Love Cinnabon but I feel sometimes they can be undercooked. Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing lol when the craving hits, it hits bad then I don't want it again for another year from too much sugar overload lol

They tasted better in past years, they have gotten very stingy with the cinnamon; most of the time these days it taste like frosted plain dough vs. a Cinnabon.

Have you ever been to a Cinnabon? This place is as Cinnabon as it gets. Staff is decent, food smells like literally heaven and fails to meet that expectation (not bad though). Never been to a Cinnabon? It's like the best smelling place in the world then you get your cinnamon roll and it's not as good as it smells but you eat it anyway and gain 10 pounds and lose a year of your life from the sugar or something, but then you buy another cuz the smell is so good you just have to, and it's almost worth it. So yeah I mean if you want a cinnamon roll where else you gonna go? This place is good enough for sure. Go here.

Complete rip off .. these rolls are way smaller than other cinnabon places and these are expensive. Mine tasted old too .. . NOT WORTH IT .. will never go again ..

They now charge 5.50 for the center. That is crazy, every time I visit this location the prices are different.

The staff are rude and discourteous unprofessional. I was ignored for more than 15 minutes at the Santa Rosa California store.

Worst customer service super rude !!! Higiene needs to be a concern ASAP tall and big guy super rude and not friendly I will not come back ever again!

Tonight 12-07-21 Tuesday night at 6:39pm my girlfriend and I ordered 2 small Cinnabon's with 2 frostings. The young girl w a tattoo on her right arm ( the only reason we point out her tattoo is she refused to give us her name) was outrageously RUDE. My girlfriend asked if there were any fresh Cinnabon being cooked and the girl just said not now rudely. She had such an attitude we just couldn't believe it 🙄 when we asked for her name she just said nothing. When we asked again she just shook her head no at us. What is this girls problem. She is obviously too young to respect the customer base your business has coming through. Did your orientation teach her NOTHING regarding CUSTOMER SERVICE? Dissatisfied Customers

She had no clue what I was asking for and when I pointed it out to her on the menu she said that she doesn't even know what that is and that she was new here while maintaining a disgusted attitude and look on her face. Another employee had to step in and explain that the didn't have the drink available right now. Not impressed at all. Terrible customer service!

Arrived to this location early. Their gate was up as if they were open. A gentleman went up to the register as though he was going to assist me. However, when I asked to purchase a Cinnabon he very rudely told me how they are not open and will not open for 15 minutes. Word of wisdom, good customer service goes along way. Being rude to potential customers will get you no where. You lost this customer permanently! I can easily spend my money some place else ..and I will!!
