We've heard so much about this restaurant over the years, and finally got to make it there this past weekend with our family. The brisket, chicken and ribs are out of this world! The sides were all fantastic- everyone at our table had their favorite. The fact that this is family owned and operated is the icing on the cake! The Davila family will truly make you feel like you're at home when you visit. Thank Y'all for such a wonderful experience.

I always pass by this place on my way home from work. I finally decided to stop and buy some brisket and see if I liked it or not. Well the establishment is inviting and the people are very friendly and the service is great but the brisket and sides were nothing to write home about. It was edible.

Food was pretty good! Fast service. Lota of food options that are not usually availble at other bbq places. Need to come back and try other meats&sit out on the patio one day

Overall, great food. I was disappointed that the turkey was dry. I believe that it was precut thus dry. Brisket has amazing bark and flavor. I would like definitely try again. Would like to try the grilled cheese brisket sandwich. Looks so good!!

Food was fantastic. Very reasonably priced, I ordered the BBQ Trio plate with a drink priced at 21.99$ after taxes total was around 23$. Plate felt like it weighed around 3lbs. I could only eat like 1/4 of this and took the rest to go. You’re paying for slow smoked fall off the bone ribs and meats. If this sounds expensive for a family owned, home made, slow smoked juicy meats; I’d suggest fast food. I’ll definitely try this place again if I ever have the chance to visit again.

The brisket was okay. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese was disappointing, and the service really missed the mark. First impressions matter—especially for a new restaurant. Being greeted with rudeness sets the tone for the entire experience. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially with new customers.

Food great seems like someone knows how to do with them lamb ribs don't see that often at BBQ places . Could be cleaner though and Old Man seems to get coucky when a compient or question is being asked 🤔. Cant forget the flies and knats was difficult to enjoy our food .

This was my second time the first time I was not impressed and the second time I’m definitely not impressed. I ordered a chopped barbecue sandwich and a side of coleslaw with the tea. The bread in which my chopped beef is on is hard as it is old. If you’re going to serve a chopped beef sandwich, please use fresh bread /buns /rolls whatever. Fresh bread for a sandwich makes the sandwich.

Nothing to Wright home about chopped brisket sandwiche drenched in bbq sauce not much smoke flavor cool old place and cold beer tho about it

A lil piece of Seguin history. A nice bbq spot. I gave the food two stars account it wasn’t my preference. The restaurant itself has a stay stream of ppl. Open since the late 50s it is obviously doing things correctly. I ordered the three plate meal. I was a bit disappointed with the sausage and the lamb ribs was new to me. The food looked great. My taste buds were alil picky today. Definitely try for yourself. The brisket was very good! Highly recommend. The potato salad was good with a hint of jalapeño. Again you must try for yourself.

So disappointed in the food here. I remember how juicy and flavorful everything used to be. It had been a few years since I ate there, but it seems like the quality has dropped so much. I ordered the two meats and two sides plate. Brisket and turkey breast. Potato salad and coleslaw. The brisket was nothing but fat! It just looked all white and there was no way of really eating that. I also was waiting for at least 20 minutes for the turkey breast that never came. Then I was told it would be at least an hour to an hour and a half for the turkey. I said just forget it, and he asked if there was another meat I wanted. So decided on the BBQ sausage. The potato salad was good, not great. And the coleslaw was dry and had zero flavor. My daughter had the BBQ chicken which was very dry also. My husband also had dry brisket. Sadly we won't be returning, and im assuming because of the bigger and better BBQ places that have opened they just dont seem to care about the quality of their food like they once did. What a shame.

Worst barbecue I have eaten. 20.00 For brisket that was nothing but fat. Sausage was so dry and flavorless. Bread that was given was hard , and old . First and last time .
