This was my husbands and I first time trying noodle house and it’s a 10/10 for us! Good food, good prices, good service
My friends and I love Noodle House! This is the best restaurant in Searcy, hands down. The sushi and pho are delicious and affordable, and the staff is prompt and friendly.
This was an excellent experience. The food is delicious, and the house-made ginger dressing is the best I've ever had. They're very helpful if you have special requests. Customer service is excellent. I can't wait to visit again. It's my new favorite place! :)
Update June 2024: I've been there two times recently in the past 6 months - I have to say, after management has been turned over, things have reformed tremendously. The food is as good as it used to be, the service was quick, and pickup was no hassle. The new individuals running everything now know this business. I am glad to be able to recommend this as a stop for people in Searcy. Atmosphere still needs work, but, that's fixable. (Better lighting would do wonders!) Great Job, new staff!!!
Went here for lunch with a friend and got some sushi and some pho. It was my first time here and we both LOVED it! The food was amazing. Best Asian food I've had in Arkansas in my opinion. The atmosphere and staff were great but the food stole the show. It is very affordable and the serving sizes are incredible.
This was my first time to try out this restaurant. We all tried soup. The service was really good but the food was average. There was plenty of parking space and the food came out relatively quickly. I would maybe go eat there again but it's not my favorite.
If you pick the right dishes, this place is great but there are definite hits and misses. You'll sort of just have to work it out for your personal tastes. I will say the sushi rolls are good but maybe ask for "easy on the sauces" if it comes with some. Mine was drenched in them. The place could use some attention. When I ate there yesterday, there was no soap and paper towels in the restroom, and one of the electrical outlet cover plates was missing right above a dining table. The service staff was congregating together and not very aware of customers. I'm being a bit too focused on that as it was overall a good experience. It could just be better with only a little more effort.
I think the dining area could benefit from a makeover. It felt cluttered. Better seating, lighting and plants make a huge difference in a restaurant space. I feel like most small restaurants miss out on more business because of this. The beef tataki was overdone and the green tea bland, but the sushi was very tasty and great presentation wise. The staff welcoming.
The staff was nice. The place seems a little mismatched. The food though wasn't the best. I got the hibachi chicken and the chicken was just kind of flavorless? Even with extra yumyum it just felt dry. The rice/veggies were okay. Their gyoza was really good. The miso soup tasted like the little packets you can buy at Walmart. My friend like the Ramen though! Definitely needs improvements on the way they cook some food. It seems like some things are really good and some things are just bad. I probably won't come back to eat myself.
Tried to eat here but when we arrived the door had a sign that said "Take out Only", went in and despite there being staff in the kitchen, and what appeared to be staff sitting at a table in the lobby, they confirmed it was open only for take out. We left because we didn't want to take food to go and drive 20 minutes back home to eat.
Sometimes their food is all right, but tonight.was So disgusting Rise. wasn't even done all the way. State taste old. And salad was real old.
Without a doubt the most disgusting Asian cuisine restaurant I've ever had the displeasure of eating. Not even a pinch of salt or any amount of seasoning in anything. Overcooked to hell. The noodles were just disintegrating mush. Spent over $30 to try this place out and threw it all away. If the prices were about 25-30% less, this might be acceptable for the price, but I'd still never willingly order it again. $7 for 4 tiny chunks of "calamari"(it was literally all tempura batter) and it says on the menu they are "rings'. Lol this place is a joke.
Not only was this place disgusting, but the service here was HORRIBLE. The workers were discussing very loudly talking bad about a table that had just left. I was rushed into ordering. The workers were yelling at us from across the room instead of walking to us to check on us. We were polite and friendly to all. It’s a shame cause i really wanted this place to work out. I’ve been here twice now and both times i had absolutely horrible service. Lost a potential customer for good.
