So i went in last week into pizza my heart and let me tell you OMG!! The customer service was amazing 🤩 i couldn’t believe it. I ordered on the phone and as i ordered on the phone i was talking to the lady that took my order and she was so nice i can give her a hug she was so sweet and precious. I asked her for her name and I believe she said Makayla. I believe Makayla deserves a raise for how she communicated with me on the phone about my order so helpful, kind. So as i began to pickup my order for pick-up i was greeted by this young man he called him self nick. He was so nice helping me with my order and professional. I am most definitely returning back to pizza my heart, their service is great 👍 🧑🏽‍🍳

Recommended Typical pizza spot..clean and friendly service..prompt..concise..and efficient.. Smell clean and not only and greasy. Seating is clean and tables are polished.. Parking a bit tricky but that is bay area for you.

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Honestly. We got the Maverick's pizza on one half and the other half had a unique apple flavor Watsonville apple. We loved the Maverick's which was our half of the pie. They also had a unique shark repellent sauce that was just the right hot spice.

Picked up from the Great America location. Pretty cool you can see them making the pizza, the guy has some skill there!! The half and half pizza was incredible and even delish the next couple days warmed up in the airfryer. Cheesy bread is incredible and a must! Manresa slice was good but the whole pizza I ordered was better. This spread pictured was $50. Ok also the pesto ranch is insane!!!!

Very good pizza, if you know you know 🍕 The staff is warm and welcoming, restaurant clean! Recommend the Big Sur and Little Sur. They have pre-made salads for quick on the go lunches. Prices fair for the quality.

Fresh ingredients, amazing base and sauce. It's that simple. And these guys have got it just right. First time trying the gluten free rice base. And I like the bit chewy texture it has on the mouth. Their regular base is awesome as well.

I decided to go to this Pizza My Heart location since it’s the closest one to my home, but there is another one down at Berryessa which has the same distance as this one. When I got in, I’m quite surprised that most pictures are covered with Wanted signs. It’s been a while since I have pizza from this establishment but is that a new thing? Also, the place is quite small compared to ones I’ve been to except the one from Valley Fair Westfield Mall. Pizza is good though. Pricing is fair for a single slice since the pizza bread is a thin crust. Really love the Manresa pizza since it’s like Margarita pizza with cheese fillings. This is a good location if you wanna stop by here before or after going to Great America. I’ll do a separate review from another Pizza My Heart location I mentioned earlier.

This place is a Silicon Valley classic. Old school pepperoni pizza and Greek salad works for me every time. It’s quick and easy to grab a slice and run. And they have TVs tuned into sports at all times.

Attention Muslim, Jew & Vegan. This is what happened to us. We purposefully chose this place for its distinct vegan options. At the cashier we asked what vegan options they had and she showed us the 3 whole vegan pie options. No slice options at that time. We asked if she had a favourite between the Vegan Big Sur and the Mt Diablo, two of their pie options. She recommended the Big Sur. So we went for that one. The pizza arrived and we were pretty surprised by it, the plant-based "meat" looked like real meat and...when we had our first bite we were also surprised by the plant-based mozzarella that was really stringy like real mozzarella. We hadn’t ever had those plant-based substitutes before and were commenting how good replacements had gotten. We ate 2 slices each and started to have doubts that we really had a vegan pizza. A unique smell, the “beyond sausage” not tasting like the one we have had before, and the impressive qualities of the mozzarella. We packed up the rest. My husband and I got sick that night...We have been vegan for 5 years and our first thought was we didn’t have a vegan pie and our bodies were letting us know. The store was closing as we packed up so we called the next day to make sure our order was correct and something else was to blame for feeling unwell. Unfortunately, we were told that we had been served the Big Sur and not the Vegan Big Sur. I can’t tell you how disgusted, sad, and mad am I, as a Muslim and Vegan...we have been served pork. This is disheartening, I have never eaten pork in my life and it has now happened in a place that promotes Vegan options. This is an unforgettable mistake, we would have never imagined being served a non-vegan pizza and on top of that pork that is strictly prohibited for Muslims and Jews. This could have been avoided: - if the cashier confirmed our order before paying - if the receipt had a details of our complete order and not just the total amount - if the Vegan Big Sur had a different name from the Big Sur The manager (Peter) did apologize for this terrible mistake and there is nothing that he can do to undo the hurt that has been done to us.
