Want a great burger? This is the place. What stands out is that this establishment has a hard working, very organized staff that offers great food in a clean inviting environment. It can get busy here, but the payoff is worth it. There is also plenty of outdoor seating and a drive thru option.
De In-N-Out Burger I am so sorry but I am falsely accused one of the locations in Santa Rosa for not getting my order right in an attempt which was successful in getting three coupon coupons for free meals. I hate doing this but when I discovered your awesome Customer Service I took advantage of it. I’m starving. I’m on the streets and trying to hustle up enough money just to buy a bag of potatoes is my life right now. At some point I’m gonna be good on this offer once I get back to work as part of the process of maintaining my integrity and whatever form that may be I’m making my rounds to all those that have given me something, including the manager who said that there’s nothing that I can do to pay for the burger and fries and literally took money out of her own pocket to buy me lunch that day. Not all heroes were capes and it’s sad to think enable body person like myself who has a capacity to work whether it be cleaning up bathrooms picking up later in the parking lot spray cleaning the dumpster are all pushed to side because of the fear of litigation just in case I hurt myself or forbid somebody else. I’ve never been homeless before, and it is hard to get out of this rut because everything is dependent on something else in order to get completed you run around and circles trying to get one thing done when like whack all something else pops up. Here’s an example. Do you wanna apply for Medicaid or you need your ID? Can you get birth certificate? Can’t get your birth certificate unless you have a mailing address can’t get a mailing address unless you go to the general post office and apply for a general delivery box and guess what they need your ID so you don’t need one for a post office box but you need money but you can’t get without a job what you need your ID for. But what this condition has afforded me is the lens into which I can see everybody for who they truly are when somebody’s interacting with you and you have nothing that they could possibly want you see their true selves it’s opening. All the masks are off. People are truly who they are when they know you are no value to them. And what’s the worst part about it? It’s the most wealthy that are the most sick people. Who on earth would ignore somebody who is emaciated because giving them one dollar is beyond their ability whether it’s greed, pride, gluttony, or any of the other sins. It’s the poorest people that I have seen the most good come from just like the manager at the In-N-Out Burger who’s act of kindness move me to session extent then I couldn’t help but jumped on my feet to get back to the workforce just so I can be surrounded by people just like her bravo

It's a testament to the fact that fast food doesn't need to be complicated to be exceptional; it just needs to be executed perfectly. The fries, often a point of discussion among fans, were outstanding today. They were served piping hot and achieved that sought-after, satisfying crunch on the outside, a direct result of being cooked fresh. The interior was light and fluffy, proving they were made from genuine, fresh-cut potatoes, not a frozen product. They offered the ideal, savory counterpoint to the richness of the burger. Beyond the food, the cleanliness and efficiency of the operation were impressive. The dining area and counters were spotless, reflecting a high commitment to quality control. Despite a steady stream of customers, the service was remarkably efficient; I barely waited five minutes from the moment I placed my order to the moment I received my tray. The staff handled the volume with cheerful organization. Overall, it was a quick, simple, and immensely satisfying fast-food experience that upheld In-N-Out’s reputation for excellence.
I absolutely love In and Out Burger. They always get the order correct. The food is fresh. The service is outstanding. Sometimes the drive through line is long, but they process the orders quickly. What's not to like. You could go to any In-N-Out Burger, anywhere in california , and you're going to get the same good service. I highly recommend in and out burger. I would post some photos but I ate the food so fast, there's not a lot to show you LOL
I really like this In-N-Out because they are always super fast. As a transplant Californian I never understood the hype of In-N-Out and always thought what’s so great but I will say the animal style burger is just one of my favorites. I don’t know. It’s just really good.
My husband and I have been coming here since we moved to Sacramento. I’m coming on here to leave another review in gratitude and out of respect for this spot that has become part of our weekly routine. The owner Jin is so sweet- they’re busy but he manages to treat us like we’re his only customers, on a first name basis. The food is as amazing as the hospitality. We love teriyaki grill.
There’s something about this In N Out in particular that speaks to me. I don’t know. I think it’s their ability to properly season the fries & meat. Really nice 🧂 Service is always quick and friendly 🥰 Parking is obviously rough, but you can easily find a spot across the street!
We don't have In-N-Out Burger where I live now, so I get one whenever I can. They're 5 stars because for a fast food burger, they're one of the best. They have someone outside taking orders to expedite the process. The staff is always friendly. The lettuce is always crisp and the tomatoes are always fresh and juicy. The beef patties are a great grind, and if you want to up the flavor, order it animal style. The potatoes are fresh cut and the shakes are so thick you'll probably have to let them melt a little before you can get them through the straw.
Nice place! Here you will get delicious burgers. Positive people work in the store! And the team looks very united! We visited them as a whole team after the camp with the children. There were about 45 of us. Besides, there were already people in the middle. It was Sunday lunchtime. And these people managed to feed everyone!!!! There was practically no queue!!! Unbelievable! Such an atmosphere does not always prevail among the service personnel!

Never had a bad experience here. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. This particular location has a full time dining room person - Dave - who goes out of his way to make sure you have a great experience. The only downside is the parking, which can be stressful during busy hours; it seems that all In-N-Out burgers have the smallest parking lots.

The customer service was great. He was polite happy and confirmed our order back to us which is always a plus at a drive thru. I hate pulling away and realizing my order is wrong. 9/10 I don't go back.
The food was great. It was what I expected. The location is very convenient. The workers are really nice too.
The floors and table were a bit dirty (greasy/sticky), however, the service was amazing. I had to wait in a long line just to get my food in like 5 minutes in perfect food temperature. The burgers are mainly what I came here for which was great. The fries however, wasn't the best. They were ok.
