horrible service at every restaurant these days, Black Angus used to be so good. Oh well lesson learned.
First timer and ordered the couples deal. Total was ~ $150. Appetizer & bread was great. Me and my partner ordered the exact same thing per the deal but somehow his filet mignon came out extremely well done in comparison to the medium well we ordered (mine was correct somehow??) :/ Waitress offered to make it right and even offered a free side of Mac to serve with his correctly cooked Filet mignon. OVER 30 MINS to bring out his correct meal (steak was a little too rare, but no complaints), other sides he had were cold and I was done with my meal by this time. If I waited to eat, my food would have been cold. The free Mac n cheese she offered was not even baked! Brought COLD! I made the waitress aware and she couldn’t even provide a solution at this point. Immediately settled the bill and left. Horrible experience.
Nah. Don't do it. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but it's a chain, so who cares. Here we go: No wonder this place is disappearing. Charging the prices they do for what I experienced is a war crime, in my opinion. I'm a pretty dang good cook myself. The family cook, that's for sure, every event, it's my show. If I dropped the level of steak and sides we received in my own home, I'd fire myself immediately. The steaks looked microwaved and then hit with a hot grill mark maker. I'm almost positive they're not, but sad I'd think that, they were very off-putting when looking at it. I don't understand how a steak house doesn't know how to fire a steak and create a crust or sear properly. Steaks are a basic, in my opinion, over hyped on skills required to make a good one. Ours didn't even have a crisp on the fat. Or any real render of it at all. Was impossible to cut through the gristle level, and the fat was well, not good. Caramelized fat on a steak is a massive selling point, and I knew immediately this "steak house" had no business firing steaks at these prices, maybe a dive bar, but not a steak house. Anyway, our steaks were a mix of rare and med rare. I eat rare, and my wife is med rare. We traded steaks, twice, to eat the temp we ordered. My Au Gratin potatoes came out, looking done, but had to have just been placed in the broiler because underneath it was ice cold. I'm not sure if it's a pre made frozen entree and just baked, or was simply misshandled in the kitchen. Soup was good, salad was good. I never send anything back (maybe under cooked chicken), but I had no choice but to send back the potatoes. The green beans were "mid" at best. We also shared a steak french fry. Again, it was a miss. The fries were basic, cheese fired under a broiler, some cold toppings and steak so well done if I thew one at a window it'd have broken it. Server, she was nice but almost seemed forcibly nice. My tea remained empty for my entire meal, I asked twice for it to be refilled and was forgotten. Pass on this place. If you wanna drop these prices, go to any other steak house. Heck, Texas Roadhouse could beat these dudes.
I was disappointed with this restaurant. When ordering our steaks, our server casually suggested some toppers like onions and mushrooms, but didn’t tell us that every topper is an additional and separate cost. I wouldn’t have minded paying for them had they been upfront about it but when asked, the manager told us that such added costs are typically not mentioned by the server in an effort not to appear discriminatory. Seriously? With respect to the food, the steaks were ok but could definitely been better trimmed. Our food was overall more greasy than I would have liked it.

Whatever stuff is working there-they suck badly. They are thief’s and liars! They stole my wallet and all the money out of my wallet and made it look like I lost it. Good for them that I had no time to call the cops and do the investigation. But when I was asking the manager to help me find my wallet,cause AirTag was showing that it’s in the restaurant-she told me that they definitely don’t have it! And at that exact moment I saw my wallet air tag was moving through kitchen! I went outside to follow it and found my wallet at the garbage!!!! Empty obviously. They took the money and they lied that it’s not there!!!!! I’ll report this facility to all possible Institutions obviously. I’ll make it very clear-that I am unsatisfied customer!!!!

We arrived in black Angus Steakhouse about 5 clock. We got in to our table about 5:30 PM. We got our first starter was shortly after. Then we waited about more than 30 minutes then came with our hard and cold steak. When I mentioned to her. She simply told us that we need another 30 minutes to replace our cold steak and walked away. We had no choice but wait. After another 30 minutes waiting,we finally got our food. When I told her that the reason why our food was hard and cold. Because it was sitting in kitchen for too long before bring them to us. She simply replied with kitchen was busy. I am wondering if kitchen was busy why our food was hard and cold. The server attitude was bad and it took 2 hour 30 minutes to get our food on table. That was horrible ! No recommend it all!
We were 4 adults and we wait 1.5 hrs to get our food, the place was empty so no excuse for being busy. Even t to get water we have to wait a lot!! the food after wait a lot was meh “ok”
Terrible service and Terrible food, The only good piece of service we recieved was our host. Our waiter on the other hand was not, he had us wait about 10 minutes before checking on us to order drinks and another 10 to order food. He didnt bother to check if we were ready to order after taking drinks and just walked off. My table ordered the meal for 2 combo with 2 Ribeye steaks (cooked medium rare, and medium) aswell as surf n turf quesodilas, for our 4 add ons we got mac n cheese, fries, broccoli and the loaded baked potato soup. After waiting about 40 minutes for our order. We recieved no mac n Cheese or baked potato soup and recieved the Potatos Au Gratin instead. only after we mentioned it to our server were we given our proper order. We recieved an appetizer we ordered seperately (the onion rings) with our entrees, Our onion rings were tiny! and for a party of 3 we only recieved 4 onion rings that were cold when they got there. Ontop of that my ribeye had parts that were rare, and parts that were medium well. The steak looked completely off and seemed almost lumpy. My broccoli was 4 small florrets that were undercooked and cold. All this costed us 110$! for bad service and bad food. I would not reccomend this place at all.
I did online order and picked up got home in hurcules and my steak I ask for med well was Med Rare the lobster tail look like it had the poop still not cleaned . I try to call kept going to San Leandro location which is weird.and being order was messed up and I’m so far away not ok going to call my card company when it Post for refund and the augratin potato were half cooked .sure they won’t call but tix# 6302 was my order # Very Disappointed 😩
Went here for my dad’s birthday last night! Food was gross tasted old! I ordered my steak well done and it came back bloody. My dads steak was over cooked. They grabbed my dads steak and said:” we are throw it away to get you a new one”. They brought back a steak that was raw, so we had to send it back for a third time. My mashed potatoes were watery and cold. The Spanish dip was cold with stale chips. So they refried the old chips. Which burned my mouth . The lobster tasted old and cold! Their chef and kitchen should be fired! Too expensive with gross food!
Never coming here again. Drove 23 miles here only to turn home without any service. With a practically empty restaurant our server was able to avoid us for long enough that we decided to leave, close to 20 minutes without service.
My husband and I were seated given menus asked if we would like a drink. We asked for a water & an iced tea. Waitress brought bread without drinks. She mentioned she will bring them time went by waitress brought utensils still no drinks but she again mentioned to bring them. We ordered our meals still no drinks which was rib eye & prime rib meal. Each course took a very long time to arrive. Our drinks were served right before salads 1st course. Our waitress did not ask how we were doing after each course was served. Our drinks were not offered to be refilled ever. Our steaks arrived so much later that we were pressed for time to get to an appointment which when we arrived we had 2 1/2 hrs. The waitress at first would not tell me the deserts which our meals included desert. She said “just wait until it’s closer” I repeated my question and explained I wanted to think which desert to choose since we had time. She rushed through naming them. When we did get the desert menu it was right before steaks were served. Our steaks were shockingly overcooked prime rib looked like a pork steak (white meat) and rib eye was very thin overcooked no juices came from either steak. We spoke with mgr about our experience she apologized and agreed steaks were overcooked. She gave us a discount for 1 meal. Apologized for neglecting service. We were 10 minutes late for our appointment! Over 2 1/2 hrs for 2 people is unacceptable! They were not busy even mgr admitted that fact. We will never dine at this establishment again. The smell upon entering smelled like a cross between a bowling alley shoe rental area & roller king skate rental area. Very unpleasant dirty odors! The rib eye was a little thicker than a straw we placed on next to it for reference. The prime rib was very small narrow and 1/2 inch thick if that. The color was white meat color (like I ordered a pork steak) no juices at all when sawed into it. There was no smell to describe. My husband was brave enough to taste it which was of course dry and chalky texture, very bland flavor. We choose to get desert to go (late for appointment) the cheesecake had a half white fresh/frozen strawberry a half filled small container of strawberry jelly and a wilted sprig of mint! The cheesecake was bland and dry. The carrot cake was 2 layers not 3 like photo on menu. The cake was dry, the cream cheese frosting was better than any of the courses we were slowly/after thought served. There was a table of 4 adults who were seated after us and were served all their courses before we received our steaks! I wish we were making this lengthy pathetic story up!
The kids and I had a boys night out on February 10th. Danielle, our server, was very nice. Unfortunately our order took 45 minutes to arrive. Once it did arrive my oldest son's half rack of ribs (6 ribs) and chicken came out amazing. My youngest son's steak came out still mooing after he ordered well done. My order, half rack and chicken same as son's, came out terrible. 3 cold ribs, cold chicken and cold cheesy mashed potatoes. 3 ribs is not half a rack. Potatoes with sweaty cheese looked like it had been sitting in the sun. Cheese doesn't melt on cold potatoes. We paid and took home our disappointing meal to fix at home. I contacted the restaurant via email and explained my dissatisfied experience. 3 weeks later and not even an apology, explanation, or response whatsoever. I will take my $180 and spend it somewhere else next time. One last thing, I tried to order the special they advertised online but they refused because I didn't have my phone with me and couldn't prove it. Terrible!
So this is a follow up from My disappointing travel to black Angus on Valentine’s Day. The manager reached out to me and apologized profusely and said that they would take care of it and they were sending me something in the mail. Well, today is nine days I believe eight or nine days still haven’t received anything. Almost feels like they were being nice so I would change my review, but yeah, they sucked. Definitely will never visit a black Angus again for family functions. Then they apologize and then they just turn around slap you on the other side of your face. Terrible When the manager would play games like this with customers
My experience at Black Angus was extremely disappointing, largely due to the behavior and lack of leadership from the manager, Felicia. During Black History Month in particular, the environment felt uncomfortable and dismissive, with an overall tone that came across as racially insensitive rather than inclusive. On top of that, managers did not perform basic managerial duties. When customer issues arose, management failed to come out, communicate, or attempt to resolve the situation. There was no accountability, no presence, and no effort to de-escalate or support either customers or staff. That absence directly affected the quality of service and the overall experience. A manager is supposed to lead, address concerns, and set the standard. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I expected far better professionalism and awareness from this location, and until those standards improve, I would not recommend it.
Do not eat here. Waited literally an hour and a half for a Walmart steak that was as dry as a boot, no sauce, fries no ketchup. Could've done it at home for half the price and done it better faster. Worst service I've had in years. What is the point of a reservation if it takes longer to serve your reserved tables than your walk-ins?
Was here as a treat to myself when I really shouldn’t have. Sat at the bar, at first I thought it was going to be great seeing as the bartender was so attentive at first. But then she realized I wasn’t in the mood to talk so she proceeded to flirt with the men next to me who were miffed that she was not getting the signals that they wanted her to stop. They kept looking at me like “help”. Anyway got the six ounce sirloin, broccoli and baked potato. I also got my bread and butter, but it was so late into the meal it was more like dessert. The baked potato was hard as a rock and I did not touch the broccoli because it was so disgusting. On the menu it says its made with garlic sauce but it tasted like straight vinegar. I was not asked a single time if I liked the meal and she appeared to not notice that the broccoli was untouched. Normally at decent restaurants they would offer to remake if not completely replace a side if it was not to the customers liking, but apparently my affect was not to the bartender’s liking. I think I’m gonna stick to Longhorns after this.
Thanksgiving dinner 7:45 we sat down and waited till 9:20 to get our food. Horrible service it took 45 mins for the waitress to take our order after seating us. Food came cold. Under seasoned. Did you hire them yesterday because they dont know how to work. My brother and I ordered a cocktail and they brought us beer. Then came back after waiting again saying they dont have it and they thought we ordered a different drink and then they finally brought us the right drink. Also 45 mins waiting to order they tell us there's no Thanksgiving dinner. No apologies for the wait.
we must’ve come at a BAD time… half the restaurant was empty but somehow the wait was an hour. There were only like 3 waitresses on staff, which would explain the long wait time. We ordered the NY strip medium rare, one was alright.. the other was like white and fully cooked all the way through.. no seasoning lol. we were legitimately scared to ask for anything because the waitress seemed stressed and had an attitude. She was bartending and waiting at the same time so I can’t fully blame her, but honestly just a bad vibe all around. Would not come back.
