Ordered a small pizza and a salad Said I’d have it by 6:03 pm. At 6:07 I called them and the phone rang and rang. Canceled it through door dash. 3 rd time this has happened. I won’t order from them again. I’ll have to find a new pizza place. Terrible service

Ordered at 3:30 pm to schedule a delivery for 5:30pm here it is and still no order , tried calling and nobody picks up, very disappointing , as the other reviews show it seems to be a normal trend for them. Won’t ever try again, Prima it is .

We ordered there tonight and waited over 90 minutes and still no food even after they said it was delivered. We tried calling many times and no answer. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Ordered for delivery. Waited hours. Called the pizza shop & no one answered. Got a notification saying our food was delivered but it never was. Used to love ordering from here will never order again after this.

I’m giving one star across the board because they never answer the phone. I’ve tried to order pizza from them on five different occasions, and every time the phone just rings until it goes to voicemail. It’s incredibly frustrating. I mentioned it to my sister, who lives right down the street, and she said the place changed owners recently and everything has gone downhill since. It’s disappointing to see how much the quality and service have declined.

Ordered food on DoorDash, says they use their own staff. The app never updated. Said my order was going to arrive by 6:29pm, called at 6:39pm was told my order was coming. At 7:07 on the app it said my order had been delivered. It did NOT deliver. Called again and was told there was one order ahead of me, can’t trust the app that their drivers don’t touch anything in the app. Get it together!!! 7:19 and still no delivery !

Worst food I ever had hard bread was soggy on both sandwiches .They were just sloppy and nasty and a waste of money .Had to throw it all out.This place should be shut down .

I order online 2 subs. My one sub was so soggy. I called had them remake it and not toast it again. The remake is burnt this time. And both subs are not edible. Usually I haven't a problem with ordering food from here. But I literally said on the phone not to toast it again and make sure it's not soggy. In the trash they go, I hope too get my refund.
